The apartment is ground floor with a courtyard in a 6 unit building. Two bed, two bathroom. The place is furnished except for the bedroom, which has a built in double sliding door wardrobe. There is off street parking. There are buses just outside and on Sandgate road, or a short walk to Albion/ Eagle Junction stations. Bills are included in the rent. Not a party house, the unit is set back from the road so it is pretty peaceful and quiet.

I keep to myself a lot but I do love a chat. I'm a fan of baking and will often have either a whole cake or the fixing for cake handy (I take orders) I'm a shift worker so there's the possibility of not even seeing me for weeks at a time if that's something you're looking for. I have an indoor cat called Turnip and he's more dog than cat. He loves cuddles and he'll meet you at the door after work. He's a bit of a sook. (The suburbs listed are just a bunch of randoms, I'm open to anywhere within 10-15km from Brisbane's CBD)

Our house is situated 2 minutes from Eagle Junction station which is an express stop so 10 mins to the city. We have variety of shops at our disposal from hairdressers to newsagent, pizza, bakery, convenience store, and liquor and tobacconist, amongst others. House is fantastic location for fitness fanatics with 10km worth of dog park 5 minutes down the road and gyms located in nearby Lutwyche. We don't cook very often but we clean once a week which you'd be part of, both work full-time and are happy to hang out or leave each other be. We do pay for our own water but the most expensive it has been is $80, you do get free Foxtel courtesy of my brother who doesn't live there and 800gb internet Telstra cable for $25 p/m.

If I'm not working I'm either at gym, or at the beach with my dog. Not a huge partier, rather stay in with a glass of wine and watch Netflix. I have an indoor 2yo cavoodle that is extremely friendly.
