I'm 21 years old, gay, born and raised in Melbourne, and work most of the time at a café called Grub in Fitzroy. Favourite past times include: drinking amaro and pretending I'm European/ reading/ saving dollars at the Nova on Mondays. I'm beginning a Bachelor of Creative Writing mid-year, though I've studied French in the past. I'm a very considerate and social housemate, but also love my down-time in my own space. Let me know if you would like to meet!
Hellooooooo guys! I'm Thomas, a 28 year old working holiday maker from the Netherlands. I arrived in Oz about 8 months ago, but I love it so much here that I'm going to extend my visa with another year. Obviously, Melbourne is the place to be hence I'd like to absorb all the good vibes this city has to offer! I'm looking for a place that feels like home with a bunch of friendly outgoing people, though I'm not looking for a party house. Are you looking for a spontaneous, funny guy to join your 'family'? Look no further and send me a message! Cheers
I'm an architect from Iran. My phd should starts by Sep at Deakin! Until then I have some part time jobs to do in the city! Easy going and friendly! Clean n tidy! Non smoker Organize just like an architect!!
Fun upbeat person that wants their home to be a place where I'm excited to come back to and have a beer or four with the roommate. Will catch me watching or playing sport in my downtime, and also love doing things like cooking meals. Works at Crown Casino and studies at Swinburne.
Brunswick Gem! This is a really special place in a great location! Less than 10 ( closer to 5) Minutes from: Sydney Road Jewell Station Tram #19 to Flinders Tram # 55 Princes Park Boarders Parkville The home is great in winter ( gas heater) but is a real performer in Spring and Summer. Summer is a breeze due to the A/C, fans and design of the building. Yes there is an air conditioner in your room, Although I rarely use the A/C as it is expensive to run. Flexible with furnishing in the room - fully furnished if needed. The house itself is pretty well equipped with everything you need - washing machine ( it is a little quirky, dishes etc. I just installed an automatic projector screen which has helped to optimise the living area. Lemon tree lives by the front door along with the worm farm, compost and garden. Ah the garden, due to the constant battle with possums eating all of the veggies in the garden (currently they have won) I have been forced to make a tactical withdrawal of the garden. It is in some need of love! Aside from the location the house itself is really unique. You will have a large room with a sizeable patio (shared) right outside the room. You need storage? We have storage! The room comes with a large walk in closet (pictured above) with built in racks and shelving. The house has a garage that is currently under construction to become part bouldering gym, 60% complete. Street parking readily available. Great view of the sunset. The house is open to everybody ( with a few exceptions please read below) although I would prefer people that do want to have a home and potentially stay mid to long term if all is well. Rent is $ 350/week for couples - bills and internet not included. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Move in date is flexible. Pets may be considered after formal introductions with the lovely critters.
I'm a very friendly, outgoing guy. I'm from Mexico, and I just finished my studies at Melbourne Uni and will be starting a new job next week based in the city. I'm looking for a place close to the city. I plan to use my bike as my transport. I like technology, movies, music, singing, Mexican food and good company over a drink of tequila. You'd love having me in your house cause I'll cook you up some tasty tacos!
I'm a full-time student in unimelb now, major in construction management. Friendly and good at cooking ( especially for traditional Chinese dishes!) I will clean the room and the public area every week and clean bathroom every times after taking shower.
Lived in shared accommodation and traveled extensively. Like to cook and clean. Mostly spend my free time watching the latest TV show I've gotten hooked on or playing games. Study computer science at Melbourne Uni and work part time in Thornbury. Don't mind a few drinks every now and then, but not into going out every weekend. Like to socialise and hang out, but also like my alone time too.

