Hello! I'm from Brisbane and have been living with a friend's family for the past year. I'm looking to move somewhere with better public transport and, hopefully, close access to a grocery store. I'm a bit of a quiet person, especially around new people, but I'm still really friendly. It'd be nice to become friends with my new housemates :) Though I'm still very respectful of other people's need for space and privacy, of course. I'm eager to have a cleaning schedule with my housemates and I always tidy up after myself, so you don't have to worry about that. I also often go to visit my family for a few days, usually over weekends, so I won't be home all the time. I've taken a break from uni this year and will be returning in the first semester next year. Right now, I am working a temporary job as a receptionist and looking for more part time work. Oh and as for the moving date and length of stay I've listed: I'm pretty flexible about it. I don't need to move immediately. And I'm happy to stay longer than 3 months if all goes well :)
I'm looking to find a new place to move to into mid October (Ideal moving date is October 19th) I currently live with my sister but she's moving down the coast for work so I need to find a new person or two to set up with again. I want to find somewhere within about 15 minutes if my work in Coorparoo so open to a range of South East suburbs - currently searching Coorparoo, Carina, Carina Heights, Carindale, Morningside, Cannon Hill, Murrarie, Tingalpa, Greenslopes, Holland Park, Bulimba, Hawthorne, Norman Park and Camp Hill. I want to find somewhere we can have a spare room, as I have a spare bed and family that visit a couple of times a year. Ideally I would like to pay a max of $240 a week, preferably less- so I have been searching 3 bedroom places for up to $480, or 4 bedroom places for up to $700 - but that final price range will also depend on what you're looking to spend. My deal breakers when I'm looking at rentals seems to be, shower curtains, external laundries, size of shared spaces and no built ins. Apart from that I'm pretty open; house, townhouse, modern, older etc. Main items I can bring to the house are a fridge, microwave, and a spare queen sized bed. Other things I own but I'm willing to part with/upgrade are a dining table and chairs, coffee table, bookshelf, deep freezer, large ikea cube storage bookshelf thing, glass tv unit Thing's I don't have/will need to look for are a couch, a washing machine, toaster, and kettle Me: I work full time in child care Pretty quiet around home but like to think I'm friendly and easy to get along with Like a sleep in and an afternoon nap Keeps tidy Rarely drink Don't smoke Try and go to the gym regularly Anything else, let's chat

I have regularly started going gym after work so I usually am home around 12am I am looking for something long in terms if lease and stay as I don’t wish to pack up and move again soon. I am Looking for an easy going room mate/s who are friendly and relaxed like myself. My current lease ends on the 7/11/19 so I’m hoping to find a place before that time is up

Hi there, my names Teejay, I am looking to move Brisbane as my partner lives there, not really a massive partier, like to chill on weekends and play footy. I am currently working as a business development executive for a transport company so I am working full time.
I am a professional, working in the city. I'm also completing my Masters of Sustainable Energy. In my spare time, I see friends, sew and am a plant mother. My partner recently received a job offer to move to California and I will not be going. So ideally I will not be looking to move somewhere until late October to early November, as a heads up. I'm pretty great to live with as I am quiet, respectful and reliable on my share of the bills!
