This is a 4 bedroom house currently occupied by two males. The house has one main bathroom with an second bathroom that has the clothes washer in it. I am the owner of the property and live in one of the rooms. I am a 32 year old professional currently working within the NSW Health sphere. I enjoy watching YouTube, reading and riding my motorbike. I like a drink and don't mind a good social outing though I am starting to settle down. Another room is rented out to a 40 year old professional who works within the telecommunication sector. He is chill, enjoys a good feed and watching movies. The house has unlimited internet which is included with the bills. There is Netflix, an Xbox and a PlayStation 4 though the consoles are rarely used. Everyone has privacy of your own room plus shared access to communal areas of the house (lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, front verandah). The room itself has a bed. I can furnish it with a tallboy and a table or if preferred can leave the room unfurnished. I am typically out of the house as I work 9 until 5 and and come infrequently. I tend to eat out or am away on business/leisure. There is parking at the side of the house or on the street. I am pretty relaxed and welcoming of anyone from all walks of life. I am flexible, agile and the home environment would suit a person who likes to relax and chill. There is a decent sized backyard and some chairs to relax or to do some training. Around the neighbourhood there are parks and walking tracks, a tennis court and the house is resides behind a golf course. Birrong pools is less than a 5min drive away. The house is about a 15 to 20min walk to Sefton and Birrong station. Chester Hill shops with Woolworths, restaurants and other commercial entities are about 5 mins drive. Regents Park is about a 5min drive away as well and it too has a few restaurants and commercial entities. Berala shops which has Woolworths(larger than the one in Chester Hill) is under a 10min drive.
There are two rooms available at the back of the house with separate toilet for both room. You have access to kitchen and main hall with TV, Foxtel, Washing Machine and free weekly clean. In front my house have Bus station, walking to Train station just 15mins, have Woolworths , Asia supermarket , restaurant, gym, park, and near Costco . This area is close to Regents Park, so that is easy found Job.
