Looking to move in end of January 2018. Up for team ups as well! Recent university graduate and working full time. I keep the place clean, cook really spicy food (occasionally) , love animals so I'm more than happy to be in a house with pets. I have two rats of my own, Depeche and Mode - they're clean and quiet animals. They live with me in my room ( in their cage) . So definitely looking for a place that is open to having rats :) Pay my bills on time. Pretty quiet person. Other than that, happy to socialize with housemates and share a drink over the weekends! If there's anything else you want to know about me, just ask. Not the best at introducing myself. Haha. if you have any more questions feel free to drop me a message.
I'm Chris! I'm an apprentice chippy and I also work part time on my family farm, mostly of a weekend. I am a down to earth guy, have a great sense of humour and easy to get along with. I am an organised and clean sort of person. I play guitar and a bit of piano, but don't worry I have headphones! I absolutely respect others privacy (as I do prefer my own also), but love to kick back and have a quiet beer after a days work or study. I'm sure we'll get along great!
Hi there, Please note, there is a list of conditions to be met at the end of this property summary. My Carnegie property is ideal for students. It is really close to Monash University (Caulfield campus) and a short distance to Monash (Clayton campus), Swinburne University (Hawthorn campus); as well as a short train/tram ride into the city. The unit is located on a quiet street off Koornang Road; in a very pleasant and safe area. There is a bus stop right out the font of the unit, a tram stop approximately 5 mins walk away, plus 3 easily accessible train stations (Murrumbeena, Carnegie or Glenhuntly). It is also a very short train/tram/bus ride to Melbourne CBD, Chadstone Shopping Centre and the South East suburbs. Koornang Road itself is lined with great little cafes, restaurants, bookstores, boutique stores, a library, a beautiful park and a few recreation areas (like a gym and heated swimming pool). Just to reiterate, the room is mostly UNFURNISHED but has a SINGLE BED available. It will fit a double/queen bed plus minimal other furniture comfortably. It also has a single built in wardrobe with a mirror on the inside of the door. I look forward to hearing from you :) Any questions please send me a message and I will endeavour to reply ASAP. Kind Regards, Mel *PLEASE NOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS* - Female tenant only. - If you don't have a profile with profile image, you will not receive a response. - These photos are from the realtor prior to me moving in. The place is still lovely and very well maintained. - This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free household. - Your bond of $880 plus 1 months rent (additional $880) needs to be prior to moving in (total of $1760). - A date for ongoing monthly rent payments can be discussed if you decide to move in. The date will always need to be prior to the monthly period that's commencing.

Hi! We are two friends whose leases are coming to an end and are looking to join forces with one or two more people to complete our home-to-be. A bit about ourselves - Annie is a full-time student studying exercise and sport science at Deakin Uni. She also works part-time as a nanny and has sporting commitments which keep her on the move. Alice has just finished her science degree at Monash Uni and will be working full-time next year at Monash Clayton campus. We are easy-going, friendly people who are looking for likeminded people to join in on our Netflix binges, sneaky wines on days ending in y, housemate adventures and family meals. We are also respectful of each others’ space and quiet time. We appreciate having a clean and tidy house and sharing household responsibilities. We are looking for an unfurnished 3 or 4-bedroom place with a garage or that has access to on-street parking. Between us, we have a 58” TV, dining table and chairs, couches, a TV cabinet, kitchenware and a microwave. We have a budget of ~$200 each p/w (before bills) and are relatively flexible with move-in dates. Anywhere around the end of December to start of Jan would be ideal! We want to do everything by the book so no one ends up out of pocket. Please help us find a house to make a home! Let’s meet for coffee and get to know each other.
