Hi I'm from New Zealand and have spent most of my time over the last few years living in Melbourne and am moving back again to Melbourne next month 😊 I work with horses full time so normally keep to myself during the week as I'm busy with work but enjoy socialising and having a bit of fun on my weekends off. Looking for a homely place preferably near Caulfield racecourse as I don't have my own transport just yet. Thank you!
Its a freestanding house. It's climate controlled. There's a washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher. Gas hobs. big fridge/freezer. There's a nice big desk in the room with dual screen. The living room has a huge comfy couch and has a dedicated computer hooked to the tv with all the latest best downloads.
Hi Guys I'm going overseas from May 27th - June 11th looking for someone to replace me. The house is lovely, warm, clean and tidy, a build in heater in each room and all facilities are available. 5min walk to Gardenvale train station 2 min walk to bus stations everywhere you want. Already reduce the price because of the short period, bills are included.
We're tidy, we tend to keep to ourselves but also like a good chat with the housemates we live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both pretty easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. (We are looking for a large bedroom)
GREAT ART DECO HOUSE! The room is available Hi, we are now looking for 1 new housemate to share this great Art Deco house situated in a relatively quiet street in Caulfield South which is very close to parks, public transport (tram and bus a 2min walk away, 5 min drive to train stations on the Frankston and Sandringham lines) a short walk to Glenhuntly Road shops and within a 5 min drive to all major supermarkets. On offer is 1 UNFURNISHED bedroom (with 12 ft ceiling) which could accommodate a Queen size bed, side table and other furniture. The room has a stand alone open wardrobe with small drawers if needed but please note that we are unable to provide other bedroom furniture. The house is fully furnished but happy for you to add to this if it works better. There is a large kitchen with room for another fridge, separate dining and lounge room, bathroom with separate shower and bath, a laundry, central heating and on street parking. You must be clean & tidy, be prepared to share household chores and are able to pay rent & bills on time. Sorry, no short term stays, couples or pets. About us:- You would be sharing with 2 girls (30 +) who are friendly, social, easy going and respectful of other people's space but also happy to engage with our fellow housemate over a drink and a chat or the occasional meal. We both lead busy lives, love good food & wine, enjoy gardening, cultural pursuits and spending quality time with family and friends. Furthermore, living in this great location you have close access to a gym (only a street away), tennis courts 100 metres down the road, a similar distance to a couple of local cafes and a 10 min drive to Brighton Beach. Rent is $197.33 per week ($789.33 pcm) plus utility bills and internet. Bond is $760.33. So if you like the sound of what's on offer, please drop us a line. We look forward to hearing from you soon. My name is Lisa and I am currently looking for an all female flat as I wish to move from the Gold Coast to Melbourne in November/December this year. I am a very responsible, well mannered, respectful and clean individual and punctual with bills and rent. I am not a party person and plan to study fulltime at uni as well as work. I love animals and meeting new people who I can be social with. I am a bubbly, hard working person and would love to flat with people who are like minded!! *I have been renting and living out of home for over a year and have references
I am a business development manager who works full time Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm . I go to gym most week nights and often go to/out with friends for dinner, so will not be around much in the evenings either. I am an easy going and down to earth guy, who wants to live in a positive space with positive people. My best attributes as a house mate would be that I am considerate, hygienic, clean (not ocd) and a deep sleeper
23 year old Monash Law student from Perth. Looking for accommodation with anyone who is friendly and has clean habits! I love to socialise and go out but I do require a lil bit of quiet time to study (however, this will mostly be done at uni). I can provide good qual banter and if I really like you, maybe some baked goods. No smokers. Females preferred. Feel free to message me to get to know me more!
Nice, responsible, sociable, outgoing and funny German guy, who loves to cook, hang out with friends, going to bars or whatever. Open for everything and pretty easy going. I am originally from Cologne in Germany but study in Berlin in my Masters. Just came back home from a year abroad in the US and now try to work as a barista for 3 month in Melbourne.
Hi, I'm Aidz, 30 y/o, from the Philippines! I'll be taking Masters in Design full-time at Monash (Caulfield) this coming July and I'll be arriving in Melbourne on June 26. I'm a photographer and a graphic designer so that makes me an artistic person, I'm very much into music as well, I play the guitar (but I'm not bringing one, unfortunately) and can sing decently, I like searching and listening to new indie artists/bands, but the majority on my playlist are very old school. I also love playing video games, NBA 2K or FIFA anyone?? I'm a bit of a geek and I quite know my way around techy stuff. I also love to cook so I can make some meals whenever I have time. I'm usually content being a homebody, but I sure love to go outside once in a while! So, show me around when I get there? Since it's my first time to live alone and in a different country, I'm not just looking for roommates but also (hopefully) lifelong friends that I can treat and also treat me as "family". My mom is an OC when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and keeping things in their proper place, so somehow I picked that up from her, but don't worry, I'm not very imposing like her haha! I highly value my privacy and takes care very well of my possessions, so you can expect me to do the same for you. I drink, but not too much (those days are over haha!) I'm fun to be around and can get loud and crazy at times, but I intend to do very well on my studies so I can assure you that I'll be quiet most of the time. Anyway, if you think we get along very well, I'd really appreciate hearing from you!

Hi guys! I'm Mel and I'm 28 years old. I'm a laid-back, friendly person, and I enjoy living in a harmonious, clean environment. I have gone back to uni this year to do my Master of Social Work, so looking for somewhere not too far from public transport. I like all the usual things; live gigs and music, going out, travelling, markets and cider. I enjoy living with a friendly group of people, and socialising with them without treading on their toes. I like to have my own space from time to time, as I'm sure most people do, and I'm not looking for a overly crazy party house. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have some other furniture (lounge, armchair and fridge) so ideally looking for somewhere with some space.
