Hi Guys, Little bit about me, I am looking for a place to move into so I can be closer to work and the CBD. I have lived in share places before so am very familiar with it all. I'm easygoing, clean, respectful and organised and looking for a place to call home. I'm pretty outgoing but also love my quiet time. I work the classic 9-5 Mon-Fri and during the week and I'm always up for a post-work debrief, a cheeky wine and rubbish TV! On the weekends I'm normally out and about, usually brunching, at the footy/movies or just out for drinks with friends. If the weather is blah I'm also content at home with netflix & snacks! I'm flexible on suburbs and have a car but being near PT is always handy. If you have any questions or would be keen to team up feel free to send me a message :)
Hi I'm Beth and I am soon to be returning to Melbourne after living in Canberra for a year. Am very much looking forward to being back in the eastern suburbs of the best city in Australia! I work full time on a rotating roster so I work every second weekend, but get a weekday off each week. I am just as comfortable on the couch in front of the tv with my speciality French toast as I am going for a drive and a hike, exploring new cool cafes or out for a drink and maybe some pub trivia. In my current place I live alone, so have a little bit of furniture to bring with me. This also means I'm responsible and very used to cleaning up after myself. Would love to find a group of people to build a home with and like most people I enjoy a chat after work as well as appreciating alone time. Ideal situation for me would be a three bedroom place and I'd be willing to be paying a little extra rent than other housemates if I could have my own bathroom. I can be flexible though so please shoot a message with any questions :)
Hey!!!! I'm just looking for a room in a chill house where I can relax and have some good convivence and nice time after a hard day at work! I love good conversations, sharing dinners or meals in general, a nice film, listening to good music and most of everything!!! I love games!!!! Im always willing to play some cards monopoly or any kind of table game!!!! I am pescatarian, and love doing yoga and reconnect with nature! I'm always trying to help people around me and try to get a smile from those who are around me! I don't mind partying, but it is not what I'm looking for in my home... I mean... I'm not a party tiger and I prefer a nice dinner or movies night over a party... I think I've already partied a lot and don't really feel in the mood!!!! But never think I am one of those boring people!!! Hahahhaha people use to tell me that I'm really funny!!! 🤣 And that is me really... If you think I would fit in your family home just let me know and I will be more than happy to get to meet you guys!!!!! Ah!!! And there is one thing that I am kind of peculiar with, and that is smells hahaha I like to keep things smelling good!!!! So I am pretty clean and neat!!! Well here I am! All yours and ready to share a good convivence for quite a long period!!!! Minimum 6 months!!!! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little bit!!!!
I recently finished my studies and currently working Full-time in IT field. I am originally from Sri Lanka and I have been living here in Melbourne since 2015 (loving it a lot :) ). I enjoy pretty chilled environment and not a 24/7 party-bug at all (of course I am up if you wanna party in the weekend). I enjoy outdoors and having animals or kids at home is completely OK with me. I am more interested in if you are a vegan/ vegetarian. But not mandatory.
Hello potential housemate(s), My lease in Narre Warren is ending soon, so I need a room to stay until I graduate this end of year (and if my new whatever visa application is granted, then I'll be able to extend my lease, but I'm still not sure at this stage). My current place is very far from everything I like even with a car, hence why I'd appreciate moving to somewhere more convenient or at least closer to my uni (can you believe I have to drive an hour everyday to uni or 2.5 hours in peak hour traffic? heh). Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me! Looking for: - Something in south east Melbourne, or north (closer to RMIT Bundoora campus)... E.g. Glen Waverley, Epping, South Morang, Dandenong or anything in between CBD and these suburbs. Oh I wouldn't mind mountain area too! - Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... But I also understand you get what you pay for... So I'll just put my wish out there for someone awesome to come forward :) - IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills based on price of the house! - Furnishing can be flexible as I have my own (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table + chairs, white goods, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV, TV stand, 2 sets of bedroom furniture.. If not needed tho, I can always sell some).. But honestly I prefer furnishing my own room. - Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful guys and/or girls. About me: I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome milk tea! I seldom cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit. I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options. I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Only have classes on Tuesdays throughout the semester, and Fridays as well for the first 5 weeks only. But between mid August and early October, I have full time placement to go to and assignments to submit at the same time, so I'll be fairly busy. I am not a party person nor am I a smoker. At night or during weekends, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or doing assignments. During weekdays, I'll be at uni, or doing work placement. And if I still have energy working part time, I'll be doing that too. I respect personal space and privacy, and I'd expect my housemate(s) to value this as well. I'm always up for some chit-chat if you feel like sharing/talking, but I also value some quiet time in my own room. Oh did I mention I love dogs and cats and I'd be loving them with all my heart if I ever get lucky to live with one/them? If you've got anything you think might suit me, message me anytime, worst I'll say is no :) Hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Nancy.

