Basically you and one other roommate will be sharing the upstairs. This room is huge, with a large queen bed, large double built-in wardrobe and an extra partitioned space for a desk or storage. You will also have your own private lounge room space with pool table, big screen tv and bar. The bathroom is large with double sink vanity and shower. The room has a large window and has private access to a large pool and backyard. The house is walking distance to Bull Creek IGA, bus stop at the end of the street and great local parks. Southlands shopping centre is a 2 minute walk which has a large Coles, Woolies, great eating spots and cinema. It's truly a fantastic room for rent. Internet is $20 per month
Hey I'm Honey! Looking for a new place to live. Only want to share with people in their 20's. I'm a really clean and tidy person, I have a busy lifestyle studying full time at Curtin and working two jobs. I can move in to somewhere new ASAP. Looking South of the River, preferably close to Curtin. In my spare time you can find me on the couch binge watching the bachelor and eating cheese. I'm really into my footy and NBA, also love cooking! Really positive and easy going girl. Just wanting a space to call home!
heya I’m jas I work part time and study at murdoch, when I’m not on that grind I’m out of the house seeing the boyfie, friends, getting in nature, going to art classes, or chillin and having a drink! 🌟 if you like getting creative, we will have alotta fun 😄 Im a socialite but I respect down time and space too. I’m tidy and respectful and looking for a groovy place to call home 😊
I am a nurse who works in a GP practice.I am neat and tidy. I clean regularly. I am looking for a quiet not regular party house. Someone who can't expect my space but have an occasional meal or drink together. I have 11 yo daughter who stays with me weekend sometimes or weeks occasionally. I have 2 rabbits. I like going to.movies walking ,playing music and go to.church.
Hey all, casually looking for a new place to move into, not in any particular rush. Budget of up to $180 a week, preferably furnished place. I'm studying Nutrition and also working part-time in hospitality. I have plenty of references if needed :) Please note that if you simply copy and paste your ad into a private message you will be ignored!
I’m super chilled, flexible and I’m not really an at home partier or a late sleeper! I have a cat and a bird, both are really really really cute, you’ll fall in love and I promise I’ll let you pat the cat! I’m a piano teacher currently looking for other work and I currently dog sit (which I will stop if I move out). I am studying politics and law at UWA and I’m a second year student. In need of a place of a live because of who I am as a person.
I am a tidy, clean, friendly and sociable student studying at Curtin University. I am looking for a place to move in around early to end of August, preferably ensuite or private room with own bathroom but will still consider private room with share bathroom. I also have a car so it will be great if there is a garage or covered parking space available. I love animals so don't mind living with pets as well
I'd love to live with someone I can be friends with. I'm looking for a place that's hopefully $165 inc bills and wifi, less if bills, internet are extra. All female flat mates only, sorry boys 🙏 I'm working part time in Midland and looking for full-time /second job. I'd prefer a place south of the river to be closer to friends and family. Within a 30-40 minute commute to Midland would be ideal. Once I've moved I will be studying cert 4 in youth work online (internet required) For a team up I'd like a 12 month lease. If I'm joining an existing share house I'd probably commit to a shorter stay till we know we like living together and everyone is comfortable. So maybe 3 months or so with the option to be up to 12 (this is the ideal but may not be realistic) For a long term arrangement, Somewhere that could feel like home would be nice. Where I could have friends and family pop by for a coffee on my days off or come over for dinner and a board game, rather than feeling like an extended air bnb stay. If I find the ideal place I'd like to bring my fat cat mackerel 🐈, mackerel doesn't like other animals or men, they make him super stressed. I love lots of natural light and have a small but growing collection of house plants. I love old houses but don't like drafty cold ones, I mean who does. A place without carpet is preferred. I have some furniture, bed, couch ect. I know this is a super long and detailed and probably rambling bio but I'm hoping to give you as much information as possible to find that right place. I'm happy to share my (mostly veg) meals when I cook ( I'm pretty bad tho) I hate the gym but love walking especially in parks and the bush ect. I'd love to get back into volunteering. I'm happy to vacuum and mop once a week and I'll bring your washing in off the line if it starts raining, I'm happy to drop you at the airport or grab you snacks while I'm at the shops, like I said friends rather than strangers Co-habitating. Happy to have friends or family stay for a few days when they are in town. I appreciate someone that will clean up after themselves but I understand we all have busy days or late nights and sometimes the dishes may not get done right then and there, so long as they don't sit out and develop tiny civilizations on them! 😂 I can give you references, both personal, rental, Volunteer and employment. Thanks
*We are 2 female students looking to move in at mid-Feb 2020. *Looking for only female apartment We're friends and we are from Singapore. The both of us are currently studying Forensic Biology and Toxicology degree in Murdoch University. We are looking for a place to stay from mid-Feb 2020 till end of June/July 2020 so we can finish up our last semester in Murdoch Uni, preferably somewhere near Murdoch Uni. We can move in at mid of Feb 2020! <3 Pls accept us. We are taking the same classes, so we will be going to school and back home together. If you have us, we can be your friends, your sisters or even be your children. We are clean and tidy as well, we clean up when we make a mess and we wash our dishes when we are done. We are easy going, loves animals (so if you have pets, we will give them lots of love), LGBT friendly and loves to joke around. We are respectful of others, so if you need space we will leave you alone, but if you need some craziness, no worries, Skylar will give you some crazy! We can speak English, Mandarin and Singaporean language. Skylar has basic knowledge of Korean language. As you can see from the picture, Skylar (the one with shorter hair in the picture) is bubbly, sparkling and fizzy, basically a social butterfly. Skylar loves taking pictures, so she can help take some candid pics/selfies for you! Skylar also loves sunsets and scenic views as well as visiting beaches and iconic places. Skylar loves going for long walks, so you can hit her up whenever you wanna take a looooooooong walk. Skylar's spirit animal is a dog, very friendly and showers you with love and fun and irritates you to death with her energy. Christabel (the one looking at her phone in the picture) is mostly quiet. She likes to Netflix and enjoys shopping for cheap groceries. Christabel's spirit animal is a cat, pretty much either on Netflix, sleeping, studying or doing her own things, but will socialize occasionally. Christabel rarely goes out. The picture describes us pretty well. We love bubble tea.
