I'm a nature loving urban lass - a creative soul who's worked in sustainability, Indigenous entrepreneurship and film production. I have a bucket full of stories and a pretty infectious chuckle. I'm happiest in the company of good humans with chilled, positive vibes. I'm considerate and love a good veggie cook up - happy to share whenever the chance presents. I'm an advocate for swims, a weekly dose of yoga and ride my bike to work. I get out and about a little bit, but appreciate my down time. I have a four legged side kick names Scooter. He's a 4yo Spaniel cross on the smaller side of medium. He's got a super affectionate temperament, and loves a good game of fetch in the park.
Two story (bigger than your average) Apartment with high ceilings and private rooftop terrace overlooking Lygon Street. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Large open plan kitchen, lounge room and studio/sunroom downstairs. Trams (Route: 8 & 1) at the front door step as well as a short walk to Sydney Road. Only 5 km from the CBD, Fitzroy, Northcote and surrounded by an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants. The space is flexible and easy for communal living having the apartment separated over two storeys. We have been living here with our current flat mate, but unfortunately they just a job on the other side of Melbourne. We am looking for a male or female to share this great space for a short-term rental. It would be ideal for someone new to Melbourne wanting to settle in, or travelers who want to avoid the chaos and expense of a long term hostel. I'm 26 years old (Aneira) originally from Adelaide and my partner is 33 years old (Adrian) originally from Mexico City. We both have busy schedules with uni and work, which keep us out a lot, but when we're home we keep the environment relaxed and drama free. Looking for a flatmate who wants to share a living space. Who is clean, but organised chaos is not a problem. Like to live with people who we feel we could share a meal with, whilst respecting each others space and lifestyles. - Rooftop Terrace (it will make you say yes - trust me) - Unlimited NBN Broadband, water and electricity included in the rent - Beautifully furnished - Dishwasher - Washing Machine (there is a public laundromat with dryers next door) - Fridge - Amazing heating and air-conditioning - Built in Wardrobes
Finally, the part where I get to talk about myself..I'm kidding. I like to think I'm a great person to live with because I'm extraordinarily easy-going, I don't mind what anyone around me does so long as the house doesn't burn down. I'm kind, considerate of others, and I love to get to know people, and also don't take myself too seriosly. I'm respectful of other's personal space which I believe is vital when it comes to living with others, and also very clean and tidy, but not pedantic.
Heya, I'm a self employed, author, entrepreneur, Chinese medicine guy and yoga teacher, originally from Brisbane. I'm into natural medicine, yoga, chilling out, reading books, drinking coffee, wine, running an online biz, dancing, kung fu, nature, music and laughing. No pets, no children, no wife, no girlfriend, no car and no B.S. :) What's wrong with this guy, you ask? I actually been travelling around the globe and running my business online for the past 2 years and now I've got the vibe to settle down a bit to focus more on my work and get back into teaching yoga. Melbourne seems like a good place to do that. I've been described as easy going, intelligent and friendly... I mainly cook vego, however I also eat meat. I always pay bills and rent on time. I love dogs. Cats are cool too, yet prefer dogs. Because I'm mainly a writer I work from home most of the time, so I'm after a big bedroom or an office space where I can work from a good desk. Good internet, a quiet neighbourhood and access to public transport is a must. During the days I tend to stay in and work, however at night and on the weekends I tend to go out to yoga classes and generally get more social. I have no furniture... as yet. So furnished would be helpful but not absolutely necessary. Prefer to live in a warm, friendly, house with people in their late 20's or 30's who are interested in natural health, entrepreneurship and/or eco-friendly lifestyles. Sound good? Get in touch! (At the time of writing, I'm currently in Thailand and will soon be in Brisbane up until the 29th of November... We can do a Skype meeting if that suits, and I could come check out the place on the 29th)
Hi there! I'm a 26 year old guy looking to move into an inner north place with likeminded people. I work full time Monday to Friday in South Melbourne as a Photographer; so generally take it easy during the week; few dinners/activities here and there, then get out and about on the weekend. I enjoy sharing a meal from time to time, being respectful of other housemates by cleaning up after myself and generally keeping a good vibe around the house. I've got a few things I can bring to the house including a 60' Smart TV, great for those nights in with Netflix.
Hello! We are 3 Calm and friendly Mexicans students(20,20 and 18 years old) looking forward to start a bachelor in Melbourne next year. We like to be always a good company- we are very respectful and open minded persons. Our current apartment contract finish this 25 nov. However, if necessary we could arrange a new contract several days before.
