I'm originally from Canada and I'm a recent law graduate from Bond Uni. I'm starting my new job in Brisbane CBD at beginning of September and I'm currently living on the GC, but I'm looking to move to Brisbane around August 20th.
I am a polite and friendly housemate, preferring to busy myself in my room writing or drawing, but will happily socialize if the other parties wish to hang out. I do not study, and searching for a job as of 12th Jul, as I am saving my money for my Europe working visa. Living with me, is my two year old cat, Jenga.
Hi there! Me and Amil are from London. We've been together for 6 years. I am a hairdresser and Amil works in Hospitality. We arrived in Aus November last year so our visa runs out soon. We've been living in Melbourne since December, both working full time. We decided to move to Brisbane for Amil's work and simply because Melbourne is freezing this time of year! We drove up which took us just over 2 weeks, stopping off places along the way which was great. We are currently living in Brisbane but where we are staying expires on the 20th August so we need somewhere to stay from then until we have to leave (November). We are a very outgoing couple. We are clean and tidy, love to cook, watch Netflix (who doesn't these days?) and as we are new to Brisbane we love to explore. If you'd like to know any more info please don't hesitate to contact me.
It will be only two people living in the unit. You can move in on 31/07/2017 and start paying at 07/08/2017, so 1 week of stay is free. The building complex has everything in it such as; pool, gym and sauna. Very close proximity to CBD, South Bank, Milton, Parklands and Suncorp Stadium. Looking for a quite and responsible person where we can live together comfortably. If you need the car park it would be an extra $40.
Im a travel nurse in Brisbane until mid October, I'm looking for a place to rent preferably on the south side of Brisbane. Bonus points if its a walking distance from the Lady Cilento Hospital or Wesley Private hospital! May also be flexible with the possibility that my partner of 3 years will stay at times, he is a medical student. We are both mature, respectable people, I work a lot and so you will barely notice me around! I would prefer my own flat / own space, because I do work shift work and sometimes have erratic sleep patterns. Just looking for a quiet, homely place with all the necessities :)
Hi Guys I'm Andy , originally from the UK but now have residency here in Australia. Looking for a room to rent in a nice friendly house hold . Ideally with people between the ages of 20-36 , prefer to share with females simply because they keep things clean and tidy and I just get on better with females than men but would be happy in a mixed house as well. I'm 31 yr old single male, I work as a full time mechanic , I go the gym everyday either before work or on my way back from work . I don't smoke or take any form of drugs and I'm not a big drinker on the whole but I do like to let my hair down once in a while. I'm a bubbly , fun character always up for a laugh and will go out of my way to help others. I like to get out and about on my days off either to the beach or a catch up with friends or have a bbq. I'm clean and tidy and respect other peoples privacy and possessions. Happy to cook for other people or help in any way I can I pay on time but have been known to pay early . Looking in Brisbane and surrounding areas . Happy to go in with someone on a new share house/apartment . I don't have any pets , just little old me :) The only things I have to insist on are ,I need my own bathroom and I must have secure undercover parking for one vehicle. would prefer not to share a house with cats as I really don't get on with them but dogs are OK Currently overseas till mid July If you have any questions at all please get in touch :) Andy :)
I have been in Brisbane 4months from the UK on a working holiday Visa, just seeing what life like abroad. So far its very good and I'm looking to stay for my next placement in Brisbane City. I work as a Dispensing Optician and development manager for Specsavers and am currently in Chermside but live in the city; unfortunately my current accommodation is running out and I need to move. I am a very social individual and enjoy spending time with my new friends; were usually drinking or eating and making the most of what Brisbane has to offer attending many events around city. I also enjoy bike rides on Sundays and chilling in the sun, I even go to the gym to try and balance my lifestyle (though not as much as id like). I'm looking for a nice place in the city to call home for the next 6-8months, it would need to be furnished too as I don't have much and am not buying furniture until my visa is secure. if you have any questions or places up for grabs please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks
Hi, my name is Nadine and I´m from Austria (the country without kangaroos). I am 24 years old and I gonna be an exchange student in Brisbane next semester. I am looking forward to find new friends in a lovely shared accomodation like yours. I prefer having my own room with an aircon system that can do heating as well. I can be a very communicative and adventurous as well as a quite and regardfull person, especially in the exam period. In my freetime I love to dance, so if you want to learn how to salsa or maybe viennese waltz this would be your chance. :P If you do have any further questions feel free to ask. Looking forward meeting you! Cheers Nadine
Im 26 years old and moving to Brisbane on a working / holiday visa (but will stay in the city for the first 6 months or so). Im considerate when it comes to taking other people's lives into consideration. Ive been living independently for the last 5 years so have become accustomed to keeping the place tidy and respecting others. I enjoy all sorts of things.. I like cooking and having some wine with friends, I like all sorts of music, sports, photography and the outdoors. Hopefully looking to team up with like minded people who are fun to hang around with!
