I'm a 25yo guy from Sweden, just arrived to Australia, Melbourne. For the past 20 months I've been travelling through Southeast Asia and now my plan is to live and travel in Australia. I have a 1 year working holiday visa and planning to stay in Melbourne for minimum 3 months. In Sweden my full time job was working as a mechanical engineer and also as a burger chef on weekends. I just started to work in two different burger restaurants in the CBD, mostly evening shifts. When I'm at home i like to just chill or cook food. I'm a introvert, respectful, happy, tidy and clean person who likes to keep things very organised. Not much of a party person but I for sure enjoy drinking craft beer. Is there anything else you want to know about me? Just ask! Hope to hear from you!
I’m an Australian girl who has just return from living in the UK and looking to settle in Melbourne. I am friendly, relaxed, outgoing, clean, social but also like time to myself. I am looking to make some new friends in this place I’ll call home! I am open to any area of Melbourne and the outskirts, but have been mainly recommended to look Richmond. I am very approachable and would love you to send me a message if your interested! Can't wait to hear from you.
Hey there! I’m Jess a 28 year old kindergarten teacher. Currently in the market for a place that myself and my 7 year old pooch can call home. I work full time hours as a teacher in St Kilda and am looking for somewhere close by as the transit to and from work is killing me at the moment! Would love to move into a place with other social people who are happy to have a drink and a laugh but who are also respectful of quiet nights in. I love to keep healthy and end up at the gym on most nights. I am vegetarian but pretty easy going with others eating meat around me. I love to draw, read, exercise and travel the world on crazy adventures. I have lived in a share house previously so I know what is involved in maintaining a happy household. I am super clean and would preferably like to live with housemates who are similar. I will be moving with my 7 year old staffy who is a big, soft meatball. He is super friendly with other dogs and tolerates cats. He is extremely well behaved, trained and prefers to spend every waking moment with hoomans. I'm pretty keen to move soon so would love to hear from you! :)

Ideally I'd like to live with 1 or 2 other gal pals who are chilled out, social and can contribute to a strong cheese platter to accompany a chilled Rosé during occasional girls nights. I am social and love company but do like to keep to myself and be a sloth now and then too. Looking for a private unfurnished bedroom. I also have a couple of random household items to contribute.
Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional wrapping up my PhD and moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for new full-time permanent position on St Kilda road. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy getting oing. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :) P. S. Relatively clean and quiet single looking for a place closer to work (in Camberwell). I work full time and my passion is drinking red wine and watching terrible reality TV.
Hi, I'm Emma, a 31 year old house-trained Leo. I'm currently studying Interior Architecture at Swinburne, although I'm all finished up for the year and have a few months break. This means more time for activities such as yoga, discovering new bike trails, brunching, and I may even get that veggie patch happening before Spring is over! Casual cafe worker, seeking Interior based freelance or related work to fill up my piggie bank during the summer break. I've been subletting with friends while their housemate is away studying aborad, but she's returning soon so I'm looking for a new place to call home.
We are both friendly, down to earth people. We are mindful of other people's space, but do enjoy preparing/eating meals with others from time to time. Sarah is quite good at making baked goods, although that could be seen as a bad thing by some people! Both of us are crafty, quiet types, but that doesn't mean that we're silent shut-ins! We are looking for a place that's located on either the Lilydale or Frankston lines. Sarah is needing a room which would be large enough to fit her queen sized bed, and a desk in it. Lizzy is less particular, and would probably be happy living in a broom closet. Whilst we currently don't have any pets, we will be adopting a cat or two, and getting a nice aquascaped plattie tank going once we've moved in. Please note that we're not a couple - we're just friends, and we require two separate rooms.
Hi, I'm Nick. I'm going back to uni at RMIT next year and am looking for somewhere to live starting around early december. I currently work multiple jobs in the eastern suburbs so am looking for somewhere in the inner east between Richmond and Box Hill on a train line. I have plenty of experience living independently and paying my own rent and bills with no issues at all. I'm quite relaxed and sociable always up for a chat but also very respectful. I like to get outside and keep active but I like a day or night in as well.
Hey everyone! I am tidy, considerate and friendly girl, looking for at least a year or so cause moving is such a hassle. I like going out for a few drinks and being social, but also love staying in for a good Netflix binge. I always pay bills on time, sharehouse trained and can definitely adult. I'm currently working in pathology and studying part time. Please no share room messages!
