I'm a single fifty-two-year-old professional Civil Engineer looking for a room in shared accommodation for 6 months plus, ideally with one other person or possibly a couple. I'm very clean (and couldn’t live anywhere that isn’t), neat and tidy, quiet, don't smoke or take drugs, relaxed and easy going, only go out and drink occasionally, have infrequent visitors, love animals/pets (but I don't have any of my own), respectful, considerate, and sociable, but I’ll always respect other house-mates privacy and personal space. I work full-time, but primarily from home, so I'm looking for accommodation with a suitable and sufficiently large enough area for a decent desk (whether it's my own or if there's one available), which ccan either be located within my bedroom or somewhere else if suitable. I'm willing to pay accordingly on the basis and understanding I'll be working from home most of the time. I’m a father of 4 adult children, who are all independent and living in their own accommodation. I play beach volleyball twice a week, surf, tennis and enjoy walking, going to the beach and chilling at home watching tv and relaxing in the evenings, when I get the time.
