Originally from the great ocean road, I've been living in Melbourne for 3 years now. Part- time radiography student, part-time hospitality worker. Non-smoker, no pets but so open to a household that already has some furry occupants! Relatively quiet during the week, enjoy my own time and space but want to find a house that feels like a home with people who are open to spending time together and sharing meals once in a while. Will need a place that can offer parking (happy to get a permit if necessary).
HI I am Female, working full time as an auditor. I love having a chat, and going out on the weekends. I am fun and easy going. I am looking for a female only share house in the Richmond area. Car parking is essential. I am a non - drinker and non - smoker. And I want to flat with non - smokers. I am an Australian Citizen.
I'm a 22 year old guy from Rotterdam, The Netherlands looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. I love football, travelling, going to the beach, gaming, and probably most of all; going for a few drinks with mates. I will be needing a place for at least 6 months, which could go up to 12 months. My move to Melbourne will be for a Dutch company I am working for, but the main reason I am choosing to start a new life on the other side of the world is because I want to meet new people and experience new things. I'm hoping to make my Melbourne time the experience of a lifetime and I hope whoever I end up living with can be a big part of that.
I would describe myself as someone who is honest, caring, intelligent, hardworking person. I have a great sense of humour. I am an easy going person. Passionate about art and psychology and I also speak 5 languages: Romanian, Italian, English, Spanish , French. Don't mind pets if you have one. My schedule is mainly work, study , gym. I also enjoy travelling, meeting new people, going out for dinner, and having great intellectual conversations. :)
I'm Canadian, but I've been living in Melbourne for 4 years. I'm tidy, and I like to procrastinate by cleaning. Professionally, I work full time for a software company with a few side projects on the go. Generally I split my time 50/50 working from home and the office - so I won't get in the way of other activities in the house. But that being said, I do need a house that is relatively peaceful. I previously worked in banking and I have a law degree, so I would say I'm in the 'young professionals' category. Personally, I have a keyboard and a couple acoustic guitars which I don't get to play as often as I would like, but you may get a little live music now and again - particularly after a couple glasses of wine. While I enjoy a nice dinner party and a bottle of wine, I don't like to party. I'm an early morning person - generally in the office pretty early so I can be home by early afternoon to relax when the day allows. I like to cook when I have the time (and happy to cook for you too), so a good kitchen would be great. I also do a little travel and some photography in my spare time. Looking for a house/flat share, preferably with only 1 other person, and preferably a working professional. Or also a team up - I have enough furniture to furnish the place too. I'm looking for a move date mid-october but can be flexible.
Hello - I’m a full-time working professional in the Events space and am currently looking for a housemate to teamup with to find a new home together! I have my own bedroom furniture, dining table, chairs, lots of indoor plants, stools, rugs and kitchen crockery and am keen to buy the couch/fridge! I am quite a sociable person on the weekends and mostly a hermit during the week due to my long working hours.. I enjoy company of friends & family popping by for dinner or a wine but also enjoy a lazy night in with a glass of red watching the bachelor! I like my houses to be kept clean and tidy with no dishes piling up in the sink! haha! (if sharing a bathroom is required, I am very conscious of having it very cleanly kept) I am looking for a place that either has a backyard or courtyard to sit out in the sun and for my dog to enjoy - he is toilet trained, very friendly and is obsessed with food and people! (so a dog person is a must as he will be inside at times) I am respectful of housemates privacy but also happy to share a convo/dinner/bottle of wine!
Myself (Sunshyne) and my partner (Mark) are both laid back, down to earth and easygoing. We both work full time so paying rent on time is never a issue. Something close to a train station is more prefered. We’re really reliable, trustworthy and funny. For fun we’re pretty relaxed, movies, dinner, few drinks from time to time to relax from the crazy weeks at work. During the week we just relax together, watch some Netflix and rewind. We’re both smokers and love animals. Feel free to message me any other questions you may have. We’re looking forward to hearing from you. 😁
Hi I'm Lockie, I'm 24 and I work full time as an electrician based mostly in the city/airport. I work pretty normal hours, typically starting around 7-8am and finishing around 3pm. But don't worry I'm really quiet when leaving the house. During the week I usually like to chill at home. Nerdier than you might expect. Nights at home are usually spent watching some sort of Sci Fi/TV, games or reading. That being said, doesn't take much to convince me to join mid week drinks/dinner. I do try and visit the gym so I can be out of the house a bit at times. Weekends are spent usually out with friends either going to bars or just hanging out. With the weather clearing up a bit I do like to get outdoors a bit and have an itch to start exploring more, whether that be going for a road trip, hike or camping. Pet friendly, especially with cats. I love music so I'll often be caught with my headphones in or playing tunes through speakers but I do respect noise levels. If you're musically gifted, even better. I do my best to keep a clean house, consequence of being raised by two massive clean freaks. That being said I'm not gonna be starting a war over some dirty dishes. I'm also happy to help around the house where I can and make it feel like more of a home. I pay all my bills/rent on time and also happy to pitch in for the basics. Lastly, I do have a lot of respect for people's privacy and giving them the space they need in the house. I also believe that good communication is key to thriving so don't be afraid to bring up any problems/issues with me. End of the day, I'd like for us to be friends, not just roommates.