Hi, I’m Madeleine. I’m currently working part-time and will be working and studying Interior Design next year. I’ve been living in my current share house for the past three years. I’m quiet and tidy but I’m always up for a chat and a cup of tea. I'm from Brisbane but I've been living in Melbourne for five years now. I love to travel and learn about other countries and cultures. I studied Visual Art and Arts at Monash so I love looking around galleries and checking out new exhibitions.
We are Tha 24-year-old and Gig 22-year-old. We both have lovely smiles and big laughs. We're looking for a place that's close to our English school at Auburn Road, Hawthorn. For our details, I sometimes exercise (running and dancing) and cook some healthy foods. I often study in my room, but Gig usually goes out and works almost every night. We always keep our area tidy and clean. We’re respectful of others space and privacy. It would be great if we sometimes can go out for dinner or shopping at the supermarket together. Best of all is that we love pets!!
Hey! I'm Kurt, I'm currently in Shepparton trying to move to Melbourne to study a Cert 4 in patisserie at William Angliss so cooking isn't a worry 🙂. I'm currently working Part-time at Woolworths and aiming to get a transfer so I have a solid income source. My boyfriend who will be living with me is named Will, he will also be studying but a Bachelor of science at Deakin university. We both love to cook, game and have hella good times with hella good people
I'm starting a double degree at Swinburne in 2019 and have decided to move up to Melbourne from Torquay. While studying I will be working part-time in Melbourne, and am planning on spending most weekends at home in Torquay. I'm clean and respectable, and living sustainably is super important to me ! I'm easy going and always up for a chat over a cuppa, some good food or a glass of wine. I love travelling, health, fitness, going to gigs and the beach
Hey, I'm Simona Looking to move to Melbourne in about a month's time - currently residing in Sydney. I am moving for a variety of reasons - for work, for study, and to explore a different Australian city. I have been to Melbourne over 20+ times this year and can vouch that the vibes are way cooler over there. I am a classically trained musician, and I play the violin - so I am hoping to find a space where I can practice (I promise this will not be abused - I will not wake you up at 7am!). Also hoping to get a pet (a cat more specifically) so I am hoping to get a space where this would be allowed. Other interests are: making my own probiotic foods & creating my own mini herb gardens, reading non-fiction and some fiction, mental health advocacy and going to live music gigs. I am low maintenance, wanting to adopt the 'minimalist' lifestyle approach and understand the importance of clean space, as clutter annoys me. Hoping to find somewhere that would be a great fit!
Hi me and my husband are both working full time. We are non - smokers. We don't do parties and we are nice and tidy people. We respect personal space and don't mind if you keep to yourself. We both love going to the gym and you can say we are fitness junkies. We also do a whole lot of other things like watch movies most weekdays after work go out for long drives on the weekends play badminton and tennis and make sure we go on a holiday every 6 months Anyways we are pretty fun people and easy to get along with. Would also been keen to team up with a couple. thanks
I'm clean, quiet and classy. I like cooking big dinners and spending my days off rugged up in bed with the internet or doing some arty farty stuff. Im really laid back and respect privacy. I definitely lean more towards being introverted. I love movies, games and reading. I'm also looking for a place that's close to a train station. Drop me a message if you have a good room with lots of light!
Hi potential roomies! I'm Simon, a 29 year old computer technician who also works a day job as a phone/tablet technician by day. But I build a lot of specialised computers at home so thats a bit of info you should know. I can be funny and extraverted when you get to know me. In terms of drinking and partying those days are way over for me....that said I don't mind a cold beer on a good occasion. I am seeking a place for at least 12 months. Regards, Simon.
Hey I'm Dom! Grew up in France but now living permanently down under. Currently working for vicpol and switching stations into the city. On a day off, brunch and coffee places for good chats with friends is my go to thing. Always up for a game of any sports and am always keeping up to date with my favorite TV series (in desperate need of a GoT fix!). On a work day I'm usually either sleeping or acclimating to my shift schedule and keeping to myself, still up for a chat nevertheless! I'm currently looking for a semi spacious room with desk space and ideally an en suite bathroom but can forgo it if housemates are clean :). That said I am tidy and clean and hoping my fellow future housemates are considerate in that regard too! Big no no's: Student accommodation, drugs, criminal records. Look forward to hearing from you !
Hey, I’m Hugo. I’m a 22 year old history student looking for a new place around the east side. I’m laid back, easy-going and respectful of other people's personal space, as well as the home itself. I’m into skating, music and art. I’m clean, considerate and always timely with the rent and bills. I’m looking for a place that’s relaxed and clean, with a good kitchen and bathroom! Always up for a beer and a chat but also respect people who just wanna keep to themselves.
