I am an easy going third-year psychology student who is extremely quiet and peaceful. The noisiest I will be is when I'm practicing for my singing exams! I work as a music teacher six days a week and am very passionate about what I do. I'm not a big drinker or party animal, so most of my down time I spend studying or working.
This is a large and comfortable pet friendly house to live in. It is close to public transport and has off-street parking. The third bedroom is set up as a study but can be used by overnight guests. Electricity and internet will be $80 per month. You would be assessed by the property agent and be added to the property lease. My current housemate has been transferred interstate, hence the need for new housemate. It has air con in the lounge dining area. Your double-sized bedroom has a walk through wardrobe and its own bathroom. There is a vegetable and back garden so if you want to use your green thumbs, the opportunity is here. There is a small shed in the back yard that is waterproof for additional storage if needed.
Neat and tidy, happy to sit and have a chat after work but will also give you your space. Would love to have a pet but it's not a deal breaker. Also I'm always up for a beach trip on weekends! I'll need somewhere to park my car, a quiet street would do fine but I would prefer off-street parking. Also air-con is a must! Absolutely can't live with smokers, sorry (bad lungs).
I am a friendly and easygoing person to live with. I enjoy socialising with others but respect peoples privacy and space. I'm a clean and respectiful person and like to get outdoors in my time off
• Clean, tidy, responsible, house proud, non-smoker, drug-free. • Work in procurement & logistics at a mineral/metallurgical technology firm in the city (Mon to Thurs/Fri). • Enjoy the occasional coffee, wine, or dinner with the household, though also quite the introvert who is often off reading, drawing, etc. – friendly though appreciate my own time / having my own life :) • General interests include said activities as well as heading to the gym, seeing family and friends, travel, learning Afrikaans (badly), piano (do have headphones), and other pursuits generally around health/wellness. • Seeking somewhere for around a year if possible. Pitching for: • A lovely household with friendly folks :) • Safe and secure, modern, fly screens, built-ins, aircon. • Ensuite, undercover parking (not essentials but nice to have). • Hoping for around $200/wk though have flexibility here. • Would likely prefer a house / townhouse as it's nice to have a bit of space, though open to apartments too. Looking to move over any upcoming weekend, currently staying with family so flexible with dates. Cheers! Quick update for 21st/22nd Jan - I'm away this weekend but will reply to messages early next week, thanks :)
I am a 27 year old full time (mon-fri) worker in Cannon Hill. Just looking for a place to rent for ~3 months while I continue looking for a house to buy myself. I enjoy riding bikes, video games, cooking and just relaxing.
New townhouse, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large entertaining deck, large kitchen/living area. Plenty of storage. Close to bus, shops and cafes. Seeking 1 girl to replace myself on the lease which will now expire in January 2018. 1 unfurnished main bedroom with ensuite = $220 per week. Room will be available from the 27th February. House is mostly furnished so if you have furniture it will be welcomed.
Hi I'm a respectful and super clean and tidy guy, transitioning between selling and buying my next house (should be move ready in April, possibly sooner). Looking for potential team ups in advance. I'm friendly and active, I play Tennis, go running and gym. Love a nice weekend coffee and breakfast out, cooking. Hoping to team up with someone similar, would love to meet new friends out of the experience also. An undercover or garage spot would be highly regarded.
I am social to live with, but also respect people's space and their own time out :) I love music, and sometimes like going to the beach and hiking. Also, love my lazy days watching netflix.
It's just myself and my boarder collie Zeus in the house, he's always happy to see you when you come home and keeps good guard of the house. The room available is a double room with a bed in (can bring your own bed if you like) and it has its own separate walk-in wardrobe for those of you into buying lots of shoes! The house is an old classic Queenslander which I keep neat and tidy, my sofa is massive and can fit a good 6 people on! The whole house is furnished and you'd be welcome to use the smart TV too. Public transport is really easy to access and there is ample parking in the drive or on the street. Underneath the house is a huge double garage space so if there is anything that needs storing then you are welcome to leave it there. Nice quiet neighbourhood with Norman park train station just 1k away and Carindale shopping centre 3ks away. Obviously you must be OK with a dog to live here and be nice and tidy. There's unlimited wifi which is included in the rent and bills come every quarter to which they'd just be split in half.
