Hi everybody ! We are Julieta and Romain, respectively from Argentina and France (a great combo !). To present us, we live together since 2 years and are used to live with roommates: we love to share experiences, cooking for everyone (including no-stop talking aperitives), have fancy guitar moments and are really open-minded ! After other great life moments in Buenos Aires and all over the world, we arrive in Sydney on the 21st of february to study english (bondi beach) and work for some months, expecting to follow up the adventure ! Thereby, we actually are looking for a room for the 2 of us in an appartment we'd - obviously - share with cool people :) Rom & Juli p.s.: the kitchen is an important place to share ! And for information, we're no smokers, but it's not a problem to share an appartment with smokers.
From the UK, work in financial services/technology, recently 30 & left a good lifestyle back home for a great lifestyle out here! Love to socialise over food & drinks, although the latter distinctly fell away in volume & regularity as the door to my 20s slammed shut, in favour of an active outdoors lifestyle, an early start & a good coffee! Always keeping myself busy & healthy - in the gym BEFORE work most mornings (so no competition for the bathroom 😉) & in the evenings was previously doing Crossfit twice a week & Spanish lessons another night, both of which I’ll pick up again when settled. Only know a handful of people in Sydney so would be really good to meet new, likeminded people rather than just flat mates, so would be great to share with at least two others if possible. Used a site like this once before & made friends for life so the omens are good 🙂
Hey, my name is Matt. I’m a 29 year old journalist working full time for the ABC in Ultimo. I’m clean, friendly, respectful and have always been reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills. I have a steady income, and share house experience as well. My interests include movies, books and having a yabber about politics and current affairs.
I'm a smiling, happy and caring person with a good sense of humor. I enjoy connecting with people and share ideas and feelings. I'm honest and respectful and always care to make people around me comfortable. I have very high standard values but I'm easy and flexible. I believe it is important to communicate so everyone can feel good and serene. I have a healthy active life : a balanced diet, practicing sport on a daily basis. I'm independent and do my own activities. I like reading a good book and stay outside as much as possible as I love being outdoor! When it happens I enjoy having a nice conversation with my flatmate, sharing why not a diner or a glass of wine/tea! I just arrived in Sydney where I have been 5 times and lived 10 years ago. I need to figure out if I still like this city life style. That is why I wrote "4 months" as preferred stay length. I do hope it will be more!! As a co-owner of a gelato-coffee shop in Italy I might have to go back to Europe sometimes if necessary. If you contact me you will hear a french accent! I hope you don't mind!! :)
Couple currently living in Sydney (Darling Harbour) looking for a new place to rent near the beach for the remaining 6 months of our visa. From the UK both work full time not party people but like a social drink on weekends :)
Currently living in Sydney and working full time in sales and event sponsorship. Very easy going social guy, I am clean and tidy. I like keeping active, hanging out with mates and having a few drinks now and then. My family lives up the coast in Newcastle so I'm often travelling up there on weekends.
Looking for nice clean room in Coogee or closeby. Also need a car space. I am professional, friendly, tidy, respectful and honest. I will be doing my masters at UNSW and also will be working in CBD. I like to keep fit and live healthy lifestyle.

We are Shannen and Naoise and we will be moving to Sydney at the end of May. We are hoping to find somewhere to live short term in the eastern suburbs, and if all is going well hopefully we can turn it into a long term stay. So a bit about ourselves and hopefully why we would make great housemates: Naoise is originally from Perth but has been living in Ireland. He is a Mechanical Engineer so he is very handy to have around the place for fixing things. He is quite adventurous and likes to get outdoors try new things (skiing, mountain biking, camping surfing etc). Naoise has a great sense of humor and is always up for a good laugh and doesn't take himself too seriously. Shannen is Irish and is a Neuroscience graduate. Recently she has been working in virus detection. Shannen loves to bake so there will always be treats in the house. She is also one of the most kind, caring and friendly people you will ever meet. She has a warm and bubbly personality. We aren't exactly party people but we do enjoy meeting new friends and having a drink or two on the weekend. We have been living in shared houses with other people for the last 5 years so we are used to sharing space with other people. We are both quite active and are looking forward to get out to the beach and enjoy the famous Aussie weather. If we sound like we could be your perfect housemates please contact us. Best Regards, Shannen and Naoise
Hi I am Ana, I am Colombian and have lived in Australia for 4 years. I enjoy living an active and social lifestyle: I work in the fashion industry - often work late, run in the mornings, dance and take classes several nights a week and go to the gym. I am looking for a new home with fun, friendly and sociable people. I am clean and tidy and like to be respectful of other people’s space - these things are very important to me and I look for like minded people.