I am laid back and easy going. Work 5-6 days a week incl Saturdays. Won't be home a lot due to work and generally at gym in the evenings as well as spending time with family on Weekends. Enjoy sitting down for a beer and a chat, how ever don't mind time to myself every once in a while and also don't smoke.
Hello, my name is Kinam. I am a responsible, 26 year old, qualified professional, employed full time. I moved to Brisbane over a year ago for employment and am looking for somewhere closer to where I work (Dutton Park). I am a tidy person and living with someone who appreciates a clean home is important to me. I prefer to share with one other flat/house mate but am open to other options. I am friendly, easy to get on with and respectful. I don’t smoke, drink occasionally and am looking for a fresh start somewhere that will give me easier access to work and allow me extra time for a more active lifestyle. Thanks for considering my profile.
Pretty easy going guy I am a Post grad student, I would prefer not to live with couples but I may be willing to make a exception if I feel they are easy to get along with. I usually try not to live with couples because I find it is impossible to please both, usually couples have to disagree with each other on their friends. I am not in a hurry to move so I prefer not to be pushed into any place. I am just looking at this point and if I see something that I like I will get back to you otherwise you can send me a message and I might take a look at your place if I like your listing and remember when I am ready to move. I am looking mainly in Townsville but I am considering Brisbane too. That is because I am living in Ayr at the moment and Townsville is a easier move for now but I am open to Brisbane. I am looking for places with water, electicity included. I study online so I would prefer internet included but I am less concerned about that because I don't mind using public utilities for accessing the internet but I would prefer not to if I have a choice. I am looking for a place between around $100 and $140 per week probably more like $120 but it depends how livable the $100 places are I guess. I graduate in about a year and a half and I am halfway through my degree so if I like the place I might stick around a while potentially. I maybe doing a PhD but I am not sure about that, I probably don't need to if I want to get a good job it will be helpful but probably not necessary. So if I did I may be living there for even longer but generally I move around every 6 months or once a year so I probably will stay a moderate amount of time.
Hello, I'm Shannon. I currently live in Newcastle NSW, and I am looking for a place in or near the City of Brisbane. As it will only be myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. I would prefer the place to be near bus stops and train stations. I Can as well pay for Rent and Bond straight up in advance :] I will be coming up to Brisbane this month i need a place . I currently seek benefits, however once moved, I will be looking for a new place to work part time, and/or apply to Tafe to study. Paying rent on time will not be a problem, I have not rented before, apart from off of my own mother, as I pay fortnightly to stay in her home, so I do ask that you give me a shot. I am desperately looking for a place, and am able to adapt to new places and situations well. For contacting purposes, please message me on here. or text me on my mobile phone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. It would mean the world to me if you could help me out . Thank you reading my Ad. I Can catch a plane and come to Brisbane and view the place if needed I really need a Place as soon as possible Thank you for having the Time. to Read all this i Really appreciate it hope to hear from you soon Cheers :]

I'm Lucrezia, optometrist from Italy. I'm gonna move to Brisbane for study and work both. I've already lived away from home so I'm able to manage house works and to respect other people's needs. I love music and I play acoustic guitar, so I hope you'll enjoy music too :) I also love sport, healthy food, of course wine specially shared with friends, and all simple things about life. I'm looking for an easy-living place with nice and funny people. *** Guys, I'm attending the student visa so I'm not in Brisbane right now. I'll be there on the last week of August I guess. I can't view the flats in person, neither to book in advance because I would like to see the place before to decide. By the way I'm keeping in touch with all of you using Whatsapp or FB ***
