I'm a 55-year-old woman on a disability pension. I also work casually as a Support Coordinator for NDIS clients. I am clean and tidy and like a peaceful space so I am very quiet and mostly just spend time in my room reading or watching youtube when I am at home. I am also very friendly and easy going. I have no young children but do have pets that keep me company. A cat who is 14 now and rather clingy so doesn't stray too far from me and a cross breed friendly dog 9 years old. I don't smoke and don't drink. I would really love a space such as a granny flat or a room with my own ensuite. I do have my own furniture. My dream would be to live on acreage or a larger property as I love nature but of course this is not a must have. Even though I am on the disability pension I am very independent and capable and I drive so being away from public transport is not an issue. Unfortunately my tenancy has come to an end after over 7 years in the same place due to the owner selling. So now I'm just after something long term and stable for myself and my pets.
