I'm just coming off a gap year from uni and be switching to Monash (I'll be studying fine arts and history). I'm a painter and artist though I'm not messy so don't worry! I'm into movies and playing Xbox and have a wicked board game collection so if you're into game nights then definitely hit me up! I have a nano fish tank I like to sit on my desk with a couple gorgeous fish to go with it of course. I also have my motorbike license though I don't presently have a bike so I just need a spot to park my car. Im not a huge party animal although I'm up for some drinks or just catch up over coffee! Always happy to clean and share house duties too and I love to bake. I don't know many people in Melbourne so I'm looking for a roomie and a friend to find a great little place together!
My name is Esther and I’m a 26 year-old PhD student, currently studying at Durham University in the UK. I’m visiting Melbourne University for 3 months as part of my PhD (beginning of October – end of December) and am looking for somewhere to rent. I will be at the Parkville campus, so am looking for a place within walking distance of this area. I’m chilled-out, but tidy and someone who does their chores! I’m a person that likes to be outside and exploring the city. I love being active, listening to live music, reading and love a good chat! I’m looking to make friends while I’m in Melbourne, so looking for a house/flat with other people :)
Hi. I am an Irish man living in Australia for nearly 6 years. 5 and a half years in WA and just 3 months in Melbourne. I work full time as a carpenter. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, staying fit and eating healthy. But I do enjoy a few beers and a good chat with the right people. I love to travel and stretch my boundaries from time to time. It'd be great if I could share a house with some interesting people and explore/enjoy Melbourne for what it has to offer. Most livable city apparently!!
I work full-time 9-5 Mon-Fri. I am self-aware and respectful of other people's stuff & privacy. I am looking for someone to start a flat share with. I have the basic stuff necessary for a team-up washing machine, fridge, microwave, couch dining table...etc I am not the greatest cook but I clean-up well after myself. I don't mind pets and get on with all sorts. I enjoy a good red but not a party animal by any means. Please get in touch if you are looking for the same.

Cute two bedroom house in Brunswick East. It's in a fantastic location on a residential street near the restaurant & bar strip on Lygon, with tram stop just around the corner and close to shops, Brunswick Baths and Princes Park. Floorboards throughout, great modern kitchen, ducted heating (perfect for winter) and evaporative air conditioning. North facing living area with lots of natural light. The house is fully furnished other than the bedroom, which has built in robes. NBN is $30 each per month and other bills would be split equally.
Easy going, friendly, adventurous and enjoy living a hard working, fun and social life. Am mindful, respectful and take others into consideration especially when it comes to being together under the same roof. I work as a sub-contractor and my working hours are often different depending on the job, though it is generally day work. Music production and Djing is a passionate hobby of mine and I enjoy a beer or two after a hard day's work. Please feel free to contact me if you're interested to take me in as your room mate and thanks for your time to read the above. Best, Michael Livingstone.

Hi there, Not searching, I have found a place
Hello, My name is Elise and i'm a 28yr old Vet Nurse student looking to take the plunge and move out of home towards the end of the year. Currently I am at TAFE one day a week. and work in Altona at least 2 days a week. Being a Vet nurse I am a passionate animal lover so I do have a small dog (Cavalier) named Brodie that i would really like to come with me so the place I am searching for would ideally need to be pet friendly. He is VERY chilled and gentle, and loves cuddles. I am also a keen cook and baker, and I am learning cake decorating on the side. I am very laid back and easy going, am up for sharing a meal and/or a drink, watching a movie or even going to a cafe/restaurant. I am looking for a place for around $160-200 p/week, the closer to Bell street or the Western ring road the better for access to my work in Altona.

