I work full-time in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and take on freelance projects through Upwork. I am easy-going, quiet, and friendly -someone who values a calm and respectful living space.
I'm looking for a quiet, clean home in a peaceful residential area—definitely not a party house or a noisy neighbourhood. I prefer a calm, respectful environment where everyone values privacy and cleanliness.
Ideally, the place would be in a regional area within commuting distance to one of the major cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, or Perth) with access to trains or public transport.
I'm not just looking for a room, but a real home where I can feel comfortable, safe, and focused. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink alcohol, and I don’t have pets. I also don’t party. Home is where I relax and spend a lot of time working quietly on my laptop.
In my spare time, I enjoy heading to the beach, exploring new places, reading, and trying out new spots to eat. I am clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I would love to live with like-minded people who appreciate a quiet and cozy home.
