Hi guys I work full time in the valley. I’m quite a socialble guy, I don’t mind having a chat but still can respect your space also. I’m into sports (mainly basketball), beach and video games. My ideal roommate would have to be tidy and respectful of privacy. I’m looking to move out ASAP so feel free to flick me a message. Preferably looking to team up with someone to find a place together.
Hello, we have a fully-furnished bedroom available in our 3 bed/2 bath unit in Clayfield. It is a clean (we take turns to clean it every weekend), quiet and respectful place with no parties whatsoever. We are looking for a full-time student or professional. The bathroom is to be shared with one more person. Location is great: - 5 minute walk to Eagle Junction train station and the shops around it (fish&chips, bakery, indian, italian and chinese restaurants, convenience store, etc) - 5-minute walk to Gettaburger, KFC, Doughnut Time, Domino's, Subway, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants. Sandgate Road and its bus stops are right there - 15-minute walk to Toombul Centre with cinemas, Kmart, Coles, Target, Bunnings, Reject Shop, etc. - 10-minute drive to the airport and to the only 24/7 Woolworths in QLD - 7 km to the City / 5 train stations away Rent is $150 per week and all bills (electricity, water, and internet) are normally $15-20 per week, depending on usage. We also have a mini dachshund (sausage dog) living here, so you should like dogs in order to survive here =) . You can see him in one of the photos. If you are interested, please send me message. Thank you very much
I am an open-minded girl, with such a crazy personality. I am a tidy, quiet (at times) person, I like to travel, chill and watch netflix when I get the chance. Currently looking for a place to stay, while I work and save money, to eventually get my own apartment here in Brisbane.
HI There. I'm currently looking for a room to rent over the Northside :) At the moment I'm working full time in the CBD so I'll be out of the house during the week. On the weekends I like to socialise with friends and get out as much as I can but equally enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix, good food and a glass of wine. I consider myself to be a tidy person and have no problems assisting with household chores. More than happy to answer more questions if you want to contact me :) Thanks!
Hi! I am a busy 31-year-old female professional working and studying at uni part-time. I've gone back to uni for a second time to pursue a career change and I'm graduating at the end of 2018, so I'm looking for a share for the coming year, or for a shorter period (e.g. six months or nine months) depending on what you may have available. A little more about me: - Fitness enthusiast that loves keeping fit; - Quiet, non-drinker, non-smoker... partying days are long behind me! - Away most weekends studying and visiting family; - Enjoys Netflix, travelling and running when I have the odd bit of spare time; - Tidy, clean, reliable, mature, respectful of others' personal space and privacy - I'm also happy to help take care of any plants or a pet that you might have. - Loves cats and is happy to live in a place with a cat or cats (don’t mind dogs but not really a dog lover). My budget is $220 per week (inclusive of bills), but I can be a little flexible around this if you are closer in to the CBD. More than anything though I'm looking for the right person. I understand that finding the right flatmate can be stressful (we've all been there) so I’m keen to find someone with similar personality and interests, and someone doesn't mind that I might not be around very much except for evenings - if you don't mind a fairly independent flatmate, I just might be for you. In return, I’ll be a helpful and tidy housemate who you can rely on :) What I'm looking for - - trustworthy and mature flatmate who is preferably of similar age, but anyone with a sensible outlook is okay; - furnished bedroom (study desk is a bonus); - someone who also prefers a non-party house; - ideally close to public transport, but I don’t mind walking a distance for a good express bus or train; - someone who is understanding of my schedule and doesn't mind having an independent flatmate rather than one who is home a lot - anyone who is studying and working as well I would love to hear from! Please note - I do require a furnished bedroom with a bed, as all of my things are in storage. I can't accept offers for unfurnished rooms at the current time. Sorry, also no outer suburbs please as I need to keep my commute time down). Please also note: I am taking a break from real estate agents so I am not looking to either sign on to a lease or take over a lease, apologies. Please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like to know more!

