A great room available in Caulfield South! You will be sharing the unit with two girls in their mid-twenties, both of whom are super friendly and easy-going. The room is a good size and comes with a private balcony. A portable wardrobe and an extra clothes rack are available for no cost. The unit itself is a great size, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious lounge/dining area. Please note: the pictures show the room furnished in a couple of different ways, but it will be empty once you move in! The best thing about this unit is the fantastic location!
