I'm an easygoing, open minded person who loves a laugh and chat, casual drinks or two and the occasional Netflix binge. You'll often catch me out on my nerdy side rewatching Rick and Morty episodes or buried deep in an Ivan Turgenev novel. I'm studying science at Monash uni, majoring in physics but I've taken this year off to relax a tad and work.
I have recently completed my masters in media and communications from Monash University and am now looking for full-time employment. I'm looking for something female only and close to public transport
One large bedroom available in a light and spacious house , sharing with two female Monash students! The room is at the front of the house and has a nice big window facing the street. The room has to be filled/paid for from 21st August. -8 minute walk to Caulfield station, Monash Caulfield campus and a Coles supermarket -only a 15 minute train ride to the city -nice neighbourhood -good sized backyard -washing machine/laundry -tv / gas heater in lounge -shower and bath -also a regular gardener comes and mows the lawn (paid for by landlord) **Bond is actually six weeks rent
I am a student at Monash and am looking for a fully furnished place near the Caulfield campus. My maximum monthly budget inclusive of all bills and Internet is 750-800$. I am an easy-going, happy and a fun person to be around. My expectations of the place are as follows: 1) Should be a neat, tidy house for I am a well-organised girl. 2) Need a private room, preferably with an attached bathroom. 3) It's better if the place has centralised heating. 4) Would want to be around friendly, non-interfering people. 5) Prefer to have female flatmates around. The above conditions are negotiable though.
Hi guys. I'm Marco, 28 years old. I'm from Milan, Italy. I'm a Personal Trainer student and swim teacher/coach. I study and work full time, 7 days a week. I'm looking for a long term, as i want to settle down in Melbourne. As i said i'm a swim instructor if is possible i'd like to move in a place with a pool but if you don't have it's fine anyway. I'm happy, extrovert, honest, reliable, polite, sociable, nice, clean, tidy. I'd like to move into a place where my flatmates can also be my friends but still respect each others space and privacy and as i'm very busy person no party house or messy house. Let me know Thanks
My name is Michael and I'm orginally from Townsville, North Queensland. I'm a quiet, responsible and mature person with full time employment. I'm after a furnished room with off street car parking as I'm a tradie with a work vehicle. I enjoy keeping fit and exploring Melbourne. I'd be keen to enjoy a drink or meal with my housemates but also respect each other's privacy as required.
I've spent 2 and a half years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi I'm moving down to Melbourne from Brisbane begining of August. Looking to make that lovely city my new home. Me: I've been sharing for most of my life, am an actor/ex biologist, like to cook, rockclimb, try to not kill the plants, dance, spend time outdoors, watch movies and theatre, sew, yoga......stuff. Will have a job, so don't worry. I come with mostly just bedroom furniture. I have a 10year old house trained tibetan spaniel x border collie, Toby, who wont eat your shoes or lunch, and is fully house trained. It would be great to find some chilled, friendly, people who like to share a meal and a drink occasionally, and are maybe artistic (obviously clean, tidy, respectful etc, but that goes without saying so...And same for me too). I am really looking for a place to call home not just a room in a house. Love to hear from you. Cheers Donna
I'm a design researcher from Italy and the Netherlands, ready to start an amazing PhD adventure in Melbourne at the beginning of October! :) I like design, art, electronic music, video games, anime, psychology, beards, skate shoes, cars, deep conversations, warm emotions and big smiles :D I'm a cheerful, humorous, affectionate, sweet person. My wish is to find a cosy place where I can feel home... I'd like to find a group of open-minded, warm, witty housemates with whom to have delicious dinners and laughful nights :)

We have some great rooms available in a share house in Caulfield East, VIC. Being so close to Monash Caulfield Campus, this is the perfect place for university students. But with public transport, Glenhuntly Road shops and parks all within walking distance, anyone will feel right at home here. Rent is inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water) and unlimited broadband internet. Send along a message if you want more information or want to inspect the available rooms.
Clean, considerate, reliable. I am quiet and enjoy staying at home but also eat out frequently etc. Love good conversation, wine, tea and animals. Although I don't have any pets myself sadly. Currently working full time as a youth worker.
Hello, I am a new student of Monash Uni. I'd like to live in a quite and neat place where is close to Monash Caufield or Clayton campus. I do not smoke, so I hope to live in a non-smoke environment. I'm interested in cooking and willing to share with others. The housemates are expected to be nice and respectful because I am just that kind.
Dudley International House is located opposite Monash University Caulfield campus and it is very close to train station, tram station and bus stop which make the transportation very convenient. Besides, there are grocery store (Coles) and a few of restaurants nearby as well. Everyone living in this property has their own fridge and pantry in the shared kitchen. In short, my place is suitable for students who look for a private room with personal bathroom.
We are a Israeli couple looking for a room around Caulfield. We are working full time, easy going and like to chill after work . we are clean and tidy and would love to meet new people.

Hi I'm Johnny, I'm a strategy manager at a digital agency for work. Some weeknights I attend classes or go for a swim and others I like to wind down with a cup of tea and a chat or netflix binge together. Weekends I'm equally comfortable doing home-body stuff or getting out and exploring! I enjoy playing some guitar and also recently started doing more cooking.
