This house is about 10 mins. walk to Monash Caufield and Caufield Train Station. Conveniently close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants in Koornang Rd. The house is a 7 bedroom share house but the house is so big that housemates can have a balance of socialising and privacy. Everybody is clean, neat and tidy with respect for other people's spaces, and can speak English. Rooms can come unfurnished if required. Parking available on and off street. Please contact for inspections and in addition please write a bit about yourself and why you think you would make a great fit for the house. (less than 100 words)

I'm returning to Melbourne from overseas in August and need to find a new place to live. I've spent 3 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and de-stress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
*URGENT* 24. Studying marketing. Have a job Hospitable. Cooperative.Easy to adjust. No hassle with Bills and Rent Seeking for a place near the station.
Hi Future Flatmate(s)! we are looking for a fun, friendly and functional share house. I have recently moved to Melbourne for work and JD for Uni I currently work full time at the Department of Treasury and Finance which means I will be gone all day every weekday and am usually out and about on the weekends we are quiet respectful as well as friendly and social. I love animals, dogs especially, and will more than happily take care of and love your furry friend. I had to leave my fur baby at home in Darwin. :( I spend most of my free time reading, painting, and adventuring to the nearest pet store to swoon at furry babies. You may find me playing around on my uke, and JD on his guitar if this is an annoyance, just tell us to shh! we are hoping that this will be an opportunity to get to know Melbourne better, make some friends (we left them all behind) and have a safe and comfortable place to call home, we are quiet and respectful of space but will not hesitate to cook a big dinner for everyone (in fact I would love to) and enjoy some drinks and chatter over dinner in the evenings after work. I do sometimes have a friend or two visit from my home town who will occasionally crash with me. I hope this will not be an issue as my friends are incredibly important to me. Looking to move in April 1st! but happy to give or take a few days.
We are a very laid back couple. Both at work most days, we like to socialise with friends but also kick back and relax. Jasmine works part-time at the Commonwealth Bank in the CBD and Brodi is a full-time qualified plumber (can offer free plumbing for you 😉). Jasmine also is an online student at Deakin University studying a Bachelor of Commerce and in her final year. When she is not working she is studying. We are both very active and also take pride in keeping our home clean and well-kept! We are easy going and great to get along with! We also have a small furry friend, and old female tabby cat that we would love to bring with us. She is also very laid back and keeps to herself - very friendly just like us! We would be happy to pay a pet bond for her :)
Hi. My name is Gina. I like to believe I am an easy going person. I am a full-time professional. I am a Statistician/Policy analyst. I enjoy a healthy sense of humour. I respect other people's spaces and I wish for my space to be equally respected. I am a paraplegic which means I use a wheelchair. My only challenge is mobility, therefore I can't do stairs, small spaces and showers with fixed water points (a flexible hose is easy if adjustments are required). Otherwise, I am pretty independent as I have had a lifetime to learn what works for me physically. I can cook, do my own laundry, shopping, cleaning etc. Looking forward to meeting you and sharing a season in our lives, positively.
Hi, 20 yr old Business student at Monash Caulfield campus, so accommodation around this area would be preferred but open to neighboring suburbs with train/ tram. Most of my time is predominantly spent at Uni and a few days in the evenings at part time employment so my schedule is pretty hectic and full on so I do keep to myself most of the time. However, I don't mind a friendly social every now and then over dinner :) I'm friendly and house trained! looking for the same. Look forward to chatting soon! Thanks!
I'm Lucy, working full time as design assistant. I am chilled and easy going. My room is usually a mess( due to clothing overload) but it is hygienic and I like to keep the public area clean. I would love to hang out with my future roommates , but if they prefer to keep it to themselves I will just stay in my room watching Netflix : )
I’m a 28 y/o from a tiny town in the sparsely populated American state of South Dakota. (and no, I did NOT vote for the Twitter Troll who’s currently “leading” my country 🤦🏻) I’ve been granted an amazing opportunity to work with a professor at Monash U (Caulfield campus) for three months as part of my masters thesis! I study cartography, AKA map design 🗺️and I will be working with AR technology for my masters thesis. During the previous 3 semesters, I’ve been fortunate to study in Munich, Vienna & Dresden as part of my international Erasmus Mundus masters program. The gym is my preferred drug. I also enjoy volleyball, basketball, hiking, reading, travel, photography, yoga, spontaneous adventures, board games, and chilling with friends. Wherever I go, I try to befriend people from all walks of life. I’m incredibly grateful to have friends from over 75 countries so far. 🌍🌎🌏 I strive to live each day with a grateful heart, a joyful attitude, and a growth mindset. I'm far from perfect, but I'm always seeking ways to become a better version of myself so that I can contribute to helping others flourish. My personal motto: I want to thrive, not just survive.
Currently a student at Monash University (Caulfield campus) and working part time. I love to cook, keep my room clean and also like to hang out with others but I do respect other people's privacy. Don't mind the occasional drink and love to have conversation on any topic :)
I'm a postgraduate student studying at Monash University. I am friendly and highly respect personal privacy. I always study at the campus from Monday to Friday. sometimes I go home late because of study. I don't smoke, don't like alcohol, don't have any bad or weird habits. I prefer a quiet evening and cozy lifestyle. And I always keep my room neat.
Greetings! We are not smoking couple. We do not drink alcohol (at all). We do not follow any religious or spiritual rituals and habits. We do not have children. We have no pets with us. We are definitely not party people. We have passion and enthusiasm to live in, study and explore your beautiful city and country! Anna is a massage therapist and nurse. Her specialization includes infant and women massage. Rodion is an experienced professional worker (geophysicist and programmer). He is going to study in Monash University, Caulfield campus (postgraduate course in IT faculty) for two years. Therefore, we are interested to find a place for a long staying (from six months up to two years). Now we are living in Melbourne in temporary accommodation and we are ready to move as soon as possible. So, do not hesitate, just send us a message with your offer and email or an actual phone number (better). Internet access (Ethernet/ Wi-Fi) in your property is very much preferable. We do not need cable TV, parking lot, magic wand or anything else unimportant for us (sorry). We are ready to use bathroom shared with some other people (1–2 flatmates), but not with a crowd. It should be somehow possible to keep the room cool in summer and warm in winter (within reason). All furnished rooms distinctively will have a priority, but we are open for unfurnished offers too. We are keen on sport and outdoor activities, especially cycling, swimming, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, badminton, hiking and camping. If you have bicycles, we are ready to rent them too :) As we have our own property in home country and we are leasing it out now, we certainly share your possible worries about cleanliness and order in your apartment. We assure you that we able to maintain the initial flawless conditions of your property which you are going to demonstrate us not only in set of pictures, but during inspection too. We prefer to live in a peaceful environment and are looking for a place without frequent parties or noisy events. Many kinds of accommodation might be considered (except vehicles and seagoing vessels). Feel free to contact if you have any offers! See you soon and good luck!
