Everything :) Hard workers, and will get a job done. Easy to get along with and are both able to have a conversation that flows. Partner is from langwarrin as i am from rye, mornington peninsula.
I'm very easy to get along with. Always keen to help around the house and do extra things like head down the street to pick up something if need. I keep myself and area clean. im a pretty easy going guy all together. I work till late hours so all I do after work is just chill and relax. I'm into fitness so after work I'm usually at the gym always keen to be someone's gym partner. You don't have to worry about me bringing mates back as I don't like to haha
We are a couple staying in the main house together with our very quiet, friendly greyhound. We are non-smokers, quiet living and peaceful. Most of the time we’ll just be doing our own thing, so it would be good if you have an independent personality and are happy to do your own thing also. We may have a few close friends over for a meal occasionally, but since the apartment is a separate dwelling, this does not encroach upon your own space. As we have our own separate entrance to the house, as well as our own backyard and living spaces. The apartment itself is peaceful and private, therefore conducive to relaxation or study. WHAT WE’RE HOPING FOR: We would like our new housemate to be a non-smoker. Apart from that we have no other restrictions on age, gender, lifestyle preferences. As mentioned before, a quiet-living and independent person would be an ideal fit. We’d also ideally like someone who would be able to stay on for 12 months or more.
I am looking to start a new lease with someone, preferably in the Frankston area as that is where I am currently living. I am a very social person and have been living in share houses for quite a few years, however I do value and respect ones alone time. I am an enrolled nurse and my shifts can change. I usually am either at work, with a friend or at home with my cat. My cat is extremely friendly, is mostly indoor, litter trained and spends most of his time sleeping on my bed. I respect keeping the common areas clean and tidy and I always pay rent and bills on time.
Currently looking to team up with someone to move out into a shared property Looking to move asap, I'm working full time at a Telstra in Frankston but don't want to be too far from the city Not interested in moving into a current share house, message me to catch up for coffee/ drinks and discuss this more 😊
I enjoy working full time and relax on the weekends. I keep clean and tidy without going overboard.. Like to share cooking duties and washing up, and enjoy sharing shopping duties as well. I work in a supermarket so I always see the bargains!! My hours are sometimes varied but generally Monday to Friday. I love animals in general, especially my little dog. I'm looking for a fun happy safe house where I can enjoy the company of the people I live with and where I would be able to bring my dog.
Early bird easy going clean and respectful tradie painter/plasterer working along the mornington peninsula 6days p/w😎 w/ 2y/o over happy chilled as labrador pup. Away most weekends either working, riding, camping or nvisitong family. Also Good cook 👌
We are a great couple to live with. We are clean and considerate. Dan is an amazing cook! I am a radiographer and I have a job at Frankston hospital and Dan is a product designer - he's been in touch with a company in Melbourne, so fingers crossed. We love a glass of wine on an evening or a cheeky G+T and we have lot of banter. We are clean and caring people.
I am looking to share my 4 bedroom spacious home. Its 25 years old (older style)in a secure and quiet court, Double room with built in wardrobe so plenty of space. The room is unfurnished however should you require a basic furnished room this can be arranged. You will pretty much have sole use of the main toilet and bathroom. (I have an ensuite). There is a second lounge/rumpus room and although it forms part of the open plan shared common area adjacent to the kitchen I very rarely use this lounge - so essentially it can be your own breakout/relax space. There is refrigerated cooling and gas ducted heater. We share a kitchen where you will have your own fridge and food cupboard. I basically occupy the front of the house which has a lounge, dining area, master bedroom (with an ensuite) and 4th bedroom (which I use as a study). Must be pet friendly. I have a 4 year old indoor cat. He pretty much stays up the front end of the house but he does have free range of the house and will jump up and join you on the couch. Hes not really a lap cat but will be quite happy snuggling in next to you.You will be able to close your door if you don't want him in your room The location is quite central to all the shopping areas all about the same distance away - Carrum Down Shopping Centre, Ballarto Road Shopping Centre and the Seaford Shops and Bunnings and Aldi are all just up the road. There are parks a short walk away and its close to the freeways and public transport is a 10min walk in either direction.. Smoking outside at the back. No smoking inside please. $170.00 per week is for your room, however rather than split the bills $200.00 a week will cover your room and reasonable use of electricity, water and gas. Internet connection available for extra $10.00 a week. Any questions feel free to give me a call
I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. You are best to reach me through Gumtree messaging or via Facebook if you prefer. Unless I'm at work I'm usually contactable :). Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities in the IT/AV industries, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT/AV work, please also let me know :). Also, it's a shame I have to even say this but it seems I do. If I contact you regarding a room you have available, and it turns out I'm not what you're looking for for any reason, that's fine and no hard feelings but please don't just read my message without taking the time to let me know. I have lost a lot of time waiting for people to respond who never did, or who have just stop responding out of the blue. Not only is this quite rude and uncalled for but it's also really not helpful to me in my situation. Shaun
Hey I'm Hayley, I'm 21, I am respectful, easy going, laid back, really clean, neat and tidy and can be a little quite. I'm looking to share accomadation until I eventually save enough money to travel. (Which I'm really excited about 😁)I'm currently working 5 days a week in hospitality. I tend to keep to myself. I enjoy a friendly chat after a night at work, but then I also just like to jump into bed n watch abit t.v and chill. I love being comfortable, I'm honest, loyal, helpful. I live a healthy lifestyle I love the gym, i like to be active and always on the go, so I am not always home :) I'm not a party animal, I enjoy a drink and a bite to eat on the town every now n then but nothing crazy (:
