I'm a very laid back working professional and like to keep things tidy and comfortable around the home. I'm looking for like-minded laid back housemates who don't take life very seriously and are open to having a drink together now and then! I'm looking for a private room with its own bathroom and unfurnished.
I'm Katie. I'm 28 and eleven twelfths. Born in Queensland but grew up in Ireland and moved back to Sydney two years ago. The Inner West is where I am most at home, largely because it is also home to my sister, sister-in-law, baby nephew and their dog (my BFF) Parker. My THINGS are art, design, books, movies, music, markets, parks, coffee, etc etc. At home I do a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and making things. I spend a lot of time out, going for coffee, to the park, beach, markets, walking. Ideally I'm looking for a house of independent but mutually supportive people who get on well and are keen to keep a healthy friendly atmosphere. I'm open to sharing space, things, time, ideas, utensils, friends, skills, PUPPIES, chores etc.

I’m 26 and have just moved to Sydney from Perth for a full time Architecture job. I’m looking for long term accommodation to commence as soon as possible, either in an existing sharehouse or with some like-minded people looking to set up a new sharehouse. Hoping to find a sharehouse in the inner West (near the train line would be great) up to $270 a week for the room or $300 including bills, sharing with 2 or more housemates preferably of around the same age. Garden or courtyard would be a real bonus. I like to spend my spare time between indoor rock-climbing, heading to the beach, having a quiet drink, checking out bars and cafes, playing games with friends and watching movies and TV. I’m pretty easy going and considerate and a bit of a creative type, happy to have my own space and chill out but also enjoy a good laugh and am looking to spend some time with my future housemates and make some new friends in Sydney. Have a large TV, amp and speakers and a few gaming consoles I’d be happy to share but also more than willing to contribute to appliances if the house is in need of anything new. I’m free to inspect properties any time on the weekend as well as after work. Please let me know if you are interested! Cheers, Wes
Hi I'm Brooke and I'm a 2nd year uni student at UTS studying finance and international studies. Ideally I would like to move in around mid/early March 2017 for the start of the semester as I'm travelling overseas in January/February. Looking for somewhere for a minimum of 3 months but would like somewhere for 9 months or longer Currently work as a waitress, real estate receptionist and tutor. Love to paint, cook, stay active, drink wine/coffee and visit art galleries. Always keen for a chat but respect peoples privacy Clean and tidy, always pay my bills on time Looking for a place that feels like home and would love to move into a friendly house :)
I'm pretty friendly and chilled, very mindful of others and would love to be friends with my flatmate, share a dinner or a few drinks every so often. I'm not a party person, but will sometimes have friends over for baking purposes (or eating of said baking) but usually pretty quiet at home. I have a wide range of interests and do enjoy spending the night on the couch watching/marathoning TV shows or movies. I've lived in different countries a fair bit so there's always something to talk about. I'm (in theory) very creative, but also a procrastinator when it comes to creating. I enjoy creative writing, my flute (sometimes), karaoke, and tasty food.
I've just finished my Masters of Radiography from Sydney University and will start working at RPA in the new year. I am originally from Melbourne. I am looking for a room big enough to fit queen bed and I have a car so will need some sort of parking, happy with street parking though. I am a friendly, well travelled girl who is a clean and respectful housemate. I love the beach and try to keep a relatively healthy lifestyle.

Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers! Kathy&Andy

Hi! I'm an English girl looking for a room with social and respectful flatmates. I'm really easy-going and enjoy a good night out just as much as a night in with a good film, glass of wine and pizza. I'm a very liberal person and get along with just about everyone. I'm an animal lover, aspiring writer and adventure seeker. With my current room let up at the end of December, I'm looking for somewhere cosy and tidy, with friendly people to spend the next few months before I go travelling in March. Hi there! My name is Ben and my place needs a new flatmate to replace me in Camperdown/Newtown! The room available is the master bedroom, enough room to fit a queen sized bed, tables and drawers plus a blacony and room left over. At this stage the property agent will only allow one person to live in this room. The rent does not include bills, they will be split three ways as there will be a total of three people in the house. The photos are from the real estate agent, but the house still looks the same. This house is really big as it is two stories with all the bedrooms on the second floor. All the amenities are downstairs, very large kitchen, good size living room and outdoor area mean that each flatmate could be entertaining at the same time without getting in each other's way! The two flatmates are Charley and Thomas, who both work full-time and study at other various times. Most things in the house are there, but it may be necessary to have a discussion with the two remaining flatmates. So, please drop me a line if you are interested and we can set up a catch up for tea or coffee one day/night. Thanks Ben
UK and Finnish backpackers who became best pals doing our farm work together! Both bubbly and happy go lucky kinda gals. Appreciate good food and alcoholic beverages...love to socialise and always up for a good night out but appreciate a duvet day. We come with lots of love and of course a good english cuppa! We are looking to share a room or have our own rooms if 2 rooms become available in the same property :)
Recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage in Camperdown. The house has two living spaces, one is a large open combined living and dining, the other is a sunlit study with French doors opening out to a grassed, private and quiet garden. This cottage is conveniently located within a short walk to the buses on Parramatta Road, one street away from RPA Hospital and only a 7 minute walk to King Street Newtown. Camperdown Oval is one street away and it's the hub for our local community with a couple of lovely cafes, loads of space for outdoor training and a great spot for relaxing in the sun on the weekends. You would be sharing with me, Alison, a 39 year old marketing manager working for a large telecommunications company and studying an MBA part time. Work is demanding and my studies are too, so I do like home life to be peaceful and calm. You would also be sharing with Benny a 7 year old male boxer dog. Benny is a gentle and friendly boy who sleeps most of the time but loves to let you know how much he's missed you whilst you were away. Our new housemate will need to be comfortable with a medium sized dog. The room is available from early January with flexibility for earlier or later than January.

I love reading, travel and languages, learning absolutely anything, blueberry shortcake, great debates, really hot showers, Sierra Nevada IPA, design, meditation, and dancing to pretty much everything. I'm easygoing, and looking for flatmates who are also easygoing. Hoping to make some new friends, as well as find a new home :) I'm flexible with rent, moving in dates and how long I can stay. Really just want to find a house with cool people who I enjoy living with, and after that the rest is all negotiable. I do smoke, but would see it as motivation to quit if it's a deal breaker...

I'm an open-minded, curious and optimistic young Belgian woman. I believe that there's something to learn from everyone of us, and that is why I love to meet new, inspiring people and engage in good conversation. I love vegetarian cooking and trying out new recipes, long sunny walks, practicing yoga, drinking wine, going to musea, playing with animals (and by preference the small cuddly ones), photography, watching funny cat videos and also documentaries. A clean, tidy & humorous flatmate that knows her way around the kitchen.... What more do you need?! ;)
