Ideally this would involve an outdoor space with a garden or balcony, a room with some direct sunlight and an existing pet cat or dog that is well cared for, like their human. I do love pets. With others that can appreciate a casserole and glass of red on a Sunday with vinyl records on a casual night in. Somewhere respectful and sociable. This includes language, views, conduct and habits. Understanding the need for downtime and nighttime and private space. I prefer a Formal lease for 12 months and can offer good rental history Due to a recent poor experience I do not want to live with a drinker or anyone struggling with addiction. Without judgement.
