We are a mature group of 2 guys and 2 girls all in our 20's, and are looking for someone who is easy going and friendly. The room would be well suited for someone aged between 20-35. We like to be sociable and have the odd drink or watch a movie together but also respect each others privacy. $150 a week which includes internet, bills, and use of our amenities (swimming pool, washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc.) Available furnished with single or double bed or unfurnished as you need. I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.

The Livingston shopping mall is only 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car. Room 2 - 150/week The second room has built in robe with shared bathroom. I have a big study desk with a chair and single bed if you do not have them. Big kitchen is available to share with me.
The house is in very good location, it is in quiet area only 4 minutes walk to Ranford road bus stop, there is more bus more shifts all day. The house is clear and tidy, it has all facility for living: refrigerator, washing machine, water cooler, kitchen amenities, furniture. We like quiet people, no smoking , no pet.

I am 29 year old, single, female. I moved back to Perth a month ago, after living in Kalgoorlie for 4 years. I work as a Credit Controller in Burswood, and am also studying Accounting part-time/online through Curtin. I have my licence, and a 2004 Ford Focus. I’m looking for a room for rent because I’m currently living with my brother and his gf in Shoalwater and driving to Burswood every day is getting tiresome quickly lol. Plus, although I do enjoy my “me time” - I do prefer to live with others and meet new people 😊 I also have a 4 year old rescue dog named Alfie, who as a result of his treatment as a puppy can be very shy and anxious when meeting new people. Howerver, it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell and he’s found a new best friend. He’s very protective, which makes him a great guard dog (which also makes my mum happy knowing he keeps me safe, haha). He’s well trained, and doesn’t dig holes: as he prefers chewing his toys or sunbaking, haha. If required, I can provide rental references to cover myself and Alfie, and also a reference from some dog-sitters who looked after him while I was in Europe for 2 months. I also have a police clearance less 12 months old.

Just another gal who doesn't have her own mortgage so on the hunt to pay off someone elses 🙄😂. Not overly fussed on north or south location, Kmart + KFC do need to be close by though 🐷🙈 I Study at Curtin uni and work in Burswood so need a house that's MAX 20-30 mins away from both those places. Plus side is I don't have 11 kids, down side is I would loveeee to find a pooch friendly rental, preferably a 4x2 so there is a room for a study, extra storage for 3 females that hang on to clothes that no longer fit but we remain in denial 😂 and a decent backyard for whoever has fur babies. Hi, I'm looking for a mature professional person to share a house in Canning Vale, Perth. One fully-furnished room is available for $200p/w - includes bills (power, water, gas) and cleaner. I'm wanting someone who works full-time - office hours or studies (sorry but no shift workers, or couples) and is wanting accommodation for 4-6 months at least. Bond requirement of $400 and at acceptance of the room you will need to pay one weeks rent to secure the room prior to moving in. You'll be sharing your bathroom with one other housemate. You'll have access to the shared living area which has a TV and a modern kitchen. The house has wireless internet, alarm system, air-conditioning, gas heating, dish washer, patio area with an outdoor area and BBQ. Your car will be parked on the drive way (off the street). The whole house is cleaned fortnightly (including all bedrooms and wet areas) and even though this is the case, we live in a tidy environment cleaning up after ourselves. I'm looking for someone who is able to fit in, enjoys some interaction, and values theirs and the space of others. I do have pets - both indoor and outside, although they're my responsibility I'm looking for someone who's animal friendly and is used to the mishaps that can happen. So, you'll need to be pet friendly :). Unfortunately I cant take any other pets. As far as location, you are 20 minutes to Murdoch Uni and Curtin Uni and 35 minutes into the CBD by public transport; 5 minutes to Livingston shopping centre, Canning Vale markets and IGA. You're close to Roe Hwy, Nicholson and South Streets. Bus stop 519 is only a few houses down. I work full time, and enjoy quiet nights during the week. I'm particular about security, having a clean and tidy home and try to be environmentally friendly and want the same type of thinking/behaviour.
