I’m layed back quiet and neat. I get along with pretty much everyone and don’t judge. My dog is 7 years old, well behaved and well trained. I don’t drink alcohol but have nothing against it.
Hi I'm Shayne, male, expat kiwi. Suitably someone that would prefer a quieter environment. Someone looking for a place to call Home and not just a room to rent. Age and profession, ethnicity not important, females only please. Balance of energy is Qi. You need to be trustworthy and considerate! No 4 legged pets. The room is large with built in robes and has en suite bathroom. I have my own en suite bathroom. Room Is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. There is room for two cars in a underground secure car park. Shopping centre is literally seconds to walk to, including supermarket. Southland train station is now operational and less than 3 minutes to walk to. The living area is fully furnished so the need for extra furniture will not be required. Outdoor area has BBQ and outdoor setting with small garden area. About me, healthy eater, many interests outside the home. Living area Purposely set up to create a harmonious and spiritual vibe. Previous housemates are contactable as referees. Bills are included as well as Internet and Netflix. No Foxtel!!! Don't want it! Don't ask for it!! Buy your own food. Females only for balance of energy. No males thank you.
We have a great small and cosy to bedroom apartment. You would have your own bathroom separated from your bedroom. There is also the option of renting the other room with its own ensuite which would be 240 a week. Wifi unlimted is included in the rent the only bill that would need to split is electricity every 3 months. Close to southland station and shops.

Wish to find a room in a share house that in a nice neighbourhood, and close to school if possible(my school is in Moorabbin). Like to live with people are clean, considerate, mature. Work in real estate in Beaumaris but when I'm not working I love to cook, sketch new ideas and go out for some fun with friends. My typical routine consists of exercising, meditating, working and watching way too much Netflix. My ideal new home would be somewhere close to my work, public transport and local shops/amenities. I really value a clean, peaceful and fairly social environment. Would love housemates that are also employed, 25 - 35yrs old or similar maturity level, wouldn't mind watching a good movie together and enjoy some good banter.

Hello South East Melbournians, I am a 26 year old Engineer (Queensland based) that has just landed a new position in Clayton South in Victoria and am looking for somewhere to call home for the next little while. My role will require me to travel a lot so there will be periods when I am away from home between 4-6 days at a time, about 15 times a year. Outside of work I am a massive sports fan, main areas of focus being rugby league, motorsport, cricket and tennis, but being from north of the border consider me a new fan of whatever AFL team you might support. Previously whilst at University I worked for arguably the best wine store in the country and as such have developed a decent palate, so if your looking for a drinking buddy that knows his stuff about French red wines or craft beers look no further. When not sampling new wines/beers/whiskys I enjoy hiking, bike riding, eating out, reading, gaming and board games so cover a board spectrum of interests. Additionally I bring a current Stan and Foxtel Now subscription so consider your Game of Thrones and No Activity cravings satisfied. If you like what you have read so far, I start work at my new position on the 8th of January and am looking to drive down from Queensland a couple of days before to get settled before it all kicks off. As such places that offer either on or off street car parking will be required to house my car. Looking forward to possibly meeting you. Regards Adam
Cosy, spacious, tranquil space, close to public transport and the beach in a quiet court. The property has a private backyard. A gentle space to come back to after a long day. The property has 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. Shower over bath. Washing machine available.
21 year old Kiwi who is moving over to Melbourne to follow work as a Flight Instructor. Looking for a place to live that is furnished and close to Moorabbin Airport.
Gday guys! My names Riley! Im Interested in the room you have to offer. A bit about myself; I have started my own internet marketing business, so I’m always busy. I like going out with my friends every couple of weeks, reading, going to the gym and walking on the beach. I pride myself on my appearance as well as my cleanliness. I appreciate a clean living environment. I tend to be pretty quiet, but if for some reason I’m loud I appreciate when I’m asked to quiet down a bit as I believe transparency is key to a successful household. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP! Kind regards, Riley.
