I'm turning 20 this year so I am looking to move into my first place of my own! It was only my mum and I living together so I've basically been taking care of myself anyway since I was 16. I have a car and my learners and I will hopefully be getting an exemption for my Ps soon. I usually do like to keep to myself but I don't mind the odd chat or drink! I'm very friendly, clean, production at most times apart from Sunday's lol and and I consider myself a very respectful and trustworthy person. I currently work part time/casual waitressing and hosting at a club. I am taking on at home and in campus study this year hopefully very soon. If pets are aloud that would be a complete bonus to me as I do have a small inside toilet trained shitzu she's very quite and loveable but if worst comes to worst my mum can take care of her for me. I am a light smoker (outside only of course!) but I am constantly burning scented candles insense ect ect, so you will almost NEVER have a problem with any type of "bad smell". I have OCD with cleaning so you will also never have a problem with mess! I can only currently afford 150-180 a week at the moment but work will be picking up in the next few weeks so I will then be able to afford 200-250 a week!

Do you enjoy chilled out surrounds with borks and kittehs? Respectful and fun housemates? So do we! If you are looking for a room in scenic Pinkenba drop us a line to arrange a time to inspect the room, day or night. The room itself has inbuilt storage cupboards, its own air conditioning unit and ample space for your own furniture to ensure you both privacy and comfort. Priced at 107.50, plus bills. I AM IN URGENT NEED OF A ROOM AS MY LEASE IS UP AND I AM COUCH SURFING. Hi, my name is Katrina I will be honest with all potential flat and housemates, from the start. I am a single woman in her forties who is beginning her life again after the end of a long-term relationship and raising her family, ( my children are 19, 20 and 24 this year and all live out of home), so I have no dependents nor a significant other in my life. I have recently graduated and I am looking for work to start my exciting new career. I am looking to move into a flat/room asap as my lease is up on good friday and if i do not have a place before than I will be staying at my ex's house. As a flat/housemate I would be great to live with for the following reasons * I am a neat and tidy person who never backs away from doing her share of the housework and chores. * I love animals, (except for snakes and spiders) so would look after any pets that are at any future residence. ( I do not have any pets of my own). * I am quiet so there would be no late night parties. * I pay bills and rent on time * I can cook and it is edible My negative points are * That I am a smoker who has cut down from a packet of smokes a day to about ten cigarette's a day. I do not smoke inside houses and have not since the birth of my eldest child.
Working Full time in Banyo, I'm currently driving to work from the Sunshine Coast, so I'm looking for something closer than driving for 3 hours a day. I keep to myself and always clean up after myself.
I'm easy to get along with, reliable and friendly. I work early and usually hit the gym in the afternoon. I like to cook and I'm used to living with others and keeping common areas clean and tidy. In a housemate I want a person I enjoy having a yarn with and sharing a meal and/or some drinks with every now and then.
I work as a lawyer in a Brisbane firm. I am in Bne Sunday night until Thursday and then go to my place in Noosa for the weekends. I need a place for myself and my best friend Millie to stay in Bne. I would like to be close (walking distance) to a train station. I will not consider any places that Millie can not be with me. She is an 11 year old blue heeler, very loyal, quiet, not a barker. She does not get on furniture, beds or such, does not jump on you...everyone who meets her falls in love...she has a g8 soul and is my companion. I like to chill after work with her, walk her near the bay. I am not into partying etc.
I'm awesome to live with, always upbeat and usually off on a mission I keep myself busy and those around me entertained. That said, i live very tidy and try to stay aware of others so as not to disturb. I'm pet friendly and come complete with an awesome little Staffy named Marley.
Myself and Cassie are both bubbly, outgoing, reliable, and considerate. We have lived together for close to a year and six months so far, and have not had any issues, and would like someone like minded to move onto a new place with us. We both have very busy schedules with work and socialising. Cassie works as a casual aged care nurse, and I work full time in administration. I have 1 cat, who has a bit of a sassy personality, she's generally a pretty chilled, and self-sufficient cat. I'll think of more later, but if you wish to ask any specific questions, we are both pretty open.
