Canadian CFL free agent moving across the world to keep my football dreams alive! Motivated and looking to live an experience of a lifetime while playing what I love! Looking to find a full time job while I’m there
Anzac Hwy is very popular location due to many transportation options and many facilities available in the area. It is between the city and the beach. We are government approved student accommodation and private lodging. We got house rules for the cleanliness of the property and privacy/security of tenants. Minimum 6 months fixed tenancy. Free unlimited internet. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. The bus stop 14 is near the house and tram stop 11 is in the next street so there is not much worries about transport going to Uni/City and to popular Glenelg Beach. This is a big house with nice facilities. Single bed, student desk, chair, wardrobe, electric fan, lockable cabinet for your important documents provided. We got 2.5 bathrooms and toilets, large kitchen (kitchen utensils provided), laundry with washing machine, lounge area, large veranda and security gate/videos in the property. We are looking for a housemate who will clean their own mess as we are very particular about the cleanliness in the house. You need also to pay your rent on time.
I'm an Artist with my own business. I've lived interstate for 8yrs but call Adelaide home I enjoy being self-sufficient, clean, vegetarian, outdoorsy, spiritual, good conversationalist, respectful of other's space. A place which includes bills & internet in the weekly rent is what I'm ideally after.
Hey everyone, Looking to rent a room, preferably along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I’m a foodie and I work full time in the imported gourmet food industry - your great food and wine are actually my job! I have very good history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates. I'm tidy, social and respectful. Non smoker and mostly into healthy lifestyle. When I’m not home I like cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, 4x4, camping, and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing any work-related email catching-up, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times and I expect the same. Details aside, feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I also speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French PS: lastly, the only reason why I want to move is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I do need quiet nights during the week 🤫
Hi ! I'm on the hunt for a housemate to come share my lovely townhouse in Camden Park (about 4 minutes out of Glenelg). Rent is $370 a fortnight including bills (Internet, gas, elec). Bond is $860. Nice quiet location with easy access to public transport to the city/bay/pretty much anywhere. Upstairs shared bathroom and downstairs second toilet. Must be a burrito enthusiast (or at least like a healthy serving of guac). I have a 10 year old cat who is very sweet and loves absolutely everyone! No other pets allowed sorry. Room will be available end of Sept/beginning of Oct. There is some furniture in the room (wardrobe, and smaller wardrobe) however this doesn't have to be used. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I work full time so am always pretty busy. Movies, TV, books, basically all pop culture are my favourites. I like to enjoy a nice glass of wine and am a total foodie. I don't know how to cook for one person, so you'll never go hungry. If you're interested, let me know :)
This is a comfortable unit with two bedrooms. Conveniently located between Glenelg and the City, a 10 min walk to Anzac Highway and the tram stop 11. Walking distance to supermarket, chemist and post office. I'm looking for a mature minded, clean tidy & easy going person. With friendly and quiet neighbours I want someone who is respectful and quiet on weeknights. Must like dogs as I have a small 11 year old maltese. The room comes with all the furniture you need including a double bed, large built-in robe and bedside drawer. Bedding included. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with washing machine, fridge and kitchen appliances. Crockery/cutlery and cookware are also provided. Open plan living space, bathroom with bath and shower, clothesline outside, on-street parking, air-conditioning. Rent includes wireless high speed internet and phone line (local calls only). Power and water charges are also included in the rent. Additional charges may apply if bills are high due to usage. It does not include a cleaner, so need to keep your living space clean and help with keeping the shared spaces clean.
Very clean, great cook, and have a small pet extremely well behaved and 100% house-trained. I am interested in teaming-up with somebody to rent an entire property along the south-western seaside belt of Adelaide, between Moana and Brighton. I will be running my own Mortgage Broking business from home so need at least a couple of rooms plus ideally a bathroom each. Happy to rent with a mature male or female. Fellas, if you are FIFO please message me as I would include all utilities plus cook up a storm a few nights per week, when convenient. I am transitioning from a small country location to run my business from Brighton.

All facilities in the home are available for you to use. There are 2 living areas, ducted evap air conditioning, ducted gas heating.
I am 25 years old and work in Hospitality. Due to my work I am required to work a 7 day rotating roster which means split shifts and long hours therefore I am hardly ever home. However I am quiet and respectful when arriving home late. Love to enjoy wine, cheese and company however equally enjoy my own space. I am easy going and enjoy the beach and gym when I can. Very clean and respectful to my housemates property. Just looking for somewhere temporary (6-9 months) until I find a place of my own. Feel free to ask me any further questions 😊

Hey, I'm Lauren & I'm 22 and moving with my 4 year old dog Narla due to my lease ending in December. I work full time in the car industry & am not home a whole lot. However I love to just hang out at home, cook & enjoy a vino when I get the chance. I'm wanting to live somewhere nice where I can have my own space but also enjoy living with other people. I am interested in teaming up with someone to find a property to rent where we can both get the sort of place we need. I'm also interested in renting a studio/flat & living alone if the price is right. Thanks! :)
I'm looking for a room west side of the city. I'm a student now and working a few days in a week. I am a friendly and cleanly person, not a party animal. I like cooking so, I would like to exchange foods culture. I will stay in Adelaide until May of 2019.

My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
Neat and tidy, retired Police officer. Have been in share accommodation for past thirteen years with no complaints from anyone. Love sports and watching on TV. Easygoing but not a pushover. Last 2 years in a Homestay where I helped overseas students with their English when required. I help run a Tuesday morning basketball camp at Way ville and do tenpin bowling at Marion.

Hi everyone! We're looking for a third housemate, currently applied for multiple properties, awaiting a response, all are on the western side of the city. Must like animals as we have a medium size dog and potentially a cat at the property! Must be reliable with utilities and rent, respectful of others and clean up after themselves. We're both extremely friendly, respectful and enjoy catching up at the end of the day and hanging out together. Feel free to message us on here for any questions :)
Having lived around the globe in rented properties with housemates from a varied background I have developed my expertise in being adaptable, respecting personal space and timely payment of bills. Besides, My cleanliness standards are reasonably average (Not suffering from OCD) and hence I would be a perfect housemate to someone who possesses this attribute. There is a lot to me and it would take ages to draft it all in this box so it would be better if we could catch up for a cuppa and chat in order to ascertain if we could be housemates. I would prefer a place in close proximity to the city, public transport, supermarket, and a gym. I don't have any pets but I do love them, especially dogs and bunnies!
