Hello, I'm Steve! I am 23 and work full time in the performing arts. I work typical hours during the week and sometimes work on the weekend. Occasionally I work long hours. I frequently travel with work and on my own accord. On the weekend, I like pursuing my hobbies. I enjoy watching a good Netflix series or seeing a show at the theatre. I'm tidy and respectful of personal and communal spaces.

The move date I've given is not fixed; it was suggested by my flatmate. We have been given notice to be out of our present flat by June 21 ("no grounds"), but I'll move before then if things fall into place sooner, which I hope they will. I've been living in Canterbury since May 2014, and I'd prefer to stay near here. I've grown a little attached to it. Although I can just afford $290 per week, provided other bills are not too high, it cramps my style, and I'd really rather pay no more than $260 per week. I need a large, unfurnished room (at least 12 square metres) to use as office as well as bedroom, and, ideally, a lot of storage space outside the room (depending on the size of room). The age I've given is a joke 😜. I'd prefer that people assess me without reference to my age, as I attempt to do with others. I earn a living working in a library, and have an IT past, but I'm a frustrated practical logician / philosopher / inventor / public intellectual / writer. This is not to big-note myself, just a guessed self-assessment. I'm exceptional – strange even, perhaps scarily strange to some, though I'm sorry if I am. I think and feel deeply. I've also studied philosophy – as academia understands the term – at UNSW and did pretty well. I'm interested in everything as a whole, as well as world affairs, human nature, society, physics, astronomy, geography, geology, economics, politics, photography, languages, cognition, consciousness, anthropology, political theory, and a whole lot more. My mind is a sponge for knowledge. My biggest pastimes are probably learning, whether from the Internet or printed material, and discussions on and browsing social media, but I also enjoy relaxed company, photography, videography, and the natural environment, when it's friendly. In mid-2016 I started learning Spanish using Duolingo. I was born in the UK but have spent most of my life in Australia. I also lived in the German-speaking world for five years and still speak, understand, read, and write German pretty well.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a place somewhere in the inner west/central Sydney. I'm looking for somewhere to move around May or June and I would be interested in teaming up or moving to an available room. I finished my social work degree about 2 years ago and I've been working in the homelessness sector since then. I've shared places before, but I'm currently living alone in my own apartment. I'm now looking to return to study to complete a Bachelor's degree in Criminology which means my income is going to skydive, so I'm keen to share again! I'll still be working as well though, so don't worry - I can pay rent hahaha. I'm pretty relaxed about things and don't mind loud music or friends coming over. Im happy to move to a party house, quiet house, creative house... whatever, im adaptable, as long as I can get my privacy too. I can become a bit of a hermit, but definitely enjoy a board games night or a few drinks. I'm vegan - I don't care what you eat at all, get the BBQ out! But if you want to share any meals... I only eat da veggies. I really like The Office (and other shows), I have a bicycle, I love cooking and I really like learning.
G'day! My name is Chris Hobbs and I'm a 24-year-old electrical apprentice and part-time university student. I think I am great to live with as I have lived in share accommodation before and from the first-hand experience I have learned what makes and breaks the whole share house experience. I am looking for a place to sign up for a year's lease with some like minded cats. Working full-time and studying part-time means that my Monday to Friday week is pretty busy and quiet as I'm up early of a morning and attend university late of a night. In saying that it's not all business with me.... I am always up for a beer or two and a chat, but during the week I like to keep it fairly tame. However, of a Friday night or weekend, I don't mind if there is a bit of noise and commotion being made in the house as long as I am a part of it! I am happy to share all my household goods and furniture with my roommates as long as it is reciprocated. I've lived in houses where you help yourself to others people stuff and leave yours to be helped to, I've also lived in houses where you only touch after asking. Either way I am cool as long as an agreement between housemates has been made. So if you are looking for a laid back, clean and respectable housemate I would love for you to hit me up. Cheers!
I'm 20 years old, currently working full time as a Paralegal in the Sydney CBD, and studying a Diploma. I am very easygoing, friendly, respectful and mature for my age. I have been travelling from Wollongong to Sydney for the past 3 years, so looking for a place to call home a lot closer to work :)
I'm a canadian geologist and have been working and studying australia. I'm very easy going and laid back and Happy to help out with chores. I am not a partier but love a little social atmosphere within my house where house mates might have a family meal or go out for a drink once in awhile. I love cats so I'm looking for a cat friendly place. I would ideally like to live with no more than 3-4 people in the house. I have quite a few things so looking for a place that has space for extra storage. I also require flexibility in terms of length of stay....min 1 month. I am looking for a furnished room with a built in robe and be large enought to fit a double bed. I do have a car so parking is a must .
My name is Haseena. I am in my mid 30's. I am a working in the Media industry. My working hours are Mon - Fri and I have weekend offs. I can be busy but when I am free, I need a little 'ME' time and usually enjoy spending time at home watching TV, curling up with a book, or cooking a nice meal. I am looking for a place walking distance to the train station. I also have my own bed, tallboy and buffet table.
Moved to Sydney from Melbourne 10 months ago to work full time in the events industry. Looking to share a place with preferably 1 or 2 others who are clean & tidy, respect other peoples privacy but willing to have a chat.
Hi all, I work full-time as a Product Designer for a consultancy based in Sydney. I'd describe myself as a quiet but social easy going guy whose respectful of others space and above all house trained, as I've lived in share accomodation for over 3 years. I like staying fit and enjoy a social drink over the weekend with mates but on occasion I'll stay in and chill with a movie and good music. I like to share with like-minded people, so if you'd like to know anything more drop me a line! Cheers, Josh

My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am working part-time. We are looking to rent a private room that is close to any station. We have lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke and are usually superbusy. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)

Hi all :-) I am working full-time (as a doctor), and am looking to for a new home from around the end of April. I am keen to find some friendly people to live with who are respectful of the need to sleep after a long shift, but don't mind sharing a conversation or movie every so often!!! I am quiet, clean, and will be busy working as an intern. Bonus points if you have a dog - especially if it's a Border Collie or a Kelpie, but I'll settle for any breed, as long as it is friendly and can go for walks!!! Thanks :-)
