A couple from the UK looking for a room to rent for 3+ months. Dan is 28 and comes from an IT background. Currently looking for work but in no major rush to find a job. Amy is 24 and has just started working at a nursery in Bangor. Somehow enjoys looking after screaming kids all day! :) Friendly, tidy and enjoy exploring new places. Both love a glass of wine and some good food after a long day. Love to socialise but also enjoy our own space.
My name is Nicole I am 22 and am a coach at a gym located in Tarren point. I have recently moved from Brisbane, QLD after I finished my career in the Army. I am definitely neat and tidy and love a good chat but also can respect personal space. I'm easy going as I spent most of my career living with other people. I enjoy playing guitar, sketching tattoo designs and kicking back at the beach in my down time.
Hi, Looking for a quiet place to live with some friendly down to earth people :) I am super clean and considerate of other peoples space. I've haven't had the best of luck lately with renting a room so I want to make sure we are a good fit. I am definitely not into partying but I enjoy a few wines at home and making dinner. I work in Circular Quay, office hours and at my friends coffee/salad bar on Sundays. I will probably be moving back to Queensland next year so that is why I am looking for a short term stay and also with a 2 week bond.
*Please read first to see if we're a good match before contacting me* Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work 2 IT jobs: 1 full-time in Randwick and the other I work from home (very quiet). The 3 main things I need are: 1) Gay-friendly. No special treatment, just tolerance, acceptance and respect. 2) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 cats or this is negotiable to 1 if you already have a cat. Any dogs will need to get along. 3) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street with local traffic, not an arterial road - I check this on Google. No hearing people through walls, very quiet after 10pm and quiet neighbours are all essential. I like to socialise sometimes but also have some privacy and time to myself. So if you have lots of different people over often, it won't work with me. My main interests are fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia, science-fiction. Also important: * The room needs to be at least queen bed size . * Quiet, respectful, considerate, sensible Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. *Fast, unlimited internet My budget is including bills and internet. Ideally I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs but will consider other areas. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me.
Easy going keep mostly to myself respect other people's privacy and property. I'm a painter and decorator I've worked in the building and construction for twelve year's. I'm originally from Fremantle in Western Australia. I enjoy riding my bike on the weekend and learning how to play the ocarina. I also like catching up with friends's on the weekend and seeing new places. I have a dog called Oggy and he's six month's old.
I’m a friendly, laid back and considerate housemate. I work full time in a job I love, and spend my weekends outdoors whenever I can. I’m open to sharing meals/drinks or socialising with housemates but respect people’s personal space as well.

Hello my name is Stephen. I am enjoying retirement from a career as an accountant. I'm 60 years old, originally from Hong Kong and now love living in beautiful Sydney. I enjoy the quiet and love walking along the beach. I would call myself shy and enjoy my own company, but am very friendly. I am considerate and thoughtful towards others and would make an excellent housemate. I am clean, tidy and conscientious. I'm a responsible tenant and am reliable with shared household duties. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I’m looking for a place to stay starting the 17th of November. I’m 22, originally from California, and I’ve been living in Melbourne for the last 6 months. It has been amazing, but now I’ve been offered a full-time position repairing medical equipment in Taren Point, so I’ll be moving to Sydney next month. I’m really easy-going, I like a social drink or smoke on my time off, I clean up after myself, and I respect other people’s space. Also love skateboarding and watching films with whoever is around! Let me know if I’d be a good fit for your household. Thank you :)
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 10 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is house trained and if I am out for longer than 8 hours I take her with me. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her, she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required.
Hey potential housemates! I am looking for a place somewhere in the Sutherland Shire which will accommodate a little doggo. My dog is Dexter the Jack Russell, he’s house trained and loves cuddles. I am a firefighter so work 24hr shifts which means I do rely on my housemate to also care for Dex when I’m at work so that he gets fed and has water. I’ve done the flatshare thing so know how to keep clean and to myself but also happy to have a drink and some banter with my housemates. I easy going, enjoy the ocational Netflix binge, a good movie and games nights. I love to keep fit and eat well but am all about balance ;) Ideally I’m looking for a place with a yard appropriate for Dexter so that he can be happy too! Feel free to contact me to ask any questions you might have.

Hi! My name's Jack. I'm a high school Mathematics teacher and way more fun then that makes me sound. I'm currently living with family but intend on moving to the Cronulla area early next year before I start my new job in a new school. I'm very easy going. I like spending my spare time kicking back, watching some Netflix, to going on road trips and exploring new places. I'm pretty social, so going out and having a few drinks sounds like the perfect way to spend a weekend evening. My interests outside of work really entail anything related to the beach. I've just started surfing so I'm sure that's where I'll be most weekend mornings. I have a boyfriend who lives in Caringbah with family. I'm moving into the area to be closer to him. Ultimately, I'd love to make a friend out of this scenario. I know I'm still a few years away from living with my boyfriend, so having the opportunity to develop a mate, male or female, would make all this worth it.
