I'm a very clean and considerate housemate. I really enjoy hanging out with friends and don't mind having people over. Easy going, I would like to share a clean and tidy house, no parties as I work and study during the week. I'm non smoker , non drinker. Love to chat and watch movies, also love outdoor and physical activities,
This is a two story house which has 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes in all. I have 2 rooms you can choose from, one has electronic block out blinds the other is larger in size. It has very secure parking thanks to the electronic gate at the front of the 4 townhouses. However one housemate will have to park on the street. Close to public transport (busses and tram). It's about a 40min walk to Glenelg from my place. Glenelg Goodlife gym and General GP is only 10min walk away. I do have a dog so if you don't like dogs then this place isn't for you. Flick me a message if you would like more information etc.
Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
Off the street in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Glenelg and the city. Close to public transport. Private backyard / courtyard area. Garage. Security gate and telecom system. 10-15 yr old property. Low maintenance garden. Nice neighbours. The bedroom for rent is a really good size with built in robe.
keen gamer, social but not a big drinker, non smoker, relocating back to Adelaide from QLD to resume studies
The location is great, close to the city, Glenelg, and the tram line is a 10 minute walk away. The bedroom on offer is quite small but fits a double sized bed, bedside table and cupboard/chest of drawers quite cosily. The house has ducted heating and airconditioning. The place has a massive backyard to sit and relax in on a nice sunny day. Except for the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. We share cleaning responsibilities; we take turns to vacuum and mop once a week, and just play by ear the other house duties, as long as everyone is pulling their weight, it's a happy place. We are both very considerate people, and it's been really easy living together. Our other housemate is leaving to live with her partner regrettably.
Looking for a room available immediately, ideally for 4-6 months although any flexible/short term stay rooms will be considered. I'm a neat, tidy and reliable student studying and working part-time.
Hi my name is Sam and I'm looking to move closer to Adelaide with hopefully some friendly roommates. My time is largely taken up by full-time work and going to the gym. I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and currently work at a Big 4 bank. I've been living out of home since 2012 with friends and family. I believe I'm very easy to live with and always ensure I am pulling my weight in terms of cleaning and purchasing amenities. I've always received positive feedback in cleaning inspections, never had issues paying rent on time or had issues with former roommates. Ideally I would be looking to live with someone who is easy going and up for a laugh. I have no problem living with people of any gender or couples as I am respectful of all people. Feel free to contact me as I'd be happy to talk further :)
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Hi there. I work at AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) casually and also work in a Kitchen 2-3 days a week. I'm a Elder School of music graduate so I play Flute Clarinet and Sax and play in a few ensembles which keeps me busy. In my current living situation I can leave anytime I want and no need to break the lease. Also my previous housemate can be used a reference. I like using a cleaning roster in which everyone pitches in to help out which is a good plan. Hope to hear from you. Cheers. Steve :)
Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hi all, I'm Nicole. I am 27, work full time and study part time in the education sector which does not leave much time for a social life! I am highly self driven, ambitious and lover and nurturer of all things dear to me. I tend to keep to myself, work hard and enjoy a quiet night in on the couch with a nice glass of red on the rare occasion when my head is not buried in my books! I am clean, but not an obsessive neat freak, honest and reliable and am always willing to do my fair share of house duties - including the dreaded bathroom cleans! I have 2 beautiful King Charles Cavalier dogs who are 2 years old and come as part of the package so hopefully you love animals also. They are very well-behaved, de-sexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, love kids and other animals.
Hi, my name is Eric who is a Chinese international student. I am 24 male. no smoke, no pet. I hope to find a respectful landlord who is patient. Because my English is not that good, I wanna find a English environment to improve my English level. Chinese circle is too large, to some extent, I hope to escape from it and fit in the new environment. :-). The price is hopefully below 200 pw. text preferred
Employed on a casual basis but financially secure for the next year or 2 no matter what. Looking for a room to rent in a sharehouse with room for myself and the random, but necessary, bits and pieces I've picked up along the way. I have 2 pushbikes (they don't get the use they should but I can't get rid of them) and a couple of tool boxes namely that would be nice if they had lockable shed space. I also have a fridge that i'll sell if not before I shift soon after if not needed. Also I have my own bedroom furnishings. I'm originally from the Port Augusta area, but mostly sharehousing around Adelaide since I started my apprenticeship when I was 19 years old. I don't use my trade much in what I do at the moment but work is work. When work in Adelaide is slow I pick up some work for my dad on the sheep station he is manager of. I play mixed netball on Sunday evenings, the one regular social thing that keeps me from turning into a recluse. The owner of the house i'm in at the moment has started some light renovations and it is not favourable to live here while this is going on. Saying this I don't have a contract with them as I've known them as friends before I moved in so i'm not being pushed out yet.
I'm 36 year old female that works full time as a professional in the CBD weekdays. I am a easy to get along with person, friendly and considerate. I am happy to keep to myself, socialise or both. I'm clean and love interior decorating so take pride in my belongings. I have a small dog a female French Bulldog who is very friendly and I am currently training her as she is only a pup. I like to go to the gym and do like to go out on the weekends to socialise. I am currently saving to buy my own place and should be ready within the next 6 months. I'm happy to meet up and discuss living requirements.