I'm a 26 yo female one year away from completing my postgrad degree in medicine at Melbourne Uni. I'm originally from Sydney. I enjoy being a good mate for my housemates I am a social creature but I am also happy in solitude if people need their own space :) I've been renting with housemates since I started uni 8 years ago so I feel like I've got a grasp on this sort of thing and won't be terrible to live with! I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, going on foodie adventures and binge watching Netflix especially when I have upcoming exams. I love wine and cheese nights. I enjoy a cold beer and playing Call of Duty. I also enjoy travelling, board games, musicals and boozy conversations about history, science and politics. I am also super clean because I find it therapeutic but am highly tolerant if others aren't so much :) I don't mind at all if you are a smoker, have pets or are regular partiers or not and I have no problems compromising on things. My lease ends Dec 11 and my close friends are all moving away so finding somewhere before then would be ideal! I have a bunch of stuff so unfurnished would be better for me.

Hey! I'm Nicole Morse, I'm 19 and study Fashion Merchandising at RMIT in Brunswick. I'm a fairly quiet person who loves to watch Netflix and go out for dinner/drinks occasionally. Currently I'm living with my parents over the summer holidays but looking at moving down to Brunswick start-mid January. Fun facts about me: - I LOVE to travel!! - I play tennis - I work at Kmart - I'm from country VIC AND I'm desperate for a room around Brunswick! :))
We're a couple in our 30's, I'm a new PhD student at the University of Melbourne, looking for a long term rental, and Manuel is here to work full-time. We're not smokers, no pets, very clean and laid back :)
Hello, my name is Satomi from Japan. Working in a restaurant in CBD. I am clean, responsible, easy going, open minded, non smoker, love music and animals, quiet but friendly and fun person. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm a great cook and really funny. I am moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for work. I love socialising, fashion & food Really easy to get along with.
Hello! I'm Laurence. I am pretty newto Melbourne as I recently moved in from Montreal with my girlfriend Ariane. We are both 2 young professionals in our twenties and will be quickly seeking to have a stable work in our field of expertise. We both lived in shared apartment before, have had roommates for many years so we are used to living in a shared place. We are cool, not intrusive but like to have a chat once in a while and a good social life with our roommates. Furthermore, we love to cook and like to keep our place clean. Looking foward meeting you!
Hi, We are a couple of Professionals, looking for a place to sleep closer to the city to ease our current 3 hour a day commute. We are an Architect and an Interior Designer working full time and studying our trade at night. We are looking for super clean, neat and respectful flatmates. We are not looking for a party house or a house as we are way past this stage. This is a short term 6 month at max run for us as we are looking to purchase our first property by June 2017. We would be happy to house sit for shorter periods or quietly reside in a granny flat or the like. We enjoy being active running, bike riding and picnics when not working 40+ hours per week.
Heya. I've just moved to Melbourne by way of Brisbane and before that, Canberra, for work with the APS. I'm clean, tidy and bill-punctual, chill, tall and nerdish; a longtalker, deadpan and absurdist banterer, dank meme connoisseur, humanities graduate, reliably good for drinks, games, generating food, dumb jokes, and making hay out of city loife. Pets are a life goal; big, sympatico, gender balanced share-households (4+) are a longstanding preference. I’m looking for the premium Melbourne sharehouse experience with some harmonious characters, somewhere colourful, inner-northish, with a bit of a garden and within reasonable riding distance of the CBD. I'm currently staying in Northcote with fam so I can move whenever, or even get on board with a team-up with other cool interlopers. If you've got a space to match and think that we might gel, don’t hesitate, shoot me a DM and let me know. No roomshares pls. Thank
Hey! I'm a 29 year old female with a passion for photography and adventure. I'm currently working full time and am not a party animal, but I do enjoy meeting new people and having a couple friends over from time to time. I recently moved to Melbourne from the United States and am loving it so far. I'm a very tidy person and have always been known to pay my rent in full and on time. If you have any questions for me, please don't hesitate to ask!
