I own my own business in the country (a gym),but am taking a change of pace in 2018 to study full time. I train for powerlifting competitions, so the lifestyle I lead supports that: healthy eating, quality rest and clear head space. I grew up on a farm with 4 brothers and have lived in share accommodation for a number of years (both in Sydney and overseas). I know the importance of having my own space in a share house so am totally respectful of that for my housemates. In saying all of this I am definitely not a recluse! I would be up for exploring funky bars every now and then with my new housemates, but totally understand if that isn't their cup of tea either! I am financially stable, so being a student is not a problem. I'm a pretty easy going person however I don't want to live with smokers, pets, party people or kids :)
My name is Maja (pronounced Mya) and I’m a 29 year old female Physiotherapist. I’m currently in the middle of packing my life in Darwin and moving to be near the beach in Gold Coast. I love the beach lifestyle, love the cafes .. I’m very into my fitness and enjoy being adventurous outdoors. I love traveling the world and meeting new people. You’ll find me very easy to get along with , am always up for a good soulful talk and more importantly I’m a clean freak. If I sound like someone you know you’d get along with please don’t hesitate to contact me. Maja :)
I am an easy going person with a friendly and well trained indoor cat. I am laid back, respectful, honest, tidy, and easy to get along with. Always willing to lend a hand around the house wherever needed. The reason I am moving is because the owner of the current house I've lived in for two years is wanting to move back into it. I've lived with my 2 current housemates for the same amount of time and would happily give you a reference if needed for myself and my cat. I work 5 days a week and love to get outside to the beach when I have the free time. I enjoy company as well as my down time. I am not a party animal and I don't smoke but I do enjoy a drink or two at the end of the week. I am looking for a warm home with like minded friends (not just housemates) who are happy with communicating and having a laugh from time to time.
Hello! I am from Sydney and am making the move to the Gold Coast in April/May. I am in the middle of studying to be a Primary School Teacher and I am moving to complete my studies at University in a fresh and new environment. My favourite place to be when I have time off is at the beach! I am tidy, respectful of people and their space and am always up to make a new friend. I'd like to live with someone who is the same.
Hi, i´m from Czech republic and i´m study here on GC. I like BBQ, beer, beach, sports ... but mostly time i´m working or studying so i´m busy and i wanna just some nice place to have a rest after school and work with nice people.
Very quiet couple that has a 14 yr old completely deaf and starting to go blind shitzhu HOLLY that needs to be with her mum and dad. She's completely toilet trained and sleeps most of her day.
I'm a 3rd year medical student training at Tweed hospital. I was previously a post-doctoral researcher from Melbourne. I'm active in sports, love photography and love both dogs and cats (I have lived with housemates with dogs). I own a motorbike and maintain it myself ( I will come in handy for basic car maintenance), so that means I need a parking space and a little storage space for tools. I was in the military for a few years, so I'm pretty good with house rules if there's any =) I'm pretty easy going and enjoy a few craft beers.
We have one room currently available in our brand new home in Burleigh Waters! Room available is a huge size, just under 4m x 4m, and house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops, heaps of yummy cafes, Burleigh Heads, five minutes to the beach AND one house down from Lake Heron for Paddle Boarding!