Huge detached bedroom available. (Bedroom is seperate to main house) Bathroom kitchen and laundry are shared with main house. Does have a seperate toilet in the laundry. All bills included in rent (elec, water, gas, internet.) We are a family of 4, (kids are 6 and 8, she is 27 I am 25) both work full time and kids are both in school. House is always kept clean and tidy and we have a cleaner that comes Monday and Thursday. House is fully furnished including washing machine, dryer and soon to have a dishwasher. Your room can come furnished or unfurnished. The room is massive and will fit everything (bedroom suite, TV cabinet, cupboards etc) currently furnishing the room. There is a small shoping complex 2 mins away, with woolworths, jetts gym, restaraunts, bakery, cafè, etc. Public transport is also close by. Pets will be considered. Look forward to hearing from you
I'm a 26 year old professional musician also working full-time in retail. My partner is 29 and also works full-time in retail. We are clean, enjoy cooking together and being outdoors. We love music and creative expression and are respectful of others space. We are looking for a quiet home where we can relax and unwind with like-minded, positive individuals :)
Looking for another young person from early 20's to 30's to fill the vacant room. This house is set in a premium suburb and location in Camp Hill. Close enough to the city/shopping centres to be a quick drive but not so close that traffic will build up on the street. Public transport is easy as the house is a 5-10 minute walk to several bus stops on Old Cleaveland Road which has several busses that will take you directly to the city/UQ through the pacific motorway. The house is quite spacious both inside and outside boasting a large backyard and plenty of storage underneath the house.
I'm tidy and like to keep to myself. i work in hospitality so most of the time I just want to relax and watch a film. I'm not the biggest cook because all i do everyday is clean and prepare food so I'm clean, and I do tend to clean as i go. my family live in Carina and I'd like to be close to them which is why I'm wanting to stay on the southside. i'm very respectable and don't cause drama.
I'm a mature & easy going person, whose many years of experience in hospitality (in my opinion) have helped me become an adaptable, friendly & accepting housemate. I am also a professional housesitter, so am very respectful of people's property, time & space. Outside of the home, I keep busy & entertain my friends at 'their' houses or cafes around the corner, but I like my home to be a comfy & quiet place to relax & recharge :) I enjoy playing sport (have been chasing a round ball for approx 15 years!?), & am training to be a firefighter in the QFES. I am an experienced barista too, so if my future housemate wants to purchase or has a commercial espresso machine, I can whip you up a very decent cup 👍
We both work full time, Chloe in a cafe and Lee in construction. We love yoga, bonfires, beers, Netflix, hiking and Chloe is always cooking something. Lees super handy and will give fixing anything a go. We are looking for a large room with an ensuite ( something that can fit a desk in as Chloe will be studying a bit) and house mates that clean up after themesleves as well as help with the rest of the house and yard. (Cleaning up is always funnier with friends and beers) We are also early risers, so other people that work early would be nice to live with. Other then that we are chilled, up for a chat and down to earth. Chat soon :)

I am a 23 yr old girl living in Brisbane, working full time. I will never go to the gym with you but I am always down for an adventure. Pretty independent and happy to chill in my room but also pay for Stan and make a mean cheese board if you want to hang out. Can cook, can clean, can't resist a wine. Not in a gang, no crazy ex, and if you do meet my friends I promise you get used to them :)
My current flatmate is moving early in the new year to be closer to work so I’m now looking for someone to take her place. The apartment is located in Camp Hill, right on the border of Coorparoo. It’s about two minutes from the main Camp Hill bus stop – Where buses run frequently to the city, UQ, Carindale etc. About ten – fifteen minutes from the city. It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom unit – So you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. The complex has a pool, and one car park space – Which can be yours if you like. Things to budget for: - Rent is $190 a week. - Internet split monthly - $30. - Water and electricity – Roughly, $150 a quarter for both together. Move in date will be within the first couple of weeks within the new year. If you have any questions or would like to check out the place, please feel free to contact me.
