Easy-going, smart, funny, charming English guy - lived in shared houses for as long as I can remember and never had a problem anywhere. Will keep things relaxed, clean, tidy, will make you laugh, will make you tasty food (don't worry, I always clean up after myself)... Moving to Melbourne to join a friend of mine in expanding his business (long-term) so expecting to work hard during the week and check the city out at the weekends.
Room available in a modern townhouse in Caulfield North. Share with two professionals working regular hours. Megan is a kindergarten teacher in her 20s and Ian is a speech pathologist in his 30s. The house is located on a tram line, less than 20 minutes walk from Malvern train station, and 5 minute walk to Caulfield Park. The room is large with built in robes and a study nook. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one female. We have a fourth room downstairs we use as a second living area/guest room. There is also a paved courtyard and a front lawn so there is heaps of space for 3 people to share. We are quiet during the week and in and out on the weekends, occasionally having friends over. We have a small puppy (5 months old) that lives both inside and outside. He is well behaved and doesn't shed hair. We are looking for someone friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful of living in a shared space. Cheers
Hi, my name is Amrik. I'm studying master’s degree in data science at Monash University, Caulfield. I’m friendly, mature minded, organized, respect others' privacy, and culture. I'm looking for a single or shared room near Monash Caulfield campus or nearby neighbourhoods.
I am an easy going female who keeps to herself. I have lived in many different share accommodations so find it easy to adapt. I am currently training for my first fight in boxing so I dont drink or party just like to live life to the fullest and enjoy the simple things. I currently work part time in a family business delivering fruit and vegetables and receive centerlink benefits. I recently received The diploma of community services ( AOD & Mental Health) and will be looking for work in this sector in the new year. I am looking to move as soon as possible as I am currently living in doncaster and it is to far away from my commitments and friends :)
Hi there! My name is Karolina. I am a 32 year old professional 9-5 worker who is looking for a new place to call my home. I am a neat and tidy person, who respects the place I live in. I like to do my own groceries, and as I am a vegetarian (I do eat fish) I like to cook my own food, but am more then happy to share. I do have a 2.5 year old foxy called Sparrow , who is a little shy at first, but is full of beans once he gets to know you. He is very house trained and super affectionate. He also loves the company of other dogs, so if you have a pooch yourself, that would be great! If the house has a garden, Sparrow loves to explore, and I have a bit of a green thumb where I grow herbs and some veggies - which I use in my cooking. I am looking for people who like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also don't mind if we do our own thing and respect each others space.
I'm Melinda and I work as a Nurse. I'm easy going and friendly. Currently looking for a room to rent (incl utility bills)

Hi, I'm Isabella, a 23 year old student from Germany working on my degree in psychology. I'll be studying at Monash (Caulfield) for a semester as an exchange student starting in February :) I'll be staying until mid July, so I'm looking for a place to stay at for about 6 months, but I can be a bit flexible . A bit about me: I love art (museums, exhibitions, doing some of my own, you name it), music, reading, exploring and being outdoors. I'd describe myself as chatty, very open-minded and easy-going. I've been sharing an apartment for 2,5 years now and it's always been great getting to know new people, maybe going out together for a drink sometime or doing other activities together. I've spent some time living in different countries and it's always been a great experience so far. If you're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth and fun roomie, I'd love to hear from you! Isabella :)

Hi, I'm Trung, 23 years old. I'm going to start my master's study at Monash Caulfield this February (major Business, Marketing), but I'm gonna show up on 3rd Jan, 2016. I'm an matured guy (comparing to other guys in my hometown haha), interested in reading, music, baking and cooking. I'm quite social, sometimes would like to drink, always enjoy a deep, meaningful and a little bit sarcastic chat. I would love to live with someone who loves social life, books, movies and music. has big sense of humor. I usually keep myself busy with study, work (I'm a freelance copywriter, remotely working for a Vietnamese advertising agency) and a social life. Besides, I'm keen on housework, would love to share houseworks to keep common and hygiene.
Im a 27 year old construction worker who has just come back from traveling overseas for the last 18 months, I would like to say I'm pretty easy going and love to have a laugh. One of my best traits is always seeing the best in any situation...my cooking isn't great but i still love to try anyway.
so much public transport with trams 3, 16 and 64 and Frankston, Pakenham and Cranbourne trains at nearby Malvern and Caulfield Stations. Caulfield Park is just down the road and there are many fitness gyms nearby. The room is large and the bathroom has been newly renovated. There is the option of renting an even larger room next to the bedroom as a lounge room with air conditioning, the rent then being $300 pw for the two. Both rooms have wired internet access (I got sick of wifi!). Kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a clothes washer but not a dryer. There is a nice garden with seating and a fishpond.

