**Moving date will be after a month from the date of an agreement because of need notice to the landlady. I'm getting organised ahead. Hi there, I'm a 30 years old full-time chocolatier who is career focused. I see myself as a discipline and sensible person. A non-smoker, not a party goer, or a troublemaker. I'm always open to discuss since everyone has a different standard and life. A little bit of my life, I'm working in Malvern(M-F 8-5 fulltime) and Canterbury(this is my casual) and living in Mitcham. I'm tired of commuting 2.5 hours every day on public transport with such inconsistency, so preferably somewhere close to my fulltime job! I go to the gym once in every second day after work and try eating healthy. Nevertheless, I'm a pastry chef, can't go anywhere far from sweets and I'm happy to share my chocolate goodies or my experimental stuff if you want to be my guineapig. Another thing to add, I have good personal hygiene standard, which I've got from my military background and occupation as a chef. The first thing I do on my day off is having a breakfast and then cleaning. It is just my routine. Not necessarily saying that I'm a prick, I just do it myself. No pressure. Lastly, I'm moving in with a queen size bed and fair few stuff.
New Zealand bred. So I get mocked for saying "bro" and "fush". Working full time in construction management in South Yarra and train Muay Thai and BJJ after work in St Kilda which keeps me busy. Like to banter about travel, business, design, architecture, property, entrepreneurship and mixed martial arts. You can find me chilling and sipping on gin and tonics with a book or listening to podcasts. Looking for a nice clean place to come home and relax in.
I'm a social, energetic, outgoing person and working full time as a Mechanical Engineer. I'm very organized, tidy, clean after myself and respect others privacy. I would enjoy a chit chat, hanging out, having a drink and sharing a meal.

Hi, My friend Alicia and I are currently staying and working in Melbourne, however our time in the lovely place we've had the chance to call home for the past six weeks, is almost up. We are two full-time baristas on the hunt for a cosy in-between home while we search for more permanent housing. We are friendly, sociable while also enjoying our downtime, and are very respectful of our living space. We are quite flexible with lengths of stay and living arrangements so open to all kinds of options :)

Ryani s a full-time employed corporate professional and Kiara is currently studying. Worth noting, Lyla is a medium-sized 2y/o pup with a personality that's sure to steal your heart. She tends to sleep most of the day, with some spots for playing with toys in the middle. She loves other dogs but not the biggest fan of cats (sorry!)
