Spacious modern ground floor apartment with a large deck and one small one. The available room is queen size with heater, large built in wardrobe with full mirrors and has the access to the small deck. One car park available for you (underground) and on the street. Location is very close to Carnegie train station (3 min walk, 15 min train ride to CBD) and Tram (10 min walk). Very close to Koornang Road shopping strip with plenty of cafe/restaurants 2 minutes walk away. 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride to Chadstone Shopping Center. Most of the apartment is furnished already.(large TV, fridge/freezer, sofa, dishwasher, front-loader washing machine). Netflix and FoxtelPlay included. Fully equipped kitchen with main appliances. Air conditioning in Lounge keeps the whole apartment cool/warm as needed. There will be a double bed and a desk and chair in the available bedroom which you can use or it will be removed if you like. Bills will be excluded with the rent, we will split every bill (power/gas, internet & water) 3 ways when they arrive. While I prefer a couple to keep the rent lower for all fairly, I will consider single applicants who are willing to negotiate a fair rent rate (based upon room size, underground car park etc.) Please feel free to ask questions and i will respond asap. Cheers!

Hi all! I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm moving down to Melbourne from the Central Coast in NSW. I have a full time job on Chapel St so anywhere close to that would be absolutely dandy. I'm 23, quiet, honest, independent and clean. I respect privacy and value my own. I have always paid rent on time and have references if they are required. I can be a bit of a hermit at times but l love a good chat over dinner or just whenever. When I'm not working I'll be watching movies or reading. I love dinner, cats, and quoting the Simpsons.
I am looking for a place to share where housemates have respect for each other's boundaries & personal lives & communicate with each other in a courteous & respectful manner, & its a FAIR & equitable home environment, with ensuite or seperate bathroom or granny flat, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am fun to be with, sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. Independent, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples boundaries and expect the same from others. My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & very well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet. Friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally. In my free time, I go jogging and help with various charities.
Hey all We are looking for another couple to live with as we would love to get a spacious 3 bedroom house. We are looking for something with an outdoor area as well so that we can enjoy the occasional BBQ with friends. We are full time workers with active lifestyles and we love food, wine and good times! We are social and enjoy going to gym but we also love to chill out at home and binge-watch our favourite Netflix shows :) We have house-shared in the past and understand the need for privacy, respect and cleanliness.
Hi we are Jasmin and Richard, quiet, friendly, a bit nerdy, easy-going people. We are 22, vegetarians and science students (I am working towards a phD, currently). We are not looking for a party house, but relaxed, kind room-mates. We are looking for one room in a place that is walking distance from a train station.
Hi! I am a 28-year-old digital marketing specialist from Northern Europe looking for a room nearby the train line, as I am currently working in the deep south, and need to commute daily. I am generally quite relaxed, enjoy a fine balance of socialising and solitude (usually in the company of Netflix and/or Skype). I have recently moved to this fantastic city and I am currently focused on establishing my career and life in Melbourne. I am looking for a large, well equipped double room in a working household on a flexible lease that is open to potentially hosting a couple in the upcoming months. Max. rent 300 dollars per week incl. all bills (negotiable). Looking forward to hearing from you, Piret
Hi i'm Matt. I am currently looking for a housemate/housemates to share with. Preferably someone with little to no furniture as I can fully furnish the property (other than bedrooms of course). I am looking to move by April 9th when my current lease is up. I work full time in retail and i'm studying a masters in politics and policy part time, so you probably won't see me around much during the day. When I am home I enjoy socialising with housemates when I get the chance. In my spare time I also enjoy cooking, listening to music and running. As a housemate I am generally very tidy and like keeping the place organised. Feel free to message if you think we might get along as housemates
Hi I'm Dirk van Eck a 20 year old guy from the Netherlands. I'm on my working holiday and I work full time at a smoothie bar on the monash university. I want to stay in a place till the end of June because I go to India for 1 month, after that I come back to Melbourne. I'm very easy going, calm, social and friendly to everyone. I'm not a party animal but I like to drink a beer or a wine. I like sports and going to the beach in my spare time but sometimes I also like to do nothing. I'm sick of sleeping in the hostels so I'll be very happy if someone has a room available for me! I hope that I wrote enough information but if you have any questions just send me a message and I'll answer everything. Bye bye

I'm Andrew, 26 years old and I'm originally from Brissy. I'd describe myself as a social outgoing person who enjoys others company. I spend most of my time at work through the week(Monday - Friday, 8 - 5:30) and try and get out and about as much as possible on weekends. I enjoy surfing, a good breakfast, the outdoors, Sir David Attenborough and drinks with good company.
Hello, I'm Jay, 29yo, been living in Melbourne for almost eight years now and am looking for a new place to live. I work full time. I love nature, traveling, socializing, cooking (I go alright), enjoy good conversations, and hanging out. I also like time and space to myself. I'm a person of values: respectful of others and caring, hygienically aware (like to keep things clean). ohh I’m also a handyman on some level . I'm keen to come and meet up with anyone who thinks they might have a room available in the coming weeks. Looking mainly in the south eastern suburbs. Peace & Love Jay
Hi all, looking to start a new share house with a few people, or move into an already established sharehouse with some down to earth people. I like to think of where I live as a home rather than a sharehouse, so I always keep it very clean. Looking to live with a few like-minded people around my age and have a friendly/social household. Both an outdoorsy and an indoorsy kind of person with interests in woodwork/construction, exercise, art, gaming, exploring. I like having people occasionally over for a few beers. I work part-time and study full-time at Monash (both campuses) so somewhere in between the campuses and near the Pakenham line is ideal, even though I have a car. I currently handle rent, internet, electricity, gas, and water bills for my current lease which ends mid-May so there won't be any problems there. I can supply a good Wi-Fi router/modem, dining table/chairs, cutlery/crockery, dryer, coffee table and rug, entertainment unit, and I'm looking to buy some couches though am waiting to see if it's necessary. Cheers!
