I’m a first year out primary school teacher (so will spend a lot of time at work lol) who loves Netflix, netball, social drinks and my lovable fluff ball 🐱 Looking for a housemate/s who are relaxed, easy to get along with, and who love my cat as their own ☺️ I’d love to find someone who I can befriend where we can sit down and have a chat over dinner and a drink every once in a while, as opposed to someone who keeps to themselves and won’t speak to me. ***Ultimately I’m looking for a housemate with whom I can find a 2 bedroom granny flat or apartment to share (or a room in an existing house with 1 or 2 other flat mates with whom I get along with and can befriend). I’ve lived out of home for the last 4 months so I have everything minus a washing machine, fridge and TV (these were provided by my last landlord). I’m hoping to pay $250 max (including all bills) - so approx $220-$230 without bills. Feel free to email me on firstname.lastname@example.org (with a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for) if you can’t message due to restrictions.

I'm quiet, considerate, polite, respectful, honest and clean. I'm looking for somewhere to hopefully stay long term until I save up enough to buy a house. I'm easy to get along with, mind my own business and clean up after myself. I generally keep to myself and play games, watch movies or work on my business but can be social too. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink, have parties or have people over often. I don't have any pets and I work full time Monday to Friday. On top of working full time during the week, I also run a small online retail business! This means I have a decent amount of stock that I need to keep with me and therefore need a bit of room for the crates. I'm looking for somewhere that has the following: - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - A large bedroom (I have a queen size mattress that I would like to bring with me) - Somewhere to park my car, happy to be on the street out the front, even better in a driveway or something though - Fast internet - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - I know I've listed the above points twice, just want to stress it haha Other than that I'm good. I would absolutely love a granny flat or unit but might be a stretch given my price range. Thanks for your time, have a great day! :)
Hi there, I'm Bart, a digital marketing professional working between Brisbane and Sydney until late February (I'll still be working after that, just almost exclusively from Sydney). I'm looking at moving to Sydney for postgraduate studies at Macquarie Uni where I have just been offered a place. My work is part remote and I often have to fly between the two states. I am generally too busy with work or studying to be interested in social houses. At 34, I am NOT after a share house for 'fun'. I just need a place to sleep, keep my stuff and make my meals. I am very quiet, private and super tidy, things will work out best if you are the same way. Non-smoker, non-drinker. If you prefer headphones to speakers, clean kitchen and a spotless bathroom, are respectful of other's privacy etc I could be a good match for you, because that is exactly what I am like. I prefer to keep to myself and my work, things will work out best if you are a either a white collar professional or another postgrad student serious about their academic career, and have a room to spare to help pick-up the cost of studying. If you love playing your 'chunes' on a big set of speakers, play Modern Warfare on your 7.1 surround, practice guitar / drums or make me listen to your music because "It's The Beatles, man, they're a classic" (look, I know they are, I still don't care, I don't care if it's Bach himself playing harpsichord in the living room, I don't want to hear it in my bedroom), have a habit of leaving piles of dishes in the sink and love having food scraps all over your kitchen floor. Have constant stream of people or your exes kids through the place all the time. Or if my food starts to disappear from the fridge. If any of that sounds anally retentive to you then I'm probably not a good match for you. I'd like to move in on the 23rd of February (could be late January or early February if you are pressed for help with paying rent though) and stay for 6 - 12 months. I am keen to fly down from BNE late January to meet the prospective flatmates (I'm stuck here for work until the 21st), if everything seems right paying the bond at moving in asap is also an option. I am looking for places in the broad vicinity of Mac Uni. Thanks for reading. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello, Move dates are rough. I'm super easy going and social and like going out with friends and family for dinner and drinks, as much as a I can. But still like time to myself. I am employed and responsible. I respect other people's privacy and space. I may be a little shy to begin with but once I'm comfortable I'm chatty and extroverted. Clean and tidy, and love an organised space. I have a 1.5 year old cavoodle puppy called Poppy. 20% play 80% chill. Potty trained etc. @poppylagreca for insta pics. (Yes I’m one of those people) Im currently working as a full time florist. (ie. Free flowers on the table.) I have just arrived home overseas travel and need a new place. Super keen to meet some new, interesting people and be closer to work and friends. Let me know if you're interested and we can meet and chat over coffee. :) Regards, Amelia (normal, non crazy potential flatmate)
hi, I’m looking to find people I can move into a place with. Preferably around Ryde or near abouts there. I work during the week and have weekends off. People who are easy going , laid back and don’t have any strict house rules. I’m a very tidy and organised person who enjoys their own space but is up for a chat.

I'm 18 years old, working full time in Customer Service and Business Admin (Silverwater area) and I also work part-time on weekends sometimes. I’m clean, friendly and easy to get along with! I like hanging out with my friends and reading in my spare time. I am also learning Korean currently and planning a trip mid next year! I stick to myself and am quiet at home so you don't need to worry about me invading your privacy, but I am also friendly and would love to get to know my housemates better! Sorry - I am only looking for somewhere to live with girls! I am hoping to stay a year or more, but need somewhere flexible just in case. 220 is my maximum rent.
Hello there, I am a friendly, easy-going, full-time chef and I have a clean and newly decorated bedroom available for rent in my well-maintained, spacious house. I grow my own fresh produce in the garden including herbs, tomatoes and fruit which you are welcome to enjoy. I will bring home cooked meals from time-to-time as well! The room price includes all bills - internet, power, gas and water. There is a queen size bed and the room has recently been painted. You will have your own bathroom, which is clean and has ample storage. You also have full access to the kitchen. The laundry has a washing machine. Public transport is available right out the front of the house - M54 Bus: 30 minutes to Macquarie. 5 minute walk to Carlingford and Telopea train stations. There is of course ample on-street parking.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms in a brand new building. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, there is a gym in the building, but to be completed at an unknown near future date. The bedroom is fully furnished with brand new furniture and mattress. Built in wardrobe, desk and chair. Very bright during the day with the sun rising from the bedroom side. Own personal bathroom with bathtub and spacious shower. Undercover car park included if you drive, and cage storage available if you have extra stuff that you don’t need. The building is just next to Carlingford train station and bus stop. The area is pretty nice and green, good if you like to walk around. We try to keep the house quite clean and tidy, we expect the same from your part.
