Chris and Kirstan
$400/week•27 year old male and female
Open to joining a sharehouse or teaming up to sign onto a new lease. Let us know if you are also currently looking for a place! Our budget is up to $400 a week but at the upper send of the scale we would be looking for a fancier room (i.e. ensuite/ WIR). We have lived in sharehouses for a while and don't be put off by the fact we are a couple as we are a delight to live with (no pashing on the sofa). Our ideal house is a home where we get along with our housemates, have a couple of communal dinners a week, maybe a weekend wine, we share food staples and cleaning (without a roster), and also have some downtime - like hanging out watching TV (we will get you into watching Survivor!) Chris is from Melbourne and Kirstan from Scotland but we have been living in Sydney for past 4 years. We both have fulltime jobs working for state government so at the moment will be working from home. We were super excited to get in and amongst the Melbourne cafes, bars and gigs. But will have to settle for our other enjoyments, bush walking, playing basketball (Chris) and cross-stitching (Kirstan). We also have a beautiful kitten - Keeley - she is friendly, tidy, gets along with other cats and can come with a reference from previous landlord.

Hi, my name is Andreas and I'm looking for a new, comfy, friendly, relaxing, functional place to move into around Aug/Sep. My current housemate will head back to his country once the lease is up for renewal, and I would like to move out. I would like to move into a house, not an apartment. Preferably taking a big room. I have a full-time job in environmental/Sustainability area, 30 years old, lively, functional, and intelligent (most of the time). I travel a lot of work (before iso) so I will be out of country several times - That means lots of duty free drinks :). I loves sports, dancing, playing some sports coach game thing, and thinking about future travels. I also like to play video games hang out with friends. I work in the CBD but i have a car and having on street/covered parking would be the best. I will also bring plants with me :)

Hey I’m Jarrod. I’m currently in Brisbane and about to make the move back to Melbourne in a few weeks time. I work full time in Admin Support. I’m very laid back and social, I like a good wine or two after a long day at work and a sit down dinner. A good bar and a night out is up my alley but I’m also the kind of guy who can enjoy a weekend in. Looking for a nice fresh and modern place I can call home - sorry I’m not really looking for any old school situations. I have all my own bedroom things and also some nice clean furniture including a dining table and chairs, fridge, a TV and kitchen pieces. I believe I am easy to live, enjoy socialising with my housemates but also being able to do our own thing. I also like to keep my home tidy. OCD comes out at some points. Ideally, I’d like to live with 1 or 2 other people and would love a spacious room with my own cooling/heating, wardrobe space and my own bathroom but can also be flexible. Sport is in my blood, love my footy and netball? I like to spend my free time going for a nice long walk followed by a delicious brunch. I’m looking for a friend in a housemate also. If you would like to know anything more about me and are keen to team up, just contact me!

$300/week•28 year old female
Hey there! My name is Keira and I’m 28. The owners of my current apartment are planning to sell, so I’m looking for a new place to call home :) I’ve been living in Melbourne now for 3 years after living overseas in Canada and the UK, and I grew up in Canberra, so I travel back there often to visit friends and family. I work for Flight Centre, so naturally I love to travel and try to get away 2-3 times a year. I also enjoy going to the gym, yoga, hiking, hitting the beach, wine nights staying in and going out dancing with my girlfriends, cooking, spa days, brunch, trying out new restaurants and bars around the city, weekend road trips, camping, and the list goes on! I am very neat and tidy - I keep my space looking and feeling fresh; I always have candles and incense burning, and I’m a huge fan of having indoor and outdoor plants to bring a bit of life to the place. People best describe my living style as very zen, so if you’re into that vibe, I’m your girl! Usually I'm quite busy during the day, so at night I like to keep things pretty low key and unwind at home - ideally I’m looking for a housemate who is similar and understands the importance of respecting each other’s space and alone time. In saying that though, I’m a very social and easygoing person, and I'm a great mix between being a homebody and the life of the party - so I will definitely let my hair down every now and then. I’m friendly and approachable, and I’m always up for a cheeky glass of wine!
