Hi there! I'm a quiet but friendly queer enby person studying Sociology and literature at Monash Clayton. I am a great vegan cook, and I deeply value honest communication. My cat is friendly with other cats and very chill. I have a new fridge, and bedroom furniture but no washer dryer. Because of my disabilities I need to be close to public transport as i sometimes can't walk far. I'm a spoonie (person with limited energy as a result of chronic illness). I love a good cup of tea, book, succulent garden, chat, netflix evening. I'm an experienced share-house-erer and I've lived in Melbourne a year (NSW before that). Please let me know if you or anyone you know have a safe room I can rent ASAP! looking forward to meeting you and your home :)
A lovely apartment with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. BIR in the bedroom. Lovely front garden (exclusive access for this apartment). Split system in the lounge area. Double brick so very little noise! Close to public transport and easy access to Monash University! Roughly 20 minutes to the CBD from the nearby train stations.
Hey Flatmates! My good mate Radha and I have secured a lease for a beautiful and modern home on Mimosa Road, Carnegie. The house features an alarm system, gas fired hot water, zoned central heating and cooking, a massive open plan kitchen/living area with a giant walk-in pantry, cellar and a large built-in TV unit with wiring for a zoned sound system. Adjoined to this space is a large dining room, a laundry and a big backyard with a deck, built-in BBQ, and a large garden shed, all perfect for entertaining. Furthermore, the house is cabled throughout for internet and TV, there is a guest room/study at the front of the house and a large shared space upstairs with secure, off-street car spaces, with an electric gate. Two rooms are available, bothing with heating/cooling The first is downstairs and is built for self contained living with its own entrance from outside. This room includes its own sun room, living room, kitchenette, en-suite and built-in wardrobe. The second is the a collosal master bedroom taking nealy the entire upper floor. The room is the size of a small apartment and has a very large double walk-in wardrobe and double en-suite. The location is fantastic – it’s a seven-minute walk to Carnegie station, 67 tram and 626 bus, as well as Woolworths and all the restaurants and shops you could ask for along Koornang Road. The 623 and 624 buses are 200m away, just at the end of the street. Chadstone Shopping Centre is less than a ten-minute drive/15-minute bus ride away. The house is largely unfurnished. We have some things between us, but if you’ve got stuff like a fridge, washing machine and/or couches, that’s a big plus! Otherwise, we’ll look around and split costs between everyone. Guide to the photos: 1-5, Room with self-contained living. 6-10, Master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe The last two photos in order are the dining room and guest room

Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
Hey there - I'm a Melbourne local looking for a room to rent somewhere preferably walking distance to a train station or trams. I work full-time in social work around the Frankston area. I do have a car and drive often around Melbourne for work so it would be great if the place has off-street parking, though on-street is fine too :) I'm tidy, clean and quiet - I work weekdays and spend my weekends generally relaxing, cooking, visiting family and going out with friends. I enjoy chatting with my housemates and having a laugh but also enjoy winding down and spending time to myself. I love finding local brunch spots and bars - any recommendations greatly appreciated! I'm a vegetarian but have no problems living with people who eat meat. I also like to try to live somewhat sustainably. Would love to live with people who are also working full time! Or a combo of working + studying. I like living with people who are relaxed about having friends and partners over every now and then - within reason of course :) I love cats and dogs as long as they're trained and friendly
WORKING FULL TIME: Woolworth and David Jones SELF EMPLOYED: Direct Sales @Enagic, MyDailyChoice, Hempworx STUDENT: Direct Sales, Sales @ Cardone University (online) Hobbies: photography, art, movies, fitness (i love going to the gym), I spend most time at the gym, nutrition, cooking, fashion styling, travel mostly for leisure and business. I'm a motivated and considerate individual who enjoys being active as well as being social. I am clean and well organised and experienced in living in shared accommodation. I am house proud and clean. Currently most of the time I will be in and out of the house spreading the value of good drinking water and changing the lives and health people I encountered. So I will be fairly busy. I'm also a fun loving person that loves meeting new people and have dinner and drinks when I am not working. I'm not into partying and I'm a very relaxed person so I would make an easy housemate!
I'll be moving back to Melbourne in July in order to start my Master's degree at Monash (Caulfield campus). I was in Melbourne for 4 months as part of a working holiday and fell in love with the city, I'm back home in the States for now but can't wait to come back. I've lived in shared flats/houses several times, all through university and as part of my working holiday where I was an au pair and lived with two different families. When not in class or at work, I like running or biking, as well as curling up with a good book or going out for a few drinks.
Hi guys , My name is Alex a little bit about me, I'm a 23 year old part time barista full time student. Currently living in Carlton after arriving back from 6 months overseas and after a new home and some likeminded housemates. I'm a pretty sociable person, very pet friendly, clean and tidy ( borderline OCD ). I enjoy cooking, a drink or two and getting out and about with friends. looking to find a place for 6+ months around the inner city suburbs as I work in the CBD I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
I’m really chilled and friendly and usually make friends with my roommates so are happy to share meals together and watch a show together or what not. I’m always on time with rent, currently finishing a diploma in hospitality so once I’ve finished that I should have a full time job and are currently saving. Would love to find a place sooner rather than later and are quite flexible with living options as long as I have my own room. Make me your new roommate ✌🏻
International fashion student, fluent in English, looking for a place to share in inner South East suburbs, that’s close to the train station, so that it's easy to get to the City (my uni) and Chadstone (where I work) I am looking for a medium to large sized room, as I need enough space for my things. My budget is up to$200 with bills included. Preferably around $185. Please contact me if you think I would fit in or if you have any questions at all.
The property is a small unit, kitchen, lounge-room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. We are on the bottom floor. The bedroom is a decent size, easily fits a double bed a chest of drawers and still plenty of room. We believe a queen-size bed would fit fairly easily as well. We are super close to Ormond station (Frankston line) and Carnegie station (Pakenham/Cranbourne lines), a 10 minute walk from tram stop and surrounded by buses. It's a quiet area, and everyone keeps to themselves mostly. Air conditioning and heating in the house as well. Near Chadstone and Monash Caulfield.
Working from home and sometimes on location for a few days at a time -- so, I keep fairly low key and am respectful of space. Got my cat, Mackerel, who's a brilliant soul and is pretty warm and respectful. Pretty chill and when I'm home, I generally keep mostly to myself, however do love the occasional meal and drink or sun bathing with housemates. Definitely am also someone who is communicative and honest, with the interest and idea of hearing each other... Makes for happy homes. Just looking for a kind of short term place for a few months -- unless the situation turns out to be great!
Hey everyone! My room is becoming available next week so looking for a fourth housemate to join our little home asap! The house is located on Glenhuntly road with a tram right at the door and just a six minute walk to Glenhuntly train station or very slightly further to Carnegie station. It also has super easy access to shops, which are just up the road. It has a hugeeeeee living space/kitchen and equip with all the kitchen gagets you could possibly dream off. Cute little backyard (which is actually pretty big for Melbourne). Room can come furnished with a double bed and frame + a small chest of draws if need be.
