Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
Hi there! First, I am pretty excited to step in the great OZ land with a permanent resident visa and I'm absolutely looking forward to start a new life in Adelaide. I am very easy to make friends with, I'm good to talk to and I happen to cook pretty well....all exotic Indian dishes :). I do not interfere in others' life and I am very open to people's own choices and preferences. I love dogs/cats and have no problem with pets in the house (except for reptiles...they kinda freak me out). I am an organised and tidy person. I am not into drugs or gambling, though I do drink socially.
Hi I'm Tobi from Stuttgart, Germany. I'm Currently studying International Business undergraduate. I decided to study 2 semesters abroad at UniSA, starting in the end of July, and am now looking for a place to stay during this time. I plan to work part-time, to earn some travel money. I'm an easy going, tidy, helpful person and hope to find a place with flatmates that share these characteristics. Ideally they also like to hang out together from time to time. I don't mind pets, smokers or some house duties. What I'm looking for here: - Furnished room - Unlimited internet - All bills included - Near public transport - Well sized room - Min. 3 bedrooms house - Ideally with Smart TV in the room If you have questions, hit me up. Greetings Tobi
Clean and tidy male, full time job, fit and active. I have an extremely well trained and behaved border collie who I love to bits (he doesn't need a lead). I love to cook and be outdoors Very sociable person but can respect private space Dog is house trained and gets on well with other pets. More than happy for people to meet him 🙂
$150/week with Free unlimited internet. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. The bus stop 14 is near the house and tram stop 11 is in the next street so there is not much worries about transport going to Uni/City and to popular Glenelg Beach. Anzac Hwy is very popular location due to many transportation options and many facilities available in the area. Single bed, student desk, chair, wardrobe, lockable cabinet for your important documents provided. We got 2.5 bathrooms and toilets, large kitchen (kitchen utensils provided), laundry with washing machine, 2 lounge areas, large veranda and gated property. We are government approved student accommodation and private lodging. We got house rules for the cleanliness of the property and privacy/security of tenants. Minimum 6 months.
I currently live in Prospect, Adelaide. I quit my job, packed up my life, gave my family lots of hugs and moved here in February 2017 from Tumby Bay (near Port Lincoln). I am a huge family person and I call my Dad almost every day. I am currently living with a 23 year old male named Tim he's wicked and my bestfriend in the world, we game and eat dinners together. I'm wanting to move on to an area more quiet/secluded than Prospect. I don't mind living with boys at all so don't be shy! I am very, very clean. Working in Aged Care gave me a big cleaning bug. I have minimal belongings. I have bought a bed while living here which I love and I wouldn't like to part with so I'd prefer a room to be unfurnished! :) I handle responsibility well. I manage bills extremely well and I am fantastic at budgeting. I study Disability cert III at the moment and I am looking to study in January 2018 to further my career to an enrolled nurse and experience more opportunity in the city. It's either that or RN at UNI I still haven't fully decided yet. I'm always looking for a job but I'm not fussed about employment until I've finished my studying. I love to play pc and console games and socialize with my friends over lunch or during weekends when I have time off. I'm fairly quiet most days, I'm not a huge party goer. I socially smoke cigarettes or when I feel really stressed though I wouldn't consider myself a full time smoker. I occasionally drink maybe once a month or if there's a concert/DJ I want to see but I do not drink excessively. Although I don't mind a cheeky wine on a Sunday night ;). I don't spend money impulsively. I'm a huge bargain hunter and SAVERS is amazing seriously I didn't know second hand shops that big existed until a few months ago and I cried. Anyway. I don't do drugs. I absolutely love to cook and eat food but I don't eat red meat though it's totally cool if you do and if you're a vego I'll buy my own frying pan to cook my chicken and fish on don't worry and keep my stuff totally separate don't worry. I LOVE tea. Especially chamomile tea. With like 5 sugars. I am a very easy going, reliable, honest, open and friendly person. I am all about personal choice and I don't discriminate or judge anyone. I am allergic to cats though I can totally live off of anti-allergy tablets if I need to. I love dogs very much. I have my Ps but I don't have a car (I sold it when I moved) :(. I am a huge music nerd and I love every genre. I play the guitar and I sing in the shower. I like to draw and read books. I love to go on walks during sunny days. I am always willing to help out anyone in any way I can and I am very supportive. I 100% NEED the internet as I do study. I love kids. I don't have a partner although I am seeing someone, he's great and you'll definitely meet him. I would prefer a quiet home. I like my own space and I respect other peoples space but I'll also happily welcome you into my life with open arms. I would love for us all to be friends and get along great. I can't think of anything else to write here so message me if you would like to know more!
