Clean & Respectful to live with. Have 18 months of prior rental history from 2016 - mid 2017, now looking to move back out of home and rent in areas around Perth. Not fussed with Male or Female roommates. Can be a fairly quiet guy for the most part with my introverted personality but very easy to get along with. Studying Marketing and Tourism & Hospitality and have a huge love of traveling. Did 18 months of backpacking around europe back in 2014 & love stumbling across travellers here in Aus. Currently working in hospitality at Crown, and have interests in working in the Digital Marketing industry. Working 4-5 days a week and in my final semester of uni to complete my degree. I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable don’t mind a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. House Features: •Majority of Foxtel channels (sport entertainment, geo etc-(Ready for Game Of Thrones in April). •Unlimited internet (NBN Fiber to the house). • 2 outdoor (1 bottom, 1 up on top balcony) areas with BBQ for entertaining. •2 lounge rooms • A car spot at the house and away from the road. •The house is fully ducted top and bottom, with reverse cycle air conditioning to all rooms and living areas, as well as a dryer to compliment the washing machine. It’s only a $10-$15 uber into the city (depending on demand), or alternatively you can walk 15mins to the train (Burswood Station), which also goes straight to Optus Stadium. The Casino costs around $7 to uber, or once again, a 15 minute walk. 10-15 min drive to Curtin University, as well as Vic Park and Belmont shops. All up it’s great place to live, I love living here, and you will too. I’m flexible with room furnishings. I can have the room vacated of furniture, or leave everything besides the mattress. Room availability is from the end of December until around July, but I’m happy to work around you.
