I am an international student finishing my undergraduate studies in software technology at Swinburne. I work part time and would love to share accomodation with anyone. I am not exactly a neat freak but I do keep clean and organised like a normal person. :) I'm usually a quiet person, but would love to hang out with a close group of friends and have fun every once in a while. I love music and film.
Hey, I live here on my own at the moment and would like to find someone who is looking for a bedroom. I'm a full time IT worker so you can probably guess my interests (gaming, media, crafts, anything nerdy) I'm a fairly reserved and very clean person so you'll most likely not get annoyed by me. The $835 a month is inclusive of all bills + internet. The lease will expire on the 18th of February, I plan to move after that but if we get along well we could find a place together! Please send me a message if you'd like to come over and inspect / have a chat. Other facts: Can't accomodate any pets Smoke free (ecigs fine, cigarettes out the windows occasionally fine) I'm not vego / vegan so if you are you'll have to be okay with using utensils that have touched meat or bring your own
PREFER TO SHARE WITH FEMALES ONLY. NO BARRIER WITH AGE, HAS LONG AS YOUR MATURE. SHARE HOUSE MUST BE SMOKE AND DRUG FREE, MEANING NO SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND PREFER TO LIVE WITH NO CATS AND DOGS. Preferred stay length 6mths or more. Enjoy cooking, hiking, health and fitness, reading, quiet time, watching sports (afl, nrl, V8, UFC, tennis just to name a few favs. Love music, having interesting conversations, martial arts, Qi Gong, meditation, laid back, open minded, have a sensor of human, Eat organic, no I'm not vegan or vegetarian. Hello all. My name is Shankar, and I am looking for a room in a real home. Originally from India, I recently moved to this city from Sydney. I'm 27, male and work full-time in IT. I love soccer, movies and TV shows. I'm friendly, tidy and reliable. Having lived in shared accommodations before, I understand how the game works(Things like keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, etc). I'm always up for a chat, drink or two, sharing stuff etc. But I also like to retreat into my room at times, and know that the others desire the same as well. Honestly, I prefer a home where the people are friendly and relaxed, as I've had some amazing housemates in the past. I'm not much of a cook, but intend to learn it ( I promise I won't turn the place upside down :) ). I am available to move-in asap. Also, furnished rooms would be at the top of my list, as I don't have any furniture with me at the moment. I Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to text me on my number, and I'll reply as quickly as possible.
I'm from Italy and I'm studying at the Australian College of Dance while I'm working in camberwell as a waitress. My boyfriend Rhys is from Australia and he's a bartender. We are a very outgoing couple, very respectful for the other's space and we like to take some times for ourselves. We are very clean and tidy. We like sometimes to have a drink and relax.
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
It’s a massive house in Camberwell, there are 5 bedrooms, and we have TWO up for grabs! The house is fully fitted out, comfy sofas, TVs, appliances and even hammocks out the back! The kitchen is from the 90’s so it has some real style, it’s also open plan and there’s loads of space. There’s only one bathroom but it’s never been an issue as we all have very different schedules, it just seems to work! The backyard is huge! You'll often find we spend heaps of time chilling on the outside couches during the warmer days, but it’s really the domain of the elusive house cat that is like a gentleman ghost. The location is literally close to everything! There is a train station 3 minutes walk, and it only takes 20 mins to get into the city by train. There are 2 supermarkets less than 2 min drive. There are parks everywhere, its Camberwell! And a bike track! There is lots of parking around the area and there are no permits required. Both rooms available are spacious enough for a queen bed, desk/wardrobe etc - the second of which (cheaper option) is joined by a locked door to the fifth bedroom of the house which we assume used to be study/storage room.
We are a couple both working full time! Katie is a personal trainer & I'm a warehouse manager. We are two very easy going people and get along with just about everyone, We are neat and tidy and have a variety of different intrests.
I'm a software engineer, working full time. Music is my main hobby and I spend a lot of time playing guitar and going to gigs. I also like to read, play video games, watch tv and movies, and going hiking and camping, which I do a few times a year.
I'm a chilled out and relaxed kind of girl. Working full time shift work as a nurse so would need someone who is respectful of my crazy hours/working weekends. Not too keen on living in a "party house" but would be happy to share a meal/chat or hang out together! As I said I work weird hours and can be pretty busy, so do need some "me" time - and would respect yours too! I have quite an active social life, so don't tend to be home too much. I like the house to be relatively tidy but I also think it's important to be comfortable in your own home - therefore not a complete clean freak! Not really sure what else to mention - just keen to find someone to move in with - preferably around the same age, if you have any questions or want to know anything else about me shoot me a message! It would also be amazing to find a place where I could have my dog stay over like once a week on my day off (little housetrained maltese shitzu with the best personality!) - however if not that's fine too as she lives at my mum's house currently anyway.
