I am a f/t employed postgrad professional, returning to Sydney from a 6/52 contract in central qld. I'm a chilled, friendly, reliable, tidy minimalist. Excellent rent history and potential long term if it works well. I Like to relax at home after a demanding work day, and go out to socialise: music, theatre, arts, small bars, friends. I also like Hiking and yoga. The occasional shared dinner, or wine and a chat together is nice. Rarely a Netflix binger but it’s been known to happen. We're two Austrians (from the australia without kangaroos) visiting Sydney for some months. Tobias is working remotely for an IT company and I am a student at Macquarie possibly looking for an internship to do my Master's thesis in. We want to make the most of our stay so we'll be up for a lot of activities. Going out for food and beer is great but we are no party people. When it comes to tidiness and cleanliness, we are of course doing our part assure the apartment stays in a great condition.
Hello :) I am Jee yoon Lee. I worked for Marketing part at one of Theme park near from Seoul named Seoulland, but I quit my job last year and I came here Sydney for working holiday now and I'm taking me-times. :) I really like making friends! I do love to talk with other people. Conversation is the most important thing to have good relationships with people, i think. And also, i’d love to travel but there was not many chances to leave as i was bit busy to work. even though I am here for working holiday but If I have a chance from now on, I heartily want to go somewhere, Anywhere! :)
Full-time worker, I like a combination of staying in to read and drink tea, and going out for a dance or a few drinks on a Friday or Saturday night. Looking for somewhere ideally in the inner west, budget max. $250 p.w.
I'm an Architect, recently moved back to Sydney from Rocky. I'm a laid-back person, who loves music, hiking, catching up on Netflix, hanging out with friends and working out. I'm looking for a private room in a share house, preferably an ensuite room.
-Looking for ONLY 1 roommate who cleans up after him/herself, quite, respectful, likes cat and pays rent on time. I do not welcome unmannered slob. -Rent is negotiable only if the person is very well mannered. - Current lease ends in March 2019. -Off steet parking spot cost $50 per week, if you need a parking spot then the rent would be $ 650 per week. -My roommate gets a private bedroom and bathroom, I have both single bed and double bed available, you can bring your own if you wish. -My place is extremely convenient and modern, walk to Central station only takes a few minutes and the building is right next to central park mall(Woolworth, various shops and restaurants). -Residents in this new building gets access to the pool, spa, gym and BBQ in the building. -Bills and Wifi are included in the rent -1 cat in the apartment, not considering anymore pets. :-( -The balcony is my private painting studio, but I don’t mind if my roommate wants to take a peek with my permission.
I'm a Kiwi (New Zealander), originally from Wellington. I enjoy meeting new people, drinking coffee, brunch and generally just being out and about in the sunshine. Huge fan of cricket and rugby too. I'm a management consultant by day. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, reliable and considerate flatmate (I promise I'll reciprocate!). Given I'll likely be at work most of the time during the week, keen to have the occasional chat during the weekend over brunch :)
Professional, non smoking female relocating to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I’m easy going and looking for a friendly place to build a home where I would feel comfortable enough having friends over for the occasional infrequent dinner. I’m not a party animal but don’t want to just sit in a room by myself either. Something in the middle would be perfect. I work in the travel industry and am out quite frequently during the week due to work commitments. I’m really excited about this move to Sydney and hoping to find the perfect base to start this new journey from.
From the middle of South America, Paraguay, going to The University of Sydney for a postgraduate course with a scholarship provided by the government of my country. Pesco-vegetarian, easy going, like to cook and be with nature.
This is a very enjoyable community to live in, with many events. There is unlimited Wi-Fi and all utilities are included (even air conditioning). The room is part of a shared apartment with 4 other rooms who all share a common area which includes a kitchen and a living room. The room itself is fully furnished and has an ensuite bathroom. The building has an onsite gym, terraces, BBQs, larger kitchens, and lounge areas as well. It is a great location as it is close to the Downtown Area of Sydney and is near many universities.
Hey, i’m Neza. I’m a neat and friendly girl and I also consider myself a bit of a peacekeeper. I don’t like bein in conflict and i don’t make much trouble. So i’ll be hustle-free as your housemate. That said, I like to live in the in a living environment where it is peaceful, clean and friendly. I’m Indonesian but Aussie born.
Hi all. 31yo UX designer working in tech, looking for a new Sydney home. I tend to be pretty busy during the week - work, efforts to stay active, reading and tinkering take up a lot of my time. But I'm quietly social when I get the chance, and of course love to share a glass of wine with those around me every now and then. Weekends I try to get outdoors - hiking, camping, beaching, etc. Looking for a comfortable place where we all respect each others space. Added bonus - somewhere leafy with good coffee nearby! :)
As a working professional with experience living in share accomodation, I know what makes the ideal housemate. A relaxed attitude towards life, clean, tidy, friendly and low-maintenance. I'm a people person, but enjoy quiet time and meditation too. On the weekends I am out and about, but my partying days are behind me. I love to read, surf, and drink coffee, and am inspired by music and the creative arts.
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)
Hi, I'm Adz! I'm a digital tech / marketing professional (pron: high-functioning alcoholic nerd) whose flatmate is abandoning him at the end of March, triggering a desire to find somewhere or someone new. I haven't listed the soon-to-be spare room in my current pad because I think I could be getting better value in this market and my landlord recently replaced the broken dishwasher with a garish white one that looks the way bleach smells... I'm great to live with because I: Am relatively tidy, but definitely clean - you know? You won't be pulling out a dish and seeing a layer of grease if I've washed it. Cook well and am good at wine-pairing, plus I have a large collection, quietly maturing. Don't play my music or videos too loud. Mix some mean cocktails and know how to prescribe the right one for every type of frustration and celebration. Try to live healthy (gym, clean-ish eating), so I might be a decent influence on you! Regularly do the shopping and have a car (need a space for it if we're finding a new place). Have all of the furniture and fixings for a lounge room, dining room, a bbq, kitchen and laundry.
