It's a split level apartment with tons of space. We're located a 10 minute walk from Newtown, close to loads of great bars and cafes. Sadly our flatmate has decided to move back to Amsterdam so we have a room available from 9th September. It has its own toilet and shared shower room with one other. There is a bus stop right outside that gets you Central station in 15 minutes. The apartment building has a gym, tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ space on the roof. The room fits a queen bed and has a large built-in wardrobe, rent is $300 a week and deposit is 1 months rent. Bills are on top of this and average out to about $50 per month but we are currently renting out our car space so that helps to cover them.
Hi guys, My name is Te Haumi its a bit hard to say owing to my ethnic background. I'm originally from NZ and my cultural heritage is Maori so in terms of getting along with people l think we'll be sweet as. I've spent the last half a year living on my own and so l am quite practised in maintaining a clean and orderly house (tbh polynesian parents kind of whack that into pretty early on into life haha). On top of this, l've spent most of my life training for swimming and studying so in terms of time management, organisation and diligence l like to think l'm alright. Currently, l work as a research assistant and anatomy tutor at the University of Sydney. Oddly enough that means l spend more time around dead people than l do the living (take what you will from that :D). Don't worry l'm not looking for any body donors atm. In terms of living conditions l am looking for easy-going, funny and all round awesome housemates who pride themselves on maintaining a clean space. More than happy to help out with house chores and create some sort of plan so that everyone feels like its fair and equal :) Love having occasional group dinners and social evenings (this is not a necessity, but its nice). Anyways, that's it for me. Happy to answer anymore questions just shoot me an email :)

My name's Johnnie, I'm a trans guy and I am looking for LGBT friendly household with at least a 3 month stay and a small handful of other friendly housemates. Somewhere in the inner west would be ideal, but as long as its not too far from the city and its close to a train station it's perfect. I'm an apprentice chef working and studying in the CBD. I enjoy cooking meals for friends and housemates when my hectic work schedule allows it. I'm originally from Wollongong and have been living in Sydney for over a year and have been loving it. In my spare time I like to draw, play video games, listen to music, and watch netflix, and I go out for concerts and to clubs occasionally and love to socialize and make new friends.