Hey! I work full time in HR/Training for a large company. Things I enjoy in my spare time are cooking, dancing, going to the movies, having a few drinks with friends, playing guitar/singing, listening to music and going to gigs. I am a very tidy and reliable housemate.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
I am an easy going professional male who generally leaves for work early (5.30am) and gets home late (7.00pm) so I am rarely there. I do have two children ( 10 and 11) who I have every second weekend but I like to take them out a lot to do things. My party days are well behind me but I still don't mind a social beer every now and then. I am looking for somewhere ideally located close to a train station as I have a building contract in the city for the next 2 years.
My name is Nicole and I am looking for a place to move in to around March 2017. I will be working in the finance sector and spend my leisure time going to the gym, cooking, catching up with friends and relaxing in front of some TV. Love a good chat but happy for some quiet nights too.
Moved to Melbourne from New Zealand 4 years ago and have really fallen in love with the city.. I've been working FOH at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club for the past couple of years, love listening to music and enjoying all Melbourne has to offer. I'm an easy going guy, house proud and can even cook! I'm eager to meet new people and continue to keep a good work/life balance Keen to move out of home, get a bit more independence & would love to hear from anyone out there who wants a flatmate :) Cheers, Matt
I am easy-going, clean and tidy, independent and housetrained :) I enjoy relaxing after work watching tv, browsing the net/reading &/or walking/swimming sometimes. I have an outside cat, vaccinated, Registered and desexed - he's affectionate. On week-ends I enjoy visiting family (in the country occasionally), friends and enjoying life and the great outdoors when possible.
Hello potential roommate! My name is Kyran, I've lived in Geelong for the last four years. I finished my bachelor in Architectural Technology this week and I'm looking to move back up to Melbourne now that I am done. Though I loathe the term, I am best defined as an entrepreneur. I'm starting up a retail power company. Other than that I fancy myself a bit of a chef. I'm into eating and living healthy. I practise martial arts, meditate and read. Comes fully house trained. I enjoy living in a clean house. That translates to things like; washing dishes nightly, packing up after finished, and general organisation. Other than that I've run a share house for the past 3 years. I am looking for a room big enough for a queen sized bed. I also use a fair bit of freezer space. I've got a few goodies that I would be bringing, all of which I'm happy to be communal. Things like a push button coffee machine, sous vide cooker, Olympic weights, fitness gear, and other bits and bobs. If you're looking to team up, I have furniture for a whole house. I am selling it, but I can hold off on it. My ideal house mates are future friends. That tends to be people who are ambitious, enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and love a deep conversation.
Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working and going back to study next year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Will need to move into a new place by the 23rd of December. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi I am a Burnley postgraduate student from Beijing, moved to Sydney last year, female, non-smoker, 24 years old, can cook tasty Chinese food but usually too lazy to so no worry about greasy kitchen. Always clean and tidy. Quiet because ESL but willing to chat, good listener. I like jogging at night, enjoy the sense of running and get out of reality (for a moment usually no longer than an hour) but never did since moved to my suburb, and dreaming about jogging along Yarra river! I have a queen-size ikea bed myself but no other furnitures (that's a long story), so it will be great if you got a big furnished bedroom without bed. Looking for quiet, comfort, sweet accommodations around Hawthorn or on tram 70,75 line in a SAFETY street.
I'm from Malaysia and currently studying Advance Diploma Of Hospitality , I sometimes could be crazy and wild or Quiet and Introvert ( depending who I am with ) :3 My interest are singing dancing and making awesome desserts . Im looking for a apartment to stay , preferably alone ^^
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)

Hi there, Its Azam (Aaaaaa-zam), a simple, tidy, empathetic and an international student who happens to be a technology and snooker enthusiast, came all the way from Pakistan in order to pursue master's degree majoring in ''Information Systems'' at Deakin's buwood campus. It has been 10 months now since i got here and recently finished my 2nd semester. I am looking for a ROOM either in a shared house or apartment with friendly, laid-back and tidy housemates but it would be highly considered if the place is furnished and close to Uni. Feel free to contact me and help me find a best and reasonable option, Cheers.
Student at Deakin University, friendly, clean and tidy, open-minded, respectful, go out at times, enjoy sports and make decent fried rice and spag bol. I enjoy a good chat and laugh at any time. One day with me is enough to know how much I love TimTams but not enough to guess where I come from.
I am friendly, relaxed and easygoing and feel it's important to live in a 'home' not just a 'house' with respect for one another in all areas of living and sharing including cleanliness, prompt payment of rent and bills and privacy. I run my own Business and not home a lot but when I am, I enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine (or2) whilst cooking up a storm, engaging in one of my art projects, listening to some tunes, watching a good movie, or catching up with friends.
