Due to a recent cut in the hours at work, I had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham which was further complicated by my ex-housemates actions afterwards. I have been staying with a friend for the last week or so but I really need to move on from there so I am now looking for new accommodation as I now have some financial assistance. I do have stable employment, it's just that I'm getting less hours than I have previously making it harder to cover my expenses. I am looking at what I can do with this in the short-term to minimise my expenses while also continuing to looking for alternative or additional employment as well. I do have money, but I am trying to minimise my living costs as much as possible until I can secure additional or new employment. If anyone is able to assist with accommodation, it would be appreciated. I don't have much with me in the way of possessions as my stuff is all in storage so don't need space at all so I don't even need my own room - happy to share a room or similar. Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT work, please also let me know :). My preference is for somewhere in the Pakenham or Carrum Downs areas as I have some support available in both of these suburbs, but if I can find something suitable elsewhere I'm open to it. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately some investigations have shown that the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting pushing them out off my budget for the moment. I do not drive so public transport needs to at least be within practicable walking distance. I am a genuinely nice person and regularly go out of my way for others, but sadly I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back from others in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi.
Young quiet, clean and tidy couple. Keep to ourselves, open and easy to get on with. Non partiers, non smokers, occasional drinkers, kind, respectful and considerate. James-I work full time and spend my spare time with Chloe Chloe-I'm currently searching for a new job as I resigned from my last, I'm an ex student that studied vet nursing and I spend majority of my time with james or visiting our families.
Hey! I'm Lucy from the UK! I work as a diagnostic radiographer and I've just been offered a job at Peninsula Health, Frankston Hospital. I move to Australia on the 29th July. I am a fun, adventurous person. I horse ride weekly in the UK, I am a skier and I love to travel. I have been round South Africa, Costa Rica and Australia. I am coming over in July but my boyfriend is joining me in September. I have a permanent visa and he is coming as my plus one, so he will do too. We are a fun couple who love to chill out on an evening, maybe with a glass of wine. We go to the gym often and do boxercise classes - we all know the treadmill can get pretty tedious! Let me know if we fit in to what you want in a house mate/renter.
Hey I'm Hayley, I'm 21, I am respectful, easy going, laid back, really clean, neat and tidy and can be a little quite. I'm looking to share accomadation until I eventually save enough money to travel. (Which I'm really excited about 😁)I'm currently working 5 days a week in hospitality. I tend to keep to myself. I enjoy a friendly chat after a night at work, but then I also just like to jump into bed n watch abit t.v and chill. I love being comfortable, I'm honest, loyal, helpful. I live a healthy lifestyle I love the gym, i like to be active and always on the go, so I am not always home :) I'm not a party animal, I enjoy a drink and a bite to eat on the town every now n then but nothing crazy (:

Looking for a Location, along Frankston line...Bonbeach, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Frankston...safe, clean area.. Looking for friendly, clean, respectful house share. Age 20-50. I spent quite a bit of time at home to do study. I like to come home and feel comfortable and at peace. I have worked in the professional sector as a office support worker. I would like to find a flat mate that perhaps works in aged care, nursing or individual support.. My budget is $700 incl. (i'm a student paying for my studies as a go).. I generally keep to myself, although i enjoy a house mate that is friendly and social, share dinner, dvd etc.. I need/prefer a furnished room with bed and desk, and BIR, prefer not to live with couples.
This property is in a nice area, and a relatively quiet court! A few things I found great about this property is: - Two living spaces, which came in handy, especially if I was not in the mood to watch TV or sit in my room. There is a couch and a recliner chair with a large shelf and a coffee table already furnished in this room, which came in handy if I wanted to relax, drink a cup of coffee and read a book. - Outdoor area, which is where the BBQ, sitting area and plants are currently sitting out the back. Is lovely for a warm day/night. Also great if you would like to invite friends/family over on a warm night. - Own bathroom (Although must be shared when guests/friends/family come over, as they will need to use the toilet etc.) - Two of the bedrooms are at the other end of the master bedroom. Great for privacy. - In the kitchen you will have own shelf in cupboard, as well as own shelf in fridge and freezer. - Close to bus if need of public transport. - Shops are close on both sides. Includes Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. - A massive range of take away options also. - Split system Air-Conditioning throughout the house. - Heater in one out of two of the living spaces. Bills include the basics (water, gas & electricity) and internet. All up it is usually around $136 a month each, which they pay all bills and rent monthly instead of weekly. Water is paid every 3 months, which is usually around $45+ each. Rent is $543.33 a month, all bills are not included in the rent. Before moving in, it is a requirement that first months rent is paid upon moving in, as well as bond (which if no damages are made, then get it straight back once you move out). All up, that is $1,086.66. If you cannot afford bond, you can apply for a bond loan, as that is what we did! Eric and Hayley would like someone to move in for the rest of the rental agreement, which is until November 2017. Anymore questions, feel free to ask. Hope to hear from you.
Looking at teaming up with someone that has their head screwed on Do not message me if you have a share house as I am not interested, as stated I am looking at teaming up to get a rental Hello, how are you going? I'm Mark I'm 26 years old, im very easy going, I love to cook, music, i like keeping fit by going to the gym. I work in full time 9-530 so I do need someone that has settled down and isn't a party animal, I have two dogs one a border collie and the other a kelpie, both well trained and very affectionate dogs, they a extremely hyperactive so they keep me busy, so you will have to be a dog person. I can afford to rent on my own but I would prefer to team up with someone else as it just makes everything a lot easier, as I am not limited. I'm looking for a nice house with a decent backyard, somewhere I can call home and feel comfortable, someone between 20-30 would be preferred, male or female, someone that also works a full time job. My current lease runs out mid August and the Real estate has told me that the owner will be knocking the house down to build town houses, so I will be moving Just before then.
Hi My name is maria, im student working part time and is looking to find my own little spot for me and my dog. I want somewhere we can call home. I have a good circle of family and friends that i love to have over and cook for them. For me the most important thing about living with others is respect. Having a clean kitchen and shared areas is definitely important to me. Info about my dog. His 4 years old good with kids and other dogs. Not so much with cats. His been trained with the national dog training federation. His not a loud dog. He won't bark all day and night like others might. If im out his usually with me or family. He is a bully so he can be a bit of a sook. But all round good boy. If we sound like people you could hang around with. Please feel free to message me.

I'm 21 years old, I have two cats (they're both desexed and very friendly towards other animals) and weirdly enough I really enjoy housework! I'm also a qualified cook and love being in the kitchen. Not a big drinker (maybe 1-3 a year) & I said goodbye to partying a few years ago. I've been enjoying a much quieter lifestyle these days. :)
