Currently studying Nursing/ Paramedicine at ACU, will go back to my other home for work on weekends. I accept people of all cultures, gender, religion ect also I can cook a mean spag bol!
Both mature young adults, I currently have three jobs one at Platypus shoes, Buninyong Golf club andas a barista. My partner works as a joiner. Recently completed a 2 year course in Agricultural studies and now looking at doing some short courses in Melbourne to broaden my skills and experience. I live on a small farm 45 minutes out of Ballarat hence the need of accommodation in town. We are clean and tidy.
Hi, I'm Sofie! I'm looking for a room or house to rent where I can have my beautiful doggo Maisie. She would need a pet friendly home with an enclosed backyard and she does pretty well living with other dogs. I am a friendly, quiet and respectful person, who is also up for socialising, music jams and dinner parties, but tend to go with the flow of others in the house. I don't drink or smoke. I am currently casually employed at a plant nursery, but am looking to get another part time job and would probably looking to move in around Feb/Mar. I am looking for reasonably cheap rent, ideally under $100, but in exchange I would happily do chores, gardening, cooking, or any minor renovations or handiwork around the house. Thank you!
I have a room for rent in two bedroom, one and a half bath town house in Brown Hill. Right opposite the brown hill reserve, close to shops, public transport, pub, and petrol station. This town house has central heating, has a study area which is not being used and comes with a small back yard and also pets are welcome.
Looking for a MALE flatmate, working PROFESSIONAL/STUDENT. Someone working in HEALTH/MEDICAL would fit in well. $110 rent + split bills. GARAGE parking availability can be discussed. Existing housemates lead very busy lives in healthcare.
I'm very easy going, clean and respectful. Looking to find new accommodation as my current lease is coming to an end. I am flexible with move date, but would prefer to find something as soon as possible. I work long hours including weekends and work on my photography in my spare time and enjoy an active lifestyle and keeping fit. Love to cook and keep a clean and organised home. I'm a social person with respect for others personal space and needs. I would like to find one or two people to share with and create a fun enjoyable home environment. If all that sounds good and you would like to meet or have any other questions for me please send me a message.

Hey. I'm looking for a short term accommodation in Bellarat. I am very easy going, social and tidy person. Moving to Bellarat for my grain harvest job, so I will be working for most of the time anyway. I am looking to move in tomorrow (11th December). If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me. Cheers ;)
My name is Mia, I am a 24 year old female searching for shared accommodation in Ballarat Central. I'm moving to Ballarat to begin a new job, which will begin in February. As such, I'd be well suited to live with other professionals or serious students. I'm a relaxed and easygoing individual, who prefers a gin tonic with good company on a Friday arvo over partying the night away. I dislike the smell of smoke, but love animals and a clean kitchen. I can provide current police and working with children's checks, as well as character references. If you think I'd suit your situation, feel free to give me a call!
Great cosy little place in Ballarat. 5-10 min walk to center of town, bus stop right out front of property. Property has three AC units (living room, master bedroom, upstairs living room), unlimited cable internet (included in rent price), and small backyard with garden. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and spacious kitchen make life easy. My current housemate will be moving out in October, so the room will free up when he leaves. The rooms are quite small, but there is extra storage space in a large closet upstairs. Rooms have cupboards with shelves in them also. Further to this, there is space downstairs for a couple of desks and a small living area upstairs.
Beautifully Renovate double fronted heritage home in walking distance to town and train station. Great views located by the creek if you like walking, running or cycling. Quiet street. Seperate lounge areas. Suit another active and respectful professional or diligent student.
My name is Christine, I'm 27 and I am a student. I am down to earth, friendly and love a chat but also appreciate down time to do my own thing. I am tidy and organised, and make an open minded and respectful housemate.
We are a fun, laid back couple. Both studying in health and sport focused university degrees. Ebony is a graduate of health and rehabilitation science, continuing study in osteopathy. Marvin is in his second year of exercise and sports studies. Quiet, clean and tidy couple who enjoy gaming, sports and quiet afternoons with friends. We have been dating for over 5 years and avoid making other people uncomfortable with any PDA. We are happy to team up and lease with females, males, couples or a mix. Or move into an existing house.
I guess I'm a fairly normal guy, I love footy, love movies and I'm a bit of a foodie, will be studying at acu in 2018. I'm fairly responsible (cooking, cleaning etc) but don't mind having fun either.
I have secured a full time job in Ballarat and hence, looking for accomodation there or in nearby towns. I have just completed my masters from Deakin uni, Geelong. I have lived in shared accommodation before, so I am pretty comfortable and adaptive. I have got neat and clean living habits. I am not much of a party person, nor do I smoke. When at home, I like to play games on playstation or watch a movie at low volume. Overall I am a friendly and understanding person to live with.