My name is Craig and looking to venture out on my own for the first time. I've lived out of home for a few years now with a partner but that has come to an end so looking for somewhere new! I am a student, studying primary school teaching, and i work part-time at a primary school as an integration aide. I am originally from the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, love sport, travelling, movies and have a very close circle of friends. I have options to move back out east but would rather stay near the city as there is so much more to do!
Hey! I’m Faiz, 27 y/o professional working full time in automatics production in south east of Melbourne. Looking for somewhere chilled during the week but social on the weekends but no way I am a party animal. My work hour are Mon to Fri 7am-4pm, which means I tend to be quite low key during the week but social and outgoing on the weekend and would really like to hangout with my housemates in range of activities while respecting their choice and personal space/time. I wake up pretty early for work so I will make sure not to make any noise and disturb others as I have been doing in the past. I am highly into outdoors, rd trips, hiking/camping specially in summer as I often organised for other people from around the globe. Also into sports and indoor games. Music is therapeutic for me and I am always down for a good meal, brunches, drinks or TV/Netflix with housemates. Also learning to play guitar these days. I’ve lived out of Home for more than 5 years on sharing with people from different backgrounds so I understand how to be respectful of others i'd be sharing a home with. I come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. Ideally looking to move into somewhere that’s going to be my new home and live with people that I can be great friends with. Would love to find gym & travel buddy in my housemates. **Lastly, I am flexible with move in dates by couple of weeks for the right place and people. As I am moving out of my own place, I can bring in some of the household stuff if needed that are like an year old. Stuff like fridge, iron, microwave, utensils, 55" curved Samsung TV etc otherwise i'll sell them** If I sound like a good fit then please contact me so we can have a little chat to arrange an inspection/meetup and see how it goes. Cheers!
We are relocating from Brisbane late October/early November and are looking for somewhere with a fun friendly vibe. We both work, Lachlan in sport and Erica as a paramedic and a move to Melbourne is all about exploring new opportunities and trying something different. We're both fairly active and between sport and work are both pretty busy. Saying that we are looking for somewhere that's open and welcoming and we can enjoy the company of housemates. Enjoy coming home to a clean house and pretty flexible in terms of unfurnished or furnished place. Planning to be in Melbourne from the start of November. Any questions please just ask we would love to hear from you.
29, HR professional at a correctional centre. Looking for either a room in an exisiting house share with 2 other housemates or happy to start my own. Been living in my current place for about 2 years now so looking for something a little more spacey. I'm easy going, social and easy to get along with and ideally would like a housemate who is up for sharing drinks, brunch etc from time to time and is able to respect privacy. If i sound like someone you'd like to live with then let me know!
I am a respectful and kind flatmate. I’ve shared for over 10 years and know how to do my bit to maintain shared spaces. I do wake up early for work so I don’t want to live in a late night party flat but I do like to socialise in the evening and on weekends. I am originally from Scotland and moved to Melbourne this year. I have lived in Glasgow, London and Barcelona. I am an upholsterer and plan to be in Melbourne for the forseable.
Hey, im Corby and my friend is Calvin. We are from Germany and working full time in Australia. 6 days a week, 9h per day. We tidy and paying on time is self-evident. We are quiet and humorful. We dont smoke. We are able to sleep in different rooms. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Call or text me.
I am very social person. I am a chef so I really love food. I am a very clean person. I am form colombia but I am looking to have language exchange so I would prefer to live a multicultural environment. In my free time I love to chillout by reading a book, listening music, cooking some food for my friends or just having a nice chat. I always respectful with other and the share areas so I would like to have the same from my flatmates.
Hey there. We are Ben and Toni and we are a pair of teachers from the UK, currently heading to Melbourne for the second half(ish) of our working holiday visas. We’ve both lived with a range of different people and think we’re both pretty adaptable and genuinely easy to get along with. We are always clean (especially because we’ve both lived with “those people” who aren’t) and we love to cook! Often we’ll keep ourselves to ourselves, but we also really love to chat (especially Ben who can talk for hours)! All in all, we think we’re pretty easy to live with and will hopefully help to make wherever we live a happy place (super cheesy, I know)!
We are from Chile, we've come to study english for one year or maybe more :) We love meet new peoples from other cultures and share own.
I am a nice person. I like to have quick chat with my housemates during the afternoon or to know about them just to be kind I am quiet and I prefer a quiet place It's optional if on weekends my housemates want to do a meeting, but it is with respect towards other is all good
