I live in quaint house in Brooklyn Park which is 10 mins from the city and 10mins from the beach. It is such a nice area to go for a walk and is not far away from great cafes and restaurants. I have the largest fully furnished room to offer with a shared lounge room, kitchen and bathroom and a huge back yard!! There is a parking space available in the driveway and free parking on the street. I also have a cat who remains indoors at all times. My dog visits on occasion too. So a love for animals is a must!! The rent will be $125 per week and $250-300 per 1/4 for electricity, water and gas. We would also share cleaning duties :)
I work at an OTR in the evenings and get home after midnight. I'm very much a night owl but I very much try to keep quiet at night. I'm clean and neat and mostly keep to myself and looking for a housemate who is the same.
Fully furnished rooms available for rental. Large room with build in wardrobe and private key to room. House in good location, includes electricity, gas, water and Internet. Close to city, beach and shopping areas - 5 mins drive to Harbour Town Shipping Centre, beaches and city areas. Great housemates, friendly and respectful.
Hi! My name is Alexia and I'm a 19 yr old (soon 20 hell yeah) student and part time waitress looking to move out of home! I study at the conservatorium at Adelaide Uni, I love playing guitar, piano and singing, hanging with mates, having a cheeky cider and going to gigs! I'm extremely clean, so you won't have to worry about dishes in the sink lol, and love to chat and make new friends! Ideally looking for a room in a house within the western suburbs with someone of a similar occupation and age to me (would prefer an all-female flat), someone that's neat and chill that I can get along with. xx
I do my best to get along well with everyone. I am a neat person, and like to keep my possessions to only the necessary. Between work and travelling home to visit my family, I tend not to be around a whole lot but when I am around I enjoy spending time talking, cooking or getting out and about. I have a paddleboard which I take down the beach regularly, so I am always looking for another beach bum to join me!
Hi, I'm quiet and respectful of others' privacy. I always pay on time. Non-smoker, no pets. I have a stable part time admin job working 3 to 4 days per week in the city. I'd like to find a room for $180/wk or less including all bills. $200/wk is my upper limit. I'm looking for a short-term flexible tenancy as I'm planning to lease a whole property with a friend in the next few months. I'm only looking within the suburbs that I have listed. Furnished, unfurnished or semi-furnished are all fine. I don't have an exact move out date but would like to find a new room quite soon as it's too noisy in my current place.
Hello everybody, my name is Chris and I come from Greece. I came at beautiful Adelaide 17 months ago, I study an "Advanced Diploma Of Information Cyber Security" and I work at the same time. I am an easygoing person, very respectful and thoughtful person, always willing to help when it is needed. I would like to find a house that I could call it "my home" ideally and not just a room to spend all my life there. Of course everybody also needs its privacy. I could tell a lot, but I would prefer to meet ourselves face to face and have a chat with a coffee, why not? My hobby? If I could find some available time -haha- I like to swim, play guitar and basketball :) I hope that I 'll find the ideal place here :) I could live in anybody area or suburb if I find the suitable place for me so don't hesitate to contact with me if there is some interest. Ideally my weekly budget would be at 150 aud per week but I could give more if I find something special :)

Hello, we are Connor and Tori and we are an awesome couple looking for a laid back share house to call home. I (Connor) am currently looking for a job and re enrolled in school to complete my SACE in 2020, my partner Tori is also looking for work and plans to study on at Thebarton Senior College next semester. Our goal is to look for a great place to settle in and call home and make a good relationship with who'll ever be our flatmate(s). Both Tori and I have a stable Centrelink income and are responsible with money so paying rent on time will not be a problem. I am a laidback yet outgoing person with the mindset to always try to do something better and thats combined with Tori's energetic and vibrant personaility. Although we are smokers, we are respectful of property and other people and would only smoke outside, cleaning up after ourselves. The both of us are looking for a house that is safe for the both of us and for our small pup Toto. He is a chuhuahua cross jack russle, a smart playful little dog that loves other animals, even cats! With housing, we are willing to pay board or shared rent and bills, we are flexible with furnished and unfurnished accomodation. Any gender is fine with us however we would like to live with those under 30 years of age. We are both wanting to stay in a shared accomodation with another couple or group of 2 more. Thank you for your time reading and hoping to hear back from yo very soon. Connor and Tori
I am from Delhi, India. Masters student at Uni Adelaide. I have a vibrant personality, I love to meet new people. In my free time, I write blogs, do food blogging and sing. With all that working part time as well. Really love a walk near beach side. Drive across with songs on. Let me know if you are anything like that, we can teamup!!
I’m a clean, fun and relaxed guy to live with who free up on a cattle station. Enjoy several sports including rugby, boxing and tennis. A Full-Time Field Technician for an AgTech company based in Adelaide, moved down from Queensland in March after deferring an Engineering and Biotechnology degree. Looking for a few like-minded fun individuals to live with, hoping for a home not a house. Cheers
