I am a PhD student from the United States on exchange studying the plants and fire ecology of southwest WA at Murdoch University. I am looking for accommodation easily accessible to the university by public transport for approximately the next three months. When I’m not working, I like to go running, hiking, or do yoga. I also enjoy watching a movie or series when I’m feeling less active :) I am a tidy and considerate housemate. I enjoy spending time chatting, cooking dinner, or having a glass of wine with my housemates, but am also happy to have time on my own to unwind at home. I like to have friends over for a barbeque or a board game from time to time, but am not much into having huge parties. I am looking for a place to live with other post-graduate students or working professionals who enjoy doing their own thing, but are friendly and social with their housemates.
Just a nurse looking for a home close to work (Palmyra). Work full-time Tuesday to Friday 8-5 and will most likely go home to my parent's house for the weekend.
Hello there! My name is Priscillia. I'm a full-time student studying Veterinary Science in Murdoch University! I will be in my last year of university next year and am hoping to move out from my current place as my friends are graduating this year! I am a very tidy person so I would prefer a housemate who loves having a clean and tidy space like I do! :) Since I am in the last year of my course, I would need to go to uni everyday for hospital rotations and thus would definitely prefer having a place close by to Murdoch Uni! I also have a small car (Toyota Yaris) so I would need a parking space too! I've been staying here for five years now and thus have my own bed frame, mattress, study table, chair and bookshelves. Do drop me a message if you're interested in moving in together :) Thank you!
Heya, I’m a 24 year old originally from NZ but have spent the last two years working and living in London. I have settled here in Perth working full time in Canning Vale. I enjoy a couple of cheeky drinks, chilling out and seeing what is happening in the city and around. I am looking for a likeminded crew/flat to settle into, I am a very sociable person and like living in places where the flatmates hang out or do things together especially with summer just around the corner ☺️ Not really fussed on number of flatmates just easy going and as mentioned above!
Hey everyone! I'm a student at Murdoch University studying Veterinary medicine. Needless to say, I love animals! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats back home who I miss a lot so I would be more than happy to share a house with pets! Apart from animals, I love to travel/trek, read, bake, cook, listen to music and occasionally paint. More of a chilling-at-home-watching-movies person than a party person. Not a smoker (passive or active). Not much of a drinker either :D. I have travelled quite a bit since I was young and I respect all cultures. I am a very tidy person so maintaining cleanliness is no problem at all! I am looking for a medium-large room in a house close to Murdoch Uni (Max 10 min. drive away) and with mindful/not-loud housemates. I will be in my last year of Uni next year so need a peaceful and quiet environment if possible (lots to study!). So definitely not a party house! Can pay upto $160 per week inclusive of gas, water, electricity and wifi for a fully furnished room (bed, closet, study desk, chair, lamp, bookshelves etc) AND a parking space please (I have a Hyundai Getz :) ) Move in date can be slightly flexible! I am ideally looking at a 6 month lease that I am very likely to extend upto December 2020) if we all gel well. Please feel free to message if you have any offers or questions. Thank you!
I'm 21 currently studying at UWA in conservation biology. I work part time (almost full time) as a bartender in the city so I'm gone during the day to study and gone during the nights to work :) My hobbies include sleep, doing literally anything to procrastinate and playing cards.
Hello potential house mates! We are a couple in our mid-late tweties looking for a private room for 6-12 months. Furnished and we are willing to pay up to $250 per week including bills. James and I are from New Zealand and we have just relocated to Perth. We both work full time, I'm a retail store manager in the city and James is a labourer. We always pay rent on time, we're friendly, tidy, sociable and respectful of other people's property and space. We would like to find a place where the occupants of the house socialize with each other but also respect each others space. We are NOT looking for a party house as we are both non-smokers and non-drinkers. Anywhere that is close to a train line/bus routes is preferred. If we sound like suitable house mates please message me! Look forward to hearing from you all :) Ria and James