Up for grabs is a bright large size room with a double bed, desk and chair, cabinets, a massive wardrobe and wall mounted book shelves. The room has a split system air conditioner and you will have your own nice size bathroom next to the room. This 2bed-2bath 6 year old townhouse is conveniently located in Camp Hill, 6km from the city. 400 meters to the bus stop with direct buses (200,222,209,204) to the city, UQ and Mater hospital. Carindale shopping centre is one bus stop away and a big IGA is within walking distance (open 6 am - 10 pm every day). A Woolworths is also within walking distance. The home has an air-conditioned kitchen / living space, and a backyard with BBQ. A private car space is available right in front of the townhouse . We are a clean and tidy, friendly, non-smoker, quiet and considerate, IT professional couple in our thirties who often travel with work. The room we are looking to let will suite a student/professional with similar qualities who is reliable with paying their rent on time. Rent is $210 per week which is paid two weeks in advance. Bond is two weeks rent. Electricity, water and internet bills are included in rent. A current rental reference is requested prior to moving in and an agreement will be signed between us mentioning the rent, bond and length of stay for your peace of mind. Feel free to contact me if you would like to come have a look. Cheers, Nasim :)
The place: Ground floor unit in a block of six. 10 years old, contemporary design, well looked after. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Bedroom available is unfurnished. Air-conditioned open plan kitchen / living space. Plenty of room for extra furniture in common areas. Large rear deck with courtyard and own washing line. Dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Bills shared are electricity and internet (500GB per/m) Location: Safe and quiet street in Camp Hill. Situated 7 kilometres from CBD. 2 minutes walk from the unit is a major bus stop, which has regular direct bus services to the CBD, Mater and PA Hospitals and the University of Queensland, as well as east to Carindale. Close proximity to supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants.
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year accounting student at QUT, so public transport nearby would be fantastic. I do have a car though, so I need undercover parking whether that be a garage or carport. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
Hi my name is Lisa! I recently just graduated from uni and i'm working part-time for a Marketing company and part-time as a sales consultant. I am looking for flatmates who are like minded like myself. I am very easy going, friendly and I enjoy a bit of a chat now and then. I enjoy keeping fit by playing tennis, cooking and having a social glass of wine with friends. I am great to live with because I am an organised, clean and a respectable person who gets along with most people. Feel free to send me a message :-)
We're a couple. I'm working full time in state government, Alyssa casually in graphic design. We're both studying when we can as well. We have a beautiful 1yo Chihuahua X named Rosie who is the loveliest puppy you will meet. We can't wait to meet you. :)

Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 28, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house (as long as the main areas like kitchen and lounge etc are tidy I don't care about your bedroom lol mine is usually pretty messy but that's why there's a door.. to close it and forget about it... haha) :) I'm looking to live either the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Bridgeman Downs etc) or on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc) BUT not until around April-ish. Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, its really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! lol :) My boy is almost 9, so he can pretty much look after himself lol He looooves playing xbox and would loooove to have an xbox buddy to play GTA with lol (also no baby daddy drama - not involved). We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol she actually loves dogs too, we used to have a beagle and theyd play fight and snuggle up together :) so cute! Anyhoo, I'm looking another person to get a house together, preferably a guy, for safety and i just tend to get along better with them. Obviously we will have to apply for houses so you'd clearly need to be approved on that to live there lol You also must be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work fulltime and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. What is especially important is that you behave appropriately around my son. He needs a good male role model who knows how to respect women etc. I'd prefer a house rather than a unit. It'd be cool if it had a deck and nice yard and maybe even a pool !?! :D (u can be the pool boy lol) and undercover parking (lock up garage) would be ideal :) I have all the furniture already, big leather lounge, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, dryer, foxtel (priorities people!) lol and then plates cups blah blah blah :) you'd only need your bedroom stuff really :) I'd also be super keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol I love going to the drive in movies, bowling, to the park and the beach and would really love to get a puppy! So if you've already got a dog that's good with kids that'd be so awesome! Hope to hear from you soon :)
