This gem is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 floor apartment in Camperdown. In a very convenient neighborhood, it's located across the road from Sydney Uni, walking distance to Newtown or Glebe and a few minutes commute in one of the regular passing buses to Central station and the city. The room available for rent is located upstairs and includes its own bathroom (ensuit), built in robes, air con and a shallow balcony that spans the length of the room. Alongside the study, it's the only room located upstairs, so there will be plenty of privacy available when wanted. Room is spacious enough to easily fit a queen bed, side draws, a tv and possibly a small couch. The rest of the apartment will be furnished so all you have to do is furnish your own room. Rent is $420 a week which includes an undercover secure car space and all bills will be split. Couples are more than welcome for slightly more.

I'm Katie, in my early thirties and have an office job with the usual hours in the city. I play soccer on the weekends and generally like to be active and go out to for dinner/drinks with friends but also enjoy chilled movie nights at home as well. My current lease is up in early May and am looking for a new place to call home. I am open-minded and looking to share with one or two other people who might like to share an occasional meal together or friday night wines. I'm neat and tidy and respectful of your privacy. I would prefer to live with people that don't mind a bit of a chat or glass of wine every now and then and create a home together. I'm studying part time in the evenings on top of work so will be out a couple nights a week and will mostly chill during the other nights in the week. I have a bunch of furniture I'd prefer to keep so open to connecting with some people and creating a new share house if that works out too. Let's catchup for a drink and talk! :)
Hi, I am a postgraduate student, working part time. Joy is currently working as a graphic designer, on working holiday. We are looking for a house-share. If you have 2 rooms available, or are someone looking for 2 other people to rent a place in July, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are both clean and easygoing. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! **We are looking to pay about 250 each.
Ola, I'm Courtney. I work full time as a designer. I'm also completing my masters degree. As I occasionally use my evenings and weekends to study, I'm after a generally quiet place. Wherever I live, I treat it as a home. I like to have a clean and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. I respect and am able to accommodate the schedules of those I live with. When I have time to spare I love to have a glass of wine and a chat, head to a current exhibition or get out of Sydney and amongst nature. Pimm, is my 2 year old Maine Coon. She is very easy going, ridiculously good looking and perfectly behaved. She is a rather dog-like cat who enjoys playing, checking in on you and hanging out with you on the lounge. I would love to team up with someone who'd be interested in establishing a 2 bedroom house/apartment in the Inner West area OR find a room in a similar set up.

Recently arrived in Sydney from Liverpool (UK), working full time & looking for a place immediately. Happy with any kind of place, sociable, honest & clean. Enjoy playing football and watching TV/movies.
I am 32 and work full time as an events manager in Moore park (office hours plus event times) I'm pretty chilled, clean and considerate. I like to cook and enjoy the odd glass of wine. Not looking for a party house. Can be flexible on the move in date for the right... Ideally long term but I am happy for short term if the room comes with a bed. Also I do have a car - so unless its walking distance to work would be handy to know if you have street parking available.
Clean/tidy and responsible 23 y.o. female with a one year old (indoor) cat, looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I currently work as a typist and assistant for a psychologist - much of my work is done from home, which involves quietly typing in my room. In my spare time I enjoy walking, going out to cafes, and reading or watching movies. I'm easy-going, friendly, and would very happily get along with other nationalities and/or LGBT+ housemates. I love animals so other pets are not an issue. I don't drive so nearby access to public transport would be ideal. Move in date is flexible - I'm hoping to move by the end of May.
I am tidy and respectful of other's spaces. I love cooking and sharing meals, and would love a house that is social. I am currently living in a homestay in Mosman but would love to be in a house with other young, creative, fun people. I enjoy the occasional night out but would prefer to stay at home, share a few drinks and a game of cards or a board game with my friends or flat mates.
Hey guys! My name is Steph, I'm 23 and looking for a place in the inner west of Sydney to move into in the upcoming weeks! I'm originally from Canberra, but lived on the Gold Coast for the past 4 years whilst studying at uni. Just got a new job in Sydney so excited to be making the move back south again! I'm a pretty social person, and would be stoked to live with people who are happy to have a cheeky bev or 10, or even just hang out and eat shit food in front of the tv. I also love sports, the beach, clothes and live music. I've been in sharehouses for 4 years now so I understand the necessity for cleanliness, and also respect for people's space. Flick me a message if you think I sound like a good fit for your room!
I am nice, friendly, a big animal lover and respect the privacy of others. I work at Citibank in the CBD. I also enjoy eating healthy, going gym, watching TV shows and playing video games occasionally. I am a non smoker and would be hardly home (busy work schedule and gym during spare time). Flexible around move dates, and keen to also try teamup

Hi! I am looking for a new housemate/s to join me and fill the vacant room. The apartment is located near Usyd, in a quiet and street of Camperdown. The place itself is extremely spacious, with open plan living and modern appliances. It is located within a secure complex and includes aircon, an internal washer + dryer and a decent sized balcony. The room available comes with a king bed but with no linen. The room itself is large enough to also fit a cupboard and other furniture. Location wise the place is hard to beat, being opposite USyd, and 10 minutes walk from Newtown. It is also has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding it, all within walking distance! There is also plenty of public transport available from Parramatta Road. Although being so close to everything, the apartment itself is a quiet and peaceful place, and is located on a quiet street. The apartment is also extremely clean and tidy, and is furnished with new furniture and appliances. I’m looking for people who are respectful and neat to move in. Non-smoking house. Happy to have a couple in the room ($430/week) as well since there’s one bathroom for each bedroom!
