Hi, my name is Esther and i'm a 22 year old female starting work as a registered nurse at Caulfield Hospital. I'm a pretty friendly person and enjoy spending time with friends at bars, beaches, and hiking trails, though i don't get to do these things as often as i would like. I really enjoy baking, painting, sketching and music, am generally a tidy person, and very respectful of others' space and needs (especially those studying), but am always up for a good chat or night out. Looking for a social place to live, not just a room to rent. Thanks, Esther
Hi, I'm Laurie, a 23 French girl working full time in marketing. My partner (22, australian) and I are looking for a place to stay at least the next 3 months. We're both easy going, enjoying life, we love travelling and living an healthy lifestyle.
Hi` this is Hazel, 23 years old. I'm now studying in melbourne uni, master of construction. I'm looking for a place to live in for the next 6 months and I found your place is nice. And more about myself, I'm positive, like talking and sharing when i'm free. During semester especially weekdays I will be busy with studying. I prefer to have a chill weekends with friends, also like to have a movie night with housemates if possible. I like music, I'm playing keyboard but not really good at it. And i like going to gym as well .
Hey there! I'm a medical student completing a research year at the Alfred Hospital, after which I will complete my final year of my studies. I also work part time in hospitality. As such, I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, but you can rest assured that I'm a very caring, organised and responsible housemate to have. :) I'd say I'm easy going and respectful. I love spending time with others, having a meal, chat and a laugh together, as well as spending time on my own. I would love to get to know my housemates - going on adventures, brunching, or just kicking back with some Netflix. :) Other than studying, I do aerial silks and hoop (as a form of dance and exercise), go to the gym, catch up with friends, explore Melbourne's best brunches, cook and sleep. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, so most of what I cook will be only good, healthy stuff. I do love to whip up a delicious cheesecake every now and then though! I'm not a party animal - especially not during the week! - but don't mind a social gathering. I can be outgoing, and pretty quiet. I have lived out of home since 18, so I can confirm, I am trained in housemate rules. Would love someone who likes being active to go to the gym/ yoga/ someone exercise-y with! Won't lie, I tend to be a morning person!
The house is walking distance from Caulfield station and Caulfield Monash campus, and with a tram stop directly up the road, it is a perfect location for students and those wishing to seek compromise between the city lifestyle and study! The house features carpeted bedrooms, high ceilings, a spacious living room, front and back yards, and is a small stroll from Caulfield cafes and restaurants. The rent figure of $180 per week is for property payments alone, and does not include additional bills (internet, gas, electricity, etc), however additional costs shouldn't exceed $40-50 per week!

Hi! We're a couple of musicians (though not the loud kind!) looking to team up with some friendly, creative housemates. We've been together 5 years and living together for 4, both on our own and in sharehouses. Paloma is a fantastic cook and loves baking so this arrangement will get you cookies, guaranteed ;) She is beginning her Masters of Primary Education at Melbourne University this year. Joe is a piano teacher, composer and bandleader. Both of us are into board games, horror movies, and we're more into dinner parties than party parties. Most importantly we're stable, reliable, and easy to get along with. Plus did we mention the cookies? We're looking for a easygoing, friendly and respectful housemate or housemates who would enjoy sharing the odd bottle of wine at the end of a long week. We come with furnishings including fridge, couch, TV, dining table etc for common use. We're also dog lovers! Looking for a house/flat near PT to movie into near the end of February. Shoot us a message if you think we'd be a good fit together.
Hi! I'm moving from India to Australia next month to study Psychology in Monash University. I'm outgoing, loud and super friendly. I'd also like to think of myself as clean and independent. Moving to another country is a huge change but I'm very excited to meet new people to live and learn with. I'm really respectful of others' privacy and I do appreciate my peace and quiet. My hobbies include reading, running and binge watching tv shows. If i sound like the kind of housemate you're looking for then feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Thanks x
Hey guys, I have been living in Darwin for the past couple of years, however, university has brought me to Melbourne. Currently studying Business sports management at Deakin with 2 years left on my degree. I'm 27 years old and have lived out of home in shared houses a number of times and for a number of years. I have lived in Toowoomba, Brisbane, Barcelona and Darwin. I am currently employed at Sportsbet (darwin office) and working through my transfer to the Melbourne Centre. My interests are in sport, healthy living, business, reading and being social. I like to live in a positive, clean, friendly environment. Love to be social and have a few quiet drinks now and again, however, I'm definitely not a party animal lol. Like to also have some down time and space for myself where I can focus on my studies and the things I need to do. Fun, friendly, positive guy who is very keen on checking out and exploring what Melbourne has to offer :)
Hey there! I'm urgently looking for a new place to live with cheap-ish rent by the end of February at the lastest!! I'm a pretty easy going gal to live with. I would prefer my own room, Im usually busy with a lot going on but i love to just chill out at the end of the day, i'm also a clean & tidy person. I'm trying to save up so i have 3 jobs, I'm a nanny, i work in a bar and i also work as a model. Im going back toto uni this year to study interior design at RMIT! I go to gym sometimes, so i'm trying to be healthy, but deep down I'm a guilty sweet tooth and chocolate addict. I've lived in Melbourne for almost a year now, i'm originally from Queensland but i love it here in Melbourne and I'm here to stay.
Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
Hey guys I'm moving into a fab apartment on Monday in Caulfield north (4 tram from chapel street and not far at all from st kilda) found just off Orrong Road but still close to everything. Hit me up for viewings next week Xxxxx Olivia-Melissa
I'm tidy and easy-going. And I have a lot of interests, like watching movies, playing guitar, cooking, swimming, jogging. Currently, I'm studying in Monash, doing master of BIS. Hope I can find a perfect place via flatmates.
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, I'm from England and currently on a working holiday visa. I'm in Tassie at the moment finishing farm work and will be arriving back in Melbourne around the 5th of February and will be looking to move in pretty much straight away. I'm looking for a place either until the 18th of March (as I'm off travelling for a month) or longer term as I plan to come back and stick around in Melbourne for a while after my travels! I'm looking for a private room in a place with friendly housemates. I'm pretty quiet at home and like my own space but also like to spend some time watching tv or eating together. I've been living in a hostel for the past 3 months so I'm used to sharing and tidying up after myself. I'm looking for somewhere close to public transport (preferably a train station) and ideally with some shops and cafes nearby or within easy reach. A yoga studio close by would also be perfect!
Hi guys! My name is Leah, I work as a a full-time hairdresser in St Kilda and I'm looking for a room in a nice place with young, fun like minded people 😊 I'm 24. I'm clean and tidy and don't really hang around the house that much as I work full-time and like to go out on weekends, but won't say no to the occasional wine at home. Smoking is fine with me as long as its outside :) Cheers!
Doing my Honours in Biomedical Science near the Alfred Hospital and so would ideally like to move nearby. I am vegan, but respect everyone's decisions when it comes to food as long as mine is also respected. I really enjoy wine and staying at home cooking, watching netflix and just generally chilling. I work on weekends and so will likely not be at home very often and will be working full time hours during the week for honours. Feel free to contact me if you have any properties available! Looking forward to hearing from you!
HOUSE: We live in a big, old mansion on a main road in the Caulfield North/Malvern/Armadale-divide. We have plenty of large common areas including a living room and dining room filled with comfy couch and TV to share, a big kitchen, foyer, halls, and big yards (both front and back) perfect for lazy days off in summer. There are two bathrooms/toilets and a fully equipped laundry. Trust me, you won't feel crowded here. It's a gorgeous leafy neighbourhood, just a ten minute walk to Glenferrie Rd/Malvern Central and a short tram trip to Chapel St if old people and overpriced furniture isn't your vibe. The Mansion is two minutes from the 64 tram, a block from the 5 and the 16, and 8 minutes to Malvern Station or about 10 to Armadale Station. ROOMS: Two rooms available, both from Feb 1st: one is $470/month, the other $440/month. Bills not included. HOUSEMATES: Housemates are aged 25-28. The Mansion residents are a weird bunch of people looking for someone to (mis)match with us. We drink and cook, watch Netflix and play XBox. We're friendly and social and like to hang out but respectful of each others' space and if you need time to yourself, we won't bother you. - I'm Jess, I'm 27 and have lived at the Mansion for two-and-a-half years. I studied writing and publishing, volunteer with The Lifted Brow mag and work full-time as an editor. I'm an avid movie and music lover and can be found at the odd festival throughout the year. - Paul is the Mansion's longest running resident (five years and counting) and the keeper of the master bedroom. He's 27 and works as a content writer for a wine retail start-up. His interests are wine, games, books, films, wine, writing, making films, wine, photography, music, wine, cooking, YouTube and wine. - John is 25 and is learning to play pretty much every instrument there is. He's studying Music Composition and works as a wine broker. He also likes sport and fitness and wine. (We all like wine. Please like wine.) - Allen is 28 and works at Ripponlea station as one of those nice customer service people who doesn't fine you. He travelled for a while and has returned to Melbourne to find fun in festivals and colourful, creative people. We need someone clean and willing to help out to maintain the place. That said, this is not the house for someone too anal. We just need everyone to stay on top of their dishes, do chores when asked (generally every two weeks) and pay rent and bills on time. Take the bins out once in a while for bonus points. Communication is also important. We like to resolve issues before they become problems. We'd like someone willing to chat but who also has their own things going on. If you think you'd be a good fit, please get in touch! We hope for someone at least 24 years old who has experience living out of home. LGBQTI+ friendly. No couples or pets, sorry. Smoking outside only. Please send us a little something about you!
