My name is Leigh, male. I've been sharehousing since my early twenties so I'm well and truly house broken. I like to think I'm pretty easy to live with, I do my share of housework, clean up after myself and cause no drama. I just landed my dream job at the Peter Maccallum Cancer Centre as a study coordinator so I'm looking to live nearby. I keep it pretty low key during the week when I go to the gym but on the weekend love going for a beer, catching some live music, scuba diving and wakeboarding. Ideally I'm looking to live in a lively area with people who are like minded.
I'm Lidia from Barcelona, Spain. I'm 34 years old. I'm a nice person, pretty easy going, clean and respectful. I like to spend my time listening music, watching films, playing beach volley, hiking, drinking and talking with people, dance ... so many things I like to do. :) I'm really sociable but I need my personal space also. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a sociable person and I'm easy to get along with. I've lived in share houses before so I'm considerate of others and respect their privacy. I work from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and I am out most weekends so I wouldn't be home a lot.

Hi there! I'm a 30 y.o. engineer working full-time in construction management. I love my sports and am interested in foreign languages (particularly French & Spanish) and travel. I'm looking for a private room in a place which is clean and quiet, with friendly housemates who are up for sharing a drink or meal from time to time. I'll be looking from early October onwards, and am flexible with the move-in date.
Easy going professional who enjoys surfing, eating and anything outdoors. Looking for housemates who enjoy the same. I work in the Health and Fitness industry and will be new to Melbourne so keen to live with some awesome people. Ultimately looking for something long term so 6 month minimum preferred, however a longer stay would be ideal. Cheers.
Hi! I'm living in Melbourne on my working holiday visa. I'm from San Francisco, California and I'm into skateboarding, reading, pottery, going to shows and watching The Office reruns. I'm not really into cooking, but I'm into Royal stacks. I like to go out but clearly I won't bring the party home, seeing as I don't have any friends. Frankly, I like things clean and I keep them that way. Let me know if I could be a good fit in your house!
Well I watched "what the health" and became vegan, straight away haha. No partner atm. I don't mind a drink or two on the weekend but pretty chilled and I work full time throughout the week. Cheers
We live in a three story spacious house with friendly neighbours, a vegetable patch out the front and a court yard out the back. Heating, cooling - all creature comforts are available. We even have a huge spa bath! Located right near Merri Creek, CERES, and parks as well as excellent shops and bars. Great public transport options are available and it's also easy to get to the airport. The room available is on the second story and is large with a built in robe and its own balcony. As it's on the second story (and all bathrooms) it's not very disability friendly. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.
Hello my name is Laurent; i am French and an Australian resident and have been living in Melbourne for 10 years now; I am a chef, and therefore work these long dreadful hours usually associated with the trade; i am also a University graduate in Philosophy; i am a calm and quiet person, comfortable around people and always happy to socialize; most of my friends in Melbourne are people from the industry, athletes and artists; I practice a healthy lifestyle, and yes, i am one of these chefs who enjoys cooking at home too! I love interior design and own a few pieces of Industrial furniture and Scandinavian furniture. I love pets and am happy to look after my house mates dogs or cats. I have a passion for music and cinema which I can’t live without, and I do enjoy discovering new trends and cultures. I am not the messy type and do like a clean living space; I am well-travelled and feel as comfortable by myself as with a large group of people.
The room is a good-sized bedroom with an ensuite in a three-storey townhouse in Brunswick East. It has a built-in wardrobe and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, and a central living/dining area. It also has a study area on the lower level, and a laundry with a washer and dryer. There's an ADSL 2+ connection, and wifi throughout the house. There's also a balcony with a barbeque, which is great in the summer. The place is in a great location, between Nicholson Street (with Nicholson Village shops and cafes) and Lygon Street (with shops, restaurants and cafes). It's also right near Park Street, for easy access to Merri Creek and Princes Park (if you're into running or cycling). It's only a couple of minutes' walk to the stop for the Route 96 tram, which runs into the city and down to St Kilda.

I love travelling, cycling, crocheting, eating, and also having fun. I'd love to move in sometime in October, preferably in Brunswick/Fitzroy/Carlton area, but I'd be open to suggestions! Let me know if you have a room available!

A little about me... I'm a friendly and respectful 31 year old American from Southern California (not a trump supporter, so fear not). I’ve recently returned to Melbourne after going back home for a couple months so looking for a transitional place while I find the right permanent home. At home I was a freelance photographer/event producer and taught ESL so would love to be around fellow creative people. I am currently looking for work in hospo and photography, or really anywhere I can, but have enough savings to last me for the next several months just in case I don’t find something right away. I always pay my bills on time and happy to do my fair share of the housekeeping. I’m a fairly quite person, but keen to hang out and have a beer or meal, or give space when needed.
My name is Esther and I’m a 26 year-old PhD student, currently studying at Durham University in the UK. I’m visiting Melbourne University for 3 months as part of my PhD (beginning of October – end of December) and am looking for somewhere to rent. I will be at the Parkville campus, so am looking for a place within walking distance of this area. I’m chilled-out, but tidy and someone who does their chores! I’m a person that likes to be outside and exploring the city. I love being active, listening to live music, reading and love a good chat! I’m looking to make friends while I’m in Melbourne, so looking for a house/flat with other people :)
I have been living in Auckland for the past year; now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT and will be going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
We are a European couple from Austria, well-rounded, easy to get along with and live with. Since we will stay in Australia until June 2018 we are looking for a long term accommodation in the Melbourne area. We enjoy sports, cooking, arts and having a chat with flatmates and a nice bottle of wine/beer every once in a while. We care about our living space and keep the place clean and tidy. We are always open to share a common dinner and exchange travel stories over a nice meal. But we also respect your private area and time if you feel so.
Hey I'm Jessica! I'm from the UK and have just moved to Australia with my boyfriend Charlie on the working holiday visa. We are business graduates from university and looking to have some some new experiences in Australia before moving back to the UK and starting full time jobs. We are tidy people, but love going out and having fun! We also love to travel and just finished 5 months backpacking around south east Asia. If you have any questions please ask!
33yr old Professional. ( Horologist, I'll be working for a French Luxury Company) Moving to Melbourne in late October for a new job and starting all over again. I'm pretty neat and tidy, Great sense of humor ,value mine and others privacy, love to cook, social but like to do my own thing from time to time, got to the gym a few times a week, home is my place to unwind and relax after work so don't mind a social drink every now and then, would be great to have housemates that could become friends and show me all the great local spots. Ideally i'd like to be a half an hour from the CBD via tram, train or bus. I love Melbourne but not too familiar with suburbs i may have overlooked so let me know! I Love the outdoors so any excuse to get away for a spot of fishing and I'm all in! Recently got my firearms license so do a bit of sport shooting too Love animals so if you have a social dog or cat i don't mind at all :) Just got myself a new car so undercover or off street parking would be great!
