Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. We are soon to be refugees as I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and we're in limbo until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. FAQ's So, Zeph, what do you do with your time? - Having worked in the coal mines for years, I'm now two years into a well-deserved sabbatical. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Waking up each day with a clean slate is pretty fun - highly recommend it. Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise or pretty much anywhere in Brisbane - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time! :)
I just got back from 4 months travel and am looking for a room to rent. Im am new to the GC as I was living in Noosa before my travels. I am clean and easy going. I love to be fit, healthy and adventurous.
Hiya.. moving from London to the Gold Coast to work at Commonwealth Games HQ. I am 32 and have been in London for nearly 9 years and forget what the sun looks like. I can give you free dance lessons, I like washing up, I am good at running to catch planes and like to make everyone play jenga. I also love music, tried to be a Dj once, think i am better at listening. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne and some friends in Sydney so I will be away some weekends - you are welcome to come join. My main goal is to work and chill out before a huge travelling trip around South America after the Games have finished in 2018. Also - going to Canada and Mexico for Christmas and New Years.. so won't be around then. :)
I will be moving to the Gold Coast to study a masters at Bond (beginning in January). I'm very easy going, active and a tidy person who is looking for a like-minded flatmate!
My boyfriend and I are two friendly Canadians who love to meet new people but also like keeping to ourselves. We are tidy and we like to have fun and party but we also know what times we should respect our roommates and keep quieter. We are looking to make friends while working and saving money.
Architect. just moved across seas from Indiana and going for my second masters at Bond Uni and working on the side. Looking to move sometime November/Decemember, finding the right people is incredibly important to me, so im starting quite early. Responsible, reliable, clean, open-minded, and respectful. Social bird, designer, sketcher, ukulele-player, cook, and traveler. I'm super easy to get along with and really prefer fun people that like to stay active, can dish out some quality banter, love the beach, enjoy gatherings at the homestead, okay with taking awesome instagram-worthy pictures, adhere to margarita mondays, can go for a drink out after a long week or sit in and binge watch netflix with a bottle of vino. I'm also a bit of a handyman and can and probably will fix anything that goes wrong with the house and i tend to always fix my roommates tech devices when shit wont work. Enthusiasts of all music, including country = huge plus. Cheers, Michael

Hello there awesome people :) I'm Vannah, 19, currently employed at Licraft Robina, and I am a very open-minded, kind, friendly, fun and happy person with peaceful energy that cleans up after themselves looking for a room to call home between the Goldcoast and Byron Bay as I work in Robina, and some friendly people to share a home with would be absolutely awesome! :) I have lived independently for two years now - previously in a share house in Uki, then with one other person in Tweed Heads and currently residing in Mount Warning, but originally I'm from the Sunshine Coast. I work in retail at Lincraft Robina on the goldcoast, while compeleting my certificate III Buisness. I have peaceful energy and am very courteous and cleanly, I would love serve as some awesome company to my housemates. As well as being an extremely kind, chill, happy person that is open-minded and likes art and reading, I am also responsible and have rental history showing all payments to be in advance. Super excited to see what will present itself for me, so please swing me a message if you're interested!

So, If you liked me and have a place to share or split, please contact me.
Hi all, Trent here! I've only recently moved back to the Coast after living in Melbourne for a year or so, mainly because I missed the beach and I never realised how much I had taken the lifestyle for granted! That means I'm looking for a place close to the beach, anywhere from Surfers down to Burleigh way :) I'm currently working casually 25-30 hours a week around my study, which is fairly time consuming as I am studying both a Diploma of Nutrition and Cert 3/4 in personal training at once, so I am usually quite busy. Even though study (and gym) takes up a fair chunk of time, I hate being idle for too long, and enjoy having a dinner/meal/horrible reality TV session with the houseys now and then, therefore, I am ideally looking for housemates that are actually wanting to be mates! Although my week can be fairly busy, I definitely enjoy a good unwind of a weekend, and definitely appreciate some weekend drinks with music and the housemates, so I am definitely looking for social people/a social person to live with :) With that said, I'm not going to be living in anyone's pockets, and am always content to do my own thing! Some more bits and pieces: - Huge music buff and will quite happily spend hours and hours searching for new music (you might hear some awesome new tunes!). - Generally a very positive and cheeky person to live with, and appreciate being around people who are working towards goals, but don't take life too seriously either :) - I am well and truly housebroken, and am well aware of how to properly use the following: broom, mop and bucket, dishwasher, shower cleaner, toilet brush etc. - Love the water, and need to be in the ocean at least once or twice a week. - Sense of humour is as dry as a desert sometimes, so watch out for that. It's been awhile since I've had to write one of these, so if I've left out any important bits, you are more than welcome to ask. Looking forward to meeting you! Trent P.S. I will be bringing my own bedroom furniture and a surround sound.
Me and my partner Connor both love to explore and be active - but are also real foodies! We are both very easy going, friendly and love to have a laugh. I enjoy photography and videography whilst Connor enjoys going to the gym or maybe watching a film. We are also very respectful of other peoples houses and spaces, (after all you're letting us stay in your home!) therefore we like to keep very tidy and clean. We are ready to move as soon as possible, and are looking for a room near Robina town centre, where Connor works. Our budget is $290 however if the perfect place comes up we may be able to stretch a little. If you have a place you think may be suitable we would love to hear from you! just drop me a message. Thankyou!

Hey! I'm from Florida, USA moving to the Gold Coast to live and work and experience some of Australia. I'll be on my working holiday visa. I'm already employed, working virtually at the moment. I'm mature and responsible, fun to hang out with, and I love to be outdoors as much as I can! Looking for a great flatting situation where everyone is happy and enjoying life.
Hey guys! I have lived in share houses in Europe and Canada, as well as Sydney. I am clean and easy to get along with! I am making the move to the Gold Coast as I have just transferred to a uni up there from Sydney. I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively and I know all of the 'un-spoken' rules to make share housing fun and tension free. Looking for some rad people to live with and have a good time in a new living location!
New to the Gold Coast. Need to be near the GC highway for easy access to public transport Chocolate addict, can't go vegan for that addiction alone (but I AM a veggo. Don't worry, I'm not one of THOSE veggos), running along the beach, love animals, red wine, sparkly things, bad movies, laughing, skating like a 'tard and good conversation Have all my bedroom things and won't part with it. Also have a futon that I'm happy to keep outside if need be (am looking at getting rid of it now anyway), sewing machine (yep, I'll totally fix your torn things), kitchen bits n bobs, foldable outdoor setting (it's cute as, it's blue) Clean, respectful of noise/ privacy (you won't hear me on the late nights I finish), bills are paid on time, believe in common areas being kept clean with household chores being done fairly, keep to myself but like to have a good chat too. If you're these things, we'll be great friends and I'd love that as I've lived with friends for the past few years and am finding this sharing with randoms a bit weird! Have a rainbow lorikeet child, she's mental and makes me laugh every day (she's currently living with a large dog and has always lived with medium sized dogs and a cat just fine). She's not messy and on the occasions she is, I always clean up after her. She also doesn't go insane like the bunches of wild ones do when they get together. She just has her moments Work as a pub bitch and studying Musculoskeletal Therapy, just started. Wowzers to our bodies and brains being this whole other, amazing world! Love to catch up and say hey and see if we'll get along! :)
