Hey my name's Jonny, 25 year old Kiwi guy I've lived in Melbourne for 2 years and work full time at Coles. I've just returned from a few weeks travelling overseas and am looking to find a place somewhere between Oakleigh and Caulfield, ideally within walking distance of a train station. I'm respectful, easy going and enjoy meeting new people, but I will also be working a lot of the time too, particularly in the evenings. My hobbies include sports, music and travel.
I am looking for a place to share where housemates have respect for each other's boundaries & personal lives & communicate with each other in a courteous manner, & its a FAIR & equitable home environment, yet warm, kind & friendly household, with ensuite or seperate bathroom, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am a management consultant & my adorable cavoodle is very clean, friendly, quiet, very well behaved, is professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet. I am sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. Independent, clean and tidy and friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally.
Lots included: cleaner, gas, water, electricity and unlimited wifi. Lovely big room, glass sliding door to garden, private, quiet and clean. Fully furnished with everything you need including king single bed, electric blanket, bedside table, tallboy, wardrobe, desk, lamps and heater. Private room - no shared rooms. Also in the unit - two very friendly girls. One from China and the other from Indonesia. Both are studying at Monash Caulfield. A friendly, quiet and secure environment where you can study or just relax. Clean, modern fully furnished 3 bedroom house with private secure entrance. Includes lounge, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry with washing machine (clothes line in backyard). Donnas, pillows, sheets and towels are provided if you need them. TV/DVD player (DVD's) and XBox in lounge. This is a very quite house, not a party house. Note: you must be 18 years of age or older. Please see reference from previous occupant in photos. Perfect for Monash Uni students looking for long term accommodation. Like any share house - washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and other toiletry items are your responsibility to organise for yourself or with your housemates. There will be a $50 fee for cleaning/rubbish removal upon moving out. Inspections welcome please message or even better text or call me :-) Close to public transport for Monash Caulfield and Clayton Campus (zone 1). Monash University courtesy bus is also available. Hi all, Two rooms coming available this November (little flexible) in a Carnegie two-storey flat that's 1km from both Carnegie and Murrumbeena stations - very handy after a night out. Very close to two prominent shopping/restaurant/cafe strips as well. Flat is in a block of 5 but is the largest of them all, with its own separate and private entrance and courtyard. The room sizes are 3.7 x 2.6 ($145/w) and 3.7 x 2.7 ($155/w) plus built-in-robes. The rooms become available on the 20th of November although some painting and new carpet will be going on for about a week after that so its up to you whether you want to move in before or after that work is done. The rest of the flat will be overhauled to be completely modern in the coming months after (new hardwood floors, added bathroom and laundry, 2 redone bathrooms, new kitchen, new larger living room..etc). Common areas are going to be well-furnished but the private rooms will remain unfurnished, but there could be room for your common furniture too if you want. There is air-conditioning and ducted heating. Pets are welcome!

Hey all, I'm looking for someone to move into my flat with me available from the 9th of Oct. The flat is only 2 years old and is fully furnished, all you would need to move in is furniture for your bedroom. Walking distance to supermarkets, Koornang Rd shopping centre, Carnegie train station and the Glenhuntly Rd Tram. Unfortunately no pets allowed. A little about me, I'm 34, male and currently finishing off my masters and working part time. I enjoy sports and am back trying to get fit for summer. I enjoy a night out with friends but am just as likely to enjoy a quiet night in front of Netflix with a beer or glass of red. Any questions send me a message and look forward to meeting you. Cheers
Hi! I'm Morgan. Im currently working full time and studying. I live quite a busy and active lifestyle but do enjoy my down time with a wine and a good chat. I love good food and exploring new areas so would love to find some like minded people that can enjoy either a night in watching movies with a feast or the occasional night out having a couple of drinks and sharing delicious food!

I'm a 24 year old outgoing female who's been bitten by the travel bug and has somewhat developed into a social butterfly. I'm a postgraduate student taking up communications. Easy to socialize with over tea, coffee, wine, brunch - or even craft beer (you name it!). At the same time, I understand and respect privacy and peace at home as I get very into uni. I study in the city and work in retail as well. I'm very neat and tidy, clean as I go kind of person as I like keeping things organised. I'm adventurous and like trying new things may it involve different fitness activities like yoga or circuit training (currently into pilates!), or mind boggling stuff like board games. I love pets! Even if I don't have one of my own but still adore them a lot. Have had dogs and cats before so I wouldn't mind if you had your own :) I've been living in the heart of the city at the moment and am looking into moving to the suburbs to escape the hustle and bustle and be in a fresh environment. Looking forward to find a cosy home and meet new flatmates!

Hello! I'm looking for a furnished ensuite room (Caulfield, Carnegie, Oakleigh, Huntingdale, Clayton and Mulgrave areas are preferred). About me: 35yo professional, non-smoker, really easygoing, respectful, tidy and clean. Cheers
Hey flossers! I'm looking to join an established house with a couple of new grousemates. Something short-term over the spring/summer would be ideal while I save some money to avoid another Melbourne winter. A sublet would suit me or an empty room for me and my bare essentials. I'm 30, female, vegetarian, work at Nintendo and enjoy sunny day time activities and travelling. I'm a simple housemate with my own life, in and out doing things and quite often away over weekend nights with friends, road tripping or at festivals. Hope to speak to you soon! :)
If I told you I was 42 you'd believe me. Professionally employed in South Yarra with background in government and legal industry. Great job that I love, trying to save up to buy in Melbourne. I'm funny, fun, easy going, clean and neat, own my own place in QLD so I think like a landlord (respect property). I'm kind. Keep to myself or life of the party as necessary, no drama, not into games, proactive, mature. Love a red wine, cheese and chat but respect personal space.
Comfortable freestanding house in Carnegie. Features include; living area heating, internet, dishwasher, clothes washer, study/office, BBQ facilities. Studio and bedroom at the back of the house, good light and quiet. Close to Carnegie train station.
Just a couple of friends looking for a new place to call home. We are very tidy and respectful people, not more looking for party house or messy places, but a decent accomodation. We like to share meals and time with housemates but also need for a bit of privacy.
I am a PhD student at Melbourne University. I am looking for a place to move in on 1 December. I work at the university most of the days and when I am home I am a tidy person and respect others' privacy. Having said that, I am a sociable and easy-going housemate to live with.
Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