LOOKING TO TEAMUP AND RENT OUT A TOWNHOUSE OR UNIT WITH A FEMALE! Happy to move out around May onwards. I'm a fun bubbly outgoing young gal. Love my own space but then again company and banter is great! I currently live at home with my mother and it's time for me to adventure out there. I am working part time in childcare and studying my diploma. In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring our beautiful country , the beach hanging with mates and enjoying life. I'm very much a people person so I gel with majority of people!
34 years young working as a nurse. Awesome sense of humour! Love horror movies, keeping active and having a good laugh 😊 I will admit I do swear a bit..thought I'd add that in so I don't offend anyone! Love the footy and UFC 😊I'm not the best at cooking but happy to learn and become the next Gordon Ramsay! I love watching sport and love the footy! What else? As a nurse I'm tied to the shift work life (damn night shifts!!) but I have got the art of the tip toe down pat! I also love animals so no probs if u already have any at ur place 😊
I've been in a couple of sharehouses now and am looking for a place for at least 6 months, preferably a year, while I finish up my last year of uni. I like to keep it fairly quiet during the week with my work, study and sport. I play a bit of netball, touch footy and like to swim. Would be a plus if I found a housemate who would like to join me at the gym. On the weekends, I'll usually be out and about with friends and like to unwind with few drinks. I'm really looking for housemates I can be friends with - I enjoy chatting over tea, watching Netflix or playing some house board games. I also have a little cat called Clive who my previous housemates have all loved. I would preferably like to keep him with me but he is a family cat who is happy to move back in with his grandma if no pets are considered :)
I'm Marcus, training to be a chef. I work ridiculous hours that change weekly so I won't be home much and when i am I'll probably be asleep for the most part of the day. Good with animals, can cook like a god (at least I like to think so) looking for a new place closer to work after my lease goes up in march where i am now. I have my own car, I'm easy going, organized tidy and mature. Tend to keep to myself at first but I'll open up as we get to know each other. I like going to the gym & working out honestly often struggle with motivation but I'm keen for a bud to keep me going. I enjoy fishing, rock climbing, and coffee as well as the obvious cooking.
You feel like at home at this lovely modern (contemporary design) house in Clayfield, in a quiet street. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Currently, only two people live in the house and I am only renting one room. I use one of the bedrooms as my office/study room. The room is fully furnished with a large wardrobe. The house located in a great location, opposite the Kalinga Park and only 10 minutes walking distance to the shopping center and public transport (Eagle Junction train station) and 4 minutes walk to the bus station. Clayfield is a beautiful suburb. Clayfield is six kilometers north-east of the central business district. Professionals and young people are drawn to the Clayfield because of its public transport options and easy reach to jobs, universities, and the airport. International student welcome.
Hi, I'm Travis. I work 30 hrs a week at Queensland Rail doing shift work so I would love a quiet place with just one other. Usually keep to myself as I'm at my computer a fair bit but do like to socialise and have a chat. I'm a non smoker, have no pets and love to drink tea. My ideal housemate would be a non smoker with no pets and my ideal house/unit would be one with amazing internet and closeish to a train station. So don't be shy, send me a message!
In this spacious 2 bedroom apartment, you will have your own en-suite with a private walk in wardrobe along with your own personal entrance to the balcony and your own secure off street car park. We are looking to cancel our lease and move into a 2 bedroom so we're hoping a couple or some friends will want to take over our lease: Our house is situated 2 minutes from Eagle Junction station which is an express stop so 10 mins to the city. We have variety of shops at our disposal from hairdressers to newsagent, pizza, bakery, convenience store, and liquor and tobacconist, amongst others. House is fantastic location for fitness fanatics with 10km worth of dog park 5 minutes down the road and gyms located in nearby Lutwyche. House is also a revamped old Queensland i.e. fresh paint, fresh carpet, air-con etc. and an immaculate deck and downstairs area.