I am really chilled during the week, work in a night club on the weekend. Easy going loves a wine keen to meet new people and have a fun share house
Hi there, I am Clare, a happy, quiet and clean flat mate while very willing to talk and communicate. And of course I respect people for their privacy and personal space. After several years' work in Shanghai, I will be back to study full-time in Monash from Feb 2017. I have a healthy life style. I love music, taking photos and traveling. I will need to move in on the date of 13th Feb 2017. Don't hesitate to contact me:) Cheers, Clare
Hi, my name is Christiane. I'm a 27 year old trainee solicitor. I'm usually busy with work or my side hustle - writing and poetry - so I will stay out of your hair. That said, I'm not about hiding in my room either. I enjoy reading and tv - crime and animation particularly. I am trying to become a gym person but to be honest, I prefer being out in nature to exercise. I love traveling and art and opera and appreciate people who are reasonably clean - but I wouldn't stress if the place wasn't clean here or there. I have made a lifestyle change to quit drinking although it's not a blanket ban. I'll never say never. I smoke occasionally but am in the process of quitting and would not smoke near the house if my housemate was averse to it. I appreciate intelligence and nerds particularly as I am a closet nerd. Plus, I'm an INFP/ENFP if you know what that means then good for you :) I am open to living with people of any sexual or religious or other affiliation. All I ask is kindness and calm. I am social but in my books, my home is my sanctuary.

My name is Peter and I come from Slovenia, Europe. It is a small country so you might not have heard yet about it. I am 22 years old and will be spending one semester at Monash University as exchange student. I love sports. As a flatmate, I am sociable and outgoing, but I also need some time to study and sleep in peace.
Hi everyone! I'm Vin. I'll be doing my masters degree in Monash uni this February and now I'm looking for a place to call home around Caulfield. I'm actually planning to fly to Melbourne around the 30th of January or 6th of February. Or sometime in between. I'm a non smoker woman, very social. I have a very fond interest for anything travel, automotive, fashion and cats. I enjoy reading books, watching movies, or a nice walk/jog in a park ooor just a good conversation about even the most mundane things lol. I'm pretty cool with almost everything haha. I'm a chill person in general soo I'm pretty sure it'll be fun to spend time with me.
Unfurnished bedroom available in shared house with 3 other people. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. Room has built in wardrobes. Great central location, shops and cafes are a short walk or drive away. Close to trains and trams. On a quite street, the house has high ceilings and big open rooms with plenty of light & ducted heating and cooling.
Hi there, I'm Karan. I'm a 22 year old Indian and I'll be moving to Melbourne for my postgrad in Feb at the university of melbourne. I like to keep things clean and tidy (OCD) . I like to travel and visit new places.
I'm Tom, I'm an international student at Monash and I work part time at Woolworths. I have lived with family for 3 years in Australia but I wish to stay on while they have/are moving back to Ireland. Even though I'm not Australian I'm very settled here and I want to live with some Aussies because I get on very well with you people. I'm very clean and organised, I keep to myself mostly but I'm still very easy going and friendly. I am hard working when it comes to uni so I will probably be spending a lot of time studying and in my down time I'll probably be with my girlfriend or my friends - I don't really like hosting parties and I don't intend on bringing a lot of people over. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I will regularly offer to make you a hot drink. My ideal place would be one with a big back garden because I have a BBQ and an outdoor table in my current place that I'd like to take with me. I'd also prefer an unfurnished room because I have a lot of furniture to bring including a bed, desk, bedside table and drawers. I don't really have an ideal flatmate, as I said I'm very easy going so whether you're the type to keep to yourself or if you want a friend I think I'd be a good addition to your place. My hobbies include soccer, futsal, photography, going to the beach and travelling, but mostly I just chill with my friends or sit around reading books and playing video games.
Hi my name is Annabel. I am coming back to Melbourne from Sydney in late feb and will be looking for a room to rent. I am 25 and consider myself fairly easy going and get alone well with most people. Ideally somewhere with easy access to a train.
Close to Monash university (caulfield campus). Also close to Caulfield railway station. Indoor gym, pool and library are available. Have enough space for BBQ as well. Multiple foyer sitting areas along with beautifully landscaped gardens are there.
Hey All! I'm a chilled 24 year old student that also works 2 part time jobs. I have lived out of home from 17 so I know very well how to clean up after myself and take the rubbish out and all that 😄 I am mostly looking for people to team up with to look for a house (probably 2-3 others) in the areas stated above but not excluded to. Looking for some cool cats that are also chilled and don't mind if I bring some friends around occasionally. Honestly I do like to party and will stumble in the door from revs at midday. As long as you don't judge me all good. Even better if you're with me 😆 NOTE: ONLY LOOKING FOR HOUSES WITH YARDS, NO UNITS (cause I'm over them and need an entertaining area) What I offer: 1: All the free out of date alcohol your heart desires (one of my jobs is at a bottle store) 2. A fridge constantly stocked with healthy treats (I love to make these) 3. Banter for days 4. A rad group of friends im sure you'd love 5. so much love for any of your pets if you have any (im an animal lover) Looking forward to hearing of anyone that thinks we will get along :)
