This is a new and environmentally-friendly house that fully operates on solar power during the bright hours. All windows are made of double glass and keep the space cool in the summer and relatively warm in winter. Every tenant has own bathroom so you never have to worry about someone else using it. Kitchen and living room are separated from the room with TV, so you can have some privacy there as well. The house has a garage which is free at this point and you are welcome to park you vehicle. The back door is coming out directly to Anniversary Trail which makes it an amazing place to live for running lovers. We don't have any pets but can consider someone moving in with a dog or cat.
Hey, I'm Ruby! I'm 22 and am currently studying Media & Communications while also working in retail. I'm a vegetarian who ironically can cook you the best spaghetti meatballs of your life. I also can be found having a bev or ten on the weekend while tearing up the d-floor, but also love chill nights in with movies and pizzas and deep chats. I'm clean and tidy, super respectful of personal space and will always pay bills on time. I love to laugh and am sure to annoy you with memes every now and then. I also have a car so would prefer off-street parking, but can happily settle for on-street parking. Ideally looking for an unfurnished room in the Eastern suburbs under $160pw. I don't have any furniture to contribute to communal living spaces right now, but hope to tear up some op shops fairly soon. However, I do have a washing machine and about 45 million tupperware containers. Looking forward to finding the sharehouse of my dreams! :)
Large unfurnished room in large 3 bedroom house in Camberwell. Two humans total. Original features. Polished floorboards. Secure back and front yards. 3 trains within 5 mins. Trams also. Bus to Chadstone shopping centre out front. 10 mins walk to Camberwell Junction. Secure front and back yards. To share with 52yo female and 7.5mo puppy who is being trained and spends time at doggie daycare. We have baby gates at most doorways!! Third bedroom is currently set up as study/storage. Shared bathroom. 2nd loo in laundry. Verandahs front and back, large covered outdoor area in backyard. Another dog would be great. The house is fully furnished but we can negotiate. Bond is one calendar month. Rent is one calendar month in advance.
Hey, I'm Zarif, 24, an expat doing my Masters at Swinburne University of Technology. I am a laid back person who loves to talk about music, movies, tv shows, sports, photography and all things interesting. I am tidy and organized, polite in nature but love a good chat now and then. I'm independent and respect people and their privacy but always willing to socialize. In need of a good accommodation near my university if possible. Hope to hear from you :)
Hello, I'm Timm from Germany. I'm for a working holiday in Australia. I've got a job in Bayswater for 6 months. That's why I need a room in Melbourne. I'm flexible and I hope to make new contacts. I like to do sports and I am always good for a talk or a beer.
Professional golfer. I spend most of my time working, playing golf, or studying. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with a flexible stay period. I love animals and I am very laid back.
I'm David, I’m professionally employed working full-time in the corporate world. I’m a non-smoker, I'm not a big drinker (just the odd social drink) and have no pets. I’m very relaxed and chilled with an easygoing personality and sarcastic sense of humour. I’m a young at heart 45 years old (yes, 45!) so my partying days are well and truly behind me. These days I prefer to quietly chill out and relax and engage in good conversation with friends. I'm tidy, quiet, considerate, respect the privacy of others and expect others to respect mine too. I'd be happy to contribute to the running of the household so happy and chip in with chores and payments of commonly used household items etc as agreed by the wider group of housemates. I’m happy to undergo a police check if that’s part of your screening process (admittedly I should be convicted for telling the corniest dad jokes!) Look forward to finding my new housemate/s!
I am easy going, neat and tidy. I respect the privacy of others, but also enjoy their company. I am a full time Primary school teacher, looking for a nice place to stay while I complete my Masters degree in Education. I like to keep active and stay fit but I also love food, and exploring new places to dine out.
Hi! I'm a busy professional and student who spends six days a week either working in a dental surgery (in the office, not poking in your mouth) or studying psychology at Deakin Uni. Although I'm pretty focused on these priorities at the moment I do try and keep a balance by exercising, seeing friends for food/negronis, picnics, galleries, travel, hiking etc. other hobbies include patting dogs tied up outside supermarkets, picking ripe avocados, keeping houseplants alive and ruining white clothing in the wash. I'd love to be able to share a glass of wine and a chat of an evening and build a comfortable, communicative and respectful friendship with a future housemate! Let me know if that might be you, or if you would like to know anything more.
I’m Girish, working full-time in an IT company near city. Pretty much quiet, easygoing person and more than happy to have a friendly/casual conversation. Like to keep things neat and tidy. Not a party goer/doer but always up for a drink or couple. Respects everyone and their privacy. Expects the same from others.
Hi my name is Maddie and I am a full time accountant. I am looking for a private room in the inner city Melbourne area. I am tidy and always clean up after myself, and due to work I am social but not looking for a party house. I have been living with flatmates for a few years now so know how to be a member of the house while also keeping to myself. I do require a car space but am happy with off-street parking. Excited to explore more of Melbourne and meet some awesome new roommates! Please message me if you have a room available :) Thanks and hope to speak to you soon!
I'm looking to teamup with someone to start our own sharehouse or join an already existing, friendly sharehouse. I'm really bubbly and enjoy having a good time. I'm pretty outgoing and like a chat from time to time! I work as a receptionist 3/4 days a week, and on my days off I enjoy spending time with friends and going out exploring. I have a 2 month old Maltese Shih Tzu so my new housemate will have to like adorable puppies!! It would be great to find someone with similar interests and around the same age! I’m really looking for a relaxed environment where we can have some drinks/banter now and again but also appreciate each other’s personal space.