Hey people, Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the CBD, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if you're looking for someone to join up About me: I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals and taking photos. I'm pretty easygoing and respectful to my housemates, always tidy and considerate. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. Will pay bills on time and contribute with buying common needs. I also don't have a car so do not require a parking space. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying at unimelb for the next two years
Images shown are from the real estate website, I will update them once I’ve moved in. In a prime location in the heart of Brunswick, this newly renovated third floor penthouse apartment is the ideal place to live in Melbourne. Perfectly located less than 5 minutes walk from Sydney Road, Jewell station and Barkley Square it has easy access great local cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and public transport. Less than 20 minutes of driving, biking or public transport will easily get you to the CBD The apartment is large with open plan living / meals / kitchen area and a separate study that can be utilised as a second living area. This could also be a home office if someone wishes to rent it as their own personal space, in addition to their room. The two substantial balconies have exceptional views, one from the living room looking over the rooftops to the north, the other accessed from the three bedrooms looking over the city. I have very little furniture a the moment (only a couch and a few chairs) so there is plenty of room for your furniture. I will be happy to fill any furniture gaps in our apartment once bedrooms 1 and 2 are let. 2 tandem parking spaces are available in the secure basement. Internet is included in rent.
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers Preferred move in date: 4/7/2018 Move out date: 21/11/2018
We have a double room available in our home from the 28th of June (however, flexible with this date), ideally for a couple, but singles welcome, as my partner and I are moving overseas. The house is in the heart of Brunswick on Brunswick Road, between Sydney Road & Lygon St, seconds walk from the 19, 1, 6 trams. We are right next to Barkly Square, super close to the city, and surrounded by amenities. The room itself is very spacious, with a really high ceiling, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, natural light, and comes furnished if you'd like it to be (except the bed). It is currently furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside table, and two dressers. The house has an awesome backyard with a beautiful palm tree, bbq, and is a great hangout space, along with our cozy lounge. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is big with a plenty of cooking space, ample fridge space, and even a coffee machine! You will be sharing the house with two others in their late 20s, and we are ideally looking for someone around this age, too. Everyone’s on a different schedule but share interests and have a friendly, respectful, and inviting vibe. We are looking for the usual - someone to add to this vibe who is house-trained/knows how to live with others. The room is $1,400pm, and priced for couples, with a bond of $1,871. Utilities around 50per quarter. So, if you like the look of this place please message me with a little bit about yourselves :) Rent for couple per month: $1,400 (700 each) Bond: $1,871 (935.5 each) Bills and internet paid separately
I am a student, I'm moving for study. I'm from Adelaide where I've lived in a bunch of lovely places - I'm not a share house novice! Non-smoker, tidy. I love buying flowers even though I can't afford them. I can cook.
Hey, I'm a full-time Uni student at The University of Melbourne doing my first year of Bachelor of Commerce. By my name, you must have guessed where I'm from but neither do I work at Seven Eleven nor do I drive a taxi! hahaha. jokes apart, I'm looking to team up with somebody who's got the spending limit of around 350 bucks, I have found many places near in 5 minutes vicinity to Melbourne Uni, one of them is fully furnished and looks like it dream, moreover, it's on the 42nd-floor daym what a view of the city and there's a bunch other too. contact me varunaroraldh .... at ... gmäiL ... c0M
We are a couple from Argentina. We like share diferences about our culture, our country. We were living in Sydney one year, so we have references. We are tidy and no smoker. Easy going people to live with
I'm quiet easy going who loves to draw. You'll often find me with my notebook and pens as I doodle away. Currently looking at going back to school and finally finishing my studies so plan to find a job around this schedule. I'm cashed up and able to fund my rent and bond. Ideally you will be close to transport and train station. Prefer a place that is pretty low key and minimal partying. Love a casual chat and sharing a meal. Unfortunately I do smoke so an outdoor area is appreciated. I don’t have pets but love animals.
Hi, I am subletting my room from the 14th July to 10th August 2018 (4 weeks) as I will be traveling. You will be living in a fully furnished comfortable room in a charming federation style home. A lazy five minute walk and you will find yourself in the thick of things on Sydney road. The city is a 20 minute train or tram ride away. You will be sharing the house with two very talented female chefs. We are looking for a social person who would be open to making new friends and share new experiences.