So i have a private room available at the front of the house with a big bay window and a BIR. My housemate Sarah and I get along great and we are looking for another like minded individual who will respect the house and be generally down to earth, trust worthy open and honest and offcourse friendly! The house has refrigerated ducted heating and cooling which means nice and toastie in winter and ice cold in summer! Internet and all bills are included and being at the rear of the property its a safe and secure house (two on the block) and our neighbours are pretty cool also! The room will have a single bed and a desk or I can clear it out for you and you can bring your own furniture. The room size is approx 3.5 X 3.0m with plenty of space and there is a seperate toilet and shower! You'll get half the vanity in the bathroom also to put your things! The house is located across the road from shops where you can do grocery shopping and a post office and chemist as well as being right in the middle of heaps of parklands and a bus stop just outside our street (20m) and 10 minute walk to Southland and 20 minute walk to the station. I'm sure I've missed something but feel free to contact me with any questions :) Cheers
I'm currently living in a small apartment in cheltenham but recently adopted a 60kg bull mastiff (not dog/animal friendly as he was a guard dog before I adopted him) and the balcony just doesn't cut it for a yard anymore, he's my main reason for moving but I do also want to make some new friends. I work nights in the adult industry so needing people with an open mind. This also means I get home when most people are getting up but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so make as much noise as you want! Lol I am still a party girl but do also like my quiet nights when I'm not working. I'm a pretty relaxed person and free spirited but being an Aussie I do have my inner bogan that comes out when I go camping. I have two cars and a bike so car spaces would be amazing but I don't mind parking my daily car and bike on the street, I just need an undercover area for my hearse as it has a vinyl roof in mint condition so don't want any sun damage on it. 🤙
Hi, we are a couple in our mid-20s - Laura & Brad, both working professionally in the backstage theatre industry. We currently live in New Zealand, & will be in Melbourne 5 Jan-18 Feb for work. We would love to rent with you for this time! We are both friendly & relaxed but tidy and respect others' space/living environment. Ideally we are looking for a place near anywhere on the Frankston train line. Also dependant on how this time goes, we may be looking for further accommodation to return for work after this. We look forward to hearing from you - please feel free to message! Many thanks, Laura & Bradley
I just separated from my partner and need to find somewhere as soon as possible! I'm very used to cleaning and take pride in my space being tidy. I may be only 19 but I'm mature, independent and will always respect you and do my part in the house. I'm very family orientated, I'm studying Community Service at Holmesglen, I work at a restaurant in Mentone, and I love to draw, read, write, play video games, sports, watch movies and I'm a massive history buff and animal lover. I'm not much of a party-goer and prefer a night in with friends or by myself. I have a 6 month old kitten named Abe. If I'm able to bring him along, I would love to but if I can't, I should survive! He's an extremely affectionate and social cat (despite the stereotype) and he's very well trained. He's used to many people and other pets. He's everyone's best friend.
Hi, my name is Manen and I'm a professional male working full time Mon to Fri. I am pretty much out and about but I do like to come to a home that is relaxing and peaceful with an easy-going housemate. I like to cook for myself and you’ll often see me in the kitchen in the evenings. I'm pretty easygoing, laid back and respectful- both of people and property. I’m outdoorsy and stay fit and healthy and have many interests in life. I am typically away half of the time including some weekends. I have a 13 year old daughter who visits me on weekends. Ideally I would require a separate or shared room for these days when she's around. She's mild-mannered, creative and intelligent, respectful of others and she loves animals. My intention is to find the right place and live there for the medium to long term so it would NOT suit me if one's available only for the short term. Some separate storage space would be a bonus as well as a lock up garage for my bike. Happy to provide references.
Hey there! I'm still living in SA at the moment but have been accepted into Monash University (Clayton Campus) to do a Masters Degree starting February 2018! So am putting myself out there as I'll need a place to live in Melbourne for approximtely 10 months, maybe longer :) I am 22, but am a full-time student and also work part-time. I am also a non-smoker, and don't have any pets which makes things easier for moving. I am an easy-going person to live with, and like my things to be neat and tidy. Ideally, I'm looking for a home with like-minded people I can be mates with, possibly other people who are students too! I'm not that much of a party animal, I love good food, music, wine or beers and good times, but will be pretty busy working and studying whilst I'm living in Melbourne too. I'm super easy to communicate with, and looking forward to living/working/studying in Victoria! I won't be able to move until mid-February-ish (date flexible), but please don't hesitate to contact me for a chat whenever! Thanks guys!
