*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* Heyo! I'm Madi, I'm a student at National Art school. I'm a big ball of creative energy! I love art, music and anything bright. I work as a barista and bartender part time, so I love a delicious drink but still love a good night in. My other passion in life is cooking, if you live with me expect yummy home cooked dinners most nights ;) My fun is getting up early for swims at the beach (yes, even in winter) vintage clothes shopping, art exhibition openings (free booze AND art) and going to live music gigs. CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU!!!
Just returned from a 2 year stint in London. I'm early 30s, working professional, non-smoker, easy going, enjoy food (especially dessert) and fitness (park runs & a good yoga/Pilates session). Tidy & respectful of others space. Also enjoy catching up with friends to explore new cafes/areas/activities. Preference is for fully furnished or new/modern furnishings.

I'm Amy. A Social Media Manager in a Surry Hills marketing firm by day, Netflix-binger by night. I'm a sociable person who enjoys a good chat, coffee, wine, yoga, beaching-bumming it in summer and getting out to explore new places and activities whenever I'm not tied up at work. Looking for a place in Sydney to call home! Most importantly I am clean, tidy, respectable, kind and fun!
Hi there! I'm Elisa, I work full time in Darlinghurst in science communication. I'm friendly and love a chat over a glass of wine or cuppa tea but also am respectful of others space and downtime! I like to exercise during the week run/yoga/swim and explore Sydney on the weekends. I also fill spare time with doing pottery! I've lived in share-houses in Australia and overseas, so I'm house trained. I'm neat, tidy up after myself and like living in a space that is clean. I'm keen to live with one or two other females and am interested in starting a new place. Thanks Elisa :)
We are three young working professionals, two guys and a girl, who are friends. We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a queen sized room from our friend who is moving out to live with her boyfriend. The house is beautiful and spacious, with all the mod cons: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and gas heating. There is a sunny courtyard garden with a BBQ and sun loungers. The house is on a quiet street, close to a park and only ten minutes walk from Newtown's cafes, bars and restaurants. Public transport is close by, with regular buses and trains into the city. There is free on-street parking. The room is bright and airy with high ceilings. It has generous built-in wardrobes and comes unfurnished. We're a sociable house, and love to chat and hang out, but we all have busy work lives so appreciate the need to keep things quiet during the week and have our own space too. We like to keep the house tidy, and have cleaners come in once a fortnight to clean communal areas. The rent is $235 per week plus bills which are divided equally and are around $40 per week (utilities, internet, cleaner, gardener). The bond is four weeks rent ($940) paid upon moving in. Rent is paid weekly in advance. Our ideal flatmate would be a full-time professional in their mid-to-late twenties or early thirties, friendly, outgoing and a non-smoker. Sorry, no travellers, couples, students or pets. Looking for someone who intends to stay at least 6 months and make this a fun home. If this sounds like the place for you, send me a text or email, and we'll set up a time to meet :) Cheers, Lawrence, Lucas & Tia
I'm a friendly, full-time employed queer femme who works 9-5 as a client manager for the public sector in Sydney's CBD. I also study molecular biology at Macquarie University so while I'm sociable I do need some down time and not a 24-7 party. I'm a qualified PT. I'm arty. I like to keep fit, cook something new (with great success!), check out cafes, restaurants and art exhibitions with friends, take photos or enjoy some couch time at home with housemates and pets if you have them -- and I'm a total sucker for Netflix nature docos for obvious reasons. I'm looking for a room WITH BUILT-IN WARDROBE in a vibrant, happy, smoke-free, drug-free home, preferably with queer/queer-friendly professionals. It's none of my business if you keep your bedroom in chaos, but having organised, cleanly shared spaces (particularly the kitchen and bathroom) is very important to me.
I am a French Citizen very sociable and clean. I been leaving in sydney for 10 years now and not planning to move anywhere else at the moment. I am restaurant manager in the city and I work a lot so you won't see me much! However when I am off, I love to cook, eat cheese and drink wine! I do finish work quite late sometimes but I am always discreet. I of course understand it that's a problem. I am looking for a nice room with sociable flatmates. I am clean, friendly and pay bills on time.

Our beloved housemate is moving in with his Mrs. so we're on the hunt for a new TV and wine companion. We live on a wide, leafy street in the heart of Camperdown. The house has a courtyard-style garden, large open & airy dining room, and high-ceilinged living room. The room has its own enclosed balcony and comes fully furnished. Our home would suit a young professional who has a sense of humour and enjoys the occasional family dinner or movie night with us. Not pictured: the rice cooker !
I've recently moved back to Sydney after living and working abroad the last few years. I'm a nurse and am studying a masters degree full-time. I'm self funded but also applying for some casual nursing work to fit in around the studies. I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.
I am a brazilian doctar and I am in the third year of post graduation of Dermatology. I will do a internship in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital from 1 to 26 November. I am quiet and studious, and I will study the most part of the time, but I will meet and enjoy the city too.
I'm a Canberra born and bred pharmacy student at the University of Sydney. I love to keep common areas and my room tidy and clean, but I'm far from being OCD. I love to go out on the weekends, but always feel the need to be on top of my uni work during the week. I love having a chat and chill, but appreciate alone time every now and again. I'm vegan, but not the annoying kind (yes, we exist!). If you're part of a pet-friendly household, I also have a particularly gorgeous ragdoll I'm waiting to have move up to Sydney with me at some point. If this doesn't suit, it's absolutely no issue - it would just be a nice bonus for me! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just want to get to know me a little better.
Super close to Sydney Uni, literally right across the road. Close to UTS and a thirty minute bus ride from UNSW. City and UNSW buses are one minute away. Close to Glebe, Newtown and the city. Ten - fifteen minute walk from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Hi I'm Myra! I'm a full-time student who also works part time. I'm a fairly quiet but friendly housemate. I will either be at university or work for most days and tend to keep to myself. I'm always happy to do my part of the house work to keep things tidy. :)

Hi, I am a freelance graphic designer from Sydney. I do event work all over Australia but am looking for a base in Sydney for 2 months that could possibly extend. I am a social person with friends in Sydney, I think it's important to get to know my flat mate and I'd love to become friends... walking on eggshells into your own home is never fun for anyone. In saying that I also respect people's own space and understand the need as I myself replenish energy on my own and am very independent. I am clean (I grew up with a German mother) and take initiative with chores, I think I am a respectful person in general and therefore flatmate. I love to cook my own food, as diet is important to me, and I will no doubt be seen stretching and dancing around the flat now and then. Ideally I would like to share with one other person in a sunny flat where we have our own bathroom each. I hope to hear from you if I sound like a good fit. T