I'm looking for the perfect place for me and my beautiful dog, Gus (ask for pics, I promise you'll love him). I'm moving out of my current house in March/late Feb as my housemates are both moving for work. Sadly because of Gus I can't live in an apartment, as he needs a bit of space to run about and I'd feel terrible putting him in a tiny courtyard, so here I am, looking for a place with a yard! I'm keen to find a place to share with one other person. I've got some furniture and white goods, and I'm willing to purchase whatever is missing if I team up with someone. A little about me? I've always lived in Brissie (Except for a couple of years gallavanting overseas after uni), I work full-time as the CFO in a small company, and I spend my weekends out and about, often hitting up beaches and forest walks with friends and my dog. I don't party much, but enjoy a couple of wines on a Friday or Saturday night with friends (or potentially new housemate). Gus is a 1year old border collie X stumpy-tailed cattle dog. He's a quiet dog and only ever barks if there's a possum, cat or someone he doesn't know in the yard (he's been known to chase intruders!!) He's well-behaved and although he's an active breed, I exercise him daily and he's surprisingly more calm than most working dogs I've met. Although he's previously been used to being inside when I'm at home, he and I would be happy enough for him to be an outdoor-only dog if required.
* ALL UTILITIES, CLEANERS, GARDINER AND UNLIMITED INTERNET INCLUDED * Hello! Myself, Mack (25 - full-time I.T), Lauren (26 - cafe owner) and Jonny (27 - doctor) are looking for a friendly roomie to fill the remaining room we have available. We have a fully-furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Queenslander style house in the Clayfield/Ascot area with a big backyard, segregated downstairs theatre room and a large garage with foosball, darts and ping-pong table. The available room can come furnished/unfurnished, has ducted air-conditioning with fan and a built-in wardrobe. The house has been my families home for many years and we always maintain a fun, positive, respectful vibe so would be looking for a mature and bubbly roomie to fit the bill. Huge apartment only ten minutes to the city and Brisbane Airport! This is a fully furnished apartment on Riverton Street with close links to EVERYTHING. Look across the road to a convenience store, a servo and restaurants (including the delicious My Mistress Cafe). A short walk either way down Sandgate Road brings you to the swanky Albion strip (plus train station) or Junction Road shopping precinct. Toombul Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive away. Buses into The Valley and CBD are directly across the road. Dual-street entry provides easy access. There is endless space in this apartment - including a large kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom. The balcony is colossal and perfect for summer breezes! Storage space is in abundance - including in the private laundry room (indoor and outdoor clothes lines), garage and linen cupboard. 8 apartments in total in this complex with no noisy (but friendly) neighbours. In your bedroom, there is a queen bed (or you can bring your own, you decide!) plus double built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. Windows (with block-out curtains) and a ceiling fan ensure it doesn't get too hot in summer. The apartment is by no means a modern spick-and-span space but its character, location and huge amount of space (indoors and out) more than make up for that - along with the legendary housemates! Private enclosed space for one car potentially available. If not, there is never a shortage of unmetred space on Riverton Street. After having lived here myself for 18 months I can't stress enough what a rare find it is. I hardly ended up using my car at all as everything is so handy! Ask any question at all - don't be shy!
Hi! My name is Ashleigh, I'm 25 and a full time working professional. I'm looking to find someone like-minded, tidy and fun to find an apartment with in the above suburbs to move in Februaryish. I am looking at 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments that have a weekly rent of anywhere from $500-$600, therefore maximum $300 each. I would be looking to have the master + ensuite. I live a fairly busy lifestyle between work, exercise, sport and socialising. I like to socialise but also enjoy time to myself when I'm at home, relaxing. I like to get out and about on the weekends but keep everything pretty low key during the week. I'm looking for someone (male or female) similar to me, preferably working full time and a non-smoker. I intend to sign a 6-12 month lease so I'm hoping that suits the person I end up sharing with. If you think we might be a match, send me a message. :-)
