I'm a transplanted Kiwi that works full time as a property manager. I don't have any friends yet so won't be having any parties any time soon. And I usually just like to keep to myself as my job has me dealing with people more than I'd like to sometimes lol Im a smoker but outside only and Cigarettes only. I enjoy having a beer while watching the rugby (union), getting out and exploring, Netflix marathons, fishing and camping, and sleeping (which is how I spend at least half my weekend lol). I'm very clean and tidy, will always do my fair share and always pay my rent on time. Sometimes you'll only know I'm home because the kitchen has been cleaned or the floors are a hazard because I've mopped them and don't have one of those yellow caution signs. I just want somewhere where I can feel comfortable being in my room if I want to be alone but also in the communal areas if I feel like bugging you about how miserable your rugby team is. Respect is a huge thing to me, as long as you give it to me, I'll always give it back to you too. Don't steal my red bull, wash your socks with my pretty dresses or mock my embarrassing impromptu concerts while I'm showering and we'll pretty much get on no matter who you are. Prefer not to live with couples though. I have a little Himalayan cat called Rocky. He's strictly indoors and lives mostly in my room while I'm at work. He's up to date with all vaccinations, doesn't cause any damage, is completely litter trained and an absolute character. I also have a pet fish and mussel, both are weirdos but I love them anyway. Any questions after all that, get in touch 🤓
Hi guys! :) I am Suzi from Hungary and I study work and organizational psychology. On july I will travel to Australia to make my 6-month internship at USQ. I am really passionate about sports, traveling, photography, my drawings and about meeting exiting people. I am looking for my new tidy home and my new flatmates.
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach - broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
Just moved to Brisbane... I am clean and tidy... I enjoy listening to music and having bonfires or bbq with friends. I also enjoy quiet board game nights. I work in north Ipswich and looking to move a little closer. I do have a beautiful dog named timone... he is a Siberian husky and loves everyone. He doesn't mind being inside or outside. He is very chill like his owner.
Hi our names are Nav and Lani. Lani works full time as a Registered Nurse, Nav works full time as an Enrolled Nurse. We are a very private couple who like our own space. We are neat and tidy. Due to being shift workers we are looking for our own accommodation separate to others. Due to being nurses we get along well with anyone, we are flexible, respectful, neat and tidy. Looking forward to finding a place! We are looking at no more then $200 together, so $100 each.
I am a second year University student studying secondary education at the University of Southern Queensland Springfield campus; HPE and Mathematics, I am super easy going, I work at Subway part-time so I will bring home cookies of an evening. I play football (soccer) as a goal keeper for Ipswich Knights. I am quite tall; 6 foot 4 inch to be exact. I enjoy clubbing occasionally. I like to consider myself a walking jukebox in that I don't have a favourite genre and listen to a multitude of types of music. I play chess and enjoy anything spontaneous.
My lease has just ended and I’m now looking to rent a room/studio. I currently work permanent part time, I plan on having my own place again once I get back into a full-time job. I’m very easy going! Clean, respectful and reliable. I can provide rental references, I’ve shared house and rented for 3+ years. I spend majority of time either working, at my partners house (most nights and all weekend) or seeing friends. If you think I might suit what you have available please message me! Flexible with my rent budget. I don’t have early bird access please text
I am quiet, clean and keep to myself, however I do enjoy socialising! I work fulltime at a cafe and spend majority of my spare time binge watching netflix or I'll be at the gym. I am reliable and friendly
Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work part-time for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon called Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
I am 21, my partner is 24. Need to move due to our housemate (owner of home) is moving and is renting the house out to family friends. This move is very sudden so need to find somewhere asap. I am currently unemployed but my partner works full time as a mobile phone repair tech at Xtreme Communications at Riverlink Shopping Centre in Ipswich therefore we have a stable income although we both get paid fortnightly. My partner has his own car and license. We have a pet cockatiel and 2 guinea pigs in cages. The guinea pigs have an outdoor hutch/house for on the grass. They are usually out during the day and brought in of a night time. Lately they have all been kept inside due to the cold weather although they are cleaned regularly. We are looking to rent a room for a period of about 6 months until we can get some savings together and get our own place eventually. Thank you.

A young, quiet pensioner who is fond of learning, art, science and philosophy. Noah is on the ASD or autism spectrum, with a number of chronic mental health issues that are behind his status as a pensioner. He's very low impact, gentle and compensates for struggles understanding body language by being dedicated to good communication and respect for others. Honest and quirky, good with animals, vocabulary and art, he's looking for other mellow, accepting people, especially other people in the LGBT+ community.

Hi All, This property is only one year old. I had it built and just moved in a few months ago. I'm easy going and share with one single mum and her 10 year old daughter and 5 year old son. That means it isn't a crowded share house as they are only half humans and are really cute and quiet kids anyway (pretty much on ipads or in the front lounge or their rooms). Also I have my own bathroom so you would be only sharing with her. The bedroom is near mine at the other end of the house with a sizable built-in wardrobe and floor to ceiling mirror doors. There is also a separate laundry and a study nook for students. A semi-walk in pantry in the kitchen and huge linen cupboard in the hallway. There are two lounge rooms. There is one super fluffy cat that is more like a dog (very affectionate and loud purring) and well looked after/spoilt. The internet is unlimited fibre-optic (Opticomm). The kitchen stove is massive with a wok burner on natural gas. The kitchen itself is huge with more cupboard space than I could ever use with a very large stone-top kitchen bench which is awesome for food prep/cooking. Air con is to the living areas and there is a small backyard and back patio. The double-lock up garage could easily hold a 2nd car next to my bike if need be. I have 2 fridges, both brand new, one being smaller so there won't be a problem with fridge, cupboard, or pantry space however you like to do your thing. It's in the new estate area of Brentwood Forest in Bellbird Park, walking distance from the new high school and 5mins drive from the new Redbank Plains shoppingtown or Springfield Lakes/Orion shopping centre. Surrounded by nice neighbours and newly built properties.
I am very quiet and tidy. I do have two dogs (greyhounds) who are extremely friendly and love to have a cuddle. I walk them every day, and they sleep the other 23 hours a day. I do work shift work full time in the city at a call centre, so would require someone who is comfortable being home with the dogs for short periods of time if you happen to be home at the same time. I do have almost an entire house of furniture and appliances. I love Star Wars, Batman and Parks & Recreation.
