Hi! My name is Will, I'm from Camberwell. I'm currently in my fourth year of a law degree at Monash Uni. I work at Dan Murphys and when I'm not there or at uni I like to read, cook, play jazz and watch the footy. I'm more than happy to cook and won't shy away from cleaning responsibilities. I'm a non-smoker and I'll be a responsible and considerate housemate!
Hello! I'm Ya Ping from Taiwan. I have been studying master in Monash for 1 year while living in my auntie's house. I think it's time for me to move out and live somewhere close to the uni (Caufield campus). Surviving on a part-time job and a study loan, I'm looking for a shared room or house on a budget of $160/w. I'm caring, mostly-happy and always respect others so would be ideal to be your next housemate or tenant. Reviews from my previous roommates: "You are the best roommate and the best friend ever!" "I wonder how you always keep the public area clean and tidy while your room is such a mess." "Even though you sleep a lot and never hear your alarm, I'd still like to live with you forever."
I like to keep things very organised and tidy. I respect personal space, but also like to cook a feast to share with friends. Bonus is to sip a glass or two after dinner with my flatmates on weekends. I work full-time so I expect similar routine within our premise.

Hi, moving to Melbourne in July to study abroad at Monash University from England. Studying physics though I promise I do like drinking, finding the best nights out and generally wanna do everything there is to do in Melbourne whilst there. Looking for a room preferably in a share house of other students to have a good time with. Looking mainly in Caulfield, Malvern and most areas around the Parkenham train line. Cheers
The apartment is in a super convenient location, walking distance to Coles, Woolworths and Glenferrie Street. Trams are right outside the door and trains are also a short walk away. Caulfield Park is close too, which is a great place to hang out or study. Netflix and unlimited internet are also included.
Love life and socialising but also love my down time and privacy so will be respectful of giving you space without having to be a hermit. I am a semi-professional that works work Mon-Fri with some flexibility with hours, very secure employment and can easily demonstrate trustworthiness if needed. I usually spend one day/night over weekends with friends and family on the peninsula. Currently happily single (not on any dating sites) and usually out one night a week catching up with friends. I am keen on saving money due to an off-the-plan apartment purchase (2 years away) so would like rent to cover bills, internet and off street parking and looking for long term digs. I am a cigarette smoker (for the time being) but considerate of others so only ever smoke outside. Otherwise very clean living - no alcohol or other drugs. Easy going happy person that loves to get home and put on PJ's to relax. Love cooking just not every night. I am neat and tidy but not obsessively so. I haven't house shared for some years but enjoyed the experience when I did, so am looking forward to a new chapter.
I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
I'm a student at Deakin University and also have a part-time job and now, I'm looking for home to live with tidy and happy people. I've never had an argue with my room mates. All you need is approach the situation with positive altitude. And also, I always prefer house with the pets. I can help you about them, before I came here, I was running a day care facility for dogs. I'm loving them :)
I am a fun loving, happy go lucky girl from India, here a student at Monash. I am looking for an accommodation near to the Caulfield campus. My expectations are as follows: 1) I hope I have my own private room and a washroom 2) House should be fully furnished 3) Rent should include all bills and internet 4) I am a very neat person so I hope to find a clean room.
Looking for two private semi-furnished or furninshed bedrooms. We are students from Monash University. Looking for a long term stay. Working part time. In our free time we love to go explore the city or go on random treks. Love music and food. Promise to keep the place neat and tidy! :)
Hi guys :) I'm from Germany, coming to study at Monash University for one term. I am doing a Master of Teaching for Primary Education. I'm an outgoing and open minded person and I like to meet new people. I do dancing and swimming but I am fine relaxing and having some quite time too. I look forward to explore Australia as I have never been there before. In general I do love nature and countyside. I' m a friendly and tidy person and I like having a chat or a get togehter but it is also important for me to respect each other's privacy if living together. Unfortunately I am not a great cook but I love baking, so there might be cake, pancakes or waffles from time to time ;)
We are a fun, and respectful couple, We are very social and get along with just about anyone. I am from the USA and she is from Brazil. I will study at Monash University completing a master's program (21 months) and she will work as an architect.
I'm a Southern Californian native born and raised, have the greenest of thumbs, and the literal definition of a jack of all trades. Ain't nothin I can't do! Got my BA in Radio, TV, and Film, owned my own business for a while before moving to Japan for 4 years to teach English. I love-love-LOVE languages. Aspiring to be a true polyglot. I'm currently a bartender (my one cool trick is pouring rainbow shots, so heeeeey), and I'm on a work and holiday visa for the foreseeable year (get into Melbourne on August 10th). I'm no stranger to the city, spent a few weeks there in the summer about 3 years ago. LOVE it. As a Californian, I know all about fire season and droughts, so no worry about being Eco-conscious here! I'm clean, organized, and very self-aware. I highly respect quiet and alone time, but love a few beers and a night out, or sharing a home-cooked meal (I like to bake...I hope you like to eat). My go-go dancing days in Osaka might be behind me but I still know how to have fun, whether in a group dynamic or by myself. If you wanna settle in for a movie night or board games I'm SO there! **My one caveat for full-disclosure: I haven't entered the country yet so I'll be coming in without a job (obviously) but I'm bringing enough cash with me to give me wiggle room while I look (we're fine and dandy for a while folks!) but I'm hoping to find full-time employment either bartending... or just anywhere to make a wage! :D I -am- concerned about signing longer leases (just planning for the worst) in case it's impossible to find employment and I have to credit-card a plane ticket back home like a failure-face. Though if I hit the pavement running then that shouldn't be a problem! Just wanted to get that out there, I don't feel cool not disclosing that :) -Need a place with internet -Private, furnished room -Short stay (~4 weeks) with room to increase stay (I shouldn't sign a longer lease if I can't find employment first, right? :D) I've been around, held all kinds of jobs, have all kinds of hobbies, and love all kinds of people. I'm animal-friendly and super easy-going; also open to more places than those general suburbs I've listed, just an FYI. If you think we'd get along then I'd love to be your housemate! :)
22 years old and working full time, standard Mon-Fri / 9-5 hours. I'm fun and easy going, laidback and will always laugh at your jokes - as bad as they might be! I come house trained, so I know whats expected, always keep things clean and tidy (not OCD about it though) and will contribute to fair share of the household chores. I make a mean bed but can't say the same for my cooking skills, (although working on that) so happy to work with whatever kitchen/cooking arrangements are in place. Essentially looking for a house that feels like a home with housemates that can be more like friends, happy to hang out but can also respect space when needed. Love an occasional night out for a boogie, but also vibe a night in with popcorn and movies too.
