Hi all, I'm 30 years old, from the United States, and work as a speech pathologist. I'm looking for a short-term room to rent (either furnished or unfurnished works) from end of October through end of November. Would like to find somewhere with at least enough street parking as I have a car. I'm clean, friendly, easygoing. Enjoy running, hiking, gymnastics, traveling, baking. Please let me know if you have any questions or anything available! Cheers.
Hi , we are a young couple looking for a quiet and nice place to stay for a short term. Non smokers, we don't have any pets. Easygoing, friendly and openminded, respectfull towards the other roommates.
I am 25 years old and working at anytime fitness. I live and breathe the gym and fitness. Don't party don't club no drugs no smoking just live healthy, train hard and work hard. On my nights off I enjoy Netflix and playing xbox with friends as I am a nerd at heart! I also love my car and my motorbike !
Moved to Sydney for work and have been living in suburbs closer to work, but being out in the Hills, it's a bit boring. I've decided to extend my commute (or PT if I'm lucky enough) and get closer to things that make life fun! I want the inner suburbs a bit closer to my reach (and a cheaper uber home on a Friday night) I used to live by myself, so I have most of my own furnishings (couch, fridge, microwave, queen bed and a small table are the big items) and would like to keep them with me - unfurnished bedroom is a must. I love to bake and have appliances for the kitchen. I am moderately neat and tidy with respect for shared spaces remaining liveable. I am generally quiet, I enjoy reading and watching shows/movies, science and being a giant nerd. I am happy to stay to myself but don't mind company. Ideally I'd like to be able to invite friends over occasionally for dinner/board games. I also have a car - with a preference for a dedicated park/keeping it. I am sadly allergic to cats (though I love them and one day things might work out between us).
Hi! I've lived on my own before and with flatmates so cleanliness of communal areas is really important to me. I'd love to make some new friends along the way but if others just want to live their separate lives I am fine with that too. I'm open-minded and I look for that in the people that I live with too. I work in the not-for-profit sector part-time while I finish my Social & Political Sciences degree.
Quiet ,ununtrusive, single, tidy Working 40hours week Plus online uni study From Mid North Coast Cooking , arts, Not into parties
I'm clean, fun and respectful of others. I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy going to the gym, beach and most outdoor activities. I'm easy to get along with and will most likely end up being friends with my fellow housemates.
What to say.... Lets get the transactional items out of the way. I'm a full time working professional female, I enjoy cooking , going to the gym and exploring Sydney (I only moved here, last summer) I enjoy being social but also like my own time and not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a social beverage of an evening. Looking for a space that I can call my own and some fun but responsible housemates.

Moving to Sydney for a 12-month job transfer from mid October 2017. Looking for a room or studio to rent in the inner west area, preferably for 6 months initially. 26yo female, full time work, currently live in Canberra.
I think I'll be a great room mate as I'll always go into the experience of living with others as an adventure to grow, learn new things and to meet new people. I love talking to people, learning their stories and observing cultural differences. I love playing soccer and good food but who doesn't! I also enjoy outdoor activities (anything, I mean that quite seriously...), kicking back and having a good conversation. Oh And I seriously like walking around aimlessly.

My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.

Hi, I am a visiting PhD student at USYD. If you can see my listing, that means I am still looking for a single private room or nice flatmates~~ I would like to live in a quiet, organized and clean place. If you have any idea, pls don't hesitate to message me. haha. But it is better that the room is near the USYD or just about 10 minutes' train. And if you are looking for a flatmate, i am willing to know about things. I perfer the apartments or units. But perfect houses are also good to me.
