Hi guys, I think I could be great housemate with a wide range of people, personalities cultures and beliefs. As am social by nature, was brought up with manners to act as a gentleman and can now even put the toilet set down by myself. I believe I am easy going with a sense of humour. I don’t suffer from any radical political. or religious opinions I need to share with everyone near me. I ran an electrical business for a decade in and enjoyed being busy and meeting customers associates and and becoming friends over time. I enjoy cooking , gardening and playing my golden harp Not that I’m particularly good at cooking or gardening but I enjoy having a go and I don’t actually play the harp. I am handy with tools and like having projects to keep busy. What separates me from the crowd in terms of housemates is my understated talent for creating stylish skivvies and woollen jumpers that I knit for all my friends in my spare time. But honestly it would probably be the fact that I would be using the accomodation only whilst working. My roster is 7 days on 7 days off 7 nights on 7 days off. I would be at home with the girls on weeks off work. and usually at work or sleeping during time in the house. So it’s would be full rent with half the sharing. I’m financially secure and looking for casual or 3-6month lease with insight to continue on. I am a professional 45 Electrician, currently seeking affordable, comfortable accommodation in the Northern aspects of Perth to be closer to work contract I have commenced for a minimum of six months with a potential extension of another six months. Alkimos and surrounding areas would be my primary interest to be closer to work. Currently I am living in North Perth with my partner Sharon and 10 year old daughter Lulu.