My name is Natalia, I'm 25 years old and from Brazil. I'm moving to Melbourne to do a Master in Cultural Heritage at Deakin University - very much looking forward to it! And since it's part time I hope to get a job soon. I'm extremely organized, very chill and easy going. Since I'm going to be very dedicated on my studies I'll probably be spending a lot of time in my room, but I'm also pretty fun, and enjoy some ocasional beers (but not at all a party animal), netflix, videogames, music and so on... I also love nature, pets, traveling and mostly, having a good laugh now and then. ;)
Only an 8 minute walk to Camberwell station and close to Route 70, 72 and 75 trams.10-15 minutes to the CBD. 20 mins to Deakin. The area is really safe and close to great shops, excellent cafes and restaurants, gyms and parks. The flat is spacious and bright with private parking plus guest car spaces. Balcony with city views. Complete with fridge, TV, washer, dryer and gas heating. No dishwasher. Shower has great water pressure. Bond is $975, rent is $869 a month. Bills for electricity, gas and internet are additional.

IHi, We have a room(s) for rent in Camberwell. Both rooms are attached and are inclusive in the cost. Camberwell, city of dreams, old people and passive aggressive acorns. Near to Camberwell Junction along Camberwell Road. 75 Tram right outside (city one way, Deakin Uni/Burwood the other). Trains are also within walking distance alongside supermarkets, gyms, deli's, old folks homes, parks, sporting grounds, old people and more! The house itself is a lovely place, very homely and lots of space for activities, like martial arts. Bills are divided by three, alongside responsibilities. Gas, water, electricity, internet. They usually equal out to $50 - $70 per month total. You will be required to jump onto the lease, as we are re-signing with our landlords. We pay directly to them, your bond will be paid to the person leaving the house as the landlords hold onto the total bond. Bond is roughly $580 (less than rent for month) though I will confirm. Rent is $625 per month, paid in advance on the 6th of every calendar month. The house is furnished. The room itself will not be furnished aside from a larger cabinet within. ABOUT YOU! We are looking for clean, friendly and relatively quiet housemates. All paid on time, respectful to each other with no dramas. Room is available on the 6th of August.
Seasoned flatsharer that makes epic brownies and lemon drizzle cake, exceptionally clean and sadly, actually enjoys cleaning - tidy house, tidy mind and all that jazz. I like songs with words, dogs over cats, lifting heavy things in the gym, travelling, mindlessly scrolling, bingeing on TV/Netflix as required and generally being chilled and happy. Looking to make new friends as I move to Melbourne to share dinners, maybe a few cocktails, a home and some baked treats! I'm not available to move in until 2nd week of August but will be in Melbourne for a few weeks before so we can meet up to check our music and cake tastes don't clash too heavily! I am one of those "working holiday" types so that's why at the moment, I'd love to commit to more than 3 months but that's the window and budget I've given myself to find a job! Hopefully I'll be able to stay for longer.

Hello! My name is Lois, I am 21 years old, studying a Bachelor of Laws full-time and working part time. I'm very lighthearted and easy going, not much bothers me and I am always up for a laugh. I'm very respectful of my housemates and their privacy but also enjoy sharing a meal or drink. When I'm not working or studying I am pretty social and enjoy going out for a few wines with the gals or staying at home with housemates to binge watch Kardashians or Bachelor in Paradise. I also enjoy going on hikes and try to make it to the gym as much as possible. I am tidy, clean and good with housework. My rent is always on time, as are my bills. I have good rental history from previous house shares and rentals and am happy to provide these references for you. I'm a settled person and a bit of a homebody at heart so I am really looking for somewhere I can settle into and make home. I am more than happy to sign myself onto the lease and pay myself into the bond. Cheers, Lois!
