Walking distance to the beach in the backyard! Right across the road from the river in the front yard! I live in a granny flat currently by myself and I am looking for a tidy, easy-going and working housemate. I have one small but cosy room, with plenty of storage available or I also have a huge garage (bigger than the whole flat) available too. The garage will be $150 or the room will be rented for $175. Hi! I'm an eighteen year old Gold Coast local looking to move out with some like minded people - I enjoy going out on a Friday night, hunting for new dinner spots, watching Netflix and sleeping. I fit it all in around working a full time job and doing uni two days a week. I'm respectful of your space but hoping to be friends with whoever I'm living with! Also majorly allergic to cats
I'm an electrician that enjoys the outdoors. I'm outgoing but appreciate the quiet times aswell, currently waiting for summer to crank into action as ill be on the water most days
I work in art depts in the film industry and have a contract in Coolangatta for 3 months. My house is up at Jacobs Well which is a long drive when I have worked 12 hours a day. I have a small brown 16 year old terrier who is able to come to work with me and therefore would need to find a place where we could both stay close to work. Probably go home a lot of weekends.
I am a personable 44yo non smoking female with a dry wit and easy smile. I have integrity, reliability and am tidy. I recently accepted an interstate job transfer and am seeking suitable accommodation preferably with an on-site pool and / or gym. I welcome the opportunity to chat about your offering at the earliest convenience.
I'm honest, respectful, reliable and a happy person... I work as an electrician. Early starts and long days generally so very quiet through the week. I love the ocean and surf when I can or otherwise playing golf . I'm never hanging around the house too much and like to be outdoors enjoying the day
I'm an honest, reliable, responsible, thoughtful, and tidy 47yo single Dad. Pretty easygoing. Good sense of humour. Good sense of fairness. Sound rental history. Looking for similar person/s to share a 3/4br house in the Kingscliff/Tweed Heads area. Can pay up to $350/week for my share of rent and ready to move now. Long term preferred. I have a sporting/fitness background and currently studying a diploma of remedial massage therapy full time at Kingscliff TAFE (finishing July 2019). I don't mind going out for a beer or two occasionally to socialise and unwind on a weekend, or chilling with a glass of wine occasionally at dinner in good company but i'm not usually a big party person. I consume a varied diet. My charming, sociable, inquisitive and active 14yo son, who is also my best mate, lives with me full time and we're pretty much joined at the hip when he's not at school or visiting his mother. We're always looking to do fun things, much more so than sitting around doing nothing. Some of our favourite activities include: heading down to the river to go fishing in the boat, weekends away camping, going to the beach for a surf or swim, working in the garden mowing lawns or growing some veges, visiting the theme parks, playing cricket or kicking the footy down at the local park, and going to watch live games. We both like to cook and we clean up after ourselves, My son is always looking to help with odd jobs and chores to enhance his allowance and i'm very proud of him for what a fine young man he's becoming. *It's important to note that I have a 12yo daughter who currently lives with her mother. Unfortunately at this time i don't see much of her, but i'm hopeful that that will eventually change and she might come to spend some weekends/holidays with her brother and me. We also have a big beautiful 4yo ridgeback dog called Sally who is a very loved and well looked after family member (hence units and townhouses are not an option). She is non-aggressive, non-destructive, rarely barks, and very friendly with both adults and kids. She has always lived outside and gets on well with other dogs. ABOUT YOU: I'm open to sharing with another clean living single parent or a couple of singles (students ok). Not convinced about couples but i'll keep this option open. Age and gender not an issue. Don't mind if you're quiet and like to keep to yourself, or if you're more sociable and like to have friends around occasionally. Don't mind if you are an early bird or a night owl (please just be considerate of excessive noise). Don't mind what you eat. Don't mind if you smoke..i just ask that it's outside and you use an ashtray. Don't mind good music within reasonable hours. Pretty much just want whoever we live with to be somewhat normal, a happy light-hearted demeanour, possesses the ability to communicate any issues or problems without becoming overly charged with emotion or aggressiveness, a decent moral compass, kid-friendly, reliable with rent and bills, co-operative with keeping mutual living areas clean and tidy, and generally respectful/able. .
Hi. I’m a local Gold Coast girl looking for a room to rent. I work part time at GCUH as a nurse so work a rotating roster. I am pretty easy going and a non smoker. I have a fully trained 10 month old rotti who would need a reasonable sized backyard to play in.
Hey I'm Riley and Ive just recently moved up from the south coast to start a new gov tradey job. I'm an open minded, environmental minded, casual surfy type of guy who has travelled quite a bit around this great planet, and intend to start a new life here! Not fussed with who I share with but I believe a share house should be communal to some degree and interaction amongst housemates is crucial, disappearing into rooms straight away kinda feels unnatural to me. I'm considerate of noise and cleanliness, always wash up as I'm cooking and aren't the type to bring parties back, a home is kind of like a retreat from the outside world as well! On my days off youll find me surfing, riding my bike, beaching it or doing something outdoors. Would be good to live with other surfers or anyone keen for an adventure! Could be open to a team up with 1 or 2 people as well!
