I bought this unit a few years ago and have yet to live in it myself as I have been living in Europe and Melbourne in the last few years. When purchased I did some repainting, fixing up of the kitchen & I have recently installed a large 3.5 kW reverse cycle air-conditioner. Both bedrooms have built in robes and can fit either a king size bed in the main room or queen in second bedroom. One bathroom/shower to share which is a little small but I intend to remove the bathtub to allow more space. Small living space but ideal for a unit of only 2 people. Downstairs is a communal clothes line, otherwise there is also space to hang inside on portable clothes rack or by the front door. The great points about this property is that there will be NO inspections - but keeping that in mind generally speaking I would prefer a tidy housemate but I am not too fussy about things.
