This is a two story house which has 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes in all. I have 2 rooms you can choose from, one has electronic block out blinds the other is larger in size. It has very secure parking thanks to the electronic gate at the front of the 4 townhouses. Close to public transport (busses and tram). It's about a 40min walk to Glenelg from my place. Glenelg Goodlife gym and General GP is only 10min walk away. I do have a dog so if you don't like dogs then this place isn't for you.

The location is great, close to the city, Glenelg, and the tram line is a 10 minute walk away. The bedroom on offer is quite small but fits a double sized bed, bedside table and cupboard/chest of drawers quite cosily. The house has ducted heating and airconditioning. The place has a massive backyard to sit and relax in on a nice sunny day. Except for the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. We share cleaning responsibilities; we take turns to vacuum and mop once a week, and just play by ear the other house duties, as long as everyone is pulling their weight, it's a happy place. We are both very considerate people, and it's been really easy living together. Our other housemate is leaving to live with her partner regrettably.

I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward.