I'm from the US, working as a nurse in Australia, looking to stay in Melbourne for the next year or so. I'm pretty laid back. I do a lot of yoga and Acro yoga, I love to dance salsa and speak Spanish. I'm clean but not uptight about it. I am not a huge partier but I do like to go out and dance from time to time. I'm looking for some chill, respectful housemates who have a similar lifestyle and are happy to make a new friend. :-)
Hi there! I'm Irina, a full-time student at RMIT. I moved to Melbourne about a year ago from Queensland, I'm super easy going and friendly, but I definitely appreciate some down time. I'm looking for a permanent place, or somewhere temporary until I can figure it all out! I like netflix, reading and dogs, but I'm also down to be social if that's your thing.
I am very clean and tidy, I love to be social and am always keen to meet new people and hang out. I am working full time as a mechanical engineer during the weeks but love to spend time with other like minded people on the weekends. I am a fan of live music and am always playing a sport and trying to keep fit. I am from Sydney, and don't know much about Melbourne, but am eager to explore everything the city has to offer and to meet new and interesting people.
I've recently relocated from Brisbane to Melbourne to pursue creative endeavours (bit cliche but...y'know). I'm tidy and reliable but also chilled out and enjoy a homely comfortable environment that I look forward to coming home to. I mostly like drawing, reading and exploring places on foot as well as checking out galleries whenever I can. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 so well and truly sharehouse broken (respectful of other people's space and privacy and know the ins and outs of living with others). It'd be sweet to find friends in my new housemates but I'm also pretty independent and enjoy doing my own thing as well as hanging out (I have a few friends here so you don't have to worry about me being a stage 5 clinger). I'm looking for somewhere where I can get settled/feel at home and stay longterm. If you're interested in creative stuffs that'd be sweet but not a requirement. I also have a fridge as well as other kitcheny/house stuff if needed but if not that's cool too. Mostly just looking for a rad new house with some rad new people! PS If you have any pets I'd be proper happy to have some furry friends around!
I'm a 24 y/o British traveler working full time in construction. Not a serial killer, although I killed a fly yesterday and felt awful about it. Anyway, I'm looking for a house with lots of people to enjoy the summer with. Im easy going, tidy, all those good housemate things. Outside of work, my time is mostly split up between the gym, going out, and chilling back at the house to recover after a hard day! If you're in a house full of backpackers, students, or otherwise cool, open minded people then I'd love to meet up and sort something out!
I am a researcher at the University of Melbourne. I've spent the past year undertaking fieldwork in Europe so I am looking forward to settling back down in a friendly share house.

Hey folks! My name is Octavio, and I am a fun and outgoing international student from Mexico, currently studying a master of Advertising at RMIT University. I have lived for the past year and a half with 3 friends in an amazing apartment within the CBD, but unfortunately the landlord will sell the property and asked us to move. My lease is up November 25th, but I am happy to move before if needed. About me: I spend my time either at uni, work or out socializing. I enjoy hanging out with friends, meeting new people, reading, drinking beer, among other standard stuff that 20 somethings like to do. In the past I have lived in NY, London, Shanghai and Melbourne. So based on my past experiences with roommates and flatmates, I would say that I am very easy to live with, very aware of personal space and like to share a beer/wine over a good chat when we bump into each other. Cheers!
Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a 25 year old Draftsperson. I have been living in Sydney for the past six years and have decided to make a change and move to Melbourne (because why not). I'm looking for place I can call home with people I hope to call my friends not just flatmates. I'm easy going and friendly (unless I'm hungry, but that's any easy fix). I enjoy a casual nights in with a good netflix binge and wine, playing my guitar, bike riding, and drinking great coffee. I like to prepare my own food but am always up for a social meal at home or dinner and drinks out. I'm not much of a cook but do love food! Send me a message if you think I'd be suitable for your place! Lauren
My name is Tamara. I'm 28, and I'm an occupational therapist, working at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (Royal Park). It's a 9-5 job, and I love what I do. My other interests include: anything musical (I play the violin and piano), running, cooking/baking, cycling, hiking, socialising, food/wine and spending time with friends and family. I'm very easy going, I keep things clean, and I'm respectful of others. I've lived in share houses for years and know how to live happily with other people.
I'm returning from living overseas in Amsterdam on December 2016, I am Tattooer working out in the Oakleigh area, but I'm happy to live in most areas near or far in Melbourne Before spending the past year and a bit in Holland, I lived in Melbourne for 2 and a half years, so I am familiar with the wonderful city I'm pretty easy having a social environment or more private living situation if in a shared house. I'm clean, reliable and respectful. If it's a shared house, great! If it's a lease takeover or private studio/flat/apartment on offer, that's great also I'll be in Melbourne as of Dec 9th to come and meet and view anything Thank you
