We have the main bedroom in the house available for rent which is very big and roomy (5x5 meters) with an en-suite, also has a very big built in wardrobe. The room is fully furnished and comes with an air-condition, ceiling fan, wall heater to keep warm in winter, a 32" TV and you have a foxtel plug if you want to connect it is your choice, and you also have access to the balcony at the front. You will be sharing the kitchen and laundry with others in the house. We are located in a beautiful, safe and quite area. We are just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, Drs surgeries, service station, police station, lots of parks around and most important you can catch a bus to many different location around including Liverpool CBD and Liverpool station. You can also have access to the T-WAY 80 buses that have the direct route to Parramatta. You will need to provide us with ID and rental references. You also need to have a stable full time employment. Clean, spacious unit available in Liverpool. 5 min walk to liverpool plaza, 8 min walk to Westfield and 13 min walk to the station (there is a bus in front that comes every 10 mins that gets to the station in 4 mins). I have a choice of 2 bedrooms. One is a small single room and the other is a double room. They are both tiled and both have built in mirrored wardrobes. Both can be furnished with double bed. The rent for the single room is $150 a week and the double room is $165 a week since it's relativeely bigger. The rent includes unlimited internet. I am looking for someone quiet and clean. There will only be 2 people in this unit in total. I prefer female flatmates. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new fridge, kettles, microwave etc. There is also a lot of pantry/fridge space. Dining table coming this week. I haven't yet conducted inspections but hoping to do so this coming week.
