Hey! A few dot points about me: - Electrician - Active (train most nights of the week) - Social but can also do quiet time - Like to get out and about, but do enjoy a lazy day in. - Clean - Respectful - Easy going Cheers. note- 6 months is selected as a minimal time frame :)
I am neat and tidy, a happy go lucky person who likes a laugh and a drink every now and then. I am a very social person! I am respectful of other peoples space and am looking for the same. I currently live with 1 guy and a girl and the guys gf from friday to monday. Townhouse is not big enough for 4 people at once so looking for my own space for me and my dog, a 3 year old chocolate Labrador. Would like to feel at home and comfortable enough to invite friends over for dinner without feeling uncomfortable or crowded due to invasion of space. I am out most weekends with friends or family. Granny Flats would be ideal as i am after a bit more privacy but not necessary. I would prefer it if bills were included in rent if possible but again not necessary. My main priority is making sure it is a fit for me and my dog who is super excitable but super friendly. Im not looking for someone to re-train my dog as he answers to known commands and am looking for someone who respects those commands unlike my current situation. He can be inside and cuddly but usually sleeps and stays outside, he comes with his own house :) I would prefer no other pets although he is fine with all dogs, he is not desexed and little dogs seem to dislike him. Happy for a chat and a meet and greet with Rogue (dog) if need be before decisions are made.
I'm looking for 1-2 People to move into a new place with me. I'm looking to move in the middle of September as my current lease ends in the end.I have all communal furniture/appliances/kitchen things needed (Couch, Fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor setting, microwave, you name it) the only thing I don't have is a dining room table. Although if you have a nice tv for the lounge room that would be great! At this stage my Partner is unsure as to whether he'll be moving out with me. Either way, I'll be looking at 3 bedroom places. If he moves with me we'd like 1 extra person. If he doesn't i'll be looking for 2 people. I'm a really easy going and laid back person. I work full time so i'm out of the house all day Monday-Friday. When I get home from work I usually keep to myself a bit but don't mind the casual chat or hangout. I've had mixed experiences with this site (I've been in share houses for the past 3 years) so I'd like to get to know you a bit before we decide to live together. At this stage I think I would prefer to live with guys (based on past experiences) however I would be open to girls if need be. If there's anything more you'd like to know about me please send me a message! I'd love to hear from you :)
I'm in and out of the house all day so I'm like free security. I'm considerate, friendly, co-operative and adaptable. While i hate cleaning i do it religiously cos it saves back beeakin work in the long run. I like qiuet times at night cos i have some trouble getting to sleep. For this reason i need air con in my room.I'd probably get along with shift workers. It's no problem for me to be quiet like a mouse when others are resting, sleeping, coming down or ill. I like to cook so maybe i could do Friday night dinners if someone else wants to wash up after. Ive lived in a lot of sharehouses and everthing runs smoothly if everyone helps out with the cleaning.
Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
Close to public transport. Close to Toombul shopping centre or 24hour Woolworths. Lots of public transport options. Good, safe area. Nearby Takeaway options. Close enough to city for work/uni yet far enough away to be nice and peaceful.
Hi there! I'm an Italian background man working full time in hospitality! I'm friendly, easygoing and respectful of others needs and privacy and I'm looking for the same back. I'm no more a party man but if you look for a chat with a drink or two it will be a pleasure. I'm a neat and tidy person, honest and reliable. Length of stay depends on how good we live together. ;) Cheers
You will have your own comfortable and private room with an En-suite. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, TV, desk, bookcase and built-in robe. Linen can be provided. It has it's own private entrance with a small outdoor area. The room is downstairs and the main living area is upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped though you will have your own fridge and pantry. Preparing your own meals is preferred. The property is fully secured with on-street parking. The street does not have much traffic so vehicles are reasonably safe. We have successfully rented this space to people of all ages. We prefer someone who is fairly independent and tidy but who also does not mind a chat or social drink from time to time. Basic things are included in the rent like washing powder, loo paper, basic condiments so your only additional expense is really your food and personal items. Internet is also included (not unlimited but is typically enough) but we have not managed to get Netflix as yet.
Within twenty minutes of the city, two bus routes 200m walk. Convenience store, restaurants, service stations very close by. Toombul shopping centre with Coles, Aldi and Kmart up the road. Downstairs flat in sub-divided house, shared laundry with rest of residents (coin operated machine for other residents but I do have my own washing machine that you would be welcome to use), hills hoist in the backyard. Tiled floors throughout, a bar in the living room. This property isn't in the best condition there are some downsides but for this close too the city and for this cheap its not going to be perfect with modern furnishings. Large master bedroom available, happy to stay in the small room and halve rent equally. Third bedroom to be used for whatever your heart desires. Lounge suite, television, soundbar, fridge and washing machine available. Furniture missing: your bedroom furniture.