Hola future homemate(s)! I am a chill laidback guy from Bali, Indonesia currently on the last year of Engineering degree at Sydney Uni. I love anything to do with the sea and the waves. Used to be into party scene but now looking for a chill and quiet social environment (Thesis ain't gonna write itself), preferably close to the waves so I could still surf despite of hectic schedule. I enjoy adventures and backpacking. Open to live with anyone from all cultures and backgrounds. Busy on weekdays, but could socialise at evening time. Weekends would be spent outdoor in the sun, come surf? Minimum 6 months of stay with option to extend. Looking to move in late february - mid march, pretty flexible. Ready to inspect future homes in late february. Available for Interview upon request.
I am sociable but do my own thing. I am house trained and a bit older so I know how to clean up and respect others and have learnt to have tolerance. I enjoy a good wine or beer. I like to go out and socialise outside rather than in, so those not wanting a party animal inviting loads of folk over for parties know that I will fit. I do like restaurants and the cultural scene and like many I will be having to get fitter but that is what a beach, park and gym are for. I will be working hard as I am starting a new IT job, and re-establishing Sydney contacts as I return from New Zealand. Like many I like the nordic noir and game of thrones amongst other things when it comes to the square box.
Hi Flatmates, I’m a fun, laid-back 24 year-old Irish lad who’s currently on the hunt for a new place for the next 3 months - maybe longer. I’m working in a full-time Finance role in the CBD so I generally keep my head down during the week but I’m all about enjoying myself at the weekends. Looking for a like-minded house of WHV’s or Aussies to live and have a laugh with. As a housemate, I’m clean and like my own space but sociable and always keen to have a beer and chat. If anyone is looking for a chilled housemate with good banter, get in touch. Cheers, Cormac
Hi my names Connor from England! I've just moved back to Sydney after spending a year in Australia 2 years ago. Currently looking for a private room in a share house/flat with some awesome people that allows me to settle in Sydney for a while. I'm a very easy going, open minded person who always enjoys hanging out and socialising. At the same time also love to cook (not sure how good I actually am at it) and just chill and watch Netflix. When not working I enjoy getting outdoors and enjoying the sun as well as going to gigs, playing basically any sport and trying anything new! Looking for a private room ASAP :)
I'm neat, reliable, considerate and honest. I don't spend too much time at home but when I do I like to chill out and enjoy being social as well. I work in north Sydney as a finance professional. Looking for a good home.
I’m from the UK I’ve been in Australia for nearly a year about about to start my 2nd year, I work mainly in the city temping doing admin, I enjoy being social but also like my down time, I’m clean and tidy and respectful of others. Love being outside and a few glasses of wine.
Hi! I have year-long working holiday visa. I’m from America. I have a job here that keeps me busy. I want to look into doing volunteer work here as well. I don’t smoke, have children, a car or pets and am very easy going and keen to meet new people as I’m brand new to Sydney! I am active and am always keen for a trip to the beach or an adventure anywhere I haven't seen! I’m a very open-minded traveler searching for new experiences and faces in new places. I have completed university as well. The place would need to be completely furnished. The length of time I am allowed to stay is flexible but I would prefer to pay month to month. I would be a very social person to live with :) I would want my own room (bathroom sharing is flexible). You can background check me on social media as well at the bottom of the page!! I also have a male friend as well from America on the same type of visa looking for a room if there were two available! I’m looking for a spot that’s either walking distance or a quick bus to one of the Eastern beaches :) Never been a huge city fan.
Hey guys I’m moving to Sydney at the end of March and I’m looking to rent a private room any time in April. I'm 25 years old, friendly and easy going.
