A fully furnished room On-site residence team On-site maintenance team All your utility bills taken care of High-speed broadband and WiFi throughout the building Air conditioning in all our studios and apartments On-site laundry facilities Premium kitchen appliances including full size integrated fridge/freezer Study Room and Games Room TV (shared if you’re staying in a shared apartment) 24-hour CCTV security Post and parcel service Cinema room Gym access You have your own private room, with a shared living room and kitchen (shared between you and your 5 other roommates) The place is in a great location at around 5 minutes walk to the university of melbourne, tram stops, woolworths, queen victoria market and many more! The place has great facilities for students and the rent is relatively cheap. The drawback is that your room is quite small and you get the upper bunk of the bed. (the lower bunk blocked off and is in another room so your room is still private). The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, induction stoves, microwave, a dishwasher and an oven. There's lots of shelves and cupboards around the kitchen as well. You also get digital control of the rooms temperature. Although your room itself is small, the public areas make it worth it. There's a beautiful view with barbecue and cooking areas on the 3rd floor (communal), games rooms, gyms and a small theater for your movie nights with friends. This place is also a great opportunity for you to make friends as most of the people staying here are students.

This two-bedroom, two bathrooms, north-facing, fully furnished apartment with open plan living and dining area is situated in an ideal location being minutes from the CBD, Melbourne University, RMIT. This apartment comprises carpet throughout, both bedrooms with built-in robes, study table and chair, bathroom with separate shower, private balcony, split system heating/cooling and a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooking, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Features include elevator access to all floors, security entrance, and recreation (spa, theatre room, bbq area). Bills (internet, hot water, water, electricity) are not included and we need to share them. The second bedroom (320 per week) and the separated room (220 per week, in the living room but with wardrobes to separate it) will be available from July 22nd 2019. If you are interested in it, please feel free to message me ; ) Highlight: the location is perfect for students in Unimelb or RMIT. The Swanston street is one of the main streets of Melbourne, and the street lights are always on for the whole night. Besides, the entire street is under the monitor of video cameras of the apartments along the street, which makes it safe enough whenever you come back from the uni. I am still buying the furniture, and the pics with furniture will be available soon.
G'day! I'm Frankie. I'm 25 and have been told that I have the energy of a "fun Aunt". I've just made the move to Melbourne from Canberra to study screenwriting at RMIT. I'm a creative bean and love writing and doing stand-up - which means most nights I'm out at mics and half of my wardrobe is costumes (super willing to share). I love keeping busy, riffing too much with mates, and doing wholesome activities. Hiking, biking, cooking, dancing, most "ing" things. I'm a vegetarian and currently making my way through a veggie cook book so I will probably ask you to eat a lot of veggie lasagne. I don't drink (I've got nothing against it, just not my cup of tea) so people who are chill with that and a space that isn't a party house would be perfection. I'm a real clean and tidy boiii, pay my bills on time, and come with far too many houseplants, and am I big 'ol queer. I’d love to live somewhere I feel comfortable hanging out in the communal spaces and having a chat with the people I’m living with. I also really enjoy my autonomy and I respect other people’s. I'm open and honest and a positive bean and would love to meet people who share those values.
I'm a full timer student and worker. I'm a social person but also I respect someone space. I love to cook and share my food. I love music I have 2 guitars so just incase you want to learn guitar I can share it for free ☺. I'm an animals lovers so don't mind if you have pet (I love dog most). I'm looking for a private room with my own key. Also housemates that respect my privacy. I prefer not to live with couple house mates or family.
My name is Matt and I am a 28 year old American guy who has just come back from 6 months up north doing visa work and a couple months traveling. I am looking for a place pretty quick so I can sort out my life a little bit and get back into the swing of things. One of the many talents I can bring is an ability to make homemade bread sticks/pizza base/anything else I can think of using the dough recipe for. So homemade pizza and bread sticks are never far away from me. I'm also up to have a chat about any subject or play games(board or video) or go on random adventures. I am looking for a home away from home. People that enjoy spending time together not just people living under the same roof. (That said, I can appreciate when people want their space)