Hi, I am 30 year old non smoking female who's looking for a new place to rent as my current lease is up in just under a week. I have an excellent rental record and have always treated the properties I have lived on as if they were my own. I work full time as an office manager at a real estate agency and am currently doing my property management registration course. I don't have any pets or children. So if you have a whole property, granny flat or 1 bedroom flat for rent, send me a message :)
Two friends sophie and Mad, one puppy cavoodle looking for one or two others to move into a house or townhouse that has a backyard for my pup. Prefer a modern or newish house
A large room with ensuite and a big balcony in Clayfield in a 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. 10 minutes walk/5 minutes drive to shopping center and train station. Share with one other mid 30's male, full time worker. So applicants with some of these things from previous share houses are encouraged to apply. Move in from [13/08/17]. The agent is PDR Nundah. There's a fairly large kitchen with [d/washer,m/wave] and a washing machine in the main bathroom. There's lots of room on the covered balcony for washing lines too which is really handy. Huge secluded balcony with space for BBQ and outdoor settings; so if you have both feel free to bring them. My previous roommate had a lounge setting and fridge so you can bring your own fridge and lounge to the house. The ground floor of the apartment block is a undercover parking garage and there are two dedicated spaces for this unit. Plus there is heaps of extra storage space that isn't being used so you can save money on any storage sheds you are paying for! There's two visitor parks and plenty of on street parking (we're in a quiet street). I have added pics of access to the flat, downstairs storage in the parking area, the balcony and the room/living areas. A lot of the things you see in the pics will be leaving with my flatmate so all these areas will be clear for someone to bring their own furniture. I'm happy with either a single person (male/female). Come by for a chat and see if this is the right place for you!
Hello! Myself, Mack (24 - full-time IT professional) and Lauren (26 - cafe owner/ manager) are looking for a couple of friendly roomies to fill the two remaining rooms we have available. We have a fully-furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Queenslander style house in the Clayfield/Ascot area with a big backyard, segregated downstairs theatre room and a large garage with foosball, darts and a ping-pong table. The available rooms can come furnished/unfurnished, have ducted air-conditioning with fans and built-in wardrobes. The house has been my families home for many years and we always maintain a fun, positive, respectful vibe so would be looking for some mature and bubbly roomies to fit the bill. We are both active - love the outdoors, social and constantly up for a laugh. We've been living together for almost a year now and are very excited for some fresh faces to join the team. There is a bus stop is 50 metres away and a train station around the corner. There is also plenty of street parking and handy supermarket shopping close by. We also have a friendly hypoallergenic (rare to cause allergic reaction) cat in the house who basically keeps to herself. The deal includes fortnightly cleaners, gardener, unlimited NBN internet and utilities. Looking for 6 month leases and hoping to fill the spots ASAP If you have any questions or you would like to pop around for a coffee and inspect the house - please don't hesitate to call me any time!! :)
Hi, Room available in furnished top floor unit with private view of the city. Very spacious living areas - large and comfortable open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to Toombul shopping centre, and about 12 min walk to Eagle Junction train station (bus stop to city or redcliffe is 50m from the front door). Close to pubs and shops on Sandgate Road and also a short journey to Racecourse Rd with more places to socialise! Bond required of 3 weeks rent. You will be sharing with 2 housemates both professionals who are friendly and easygoing. We do have busy careers and active social lives but like to get together occasionally when we can. The lease runs until end of August 2017. Contact me to arrange a viewing of the property and come meet us! 😊
My name is Tempany and I'm a 21 year old Naturopathy student. I'm currently looking for a place to live, preferably close to the CBD, where I both study and work. Only interested in having my own room, but not too fussy with sharing a bathroom as long as you're clean. My budget is 150 p/w and I'd prefer a place that is fully furnished. I'm friendly, laid back and social so I'd love to be able to get to know you on a personal level. I'm very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful. I'm usually very busy with work, study and my social life, so you will hardly know I'm there most of the time. Would love to to catch up for a coffee before anything is organised. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! I also make a mean lasagne..
Hey there! My name is Haimei, I'm 21 years old, female, speak English, Mandarin. This is a gap year from study. I'm easy going, out-going, friendly and creative. I like to write, edit photos, collab on projects, explore and travel. I like to go to gym 4 days a week at least. I cook, clean, work, play and rest like everyone else! I would love to be in a household where I wouldn't have to eat dinner alone and where we ask each other about our days. That being said, I'll need my alone time from time to time to recharge my batteries, and I'll respect your alone time as well. I will finish my job on 6 August in Dalby, so I'm job hunting and house hunting at the moment. (I have savings). I'm not picky about location, I just want to be roughly 25 min from the city. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! So if you have one, please speak up!
Hey! I'm Danielle. I work full time in recruitment Mon - Fri around Chermside and bar tend on the weekends in the city. My time off usually is spent with family and friends, maybe a cheeky Sunday sesh every now and then. Most weekends I won't be home normally, but am always up to hang out if needed! I am reasonably tidying in common areas, need a housemate with no drama but will be a friend as well.
We're a very relaxed, easy going couple looking for a share house. We are pretty social and like the idea of meeting new people in a share house but also will tend to do our own thing most of the time. We both work full time, we love to cook, love animals, we spend most weekends up the coast and are generally looking for a laid back household with good vibes!
