I am moving back to Melbourne and need a space until I buy my own place - probably 9-12 months away... My work is based around outer Bayside and Mornington Peninsula. I will often be away surfing on weekends and also travel interstate a little. I work from home a little bit - so ideally looking for a room that can accommodate a small desk. Enjoy a chat about something more than the weather or footy - but also pretty happy sneaking back to my room with a good book or Netflix binge. Enjoy a social drink - but don’t smoke or do drugs. Baggage ? - I have a close friend who occasionally needs me to look after her small dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) - roughly 2-3 days per month. Flynn is old - very chilled - doesn't bark or bite - and loves humans (that love dogs). 100% house trained - and only 'goes to the loo' - when I walk him (twice daily).

I keep to myself mostly when at home. I like to play online games, read, go for walks and go to the gym. I'm a pretty tidy person and will always pull my weight in regards to chores etc.. I am always up to date on bills. I have 2 jobs, I am a support worker and also a cleaner(helpful for inspections). I usually work Monday to Friday. I do have a few dogs (bulldogs who mostly sleep all day and will handle being crated when I am not home- but would love if they didn’t have to be) and cats, which I know will make this process a lot harder. It also means I require somewhere that has an enclosed yard. My dogs sleep with me so I would prefer to use my own bed and bedroom furniture:) My budget is ideally $250-$300 per week plus bills. I would ideally love a granny flat to be by myself, or to find someone(s) to move out with into the local area where together we can probably afford more potential rentals. I am just coming out of a 5+ year relationship and am just looking for a safe place to call home :) preferably with other females
