I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
I’m clean, I bake, I occasionally knit. I’m your grandma except more open-minded. Probably. I’m a non-smoker and I drink very occasionally - I’m much more likely to deso drive you to maccas. I work part time as a receptionist and attempt to be an artist the other part of the time. I have one, house trained cat who thinks he’s a dog.
Large house with two bedrooms available for rental. Shared large chefs kitchen with WIP, separate living and lounge areas. Two fridges, two microwaves, etc. so people can keep their stuff sorted. Lots of cupboards. Alfresco out back for outdoor relaxing, a BBQ and a bit of gardening. House is fully furnished with most required items. Internet is connected with cable, so works and fast (unlike NBN). Fully air conditioned with Industrial A/C, so can heat or cool the entire house in minutes, so great for the hot summer days and colder winter nights. Off-street parking for three cars. Elliptical and bench for home gym, if required. Simple relaxing gardens areas (gardener included). Bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, bedside, table). Both have BIRs. Awesome location... Central to Beach, CBD and Flinders... Lots of local cafes, takeaways and pubs that you can walk to, multiple local shopping centers within 1km and easy access to City, Glenelg for beach/movie or flinders uni/FMC south, all in 15 minutes. Huge Park for a jog/walk, or swing. Cross trainer at home as well. Tennis courts locally for a hit. Gyms, Pilaties, Judo, Physio, etc. all locally as well, if needed.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I love to have a chat over a cuppa. I enjoy cooking and gardening. I am respectful. I have a 4 year old spoodle named Banjo who loves belly rubs and cuddling. Love playing games but my favourite thing to do is to sit down with a good book.
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works a different roster every week but mainly nights and weekends. Enjoys cooking, music, having mates around and watching the footy with a cold beer.

Hi, my name's Sarah and I'm looking to move to a share house to save some money on rent. I currently live alone with my dog Max. He's a very well-behaved Maltese cross who adores cuddles. I'm currently working part-time but will be moving to full-time soon. I tend to keep to myself most of the time but I also like to socialise and have a chat, so ideally I'd like to live with others that are similar. I usually spend my spare time reading, watching Netflix or catching up with friends. I'm a bit of a foodie and love going out to dinner.
Convenient location-5 min walk to the tram station very close to Castle Plaza. Large fully furnished bedrooms. Brand new kitchen laundry and showers . Large living room with seperate dining room and large backyard. Seperate bathroom for ladies and gentlemen with a shower and 2 toilets each. Each room with heating and cooling aircon.
My name is John, I'm a 29-year-old Scottish healthcare professional who has recently moved to Adelaide for work. I'm a coffee lover, vego foodie and enjoy good conversation. I'm into nature and the simple life. I've lived over 20 different people excluding family so I know the ropes of share houses. I have a contract until February 2020 so something longer term would suit but can also be flexible.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University which I’m hoping will lead to a career as a criminologist or forensic psychologist. I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like playing my PS4, reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I will be a 2nd year nutrition and dietetics student (2019) at Flinders University looking for a room in a shared house. I am quiet, friendly and clean. I have been living in Adelaide for a year already after moving from the NT so I have furniture available as well. I am a very study focused person but am always looking for reasons to procrastinate. Coming from a small town I am also interested in the culture of Adelaide.

I keep to myself but am more then happy to also be friends with my house mates if they are open to that as honestly I think the best house mates are ones you can have a laugh with! If anyone has any questions let’s me know please. I am really eagar to find somewjere affordable as I feel more myself living out of home. I love them independent feeling that comes with it. I also clean up after myself and will respect my house mates wishes and needs. PLEASE MESSAGE MY NUMBER AS I HAVENT UPGRADED THIS YET

Hi! My housemate and I just moved into an awesome place in Edwardstown and are looking for a housemate. We are both really friendly and get along really well. We both are really busy, I study full time and my housemate works full time so we are rarely home but enjoy a few cheeky drinks if we do cross paths. We are not massive partiers and both get up early so we don’t want a housemate that is loud at night. Our future housemate must also like pets as we have a dog 🐶
I'm an outgoing and friendly person who respects other people's needs and privacy. I tend to be independent and do my own thing but I'm more than happy to socialise (nothing a beer can't fix). I love to keep tidy too! Preferably looking for people around my age (18-30) that are studying or work part time. I'm currently studying Psychology (Human neuroscience) at Adelaide Uni

Hi! I'm Tyler, and despite my age, I'm a quiet, respectful and clean housemate who's down to keep to myself, or to be sociable and have a drink (non-alcoholic, of course (; ) if you want! Regardless, I spend a lot of time at my partner's house, and often spend the night there, so you won't hear much from me. I'm queer and prefer to live with other queer people. I'm a musician and I work and do full time school, so my place in the house is little more than a hangout space when I'm waiting to go to my partner's and a practice room! I'm open to rooms anywhere below North Adelaide and above Hallett Cove - looking mainly for the South or West. Contact me for more info, I don't bite!