Looking to live with people who are easygoing and independent, caring and compassionate and generally engaged with what is going on in the world around them. I clean up after myself and generally contribute to a clean shared living environment. I'm financially stable and pay bills on time. Some of my interests include: Wine and cooking Riding bikes, mainly as transport Reading, politics and movies Urban planning, cities and other stuff related to that Yoga (recently started this and am enjoying it) Travel Footy. I play pub footy. Maybe you know about this? Keeping healthy and active. Sort of Hope to hear from you soon and feel free to flick me some questions.
I'm currently studying Remedial Massage full time in Fitzroy and work most weekend nights. I am seeking a home; not a party house although can always find the fun in a little shenanigans. I am a rather happy, understanding, open minded and chilled being, I do my best to enjoy all of life. Living sustainably is a something i am working towards everyday, I am more than happy to live with animals and to help with a garden if there's one! I like to live in a tidy house and will always help out with keeping a clean and joyful space! I would love to live with some rather layed back, respectful, fun light beings in a lovely home of any kind! I'm not always the best at replying on here so give me call and hopefully we can organise a time to meet! :)
We're looking for a COUPLE! Amazing view from this penthouse placed exactly on lively Lygon Street! We're offering a room with a double bed, available from September. You guys will have your own bathroom and access to the huge balcony. Ideal for any dreamers who love waking up with a magical view of the sun just rising and hot air balloons flying by. What a fantastic way to start the day, wouldn't you agree? Most penthouses are above $350/week, so it is quite the sweet deal ;) You don't have to take over the lease, only a bond will be required. Message me if you're interested!
I'm easy going & down to earth, always keen for a chat but also respect each others privacy. Clean & tidy. Always pay my rent on time. Looking for a private room not far from CBD area. Parking needed/street parking is fine :) No couples cheers!
Light spacious bedroom in a modern house with balcony and BBQ. Central heating and open place lounge room and kitchen. We are very close to 3 main tram lines and very close to all your Brunswick needs. Great community and leafy area.
Update: We are still looking for a house that offers two clean (preferably furnished) rooms which costs max. $260 per week per each, and with this cost we hope that it includes bills & internet. We will arrive in Melbourne on the 1st of September, both plan on staying in an hostel whilst doing inspections 'till we find something that suits our needs. If you got anything to offer don't hesitate to send me a message! We're two easy to get along with Dutch film students looking for seperate private rooms because we like to have some privacy when needed. Other than that we're keen to live in a shared house and get to know some interesting people. We both have an internship for 6 months so we shall be working full-time. Outside of working hours we'll be either resting or taking the time to explore Melbourne. We don't mind having a drink or two on the weekends.
Hey guys! My name is Micaela Ikinofo, I'm a mature 21 year old recent graduate who's just moved to Melbourne from Auckland, NZ. I studied a Bachelor of Communications and majored in Public Relations & Television and Screen production. I'm a super tidy, laid back and outgoing individual who will be able to move in anytime before Sep 1st. I'll spend most of my days working full-time in Collingwood so I won't be round much during the days, but will always be up for a good convo and a glass of wine in the evenings! Since I've just moved over I'm wanting to have a long-term flat that I'm wanting to consider my brand new home! I'm definitely a social butterfly and can't wait to see what Melbourne's night life has to offer, however I'm very respectful of personal space and love to have my own downtime. I'm really interested in hip hop culture, film photography and streetwear fashion. I also vibe really well with creative individuals and love meeting new people. If I sound like a good fit to your flat, feel free to flick me a message and I'll be in touch.
I am pretty quiet and keep mostly to myself. I teach yoga part time currently and work at a physio doing admin work (am studying a degree in sport and exercise science online) but am looking to work back in hospitality upon returning to Melbourne. Super easy going, clean, and am always up for a chat.
Hey there! I'm Niel. I'm a 25 years old IT Professional. I am Clean, Friendly, Reliable, Respectful and Private. I'm hoping to find someone similar to Team Up with. I'm easy going and generally chill type of guy. I can either be a quiet roommate who is always in his room giving you space and privacy or the type that starts/joins in on themed nights. Up to whatever you're happy with. I love my job and I would be more than happy to help out with any IT questions. I live and breathe computers, tech and gadgets (specially home automation). At the current time, my move to Melbourne is definitely happening but I'm currently waiting for the details from work. In saying that, it would be nice to scout around and see possible Flatmates I can team up with!
Hey, I'm Ben. 27 years old, working full time as an electrician. Looking to move closer to the city for a change in lifestyle and to be closer to work. Lived out of home a few years now so I come fully trained and own almost everything required in a house (which I'm happy to put in storage or to bring along). Definitely social but also like to have time to myself, happy to share meals or drinks. In my own time and on weekends I'm normally at the gym, cycling or catching up with friends and family.
