It's a rustic old house but self contained, with a sense of ownership to it. It's a 4 bedroom house and you'd be the third housemate. The spare room is the piano/music room. We have NBN fibre to the premises at 25mbps (unlimited, and included in rent) - if you'd have a good usage for upgrading to 100mbps we could talk about that but it'll cost a little more. Other bills like water, electricity and gas aren't included in the rent but are never outrageous, and we work them out pro-rata based on your time here. We have a shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom that get the job done - I won't talk them up in terms of aesthetics but the shower has a satisfying old-school flow to it.
