This property is in the heart of the green and tranquil Canterbury. Close to public transport and only a 15 minute train ride to the city. Lots of nearby pubs and cafes. The apartment itself has high ceilings, timber floors, large rooms and a nice kitchen and bathroom. We have a large backyard and are surrounded by huge trees, we have heating and complimentary water, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Finally we have an exceptional television and accompanying sound system, and a cat named Reggie.
Hi there, im looking for a place to call home and have a chill time with housemates and make friends etc. Other than working full time and play rhythm games and other musically things. I mostly try to keep to myself but don't mind doing things with housemates. Also a little bit shy so it might take some time before I warm up to you. Hey I'm Pat! 27 years old I'm a very outgoing person, clean and very respectful. I run my own construction company and am usually working throughout the day and out with family or friends. I'm super easy to get along with and enjoy hanging, cooking dinner and having a few wines :) I've got a super friendly dog named zeus who's really awesome and chill, he's completely house trained and doesn't bark (weird i know but its actually a god send!) I have a lot of furniture to come with so if your lacking anything dishwashers, fridge, washing machine/dryer, artwork couches or tables let me know. Also very handy and can fix most things and enjoy making my environment a little nicer to live in!
I am a full time student in my third year studying law/arts! I enjoy cooking and anything outdoors! I have shared a house before and I know how to clean up after myself. I am looking for somewhere short or long term with preferably a female household. Hoping to find a friendly and positive environment that I can call home :)

Hello everyone. I am studying Master’s degree at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management school in Melbourne . I am an easygoing non-smoker and do not prefer pets. Also, im tidy and respectful of others’ privacy. I am looking for housemates who are also interested in suburbs such as Box Hill, Surrey Hills, Canterbury, Mont Albert, Camberwell. Then we can rent a whole property together. Im arriving Mel around 15 Sep.
Hi, my name is Nadine and I work as a Language Assistant for German at two schools in the Eastern Suburbs. I word from Tuesday to Friday and use the long weekends to travel around Australia. I arrived in Melbourne in January and I'm currently living in Ringwood. My reason to move is because I'd like to live closer to the city since many activities are there, as well as my friends live in different parts of the city. Before I came to Australia I had graduated from university in Germany (Master of Education) but I've lived and studied in many countries during my studies (including Australia). In my free time, I like going to the gym, cooking and watching series - the usual stuff, I guess. I enjoy having a drink but I'm not a party animal, therefore I would prefer flatmates that are likely minded. Also, I like to socialise and not just hang out in my room by myself. :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm looking to team and find a place or find a room ready that suits me. Ideally before 31st August. I also have bond and first months rent ready to go should the right place arise. My interests are a majority of sports, first most being tennis which I have been coaching for the past 5 years. Now my focus has switched to Architecture and Building Design which I will be studying at Swinburne for another 2 years. I am a super neat and tidy individual, always keeping things clean and organised. I drink socially and enjoy seeing friends when I can, Love coming home and just relaxing with a movie, tv show or some good music and also going out for food or a movie. I grew up in Melbourne and have moved around and lived in a number of suburbs. I also have over 4 years of sharing experience in 4 different places over that time and at one point lived on my own. Any further questions I would be happy to answer over a coffee meet up.