Hi, I am an easy going and respectful who is studying full time at uni. I usually spend my time for studying and working out because I pursue healthy well balanced lifestyle:) Hopefully, I will find a nice place as well as well-mannered people to live with. Thank you.
Looking for 1 to 2 easy going people to start a new share house with. I work part time for a cancer clinic at the Wesley hospital and am studying full time at ACU. Yes, I work part time but rent is always paid on time and often in advance. My current lease ends mid July, but am looking to move early to mid July whilst on uni holidays. A little about me, I'm 24, easy going and always down to go with the flow, social when i find the time, enjoy a wine/beer with dinner and lazy couch hangs with housemate/s but am 100% all for personal space and often will hide out in my room to study or catch up on sleep. Occasionally my parents/siblings/friends from up north will visit but its always pre-warned. Would be looking to rent a unit, townhouse or house (given there isnt a high level of yard maintenance) but if you have a dog then i'm all for a yard! I'm a dog person and not a cat person. Sorry but allergies to cats are real! Feel free to flick through a message or text. Would love to catch up over coffee or a drink first to make sure the household wouldnt be weird as shit & that we're on the same page. Cheers, Hannah. :)
Hi all! My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease. I am an extremely healthy eater, exercise frequently, studying full time, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). Spend a lot of time out socialising and am always looking to take advantage of new opportunities or events in the Brisbane City. Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. Not your typical fellow or your typical room mate so don't hesitate to pop me a message through here or feel free to text/call me using the details I've provided on my account. Thanks, Jake
I am easy to get along with I keep to my self I work full time I like to mix with people and have a good laugh I pay my bills on time and I am a budiest I like to help others and I don't smoke or drink just trying to be happy in life my André
Heya, I am a 25yo female looking to make the big move almost 2 thousand kms from my home town. I currently live in a small country town in south west Victoria. I am looking into employment around the Brisbane area where I would be aiming for work in the horse racing industry which mean early starts and arvo work. I am very considerate of my housemates and keep quiet in the morns when I leave etc. I pride myself on having a bright and bubby personality. I'm very easy to get along with and easy to live with. I'm not OCD but I keep my living space tidy and don't mind cooking 'family' dinners. I'm not a crazy partier but I definitely enjoy having a night out or quiet drink on the weekends on my night off. I have a small dog named Turbo. He is my world and eveybodys friend. I do prefer him to be able to come inside when I'm home but happy for him to have a lot of outside time all the same. He is toilet trained and very quiet (will sleep all day and night) unless you want to play fetch with him haha! He gets along with any animal and human and is a pretty no fuss kind of a dude. *My love date is unconfirmed at this stage. I would love to hear from you if you have something that may suit. Terri
My name is Hayden; I am a Criminology Graduate from QUT and am currently a Border Force Officer Recruit at the Brisbane Airport; this does mean households that are even recreational drug users should not consider me as it will impact negatively upon me in professional capacity, however that is my only limitation as a housemate. On a lighter note I am a walking contradiction of incredibly active and lazy personalities. Therefore some weekends I will climb mountains and go on road trips to find cool beaches, while others I will hide away to binge something on TV/Computer. I prefer, and maintain a tidy and hygienic house as that is a priority for me. My hobbies include a variety of team sports currently including touch football and indoor soccer and I also really enjoy to cook and read on a regular basis. I have moved on from the party scene and am focusing upon building my career, however unwinding from long work weeks with a few social beers is never out of the question I am looking for roommates who can be social, but are also happy doing their own thing, and I feel that I would be a welcome addition to almost any household looking to fill a gap with someone easy going and low maintnence.
hi! I would consider myself a kind social and fun loving.I own a small business(Handicrafts and cashmere products) from Nepal and work part-time. I'm respectful of others and their space. I love being active and fit. I do cook a lot and try and eat healthy. I don't smoke or drink and easy to get along. Thanks
I'm 19 and am looking for a place to live. I work full time as a flight attendant and am looking for somewhere close to the aiport and a train and bus line. I am fully independent as my mum lives in the UK and my dad has moved interstate so I'm all alone in Brisbane. I'm really respectful. I am very neat and tidy and love to have a chat but can leave you alone when you need privacy. I'm also very keen to start a house share and get together 3 or 4 people
