In 2020 I will be studying International Business (Applied) at RMIT. I am an active person and play soccer at state league 3 in Ballarat and also enjoy going to the gym. I'm looking for a room in a share house to stay in so I can study next year more comfortably and get settled into uni life well. I keep my room neat and I do tidy up my own mess in other parts of the house. I am confident that I can present myself to be a nice housemate to live with.
The room available has its own lounge area, the bedroom itself is about 6 x 4 meters (HUGE) plus the dressing room is the size of a standard bedroom. It is almost like having your own apartment yet shared kitchen and laundry. The room available also has its own private courtyard. This room suits a couple. All utilities, house cleaner and garden maintenance included in the price Rent component is $350 per week, Utilities/cleaner/garden $50 per week
I am from the country and will be studying at Deakin University. Currently looking for a place to stay during my studies. I am pretty flexible in terms of rules/conditions and am willing to do housework. I enjoy some fishing.
I'm about to commence studies at Deakin University and would like a place nearby to help make the transition easy. I'm currently working part-time and have a casual second job. I insist on always keeping clean and being organised which makes me believe I'll be a suitable flatmate for a sharehouse.
Rural and Regional person living and working in Melbourne for a while after moving back to Victoria to care for my mother before she passed away. Have stayed on working in a hospital as an Orderly in a permanent Monday-Friday role but my usual work and interest is agriculture and environmental land management. I am getting fitter again and enjoying a good social life in Melbourne a city I know well but have never lived in before. I have to move out of a place I have been care-taking in January and I have a nucleus of things down here (fridge, bed, etc) but also have a base house up in Rockhampton where most of my furniture and things are. I'm wanting to stay on in Melbourne for at least another 6-12 months but have decided not to buy here or take on a long term lease and am looking for a good person in a handy location to share sensibly with. I'm neat and clean and pretty easy going. I like to get out of the house after work to Spanish lessons, fitness training 2-3 times a week and to socialise with friends on the weekends at theatre, cinema or bars, cafes etc. No dramas here, I'm gay, single and happy to meet new people and keep enjoy living and working in Melbourne.

I'm looking to teamup with someone to start our own sharehouse or join an already existing, friendly sharehouse. I'm really bubbly and enjoy having a good time. I’m not a huge drinker but do socially. I love coming home to a relaxed and happy environment. I appreciate people’s personal space and also like my own alone time sometimes. It would be great to find someone of similar interests and around the same age. I'm pretty outgoing and like a chat from time to time! I work as a receptionist 3/4 days a week, and on my days off I enjoy spending time with friends and going out exploring. I’m also looking at studying Vet Nursing in the New Year. I have a 5 month old Maltese Shih Tzu so my new housemate/s will have to like adorable puppies!! I’m easygoing, flexible and an empathetic roommate looking to just find somewhere to live while I look towards the future. I always clean up after myself and actually enjoy cleaning so you will often find me doing so! I’m in no rush to move at the moment. Finding a roommate/s who I really get along with is my number one priority. Feel free to send me a message if you think we’d be a great fit! :)
I’m an easy going person, loves to cook doesn’t mind cleaning. Likes to go out and have fun but also enjoys Netflix and chill. I am currently studying full-time as a nutrition science student and love to cook which is obviously a bonus for any of those who aren't interested in cooking. Whilst I'm not studying I am either with friends, at the gym or I tend to go home sometimes on the weekend (in the country). Looking for a more permanent accomodation as I am moving off res.