House located in quiet street in Camden Park. Central location 10 minutes to CBD, less to beach or airport. Off street parking in fully fenced yard with security lighting. Aircon in living area, fans in bedrooms and also double brick stays warm in winter and cool in summer. Modern kitchen with gas and electric cooking. Foxtel, surround sound and big screen. Very large outdoor entertaining and BBQ area with large pool set in tropical gardens with waterfalls.
Very clean and tidy, work 45 hours a weeks and within the next 2 months I will be going back to fifo work, so I'll be away 2 weeks at a time and home for 2, like my own space but like to socialise also
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina
Located on a quiet suburban street. Offering one bedroom; currently the spare room, with shared living, kitchen and bathroom. New aircon in the living room warms and cool the whole unit. Small out door patio with undercover parking and always plenty of street parking. The Unit is fully furnished except for the bedroom up for rent. You'll have plenty of storage with the built in wardrobe and enough room for a double sized bed. Room has roughly 3m by 2.5m floor space. We can go halfsies for internet if you like. Water and electricity split 50/50 Yes that means electric stove top and not gas :(
Room to rent close to beach, city and transport. Large modern family home. New kitchen and bathrooms as well as new outdoor area with pool. Room furnished queen size bed built in robe and tv on the wall.
The location is great, close to the city, Glenelg, and the tram line is a 10 minute walk away. The bedroom on offer is quite small but fits a double sized bed, bedside table and cupboard/chest of drawers quite cosily. The house has ducted heating and airconditioning. The place has a massive backyard to sit and relax in on a nice sunny day. Except for the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. We share cleaning responsibilities; we take turns to vacuum and mop once a week, and just play by ear the other house duties, as long as everyone is pulling their weight, it's a happy place. We are both very considerate people, and it's been really easy living together. Our other housemate is leaving to live with her partner regrettably.
I'm studying and I also work part time. Love music, movies, good food (mostly cheese) and wine! I'm very friendly and love to have a laugh. Make pretty good chocolate chip biscuits too!
Bedroom 2 is $160 pw, utility expenses are additional. This room is generously sized at 3m x 4.6m, with extensive storage (6-door wardrobe, 15-drawer dresser, 2x bed drawers). Single bed & mattress supplied but can also accommodate queen size. Large bookcase supplied. Both bedrooms, hall and living room have newly polished wooden floors. The house is airy and bright. The rest of the house is fully furnished with reverse cycle aircon and superfast cable internet. Adelaide CBD is 15-20 minutes away by bus or tram. Busstop 11 is 2 minutes walk away, and tramstop 10 on Marion Rd is 10 minutes walk away. No pets.

Resonably quiet, easy going person. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy other peoples company. I work a lot, with early starts so I'm looking for someone who doesn't stay up all night on weeknights.
I am a quiet and friendly full-time worker who is looking for a room or flat to rent. I have recently been offered a job in the city, so living close by is important. I'm introverted and keep to myself, however I love to socialise over a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I have an awesome and cute kitty called Ralph, we're kind of a package deal.

I am currently studying Leadership and Management and working part-time in hospitallity. I am pretty pretty easy going quiet and tidy. Always happy to meet new people but I also like having time on my own. I enjoy going to the gym, having a wine, outdoors, stroll at the beach, discover surroundings... Trying to enjoy life as much as I can :) I would prefer live with 1 or 2 other people not more but I could change my mind if I come across nice places. I like pets but I am not a huge fan of cat :D Feel free to contact me if my profile sounds like we could get along ;)
Hi I'm Sarah :) [edit: I'm overseas at the moment, will respond to messages on Saturday when I'm home ☺️ ] I work full time in Kent Town as a Marketing coordinator. I'm friendly, clean and looking to move somewhere unfurnished that has some kind of storage available as I've just sold my house and would like to bring a few white goods with me. I'm friendly and love a good chat and a glass of wine but will also often keep to myself as I do a little work from home from time to time (solid internet connection will also be preferable). I have a partner who may come for a visit from time to time but I mostly spend time at his house on the weekends. Oh and I also love animals... So if you have those, I'll always be happy to help out with feeding/watering and patting 😊
Hi, We are an Indian couple who are in their 40s. We are working full time and looking for a charming , quiet place. We like to cook and go out on weekends. Hi! I am a part time receptionist who will also be commencing university in August 2017 studying finance and accounting. I am looking for a modern house that I can share with 2 or 3 other females. I would preferably need to have a built in wardrobe or an included free standing wardrobe. I am a very responsible, funny and clean person who would like to share with people who have similar qualities. I am looking for somewhere that would be reasonably quiet as I would be studying in the house. However, I am an outgoing person who likes to socialise so having movie nights and cooking dinner together would be something I would love to do. Please get in contact with me if I sound like the right fit for your share house! :)