Hi my name’s Gemma, I’m 23 and I just moved to the GC about a month ago. I have been crashing at my mates and now think it’s time for me to venture off on my own and find a place to live. I’m extremely clean, I'm not 100% OCD, but close to it. I feel that it’s disrespectful not to be clean when living with other people and would like to live with like-minded people. I'm very health and fitness orientated, if I’m not at home or work, I’m at the gym. I don’t party every weekend, I don’t mind a few drinks after a long week but I’m not one to go out clubbing all the time. Most weekends I would prefer to go hiking or do something outside. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me :)
I'm a super organised, respectful and open person :) I do aerial acrobatics, love nature, having fun and making friends, and am ready to live life to the full and experience everything the Gold Coast has to offer until I move to Brisbane for uni in Jan/Feb 2019! :)
Hey guys! We are a super friendly and easy going couple looking for a room on the Gold Coast, anywhere between Mermaid and Currumbin. We are looking for a clean and peaceful place where we will feel at home and where we can relax after work. We don’t party, but we would like to be able to share a conversation, dinner or/and a drink (or two) with our roomie(s) once in a while! We would prefer a room with ensuite or own bathroom and we both have a car, so either a place with an off-street parking or a place where we can easily park on the street would be ideal. If your house is close to the water, the beach or surrounded by nature it’s a bonus as we love nature and being outdoors and if you have a dog it’s a double bonus as we looove dogs! :P We are clean, respectful, organised and easy to live with. We are both working full time, I am a graphic designer and Fabio is a restaurant manager. In our free time we enjoy having bbq’s, going to the beach, being outdoors, doing road trips or going on some sort of adventure! We are looking to pay somewhere around $200-250/week and move at the end of February, but we are open to move earlier if we find the perfect place :) If you have a place for us we would love to meet with you. Kath and Fabs
Hi there! We're a young couple moving from the United States (Ohio) to Australia in the beginning of May 2018. I (Madison) will be attending Bond University to receive my Master's in Nutrition & Dietetic Practice and plan on finding a part-time job alongside, while Cory will be working full-time as a Personal Trainer, as well as beginning his own online business relating to fitness. We are both really into health/nutrition/fitness. We also love Jesus, love to travel, explore, try new things, and eat of course. I am also really into organic/homemade beauty and cooking, so in my free time, you'll find me making cool things in the kitchen. We are both very clean, tidy, and like to be on top of things. We are looking for a place that reflects this kind of organization and flatmates that are very mature, respectful, keep busy, and live a healthy, goal-oriented lifestyle, as well. Because we are coming from across the world, we would REALLY prefer something already furnished (unless there's something we can't pass up!). We do love our time to ourselves, but we also want to be able to chat and hangout with our flatmates. We aren't partiers, but we do love our occasional wine nights. Because we are foreigners, we would prefer flatmates that have grown up in Australia or have lived there for an extended period of time so we can have some people to show us the ropes (maybe even teach us how to surf). If this sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from ya (:

.Hey I am looking for a nice place to live and of course a nice flatmate, clean and tidy. I am 36yo I work fulltime but I like to enjoy my days off I have a motorcycle.
Hi, I'm a solo Mum of beautiful 2yo girl. We lead a very active lifestyle, often out & about at the beach and adventuring with our friends. We go away once a month to visit family interstate and often have sleepovers on the weekend at friends. I study & work a few days too, my daughter has daycare. When we are at home we are making yum healthy food & enjoying our sanctuary. Being a single Mum I really struggle when I rent on my own, the cost of living on our own makes it extremely difficult, even impossible. So I am needing wanting hoping to find someone amazing I can rent 1 or 2 rooms in their home for a long term, as I have done for the last 18mths. I am a qualified Swim Teacher, and I am doing my Wedding Celebrant course currently :) I work at a cool little Infrared Sauna and massage place in Mermaid Beach. If you have a home that you think would be perfect for us, would love to hear from you and see if we can make it work. Am looking for somewhere from the second week of Feb. & wanting to share with someone who is down to earth and just easy going. Someone who lives a balanced, happy lifestyle too. Someone we can share a home with and have a friendship, a BBQ & few beers or a wine at times :) and also we can both give each other space and privacy too, i think is important to have that good balance. Im a really happy, cruisy person and my daughter is a ray of sunshine, very well behaved (a menace at times, but you will fall in love with her) 😊
I would like to move to the Gold Coast for a fresh start and change of atmosphere. I’m tidy, friendly and respectful of people and their space. I’m not a party animal, But will always be up for an occasional drink or two every now and then. I hope to find room mates I can have a friendship with. I am preferably looking for female room mates.
I've just moved up to the Gold Coast from Melbourne for a job in a start-up. I love cooking (and I'm pretty good at it), and I am prety clean and tidy. I love getting outdoors and exercising, love pretty much all sport, and love a good housemate hang with a vino and movie or beer and BBQ. I'm a pretty happy and easy going guy :)

Hi, My name is Melissa and I am a primary education student moving from Melbourne. I'm hoping to find like-minded people to share a house with, that potentially have similar interests such as veganism, yoga, reading and a balance of social and private time. I've lived in lots of shared houses so would love to find a home where we respect the house and keep it clean and tidy. Hope to hear from you.
Hi, I'm Kev, looking for a room in Gold coast. My only criteria would be to have a big bedroom as i need space. I'm quiet and very passionate about what i'm doing, studying and working full time. 23 year old New Zealander who's been given a full-time job in Burleigh heads as a panel beater, as I'm moving from New Zealand I'd love to have accommodation sorted for when I arrive in Australia. I'm an easy going guy who's well maintained and has a good sense of humour.
