Hey you! A little bit about me: Just your average not so average 21yr old man. Work fulltime, currently completing a plumbing and gas fitting apprenticeship. I'd consider myself to be quite a mature and old school person. Don't mind a bit of hard yakka, pretty handy around the house and love fixing things. I've been renting for a few years now (know how to clean up after myself and live with others in a respectful manner) A little bit of an introvert, have two dogs, a medium sized bullmastif x and a small French bulldog. My boys Carlos and Pablo are extremely friendly, well trained with a lovely nature (they love meeting new doggos/humans). They are predominantly outside dogs, however I do allow them to sleep on their beds in my room (helps me sleep as some nights I struggle falling asleep) or in the colder months. I would describe myself to be very empathetic and respectful and I try to avoid judging others as much as possible, not really a 'social butterfly' until I warm up to new people. I am very flexible with others and what they need, I tend to keep to myself and respect people's privacy and their downtime but also can be sociable and don't mind things like a weekly dinner cooked together if you like company. My hobbies include procrasinating on social media, my job, reading, the beach, health and fitness, camping, fishing, 4wd, cars and exercising. Anything adventurous and spontaneous really. Looking for either of the following; 1. Someone interested in teaming up to rent a property together 2. a small house or granny flat for myself 3. A room to rent The boring stuff.. PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS **I am open to suburbs I have not listed as driving to work is not an issue for me** MUST have a backyard. (Happy to pay any pet bond) Would be nice if it has some form of security for my car, garage or carport preferably with drive through access to the rear and also a shed would be nice as I have lots of tools ect. (I don't ask for much, do I? 😂) Preferably no really old run down propertys or small kitchen areas as I do enjoy cooking and usually do a big meal prep on weekends. Definitely not looking for a crazy party house! I don't mind if music and gatherings are your thing as long as neighbours are respected.. (no loud music all night) FIFO friendly! Hello, I have a 4X2 House and looking for a housemates to rent one of the bedrooms. It has a shower/bath and separate toilet so you would only be sharing with one person. The rooms are of reasonable size with built in wardrobes and furnished but it could be unfurnished if required. The living area is also fully furnished and the house has 2 living room sections and you would be sharing with only one other. The new Butler train station is only 5 mins away and takes you straight into Perth city and there are a lots of shops, like IGA, Audi, Coles, Woolworths, McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks, Dominos, Nandos, Restaurants, fast food outlets, park and the gym is only a short walk or a min drive away just to name a few. Also, the house is very nice and close to the beach so if you like to relax in your free time, the beach is just around the corner with only 5mins drive away. There is unlimited wifi and the rent is $120 p/w + 2 weeks bond and it includes all bills with nothing more to pay. I'm a pretty chilled bloke, I'm a bit quiet but once ya get me started good luck shutting me up. I like reading, listening to music or just watching a good movie/series or playing games. I generally like to keep to myself, but I don't mind a good chat and a drink or 2. This is a brand new house, noone has lived in it before you! The rooms are spacious with floor to ceiling mirrored built in wardrobes, rooms can be furnished for you or unfurnished that's fine with me either way. Stone bench tops in kitchen and bathroom, 900mm appliances and there is also a spare room for guests, so if you wants a friend over or family there is always going to be a spare room. We also have a study room available with a fold out couch bed as well so there is always going to be plenty of room in this house. You bathroom may be shared with one other but you have a huge shower and bathroom bench so you wont feel cluttered! Unlimited internet will be included in your rent but other bills will be split between us generally only end up being around $80-$100 every three months. There is a BBQ area outside but bear with us whilst we finish off the gardening. You have no cleaning expectations apart from your own kitchen stuff, your bathroom and your room. There is NO rent inspections but we do ask that you clean once every two weeks as again this is a NEW house and we would like to keep it that way!. I am 23 years old, moved here about 3 years ago from South Africa. I am a quiet person who will stay in my room a lot, but doesn't mind sitting in the lounge with everyone else to watch Telli. I work from 7am till 6pm most days ( Monday to Friday). I am a bubbly person who loves to have company, but also likes to have some alone time. I have my own car and am happy to give lifts within reasonable distance and where I can. I have a 1 year old Border Collie x German Short Haired Pointer baby, Bowie. He is my everything. He is quite house trained but he's still a puppy and sometimes can't keep it in (I can generally catch it before it happens). He is an outside dog, I am happy for him to be outside when I am not home as long as he has some cover. He does have a large doggy kennel, but I would prefer he still has some shade. I currently live in a house with 4 housemates and a baby. I have loved every second of it, but understandably the family (couple and baby) wants to live in a house of their own. So me and my other current housemate are looking at our options for moving out. I think he is going to move back in with his parent, but I unfortunately can't back in with mine. I am in desperate need to find somewhere that will accept me and my furling without it costing me an arm and a leg.
