Introduction: Hi, my name is Lynn. I'm a 28 year old trans woman, looking for accommodation long term. I am currently homeless, and in need of a place that is LGBTQ inclusive, safe, non-judging and accepting of who I am. Please be aware that due to my physical disabilities, I am bound to a cane stick and wheelchair, and I prefer ground floor rooms. I will try my best to contribute towards doing my part around the house, and I'll keep my space tidy and clean to the best of my ability. The house should ideally be close to public transport. I'd rather not move too far away from the Campbelltown LGA, but am willing to branch out and see what options there are. Budget: I'm unemployed, but my Disability Pension helps me get by with an income of about roughly $1,200 per fortnight. I would prefer not go beyond $300/per week. Utilities ideally included in the rent, and I prefer the room to be furnished, please. Interests & hobbies: I like to socialise every now and again, however I don't smoke and only drink socially. I enjoy playing video games on Nintendo Consoles, PlayStation and PC, and enjoy playing co-op/competitive multiplayer (e.g. Mario Kart, Smash Bros Ultimate, Deep Rock Galactic.) I love animals (especially cats!) and have no allergies. I do not have any pets of my own. I try to be as down to earth as possible, although I am nuerodivergent and sometimes might misinterpret some situations as a result, but I try my best. I do intend to study in the future to persue a job as a software engineer. Currently I am just self-studying in my own time, learning to write programs. Identification: My Driver's licence is expired, and they don't do proof of age photo ID on this site for some reason, but that is what I'll show to you to prove I am who I say I am. It will have my deadname since I have not legally changed my name yet.
