It will be fully furnished with top end appliances (brand new washer dryer and fridge, 75"Samsung tv, new couch, weber bbq) essentially everything accept what you put in your bedroom is already provided. The property comes with one car spot which I plan to take but you can find parking on street nearby. You will have your own bathroom but it is not an ensuite. There is a massive balcony with this appartment so great if you like being outdoors. If you have a preference for the ensuite I can be flexible on that but obviously it will cost more. Property will come with Netflix, Stan and potentially Foxtel included. The building also has a gym and pool on the 10th floor as well as a bbq area. Utilities are not included I estimate that electricity, hot water and internet will cost 100/month each.