Hi, we are international student couple finding some place to stay for 9months. we are clean and quiet. we are also conversable and easy to get along with. not smoker. contact with me if interest. email adress:
I'm a 30 year old female originally from Queensland. I moved down to Melbourne 2.5 years ago after a stint travelling overseas and have been living in the Caulfield North area. I work full-time as a Music Therapist in healthcare. I like to be social and have a few wines but also like to do my own thing. I'm pretty easy going and won't leave a mess! Have been getting into jogging of late (quite a feat for me!) and love seeing live music. Leaving my current place as my housemate has taken the plunge to buy. Preferably looking to move into a place longer term 6 months - 1 year but flexible. Ideal move date would the 17th/18th Dec but able to move earlier if need be. Currently living with a little Staffy so all good with dogs too!
A bedroom is set to become available around late Jan, in a well located second story apartment. The available room is the master bedroom and has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The property is 3 bedrooms, and has a large living/dining room space, spacious kitchen, laundry room and small balcony. Within 50m walk of the route 5 & 64 tram route, this property is a 5-10 minute tram ride to Chapel St, and Glenferrie Rd in the other direction. Parking is available on street, or back to back on property. Very tight parking space on property, so not suitable for large cars.
Hello, I'm Yuka! I am a well-seasoned traveller from Alberta, Canada. I love skiing up in the mountains, but also enjoy staying in to just chill with friends. I have lived in share houses back home, a student residence in Tokyo, and have lived with others during my Europe trip, so needless to say, I am a people-person and used to living on my own and with new people! I am currently looking for a long-term place to call home for my next study abroad in Melbourne, Australia. I will be a law student at Monash starting January 2017 and eager to meet with other university students, as well! Thanks for dropping by :)
Easy going and friendly girl relocating to Melbourne. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful. I teach dance and study history. I love travelling, I'm always up for a day out exploring and socialising, but also enjoy relaxing at home drinking tea and either reading or watching movies/tv shows. I am looking for a 6month stay but am willing to extend it depending on the circumstances.
I'm happy, friendly and easy going. Very helpful domestically. Will be a full time student, studying a great deal but am also open to try new things and am always up for fun.

Im currently studying at Monash Uni at the Caufield campus doing a double degree. I'm on holidays at the moment and working full time as a waitress. I'm currently living in a share house with friends from school but unfortunately it is too are away from Caulfield for me and it is right on a main high way which I am not enjoying. Hoping to live in a house on a quite street with some fun house mates who enjoy going out and exploring the city! I'm easy going, a very clean person and will always help out around the house. I'm lots of fun and a great cook! Have never done this before but I'm up for new things and hoping to make some great new friends and have a great next year in a new place! :)
After three years of living with one of my best friends, her sister is moving into my room. So it's time for me to find a new home. I work full-time in media relations and was born and raised in country Victoria. I may be young, but I certainly don't live like a stereotypical 22 year old. My job is demanding so I work hard during the week but always happy to go out and have a few vinos over the weekend. I bring a lot to the roommate table. I'm clean, I love to cook (and love to cook for other people), I'm really social and easy going. The only real negative of having me as a roommate is that I have been known to sing Usher songs in the shower. I'm lucky enough to have until February to move out. If I find the right place between November and Feb I'm happy to move in at once. (BONUS: I also come with an optional extra - an incredibly comfortable King Living couch if you're looking for a top quality sofa in addition to a top quality roommate :P)
I'm a science student who currently lives in Warragul and is looking for a place closer to uni. I am a really considerate person and I keep my belongings organised and clean. I'm fairly quiet, bubbly and comfortable to be around. When I'm not at uni (or working) I like to read novels/comics, watch movies, chill out and have some chats. I have put 6 months but am flexible, same with the moving date - it's just an estimation.
Hi There! :) I am a Friendly, Down to earth, Clean person and not a party animal at all! I like home to be 'home' and a sanctuary to come home to and relax. I just moved down from up north after looking for business opportunities but plans fell through so am back in beautiful Melbourne! I lead a very Healthy lifestyle and eat very well so would be great to live with someone who leads a similar lifestyle! Non smoker etc! I am happy to start with a shorter lease time too if the right place and people become available.