My name is Lauren and I'm originally from Broken Hill Very down to earth and very sociable. I'm a senior consultant at Origin energy working mon-fri and in my spare time like to go to the gym, go out for dinner with friends and take my pup for walks and to the dog park. My partner Cameron is a full time carpenter who grew up in Adelaide. In his spare time also likes to train at the gym, plays 8ball, golf and ice hockey So safe to say we won't be home much!! We have a beautiful little puppy Arlo that we rescued from the RSPCA. He is currently doing puppy school so will grow up to be a very loyal loving dog. So who ever we move in with must love dogs :)
I am more than happy to clean, cook meals and be of great company. I am at UniSA - City East campus and spend most of my time at uni, so will not be at house very much during the day. During my 3 months rent, I will be on placement every day, therefore will only be around of a night and weekends. Love pets, do not have any of my own but more than happy to live with others.
My name is Natasha, I'm 25 years old and I'm an English student. I work part time on a few days of the week and sometimes in a restaurant on Saturdays. I like to watch movies and whenever I have time, I like to talk to my mates. I am very quiet, clean and friendly. And most importantly, I love animals.
I am a young at heart musician that is neat and tidy and I pay my bills on time. When I'm not out teaching, rehearsing, playing or enjoying live music, I like to relax in front of the TV. I would like to team up with someone to share a house with in the inner west.
I am a 21 year old who works full time as a carer, almost completed my enrolled nursing course (hoping for city hospital jobs). I have recently slip from my fiancé. And we own a beautiful modern 2 story home that unfortunately we need to sell because of the situation. The house isn't on the market yet so the selling process will take abit of time. Thinking around November December. I would like to live in a modern clean house. I am very clean myself after looking after my own home for a year I know how it all is done. Also my job requires a high level of house maintenance and cleanliness. I like to keep to myself but love a good chat at times. Party life isn't me I don't smoke and I barely drink. I have a few furniture items after we slit everything also :) Don't hesitate to message me.
We are two female hockey players travelling to Australia to play in the National league. We are on working holiday visas so will be looking for work and look forward to enjoying some time down under and exploring the country.
I am Alexia. I'm 27 years old and from France. I am living at the moment around Mount Barker but would like to move closest to the city within 3 to 4 weeks. I am currently studying Leadership and Management and working part-time in hospitallity. I am pretty pretty easy going quiet and tidy. Always happy to meet new people but I also like having time on my own. I enjoy going to the gym, having a wine, outdoors, stroll at the beach, discover surroundings... Trying to enjoy life as much as I can :) I would prefer live with 1 or 2 other people not more but I could change my mind if I come across nice places. I like pets but I am not a huge fan of cat :D Feel free to contact me if my profile sounds like we could get along ;)
Hi There! I'm looking for a housemate (preferably long term) to team up and share a property. I would like to find a place in the Daw Park/Melrose Park area or neighbouring suburbs (I have a long list of suburbs; south, south west and south east of the city I'd be willing to live in), modern-ish, with 2 bathrooms, air con, low maintenance, preferably a dishwasher, preferably 2 living areas (or a spare bedroom). A house, or a town house, somewhere with at least a little space and privacy. Pet friendly because I have a cat. I would like to find somewhere asap, but am flexible with my time frame. I'm thinking somewhere around $400 to $530 ish (total). I've seen some nice places that fit all this coming up around ascot park, edwardstown, millswood, plympton type suburbs recently. I am late 30s. Pretty laid back. Quiet, honest, fair, nice, friendly, think i'm pretty funny, sociable but don't go out much anymore, don't like confrontation, don't like bossy people, don't like self-centred people. I work full time and I work hard so I can be quite lazy in my free time. I'm close to my family. I like things pretty clean and tidy and would like someone who will be on my same wave length and help me clean the place when we've decided it needs cleaning (or maybe we could splash out on a cleaner!). I don't expect you to be cheery all the time..... I'm not. I like going out for brunch and meals in general. I'm good at basic cooking. I like the outdoors. I like movies. I don't like excerise but I wish I did. I like road trips. I like music festivals (but the grown up kind). I don't garden, but I do like gardens, especially herbs. I love food and coffee. Looove music but not all genres. Sooo, I've been living by myself for the last however many years and so have all the required furniture, but you might too, so a place with a garage would be good so we can store the extra things we have. This, and my love of tv is why I'd like a place with a second living area or spare bedroom so we could both have our own space to do what we want without being stuck in our bedrooms. Although if you'd like to join me in whatever i'm watching/doing, that would be nice. I would prefer a female, just because I can be pretty shy around strangers. I take a little while to warm up. If you're young, don't be put off by my age.....I'm not 'old'. *not a smoker *Vego and vegan fine so long as you respect my love of meat. *need to be reliable about money. i.e. splitting and paying bills. Cheers Margot :)
