Looking for a female, non-smoker who can move in immediately to a great 2br, 3 level air-conditioned furnished apartment with a balcony in Camperdown, near Glebe and Newtown. The building has a rooftop pool. The room has an en-suite, builtins and a courtyard off it. It is unfurnished, yet there is a convertible couch bed available if needed. Ideally it would suit a person who is considerate, independent, relaxed and happy to simply share a space with a nice balance of being social and having their own time.
Hey, my name’s Oscar and I’m keen to meet some new people! I’m 25 and a Sydney local. I work full-time in the city and earn my paycheck as an operations coordinator for a freight forwarding company (we’re the ones who get anything and everything from point A to point B by air and ocean). Other than my 9-5 interests, I’m big into music – especially metal but like to think I have diverse taste; and also love going to live acts and playing guitar when I can. I’m also a big history buff and always love a chat about it or anything else that’s interesting to someone. Also keep myself fit most days by keeping up with the gym and running. I’m always up for a schooner or a drop of Aldi’s best red wine and certainly like to think of myself as very easy going and sociable. I’m after a private room in a share house that likes to keep the home clean and organised - where we can enjoy our time alone or have a get together. Budgeting at $270 including bills. I’m always up to meet some new people who are relaxed, respectful and up for a laugh. Looking forward to a response!
This place is so cool- its huge and clean. And quiet!! Central heating keeps the place warm all winter. The rooms are fully furnished with queen beds and makeup / study desks with mirrors and wardrobes and lamps. Plenty of storage space is available too. Its opposite the University and Hospital and extremely close to shops. We have fast internet included in the rent. As its furnished you wont need to bring anything except your clothes. Suits nurses or students who want to be close to work or uni. Public transport is across the road with plenty of buses every few minutes to the City at all hours. Theres five clean bathrooms a bath and two showers, four toilets and plenty of space. We all usually stay in our rooms when home so its a very quiet house and we are super friendly. Its a huge place at a very good price. Security access and cameras in a good neighbourhood. Newtown and the City are walking distance. We have netflix and xbox and a gym and solarium. Pool table and entertainment system. Modern kitchen and appliances. Easygoing living and only two weeks bond required 😊
I’m an international student from the states (Portland, OR) studying fine art at usyd, looking for a cozy place to call home while I get settled. At home I prefer to keep to myself most of the time, but I love the occasional movie night or dinner. I am an easy going, clean and considerate person to live with. I always tidy up after myself and expect my roomies to do the same. In my free time I like to draw, bake vegan desserts, watch films, and go thrift shopping! I’m seeking accommodation from late July to December, possibly longer. I'm looking for a private room in a share house, ideally with other female students. Send me a message if you think we'd get on! :)

Hey there I'm a fashion designer from UK coming over to Sydney to do an MBA, I'm looking for a nice chilled place that I can treat as a home. I love being outdoors, good food, the arts, travel & enjoy a nice cocktail bar.
It's a large flat in a great building and awesome location. Just down the round form King St, Newtown and there are buses on the road opposite that take you straight to the city in 15/20 minutes. The flat itself is 3 bed, we all have our own toilets and you would be sharing a shower room with just one person. The living space is very light and airy and we have a small office space/area. The apartment building also has a rooftop pool, gym and bbq area, which is great in the summer (and has amazing views). Bills are additional to the rent and include internet/electricity, they work out to be about $50 a month on average, although we do currently rent out our parking space which pretty much covers the bills each month!
I’m a chef working full time in Camperdown and am looking to move towards that area at the end of July. I would prefer to live with people with similar working hours to mine; at the moment I’m working Tuesdays - Saturdays during the day. My job is physically demanding so I need a place where I can get enough rest. I’ve always rented my own apartments so I do have my own furniture - a completely furnished room will not work for me as I will have nowhere to put my things. Like any typical hospo worker I enjoy going to the pub after I knock off and going out for food I don’t have to cook myself ;) I am a social person so I’d like to live in a place where I am able to have people over, and I’m more than comfortable for my housemates to have their friends over. I do like having my own personal space as well and am very respectful and considerate of others. I enjoy the odd gig every now and then and also clubbing so you’d have to be cool with me arriving home late. As I mentioned earlier though, I am considerate and will keep noise to a minimum. Also not opposed to parties/gathos as long as people are respectful of my things. I’m pretty easy going, friendly and laidback so if you are too we’ll get along just fine! LGBT+ friendly places only please! Also bonus points if you’re vego or vegan but I’m not too fussy or a jerk when it comes to that. 😅
I am a full-time student at USYD. I'm very easy going and easy to talk to. Also, I'm quite as I will spend most of my time studying and working. I do enjoy a glass of wine and a little chit chat at the end of a busy day.
Hi I'm Maddy, I have an easy going and friendly personality. I like being active but also enjoy sharing a couple of drinks. Am professional in mid 20's and am looking for some housemates who are friendly, tidy and like to have a chat. I am usually out and about on the weekends, either out with friends or exploring nature.
We're both young professional engineers from Poland, very clean, calm and social people with similar life goals trying to find a nice place to stay.
