Hey there! My name is Megan. I'm a creative; I love the arts, sketching, singing, playing guitar...etc. I Just finished my first year in a Bachelors of Product Design at UniSA. I generally keep to myself but I'm also great in social settings. I like maintaining a neat and tidy living space, especially when living with other people. I love spicy food and I'm a pretty decent cook.
I am a Registered Nurse - shift worker. I am down to earth and very easy to get along with. I love adventure and being outdoors, usually find me at the beach or wakeboarding on the river during summer. I love catching up with friends, attending events and being social, going out for good food and a cocktail or two. I do like being social in a sharehouse as well as doing my own thing sometimes.
Hello! I'm Catherine, and I'll be coming to Australia from Canada in February. I'm looking for a relaxed, fun place to stay while I explore and work in such an interesting country. I have a part time job teaching English online and will also be picking up some other work in the city, so I'll be busy often. However, I always enjoy relaxing and a chat in the evening if there's someone around who's feeling social. I love being active and enjoying the outdoors, so in my free time you can usually find me out and about.
The unit is located in a quiet street and is located behind several other flats. $30 pw is contributed to a bill fund, on rare occasions additional funds may need to be added. NBN is available -Smoke free and Pet free. You will have access to off street car parking. The neighbours in the other two flats are two elderly women who appreciate their own space. My current fabulous housemate is moving in with her partner and I need to replace her before Feb. Once I find her replacement she will be taking her fridge, microwave, crockery, utensils and dinning setting. I will be looking to purchase these but if you own any of these items it would be a great bonus :)
Hi! I'm a final year Irish student studying nutrition and dietetics. My friend and I are coming to Adelaide for 4 months to do our final year research project at UniSA. I'm a great person to share a place with- clean and tidy, very easy-going and social . Always up for a few drinks but not here just to party. Interested in doing lots of weekend adventures around the area. Love the beach and interested in sports, especially tennis!
Law student working as a cleaner and soccer coach. Love fitness, photography and gaming. Currently live with my dad but excited for some independence soon. Relaxed and easy person to get along with. Non-smoker, no pets and no partner.
I work full time and enjoy going to the gym, cooking and trying new things. I am a very social and chatty person, who’s is down for anything. Originally a country girl but have been living in Adelaide for 5 years. I am a trustworthy, respectful and reliable person and looking to live with someone similar to myself.
Less than 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the city by car! Or there is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away and the tram is not too far either. We are two professionals currently looking for a third flatmate to move in from January to April while our other housemate has to go interstate for work. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area (shown in photos) and is fully furnished, including your room, which is a decent size! The room has a queen size bed, draws and hanging space. The house also has a bit of space outside, both front and back if you're just wanting to relax and enjoy the nice weather we're finally getting! We have a cat called Ziggy who is incredibly friendly! Rent will include all bills over the 4 months. Don't be shy and send us a message if you want to know more!
Hey everyone, Looking to rent a room, preferably along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I’m a foodie and I work full time in the imported gourmet food industry - your great food and wine are actually my job! I have very good history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates. I'm tidy, social and respectful. Non smoker and mostly into healthy lifestyle. When I’m not home I like cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, surfing, rock climbing, 4x4, camping, and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing any work-related email catching-up, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times and I expect the same. Details aside, feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I also speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French PS: lastly, the only reason why I want to move is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I prefer quiet nights during the week
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
Anzac Hwy is very popular location due to many transportation options and many facilities available in the area. It is between the city and the beach. We are government approved student accommodation and private lodging. We got house rules for the cleanliness of the property and privacy/security of tenants. Minimum 6 months fixed tenancy. Free unlimited internet. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. The bus stop 14 is near the house and tram stop 11 is in the next street so there is not much worries about transport going to Uni/City and to popular Glenelg Beach. This is a big house with nice facilities. Single bed, student desk, chair, wardrobe, electric fan, lockable cabinet for your important documents provided. We got 2.5 bathrooms and toilets, large kitchen (kitchen utensils provided), laundry with washing machine, lounge area, large veranda and security gate/videos in the property. We are looking for a housemate who will clean their own mess as we are very particular about the cleanliness in the house. You need also to pay your rent on time.
Ultramodern newly renovated home close to beach and tram to the city. Swimming pool, 2 lounges and 2x 3 way new bathrooms. Loads of room. Short or medium term suit professional or near clean tidy person.

All facilities in the home are available for you to use. There are 2 living areas, ducted evap air conditioning, ducted gas heating.

The rest of the house is fully furnished with reverse cycle aircon and superfast cable internet. Adelaide CBD is 15-20 minutes away by bus or tram. Hey, I'm Lauren & I'm 22 and moving with my 4 year old dog Narla due to my lease ending in December. I work full time in the car industry & am not home a whole lot. However I love to just hang out at home, cook & enjoy a vino when I get the chance. I'm wanting to live somewhere nice where I can have my own space but also enjoy living with other people. I am interested in teaming up with someone to find a property to rent where we can both get the sort of place we need. I'm also interested in renting a studio/flat & living alone if the price is right. Thanks! :)
Hi There, I'm Danual and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying a Certificate 3 in business, working towards having my own landscaping or gardening business in the future. I have employment history and am currently looking for work but I do have a stable centrelink income and am very budget conscious, so paying rent on time is not a problem. I'm an avid gamer, however I also have interests in gardening and exploring the outdoors, such as going out for hikes. I am looking for a place to call home for around 6 months, possibly longer while i complete studies and look for work. I love pets and am very easy to get along with, love a laugh and a chat but also respecting others privacy. I am also open to all kinds of people and cultures. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Danual
Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season. Not sure what else i can say about myself besides that i look forward to meeting and getting to know my new house mates and hopefully lifetime friends :)

If I am not working, I will be doing yoga, playing netball, binge watching a new Netflix series, taking my dog for a walk, drinking a beer with some friends or spending some time with my partner. Looking forward to hearing from you!!

Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway moving to Adelaide to study at the University of Adelaide. I lived in Adelaide during my exchange two years ago, so I'm well used to the city. I'm an easygoing girl who's always looking to learn something new, meet new people and make great memories. I love going to gigs and hanging out with my friends, but am also a huge fan of quiet nights in watching netflix or listening to music. I play flute and guitar, so any future roommate should be comfortable with some repetitive rehearsing every now and then. Other than that I am pretty okay to live with, I know how to keep to myself and try to keep a clean and organised space. I am looking for someone who I can potentially become friends with, that I can talk to when I feel like it and whom I can have dinner with and watch movies with. But I have no problem keeping to myself if you'd prefer that.
Uni student at Flinders (Masters Physiotherapy), go to the gym and train BJJ so will be out a bit, like to watch TV in spare time, like to keep things tidy, easy going and repectful of other people's space. Will be back in Adelaide around late February. If anyone is keen to look for a new share house together send me a message.
I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer for work. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quit regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love my quiet time to myself. Love to have a laugh. Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
I’m working as a part time salesperson in the Marion area and am a full time student studying to be a paramedic. I’m very introverted but have extroverted traits (I don’t throw parties or have friends over often but I’m not shy around people I see every day). I also hold high standards regarding cleanliness and respect other people’s things :)
Neat and tidy, retired Police officer. Have been in share accommodation for past thirteen years with no complaints from anyone. Love sports and watching on TV. Easygoing but not a pushover. Last 2 years in a Homestay where I helped overseas students with their English when required. I help run a Tuesday morning basketball camp at Way ville and do tenpin bowling at Marion.
