I am an arty-farty creative working full-time in Graphic Design. Always keen for a drink and a game of FIFA on the playstation if you're keen! Easy going and house proud. I am a home-owner in Sydney, now moving my life down to Melb to start a new chapter. I will be bringing my house-cleaning / bleach obsessed habits with me (lucky you, future housemate!)
I'm Patricia, 27 music lover from Spain who is looking for a long term place. About me... I'm a hospitality worker and ramedial massage student. I've been living in Melbourne since October 2017 with student visa. I consider myself a pretty chilled out person, very respectful, easy going, tidy and responsible with the payments. Open minded and idealist, I'm always up to learn something new. Netlix. Vegetarian. Books. Travel. A bit geek. It would be great to find compatible people to live and spend some house time with.
Hello, I am moving down from Sydney and I am after a home-family rather than just to fill up a room. I have lived in several shared houses (Brisbane and Sydney) so I know the deal! I am an easy going 29 y/o Mexican female who has studied in Sydney for a couple of years. Now moving to Melbourne because a job. I am into the environment I am dog/human being friendly. I am flexible with dates, location and lenght of stay. Shoot me a message if you have something, Cheers!
Hi I'm Linda from Italy and I'am 23 yo. I am moving to Melbourne on October 26th and I will stay in a hostel for 10 days so I can find a room for about 3 months. I am a pretty quiet and shy person but if I like you I get really friendly and I would probably tell you everything that happens to me during the day. Besides that I am also a reserved person and I respect oters' privacy. I will arrive under the working holiday visa and I will look for a full-time job. I am looking for a private room at around $200 per week or a shared room for about $170
Pleasure to meet you, future roomie! I'm a former materials engineer from the USA and current ESL teacher on a 1-year work visa in Oz. I love travel, fitness, languages, learning new things, and meeting new people. Ideally, looking for a houseshare with 3-4 outgoing folks who aren't afraid to make plans and help me stay busy. Indie music, cheesy humor, cheesy cooking, occasional house parties, and eccentrics are a big plus. Cigarettes and cats are a big minus (due to allergies). My budget caps out around $250 (although less is always welcome), and I'm hoping wherever I stay is near enough to bike to the CBD...so Inner East, Inner North, Inner West, and St. Kilda areas are all on the table (in rough order of preference). I'm currently in the CBD and hoping to move within the next week. If this all sounds good to you, DM me for a meetup, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
Hi there, I am looking for a place to move in around September. I spent a year in Melbourne to study marketing at ACU and I am now back home in France. I found a job opportunity in Melbourne as a marketing manager junior in Fitzroy. I used to live in Collingwood for 7 months and then Richmond for 4 months. I am now looking for a place where I can feel at home and to settle down in September. For now, I can say that I am a peaceful and easy going person. I enjoy spending time with my friends in Melbourne and I'd love to contribute to the house works but also to its environment caring for the people I live with. Please let me know if you're interested, I'll do my best to provide you the information you need to get to know me.
I'm Canadian, but I've been living in Melbourne for 4 years. I'm tidy, and I like to procrastinate by cleaning. Professionally, I work full time for a software company with a few side projects on the go. Generally I split my time 50/50 working from home and the office - so I won't get in the way of other activities in the house. But that being said, I do need a house that is relatively peaceful. I previously worked in banking and I have a law degree, so I would say I'm in the 'young professionals' category. Personally, I have a keyboard and a couple acoustic guitars which I don't get to play as often as I would like, but you may get a little live music now and again - particularly after a couple glasses of wine. While I enjoy a nice dinner party and a bottle of wine, I don't like to party. I'm an early morning person - generally in the office pretty early so I can be home by early afternoon to relax when the day allows. I like to cook when I have the time (and happy to cook for you too), so a good kitchen would be great. I also do a little travel and some photography in my spare time. Looking for a house/flat share, preferably with only 1 other person, and preferably a working professional. Or also a team up - I have enough furniture to furnish the place too. I'm looking for a move date mid-october but can be flexible.
i am a friendly person who likes to have a chat but also respects personal space which is a good mixture to have within a housemate. i like to keep tidy after myself usually spend a lot of time listening to music, exercising, studying or socializing out of the house usually don't really bring many people over. i have lived in melbourne my whole life in quite a few share houses as an adult (about 5 in over 10 years) i have a lot of furniture but also have access to a storage unit if there will be an issue with placing my stuff (fridge, dinner table, couch, bed room stuff etc)
We are both very friendly, clean and easygoing, we a moving back to Melbourne as I am starting a new job October 1st. Brad works as a nurse and also travels frequently as a professional musician. We are both very respectful of other housemates and have excellent references from our previous rentals / room mates. Looking for something ideally with a back yard :) we are both out a lot and visit friends on the weekends.

I am a young professional from the UK so I am out at work Monday-Friday. I would love a place to relax and call my own. I enjoy catching up with housemates so it would be good to live with people who enjoy a cuppa and a chat (or a g&t!) but I also like my own space so understand the need to have down time. I am used to sharing places and I’m clean and tidy- but certainly not ocd about that stuff. I am a non-smoker and don't have any pets so it's just me :)
Young professional working full time in the CBD. Enjoy gardening, reading, good chats and unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the day. I like a balance between social and personal time, respect others' space and clean up after myself. I bring house plants and an awesome doggo to the mix!
hi friends! we have 2 bedrooms available in our house for rent atm. The location is good! House is close to everything, less than 5 min stroll to Melbourne Uni, tram and bus stops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc... getting to city takes 5-7 mins on trams or less than 15 min walking. the bedroom is spacious and furnished with built in wardrobe, queen bed and mattress, study lamp, desk and chair.
Hello! I'm Tommy - a Canadian that moved here to study medicine. I'll be starting work at a metro hospital in January and looking for a hip, new area to live and explore on my downtime! I'm pretty laid-back. Play ice hockey and music in my spare time. Always up to grab some drinks at a chill rooftop type spot, but equally content having a quiet night doing some study/reading at home. Also enjoy biking to the beach on a weekend, going to the gym or out for a run, sunday coffee/brunches, and a whole lot more. I don't smoke, but don't mind others doing so. I have no pets, but I love dogs (...and the occasional cat). Pretty tidy chap. And that's about it! Looking for a similar-ish, chill, friendly bunch to live with.
I'm currently working in the cbd for the government for a few months. I'm a quiet guy who goes with the flow. Up for a few drinks during the weekend or just explore the city and cool neighborhoods. I'm a keen sports fan and cyclist. I watch all sorts of tv stuff including the walking dead and suits. My Favourite food is Greek and middle eastern food (hummus is unreal) and into rock music like the black keys and artiic monkeys. If you would like any more info just let me know!
Hi, I'm Paige, I'm 29 and working as an interior designer looking for a friendly, clean, easy going home. I work a lot between my day job and a side hustle but when I’m home I love to cook relax and have good chats over wine. On my days off you can find me eating with family and friends exploring all Melbourne's restaurants, bars and galleries. I’m vegetarian and my favorite meal of the day is brunch, I can never get enough smashed avocado hence why I’m still renting (no house ownership for me). Originally from TAS/QLD, moved to Melbourne 5 years ago for study and family. I am very independent and respectful of other’s space and privacy but I’d would love to meet like minded people and build a little family home together.
