Besides that, I'm relaxed, easy-going, and like to keep my things relatively clean and tidy. I generally find it easy to get along with anyone and although I like my alone time, I'm always keen for a chat. Hey Guys! This is an affordable room in walking distance to Epping Train Station, Coles and Epping Shops. We are a 15 min walk + 5 min bus to Macquarie University, and a 15 minute walk + 20 min express train away from the City. Room is fully furnished, all you need to bring is your lovely self! Rent includes water and internet. Other utilities work out to be just over $10 a week depending on electricity usage- but current roommates do not use much so they shouldn't be expensive. All shared goods (toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent) included! Bargain! I will be doing an internship overseas, so need someone to take over my rent while I am away. This will be until August 1st of next year, however lease can be extended based on the situation.
