Full disclosure, I am undecided about moving to a share house and am simply exploring options if the right arrangement comes along. Working full-time, single occupant. I don't have any pets currently but love cats and dogs. I am an early-bird and like to keep active, so don't spend much time at home generally. I am an introvert and very much keep to myself and respect the need for privacy and being able to wind down, but I also don't mind a chat. I like to keep things clean and tidy, especially in shared areas. I have no interest being in a 'party' house. I do have a lot of furniture, so would be looking for an unoccupied place.

I am a pretty chilled out guy working full time as a Medical Rep. I look after WA also so often on the road and won't be home. I play alot of basketball (every night and weekends) and get to the gym when I can also. I'm definitely not a party guy - but I do like a glass (or bottle) of red and a nice dinner. Bills are paid on time and in advance, don't smoke and not noisy! Cheers

Full time Mechanical Engineer originally from Sydney. Throughout the week I'm busy working and relaxing in between. I currently work afternoon shift (2-10pm) and will be out of the house weekday evenings. On the weekends I enjoy exploring new places, snorkeling, a good book, tinkering in the garage and of coarse a couple of beverages! I'm commonly flying down to Sydney to visit family and friends, so for the most part I'm out of the house. I'm very easy to live with, tidy, respectful, not a weirdo, and happy to contribute to household chores. I'm very personable and love a good chat but also respect boundaries and like quite time on my own. Non-smoker. Looking for a new place as my current place has sold to new landlords who will be moving in. Lease ends at the end of March or 2 weeks notice if I find the right place. Ideally I would like a place with garage space for storage and tinkering.
Originally from Wales, UK. Moved to Oz over 5 years ago. Moving interstate from Dubbo NSW to the Brisbane area. I will have little furniture so would be nice to find something furnished, however i can organise my own bed and furnishings if needs be. Unfortunately i won't be walking in to a job when i move, so it's a little tricky to get work until i am actually living in the area, HOWEVER please do not let this put you off as I will be able to support myself and to pay the rent until i do get employment. I have 1 female desexed Husky called Xena. She is very friendly with people but takes a while to warm to other dogs. I rescued her from a shelter so i am not sure of her history. She is house trained. I can have a good time when the mood suits, but i also respect everyone's privacy and hope you would do the same. I am social and enjoy hanging out with other like minded people. I can be spontaneous! Would be great to have a good group in a house where we can grow to be mates instead of just sharing a home. The odd adventure away together or night out etc.

I've just signed a lease for this property and excited for the move. It's on a very quiet lane and close to the river walk and ferry terminal (less than 5 min). Also situated just off Oxford street so it is a short walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery store and shops. It also has a large pool and bbq area. The living area has aircon but the spare bedroom does not. I will purchase a good quality fan for this room. Both rooms are a decent size as well as both bathrooms and the laundry is separate. The second room also has semi private access to the bathroom due to an extended wall. Built in closets included. I'm offering the 2nd room at less than half rent to allow for no aircon or car park. The main draw card for me for this property was location, location, location. It's a very quiet leafy area but still walking distance to everything you would need.
