Just looking for a laid back place to live with like-minded people! I'm in my late 20s and new to Sydney (a Kiwi/English/American mix- my parents moved alot...) coming from London most recently. I work full-time during the week but also enjoy going out for drinks and live music on the weekends :) And watching the rugby of course - ABs! I'm a very respectful housemate, always clean up after myself and have become very good at doing the dishes (no dishwasher at my last flat). I like to live in a clean house and help maintain that along with everyone else. I'm looking for somewhere temporary for the next 4-6 weeks. A private room and ideally something inclusive of bills. Message me if you think I'll be a good fit - thanks!
I'm a part time student at the Australian Film, TV & Radio school in Moore Park and work full time in TV production. Love the beach, running and cycle everywhere! Other interests are technology, entrepreneurship and coffee!
Fun, energetic, responsible, clean and sociable Dane searching for a place to live while studying at USYD and experiencing beautiful Sydney! Coming from the people that have been ranked the happiest worldwide, I am very positive and keen to create a good atmosphere. In my sparetime I enjoy wine and running - rarely combined though. I am going to study at USYD from July, and currently also searching for a part-time job. I always pay on time, are very organized, and used to live with other people. What's not to like? Let me know if you are interested in getting a new Danish flatmate - you wont regret it!
26 year old professional, working in engineering industry. Lived in Sydney for 4.5 years originally from newcastle so every now and then go up to see the family. Always up for a drink or a movie night in.

Potential for the right person to rent the other room while we look for a new place. Want to find a 2 bedroom pet friendly pad.
Hi all, My name is Bibi, 21 years old and I am a Law student from Amsterdam. I will be going on exchange for one semester at UNSW this July until November and I am looking for a room during that period. I am very social and have been living in shared houses for the past three years and I am looking for a place where everybody's neat and tidy, where people respect each other's privacy and have their own life but are also up for a drink or two now and then. Preferrably a private room, close to UNSW and/or the beach and shops etc. I am very excited to move to Sydney and will be arriving around July 15th. All I need is a room :). Let me know if you think this could be a match!

I have a 3 bedroom unit overlooking the gully at Bronte Beach. The unit is 3 minutes’ walk away from Bronte Beach. The place is large ( 110 M2) , clean, modern and artfully furnished. Excellent ocean and park views from all rooms. Great balcony full of flowery plants. Brand new designer kitchen with all modern appliances. New woollen carpets .A modern bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet. Very close to public transport ( 6 buses within walking distance) , 15 minute walk away from Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach and parks. There is separate laundry with brand new washing machine and dryer. Room downstairs in Garage for storage. The room is relatively large (12m2), has woollen carpets and nice rug. There is a student table and chair. A new fan. Large brand-new wardrobe. Paintings on the wall. Room is freshly painted. Has double bed and side table. Best thing is the excellent ocean and Bronte gully view from the window and mostly one of the best public transport systems in Sydney.

The apartment is 300m away from Bronte Beach with restaurants and shopping. Public transport is 3min walk and takes less than 15min to Bondi Junction train station I am looking to sublet my room for a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 2 months
Friendly though quiet. Neat and tidy though not OCD. Don't smoke. No pets or crazy stalking ex. I have kitchen stuff and some furniture. Respectful and reliable though not aloof. Have travelled and lived abroad extensively and have a number of stories to bore you to tears or simply name drop...Like the time Roger Federer made me a cup of tea at his house.
Hi There, My name is Sean, I have available the second bedroom of my 2 bedroom apartment in Bronte. It is only moments from Bronte beach, and 15 minutes walk to busy Bondi, so it's far enough from the hussle but close enough if you want to go out for dinner or a drink. The room is bright with a large window. It's not the largest room, but comfortable enough. The room has a really peaceful feel, and the bed is brand new, if you want to keep it. The room also has floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. The apartment is spacious with modern highend furnishings. The lounge is massive and can easily accommodate 5 people, the balcony looks out over Bronte with a BBQ and stools to relax. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment but for its size is pretty spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern, the bathroom has just been completely renovated. The entire appartment has virtually new furnishings, fridge, lounge, tv, tables, washing machine etc.. I AM CURRENTLY IN NORTH AMERICA - PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR ANY INFO. FIRST VIEWING CAN BE 30/06/17
I'm Sarah Jane/SJ and I work full time in the head office of "that smelly soap shop" and love my job. When not working I shamelessly bingewatch tv shows, try to read 52 books in a year (failing thanks to the bingewatching), swim and snorkel, and hula hoop. My stand out qualities are empathy, seeing the funny side of it all, and making all cats love me. I like being social but also like having a quiet sanctuary to hide away and recharge. Though of course someone who comes home with a bottle of anything nice to drink is always appreciated! I'd love to share with someone who enjoys an easy-going but tidy place that feels like home rather than just another sharehouse. You are independent, have a sense of humour (dark is fine!!), and feel comfortable that the household is a lgbtqi and intersectional feminism safe space. If you are passionate about this - even better
