I'm a Master's student, majoring in Communication. I'm generally a quiet but sociable person. I'm very privacy conscious and respect others' space. I'd like a place that's kept clean by other housemates (especially the bathrooms and kitchen) and locked responsibly. I will do the same in return. I also believe in friendship and communication between housemates, and I always pay my bills on time! I would ideally like to move closer to the city (currently in Box Hill). Available from 2nd Sept - 16th Dec. Just over 3 months, you will be taking my room while I'm doing a placement in Perth. Very large furnished bedroom in a spacious detached house. The room has 3 double door built in wardrobes to store all your goodies, queen bed, small desk and chair with plenty of floor space left to do something like yoga. The house is well furnished, we have all the usual amenities you would expect. Each room is heated by vents and also provides cool air on the hot summer day. The living room has table tennis and has 3 comfy sofas to chill in. Kitchen has a dishwasher, gas hobs and big fridge and separate freezer unit. In the garden we have seating table area, BBQ and washing line. We are right by the tram stop and 10 min walk to Camberwell Station. Door to door to Flinders street takes only 25 mins during rush hour.
