I am looking for a share house with one other person only. I keep to myself and I am very clean. I am looking for a environment where I can relax and feel at home. I am intelligent and very friendly but also very shy. I don't have many visitors, just my adult children once a month or so. I am happy to more than my share of housework. I spend time in my own room reading books or playing games like Battlefield and Horizon because I am on a Disability Pension.. I love watching ABC and SBS and am interested in science and science fiction. I hope to find an older gentleman that I can feel comfortable with. I am 48 years old, mature, high IQ, high EQ, interested in all music, philosophy, literature and star trek. I am also very fun with a great sense of humour. I smoke and would prefer to be able to smoke in my room. I also smoke a bit of weed now and then. Good to be honest. I am not particular about the location as long as it is near public transport.
G'day! Two people looking to shack up in an existing share house or team up to create one! We really want to be close to the beach, the city and hopefully a local water hole. Nic is full time chippy loves to socialise but can also keep to himself. Always up to hang out and chat have a few drinks but very easily do his own thing. He gets along with just about anyone and rates meeting new people. Macalla works full time in a white collar and also works in a bar on weekends. She loves hanging out to music, binging the multiple online entertainment subscriptions she has (yes we can all use them), and sleeping!! We'd both like to live in a house where we can all get along and hang out. We understand people like their privacy and space and are completely on board with letting each other live in peace. Cleanliness is important and we'll do our share. We'd also like everything to be equal. Rent, bills, space in the fridge and house hold necessities should all be split equally. Please contact us if you're as keen as we are to grab a drink to get to know each other

Our place is fantastic if you are going to go to Monash Uni, it is just a 15 minute walk to the Caulfield Campus. It is a spacious house with a large living room and dining area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The house is very low maintenance so it doesn't take a lot of work to keep it clean and tidy. The room you would move is a decent size and includes built-in wardrobe, it is $222 excl. bills. Our place a townhouse on a quiet block with friendly neighbours. The house has intercom security, gas ducted heating and air conditioning. We have fully furnished the house, and you can have the option of buying the bed and mattress from the last resident. There is a small courtyard and off-street parking for your car. You'll be sharing a bathroom with the housemate Katie. As katie will be going home to Tasmania for a majority of the time you'll get the bathroom pretty much to yourself. Although our lease ends in March, there will likely be an option to re-new the lease / extend it for a period Please note that the pictures we have included are from before the house was furnished.

Hi we're Stacey & Cody, both 23YO & looking for someone to join us in a 3 bedroom home somewhere in the Southern Suburbs. We are currently looking at units around Malvern as it's a friendly area within reasonable price range however would consider other Southern suburbs but for no more than $500pw. A bit about us: Stacey works full-time work in finance in the city. Cody is studying & working part time as a fitness instructor in Hawthorn. We're both outgoing, friendly & easy going and avoid drama at all times! We enjoy cooking & keeping fit & healthy (with exception to the often cheese, wine & chocolate nights). We live social lives so love to get out & explore the city - always in search for a trendy cafe or bar with some live music. Although the social life is busy, we do appreciate down time & often find ourselves on the couch eating takeout & watching a cheesy TV series. We're both very neat & tidy and we're conservative of keeping the water, gas & electricity bills at a decent price. If you think we would get along & you're keen to check out some of the places we're currently inspecting then would love to hear from you :) Ps. Bonus points if you enjoy Meredith goats cheese & you're a batchelorette fan!! #TeamApollo

Hello! I'm from Alaska and about to move to Melbourne on a working holiday visa for an undetermined amount of time, around 4-6 months or more potentially. I'm currently living in New Zealand traveling and working while living in my car so I'm excited to move into a real bedroom. I'm ideally looking for a place without a cat as I am allergic. I'm a respectful, social and tidy person, and I plan on working full time as soon as I arrive. I enjoy almost all things outdoors, video games, and going on adventures.
Hello I am currently on the search for a new home for the next few months. I am working full time in Real Estate & have two days off work a week. I am usually out & about during the days and spend evenings at home relaxing. Bed provided is ideal, however if not I can source one. I am open to meeting all walks of life of any age & gender and generally find that I get along with just about anyone! I am honest, respectful of personal space & like to keep things tidy. I enjoy the company of others but I also need some alone time to recharge every now & then. I don't mind if you smoke & pets are an added bonus if you have them! Length of stay & price can be discussed further. Shoot me a message. I look forward to meeting you!
I'm a full time student, I work part time in a pastry kitchen on my days off of school. I am generally a quiet person. I respect people's privacy and personal space. I consider myself a considerate person as I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and the bathroom. Pretty much as house-trained as anyone can be! :)
I clean up after myself and keep things organized, but I'm not over the top about it. I love being able to have a chat with housemates when they feel up for it, but I know that sometimes we all just want our own space. It's important to me to have a good relationship with the people I live with. I like trying to keep up my fitness, so I love heading out to the gym almost as much as I love indulging in dark chocolate. I'm half American and half German and am just finishing my Bachelors Degree at La Trobe Uni.
It's a big, light filled room with BIR, in a huge, mostly furnished apartment filled with art and character. The apartment has polished floors throughout, seperate toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, with separate dining & lounge rooms. There is a tram stop across the road, shops within easy walk and a short ride (bike or tram) to Chapel St, St Kilda, city or Monash Uni.
PRIVATE ROOM in a 3 bedroom house $170 per week excluding gas, water, electricity. Wifi internet also available extra. It's a three bedroom house but only want to rent out one bedroom to a nice and trusting person who would keep the property neat and clean and respect the individual space of the other flatmates. Whether you are working full-time, students or semi-retired, you will feel the atmosphere of living in a homely environment. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. Located in a nice quiet area, close to all public transports and amenities like Malvern Central Shopping Centre, Monash University Caulfield Campus, Armadale Station, Malvern Station and a range of restaurants within 600 metres. Stop for Tram number 64 is 2 minutes away which takes to the city in 20-25 minutes. The accommodation is 10 stops away from St Kilda and 8 stops away from Chapel Street. Tram stop 41 (Tram 64): 2 minutes Other trams that take you to stops close to our accommodation: Tram 5 (4 minutes walk from the nearest stop), Tram 16 (8 minutes walk from the nearest stop. Hi! My name is Jarod and I'm a friendly guy from Perth, who recently moved to Melbourne to live, to start the next chapter of my life. I am a trained singer by passion, a marketer by trade, and a movie-lover by hobby so I'm sure we'll have loads of fun times and lots to talk about. I can also make a mean curry. I am looking to live in a furnished bedroom near/within the Jewish area of Melbourne. I am on top of my bills so I will be reliable with paying rent. I am gay, a non-smoker, and am looking to live with a person/people around my age (23). Please don't hesitate to contact me. :)
Hi, my name’s Annabelle and I’m looking to move in to an existing share house set up in the south east area, preferably with some form of parking. During the week ill be working 9-5 in the docklands in client services and I spend my weekends catching up with family/friends. Let me know if this could suit ~
Hi there, I'm a 22 year old hard working professional in Port Melbourne. I work in the events team for Variety the Children's Charity; I love my job. I'm a really friendly, no drama and honest person. I love to socialise with friends, go out for brunch, but also thoroughly enjoy staying indoors watching TV, reading a book or just relaxing. I am currently living by myself in Frankston and am looking to move to the inner city area closer to work; the daily commute is killing me! Please message me if you'd be interested in getting to know more. Cheers, Hannah
