Fantastic location! 10 mins walk to train station, tram stop 30 secs away from the front door. 3 supermarkets, Asian grocery, parks, churches, chemist, bulk billing clinic, gyms, restaurants, and cafes all in walking distance. A very convenient, nice, quiet, and safe family area (police station is just around the corner). One of the best locations in Melbourne without doubts! The room on offer is fully furnished, featuring a medium firm very comfy double bed. Old style building with all the amenities needed. Big fridge, gas stove and oven, blender, rice cooker, utensils and etc... Gas heater in the lounge, and communal laundry available. Off street parking in the front or back yards. NBN will be available in June. $800/per calendar month, water included. We are looking for long-term, depending on how well we click as flatmates. Before messaging, please consider that we have an upcoming baby in July. The building has pretty solid wall (triple bricks), so the noise won't really go through, and has great insulation so it's cool in summer too! Feel free to message me for inspection
Hey I'm Daniel, I am house trained and respectful. I want to find a friendly, relaxed and safe place to stay to finish my full time animation study at Swinburne. I enjoy a quiet environment with respectful and kind housemates. I love music, art, games and the gym.
Hello, I'm Natalie! I'm a Master of Dietetics student at Deakin University, and am finishing up my thesis from a biomedical science research Masters that I started last year (I'm fine, I promise *twitch*). I moved from Brisbane at the beginning of the year and so far have loved being in Melbourne, but am hoping to be nearer the CBD after living in Burwood for a few months. I very much enjoy and could talk a lot about (but won't if you don't want to): - dogs - science - art (I'm THRILLED about the Science Gallery that's opening soonish) - tabletop games - podcasts - making things (e.g. scarves to donate - peep profile pic) - sustainability/conscious consumerism - RuPaul's Drag Race - Terrace House (a Japanese reality show now on Netflix; it's very chill and more of an occasionally hilarious anthropological experience than the usual dramathons of Western equivalents) - learning useless amounts of different languages - making terrible/amazing jokes and puns I'm a low-dairy pescetarian and positive person who is generally happy, but do prefer discussing habits/chores/expectations (mainly with tidying communal areas) so there's no unnecessary tension in the future. I'm excited to learn new things and meet interesting people while continuing my ongoing (...and going) tertiary education journey, and I hope that could be you! :)

I am a student from the Philippines and will be looking for a part time job real soon in Melbourne. I am a very flexible person, I like socializing and lots of stuff but at the same time can give you your time and space. I value personal space and likes a clean and tidy one. Since I am a starter, my maximum budget would be $160, hopefully inclusive of all bills and internet. Thank you.
We are from the UK, Holly is working with artists around Melbourne and Matt is working in cafes and bars. We love travelling, cooking and being social. Happy to be a big part of the house and hoping to get to know Melbourne better.
