I'm currently trading/investing in the asx and crypto and studying a masters of financial modelling part time. But you’d never pick it I like to laugh haha. But it doesn’t take much time, I’ve got commitments in the inner west I won’t be there all the time, I spend more time learning Spanish than my masters. I've lived in share houses for many years of my life and no complaints, I’m pretty easy. Happy to kick back but also commitments. Non-smoker, I have a little blue staffie who I take to the beach haha but he will stay with family unless you’re ok with having him. He’s perfectly behaved. If anyone’s learning Spanish that’d be cool I speak a bit but still learning. I spend a lot of time in columbia. My length of stay is flexible. My move date is flexible, I live in Annandale right now but the landlords are knocking down our house. I also have some stuff if necessary like 2 big good TVs, 2 new good couches, a good spare laptop I don’t use much. I don’t need to bring them but if you want them easy. I can pay like 3 months or whatever up front after a week of living there if I’m all good with staying there. Hopefully meet some nice interesting people. Thank you. I uploaded photos to iCloud on a dodgy old laptop and I lost 5 years of photos. Fucked tinder when I was using it but I got over it but now this as well, I’d be more than happy to just drop in for you to meet me for 30 seconds.
