By way of parking...there are a few "visitor" parking bays on the premises, which are often not parked in by visitors (if you get what I mean), or there's street parking too :) Rent is $155 per week. I'm a great cook, love the beach and lead a pretty active lifestyle. Nights are usually spent plugging away on my next great idea or so immersed in a netflix drama I have trouble distinguishing reality outside of it. I come with a one year old who is not only both hilarious and entertaining but a great sleeper. She's basically like a puppy, but with a nappy that talks, kind of. We're pretty social and are usually off on adventures in the hours before and after naptime. We are definitely morning people, I'm talking happy from the minute we wake up kind of morning people and we both looooove a chat. Pretty neat and tidy but not in an OCD kinda way. I run my own biz and am about to start part time work again - selling coffee for a company that also sells wine (I know right, form orderly line here). Keen to find somewhere to call home for both myself and my daughter who I have 100% of the time. We're both super friendly, easy going and fun. But fun in a bed by 8pm kinda way because #mumlife (her not me, ok me sometimes also). And would love to find some similiar peeps to share a pad with and bonus points if you love activities as much as we do or have a dog. Nothing rocks her world more than seeing/playing with dogs. Weekends are normally active with either running, cycling, seeing friends, going to the beach etc, most things outdoors to be honest and I love trying new things. I'm a down to earth no frills kinda gal. Fairly quiet natured, party days definately done and dusted, will have the occasional drink but much prefer being a fresh faced early bird. Clean, tidy and know how to look after myself and surroundings. Respectful of other people and their spaces. I'm also conscious of my carbon footprint, so I try to keep things to a minimum and like to recycle. Just moved over here from Brisbane am currently working full-time as a sales rep, I also do personal training on the side too! I'm a very clean organised and healthy person that goes to the gym 6 days a week, enjoys meal prepping/ cooking but doesn't mind a good night on the couch binge watching movies.
