Hi I have a lovely modern open plan home. I have 2 rooms available and prefer females as I have a 6 yr old daughter. We are quite and keep to ourselves mostly, I don’t mind a chat now and then. I work in healthcare and understand how hard it is to get somewhere to live whilst on placement so welcome short termers. If your keen let’s chat.
I have a room for rent in two bedroom, one and a half bath town house in Brown Hill. Right opposite the brown hill reserve, close to shops, public transport, pub, and petrol station. This town house has central heating, has a study area which is not being used and comes with a small back yard.
Hello! We are searching for someone to share our 3 bedroom house. This house is located in a great area, 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into town and the train station. We are also is surrounded by great walking tracks! It is an older house that has been renovated, so is modern inside. It is a small homey house, with great natural sunlight, on a quiet street. It has a big backyard, a split system heater/ cooler in the living room and unlimited internet which will only be $20 extra per month.
I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I love having a chat, a shared meal and some netflix, but also perfectly happy doing my own thing. I work full time in Health, and often spend weekends in Melbourne or Bendigo. :)
I am clean, punctual, and helpful. I am quiet/somewhat of an introvert and will be spending a lot of my spare time reading / meditating when not working at the base hospital. I do a bit of gymnastics/ climbing and camping occasionally and these sorts of activities :) Prefer non-smoking household.
A quiet area of Ballarat, close to public transport ( bus almost at door). A quick drive to the centre of town and shopping. Some basic local shops including a take away and laundrymat. Local parkland with walking tracks.

Moving to Ballarat from Melbourne to work in the Wendouree area until January 2019. Outside of work I Iike to keep myself pre-occupied playing soccer, going to the gym and watching Netflix.
I study Veternary and Wildlife Science at Federation Uni, work 2 part time jobs, and I live in Warrnambool. I consider myself very tidy, keep to myself generally, I study and play games quite a bit. Can be social on occasion but generally consider myself easy going! I don’t do an awful lot but I’m not too loud and I don’t party too often :)

I'm outgoing, but can keep to myself when appropriate, don't mind weekends in but am always up for parties if you need someone to go with. I'm super welcoming to pets and Willing to do my share of the housework. My friends describe me as someone easy-going and I look forward to sharing a house with someone, and will respect all house rules and house mates. I have an artistic side to me, I love playing the sax, retro and vintage items, love nothing better than an op shop haul, and cooking up a storm! I hope to find myself a place to call home on the very near future :)
Fully furnished property, five minute walk to bus stop. Lock up garage, very clean and modern home. Room has queen bed (with linen )and separate (own) bathroom. modern kitchen with use of all house facilities. Central heating / split air cooling and an outdoor entertainment area. House has two separate living areas and a study.
This property is great because it is a well maintained, better than average, big, beautiful old Victorian home with an artistic owner. One of the reasons it is better than average is due to its huge, well designed kitchen. It is set on a double block, with a magnificent garden. My name is Anton, I am the owner and landlord. I restore heritage buildings. My partner Paloma lives here and we have a 19 year old cat. Paloma stays busy bespoking in the den out back. This place would suit a creative thinking type of person who is independent, responsible, healthy and active. The room available is medium sized with classic Victorian features such as a high ceiling, re-made Victorian style cornices and a ceiling rose with a funky red glass chandelier. It is carpeted and has light blue walls. There is an option of furnishings if required of a king single quality orthopaedic mattress bed and an artisan made clothes rack. The whole house is cosy warm and heated with central gas heating with a vent in the room. It also keeps wonderfully cool in summer. All furniture in the main house is provided, as well as whitegoods and TVs in two lounges as well as the kitchen and in a soon to be completed back sunroom with a view of a fernery with tree ferns. The house is established and full of furniture so no furniture other than your bedroom furniture, your linen and your kitchen stuff, please. No extra storage in the house either.
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
I am tidy and love to live in a beautifully kept space. It is a matter of integrity for me to pay my rent and bills and keep my agreements. I communicate well in easy times and enjoy people and can navigate complex situations that come up from time to time with people. I am conducting my own 'return to work' program after a long illness and recovery. My present step involves Volunteer assisting a children's Creative Dance Instructor and volunteering at a local Opp Shop in goods pricing and display. I'm looking forward to discovering what it's like to live in town, and to making town friends, after a rural stint and am motivatrd to increase my volunteer contribution toward full time, as a basis for my next step back to work. I like a warm dry home. I spend a bit of time each week in Melbourne helping a Natropath business with admin and may be away a couple of nights a week. I am looking for a home very close to supermarkets and on a well serviced bus route as I am without a car at present. I like a bit of deep conversation and enjoy sincere connection, though also value my quiet time and self care.
Hi, I'm looking for accommodation for the Semester 2 uni term! I'm studying paramedicine/nursing at ACU and working as a swim teacher. I'm clean and listen to my music through headphones... My partner lives in Melton so between work, uni and travel you might not see me a whole lot but I'll always be down for a chat or a meal!
