This house will make the perfect share house. It is a large house with heaps of space. There are two stories, with three bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. All of the bedrooms are a good size. Out of the six bedrooms one of them will be a spare room. There are two bathrooms, upstairs to be shared between three people and downstairs to be shared between two. The house has a large kitchen and living area with lots of space. The house also has a large backyard filled with plants. Each flatmate will get to choose their room, so if you respond first you will get to take you pick out of all four rooms. The house is owned by the church next door. They are planing to sell it in the future however, this will be in roughly two years. In the meantime they wish to rent it out. The house is in the process of people moving out, so many things won't be in the house when tenants move in - including the dog :(. As far as furnishing goes, all of the rooms will be empty and you will need to furnish them. However, the house will remain with much of the furniture shown in the pictures. This includes: fridge, oven, dining table and chairs, outdoor table and chairs, TV and stand, couch and arm chair and more. The place has three parking spots, two in carport and one on front lawn. One of the spots will be taken by me which leaves two available spots for the first housemates to claim them. Once taken other cars will need to park on the road. I've lived here for a long time. This means that i can answer any question about the house and the area. It usually takes about 20-30 minutes to travel to the city on public transport. It is close to Swinburne and Deakin along with it being easy to access all city unis. Camberwell shopping centre is a 5 minute tram or drive away. And the tram is a 20 second walk. Overall it is just a really nice area. Please contact me if you are interested or have a question and we can arrange an inspection.
My name is Suzie. I work full time (Mon-Fri, 9-5) and I'm looking for a place to live that's close to the Lilydale/Belgrave train lines as I use PTV to get to work! I'm often out of the house on weekends during the day and the occasional weeknight with different activities (gig, friends, tennis etc - i just love a bit of everything honestly!!), but when I'm home I just like to chill out in peace and play video games - not looking for a party house where there's an endless stream of people coming through. Love to read and draw. Bit of a nerd. If you are too we will probably get along great! Clean and efficient with bills. Looking to start a new place teaming up with someone or just a decent sized space. Flexible with move dates. Any other questions hit me up :)
Hey! I'm Kiara, and I'm looking to move to Melbourne in Jan/Feb of 2020 to start studying in the city. I am a bubbly and sociable person with a sunny disposition and a can do attitude (even if my humor does leek into the sarcastic side. Please don't tell mum). I love a drink or two but I'm happy to respect people's space and alone time. I'm a keen cooker of vegetarian food and always tidy in shared spaces. I'm looking for a bills included room that is relatively cheap, and I'm willing to do extra chores/work for a cheaper price. Accessibility to the city is a must for me, as well as having my own room.
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only on average two or three week nights per week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
Hello, l am quite and love to cook. I will be away some nights of the week. I am a Logistics Coordinator, currently on paid leave. I have a car, love pets if you have any.
I'm originally from Adelaide but I moved to Melbourne at the start of this year to do my masters. I describe myself as outgoing, friendly and fun! I love traveling and I am always on the hunt for new places to hang out as well as eat! I like to occasionally go out and have some drinks but most of the time I love to just have a quiet night in watching some movies or binge a TV show (even love playing some board games!). I'm clean and love to help out whenever I can :) I'm a full-time student and working part-time at the moment as well. Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully form some long-lasting friendships!
I’d like to think I’m a friendly, bubbly and an easy going person 💁🏽♀️ Have mild OCD, which means everything around me will be super clean haha. As much as I’ll be down for a good chat with my potential housemates, I do enjoy my alone time and definitely respect everyone else’s privacy 🙂 A bit about my background; I’m originally from Sri Lanka (a beautiful island)but I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve been here in Melbourne for more than three years. I have finished my studies last year and working full time now. Currently live in a share house and been here ever since I moved to Melbourne so I’m looking for a change; private room with ensuite bathroom ideally, with people who are more than just housemates. I would prefer a room with a built in wardrobe and I also have my own queen sized bed. So if you have something that seems like a good fit for my requirements please let me know! xx
Hi I'm Claire. I'm 28 years old and I've just moved back to Melbourne for work after two years in Canberra. I'm pretty chilled, neat but not OCD, and in my spare time, like to keep active, hang out with friends and have the occasional netflix binge - don't hesistate to message me if this sounds like your kind of housemate
Working and studying. Clean Freak so happy to clean. I have a car so can carpool places or go to the drive-in cinema. Love animals and happy for pets, but don't have any of my own. Usually working most weekends and study full-time during the week. Studying massage therapy so constantly needing models to practice on (woohoo free massages!). Loves a bev, a boogie but also somewhat of a hermit in winter so I'll probably be found inside watching movies in my time off. Social but also like my own space. Non-smoker.
Non-smoker, no pets, tidy, silent, bubbly, and jolly person. I am an international student here studying IT at Deakin University and working on part-time food-deliveries. It will be fun to live altogether!
My name is Richard and I am a chef from Perth. I've been over here for about 2 years now but am looking to find somewhere new to move. I work a lot so I guess a great thing about me as a housemate is that sometimes you might not see me for most of the week! I'm respectful of privacy (but keen for the occasional dinner/ drinks) and property and already come fully house trained
