The Manhattan on the park apartment has a pool, gym and bbq area. The apartment is quite specious. You will have your own room and bathroom. There is 1 car park however if you don't have a car we can rent the car park. I've lived in this apartment for approx 5 years and really love this place. I am looking for someone who is able to stay from September 12 - early November OR willing to sign a new contract for 6 or 12 months. I have bought a property and will be moving possibly early November.
Hi! I am a 34 year old professional who works full time in the city. I am looking for a decent sized room that will fit a double bed, preferably with an ensuite, and is nice and close to town. I am tidy, respectful and like my own space, but also friendly and laid back. My hobbies and interests include travel, arts, music and politics (sometimes). My days of renting rooms in dirt-cheap and 'interesting' / 'weird' / unlivable properties are behind me and finding somewhere sane with heating and other similarly functional housemates is my goal. Actual hair colour may be different than that in my profile pic.
Located in the glebe park residence close to the city , the room is fully furnished , king single bed, built in robe , aircon in room , shelves . You will have your own bathroom. The unit has a large living area and balcony . There is bbq area , a gym and pool in the complex and the atglebe cafe is just downstairs.
Hi, I'm a 22yo professional working full-time in Deakin. Looking for somewhere easy to get to work and civic by public transport. My current lease is up in October and I'm flexible with length of stay. When I'm not at work I can be found at the gym, at home cooking or having a netflix marathon, or doing my best to take in the cultural sites of Canberra (in a cool way, not a wanky way). I'd like to live in a place that's somewhat social with housemates happy to chat over a glass of wine/cup of tea or do trivia/board game/cards nights every now and then. At the same time, I'm respectful of space and need a bit of introvert time. I'm neat and tidy in communal spaces but won't be the person to get annoyed over a bowl in the sink for a day. If it sounds like I'd be a good fit at your place, give me a bell!

I am working for the War Memorial and I’m looking for some friendly people to live with. I’m an introvert, preferring to spend my free time in my own space doing my own thing. This usually involves watching movies/TV/YouTube, reading books or playing video games. I have a beautiful tortoiseshell cat named “Bast” who will be coming with me. She is an indoor cat, enjoys sleeping the day away and is generally friendly towards other people. As my contract for the War Memorial ends at the end of October and the lease on my apartment ends before then, I will be needing a place to stay. I will be looking for a place to live for a minimum of 1 month starting on the 19th of October, with the potential to extend that should my contract with the War Memorial extend. I do not have a car, but I do have a few pieces of furniture I can either bring with me or sell before I move in.

I’m a working female and I’ve moved from Coffs Harbour, looking for somewhere suitable to live for myself and my 1yr old cat for a minimum of 6 months to maximum of 12 months. I’m studying Horticulture online and working part time/casual at the racecourse as well as volunteering during the week. I usually spend my weekends relaxing and might have a drink but I don’t smoke. Like to keep things clean, tidy and more than happy to fit in with a weekly cleaning routine. I love to cook and bake the usual yummy stuff and happy to try new dishes. I’m easy going, responsible and respectful of privacy and personal space and mostly expect the same. I have shared house before a few times as the landlord and the tenant/sharer. I can also supply references for myself and my cat. She is pictured above and is a small indoor only cat. She’s well behaved, a little shy at first but friendly with other people and animals and has had all her vaccinations and desexing done. She’s lived with a dog since a kitten without any dramas. The dog in the picture is not with me and lives with my children. In general I’m straightforward, outgoing and social and I’ve been told that I’m very easy to talk to but most of my friends live in other cities so I probably won’t have many people visiting but if I do it wouldn’t be until after I’ve settled in. I enjoy going out to explore just as much as I do staying at home to chill by myself or with whoever I’m sharing but I usually just go with the flow. I have a variety of interests - most music, movies, some crafts, learning a new language (Spanish) and a few outdoor interests including exploring, hiking, abseiling and I’m planning to join a baseball team and learn hapkido. I do have two young children but they won’t be visiting as they live in Newcastle.
