Hi! I'm Hadassah (or Dass is fine!) and I'm back on the house hunting journey. I've been living in Ashgrove for the last two years, but it's time to move on. Joining me is my 4 year old cat Smudge. She's an indoor cat, very sweet and quiet - except when she's hungry lol. I work full time in insurance (4 days per week at home and 1 day per week on site) and I'm also a part time student at QUT. So I do need fast, reliable internet and a space that's peaceful enough to focus. I'm ideally looking for a place with my own bathroom (an ensuite would be perfect!) to set up Smudge's litter box. I'm happy with house sharing, a granny flat, own place, or down/upstairs area of a property - I'm fairly flexible but appreciate my own space.    I have a partner who stays over 1-2 nights a week, but you won’t need to worry about noise, we stick to ourselves as nerdy introverts. I’m not much of a party person, but more than happy for you to be. I'm pretty quiet and low-key day to day. I tend to keep to myself, especially with limited downtime, but I'm always respectful of shared spaces and of course respectful of your privacy. I’m also always down for a chat or movie night :)   In my free time, I'm usually playing video games on my PlayStation or riding my motorbike (a positive is that I don't need much space for parking!) I'm open to moving back to Moreton Bay or sticking around Brisbane. I’d prefer not to move to Logan sorry! My budget has some flexibility, depending on the place. I’m currently looking for a new place as I’ve just started a job on the northside, and the daily drive from Calamvale on the southside is becoming too time-consuming and costly. I’m hoping to find a long-term rental where both myself and my cat (my little buddy) can settle in comfortably. A bit about me: I’m a big gamer and love fantasy. While I can be a bit reserved at first, I’m quite talkative once I get to know people. I work fairly standard hours (8am–4pm), though sometimes my job requires short work trips. During those times, it would mean someone keeping an eye on my cat for just a day or two, so ideally flatmates who are okay with that. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and believe home should always feel safe and welcoming for everyone. I’d never want to be the reason someone feels otherwise. I’d love to create a comfortable home environment where everyone gets along. It’s a big plus if you’re also into black smithing, bord games, RPGs, fantasy, anime and cosplay I enjoy all of those and even do 3D modelling and printing, which sometimes comes in handy.
