This is a unit in a block of twelve. It's a very quiet place so if you are after party central or a revolving front door you will need to keep looking. It's about $15 to the airport in an UBER and is very close to both trains and buses which travel to the Valley and City. Despite being so close to Sandgate Road, the unit is very quiet and the balcony has a great outlook over the front gardens which are well maintained. Your bathroom also shares the washing machine and there is a tumble drier available for when it's raining. There are clothes lines available. A referee is also required. If you make a mess, you will need to clean it up. Your share of electricity would be about $150 per quarter and gas is about $45 per quarter I enjoy living in the unit and the neighbours are easy to get along with. It's a great area!
I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
Hey I'm Em :) Looking for a place from early July. I work full time in the city and study part time as well. During the week I'm not home very much as if I'm not at work I'll be at the gym or uni. I'm generally not too into partying but dont mind a few social drinks either. I'm super chilled to live with and am also pretty tidy. Please let me live with you.
I am looking to move out with someone at the end of July. I am looking to rent a new two bedroom, two bathroom and have the master room with ensuite :) I would like to meet the right roommate so coffee to make sure we get along would be awesome! I work as an event manager and I am often away for 5 days at a time. I would love to live with someone who is respectful of my furnishings as I have mostly everything for the humble abode and all I would need to buy is a new fridge. Most of my furniture is industrial sheek :) I am tidy and always clean up after myself. PLEASE do not message me with your room offerings I am looking for a person to move into a new house with.
Great townhouse with aircon in the bedrooms and lounge room. Recently renovated. It is a (clean) shared upstairs bathroom with a second toilet downstairs. Close to toombul shopping centre and walking distance to plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Short walk to either clayfield or eagle junction train stations. Lock up garage for extra storage or small car. Ideally looking for someone wanting to stay minimum 6 months but other options can be discussed. Outside smokers ok. Feel free to message and have a chat if you would like to know anything else. Cheers
Located on Sandgate road, this property is walking distance to Clayfield station, Junction road and Toombul shopping centre. The unit is 15 minutes from the city, making for a quick and easy commute. Fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom so feel free to do your room up. The room comes with a built in wardrobe down one side of the room (the futon shown in the photo will be/ can be removed). The room measures about 3x2.9m. I'm not the most competent person in the kitchen, so this space will also be yours! You will be sharing the 1.5 bathrooms, however as stated below I will only be at home a few nights a week anyway. Total bills are usually just over 100 per person, per month - split evenly when they come in. (Electricity 45, Urban Utilities 40, Internet 30) Message me if you want to know anything else about the place or room!
I'm a mature person, clean and tidy, and considerate of other people's space. Currently studying at Careers Australia and I enjoy music and arts. I'd like to live with one or two other people who are responsible and stable. Have own furniture and mod cons, and need to move somewhere by this weekend. If you wish to consider me, please phone me only as I cannot respond to SMS or make calls at present.

I come fully house train haha.My hobbies are skiing try and head home once a year also like wakeboarding trying to get back in to the gym too.
Very quiet and respectful of each others space. Very tidy and always clean up after ourselves. Very close to public transport, airport, Toombul Shopping Centre and Chermside. Oh, and Doughnut Time. House rules: we would love to have a housemate (preferably female) who is experienced in living in a share house. Respectful of each others space, and sharing of common areas (i.e lounge room, kitchen and bathroom). Quiet and not too noisy. Cleans up after themselves. Non-smoker please! Sorry no internet, personal hotspot on the phone is great though.
I am looking for long term team-up only and am also open to other location suggestions as my work is pretty central. I am a bubbly person who enjoys a positive home environment. I am respectful, tidy and can keep to myself. I am quite a home body however am quite social at times as well. I enjoy a good laugh and a few wines on the weekends. I have a house full of furniture however am flexible in what I bring pending the requirements amongst us.
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hi I'm Jesse, 30 y/o male, working full time in Eagle Farm, looking for a suitable place to live close by. Have previous experience in sharehouses and have been sole leaseholder for last 4 years, clean record. Quiet, courteous, enjoy reading, live music, cooking, languages and motoring. Live a healthy lifestyle, well travelled former professional athlete. My young son Xavier lives with me 3 days a week, he is well behaved and we spend most of our time together out and about.
I'm a tidy and respectable person (I have mess sometimes when I have busy weeks but it's always confined to my room!). I enjoy the odd social outing with my housemates. Current lease is up in July and I really want to get a pug. So I'm just having a look to see what's around. If you may be interested, let me know! :) Items I own but would be shared: - TV - Washing machine 9kg - Dining table x4 chairs - Fridge (ideal for about 2-3 people although we are stretching it to 5/6 at the moment!) Ideally I am looking for a place that: - Has A/C (just for those hot summer nights!) - Dishwasher - Garage for my car - Also open to the idea of having the house professionally cleaned weekly/fortnightly I work Mon-Fri in IT which keeps me pretty busy. Some weeks I am away for work. I want to take on some study sometime this year to help me advance in my career. I spend most of my weekends visiting friends and family, but also try to make time for myself to just do nothing every once in a while.
Hi, I'm an active person looking for people to team up with. I work casual hours. Sociable and easy to get along with. Always up for some conversation or activities. I'm clean around the house, cook food a lot and am a social drinker.
Professional, working in the CBD, clean, tidy, like to live miniminist and clutter free and environmentally friendly. Respectful, social (although do love time with a book or listening to music), a traveller at heart, love weekends away/road trips, bush walking, live music, live sport and yoga. I would prefer my own bathroom and living with one flatmate but happy to look at other options. I do have a car so undercover parking is a must! Please only contact me through the website, no phone calls or texts.
I am an easy going person, I like to have a chat! I don't mind sharing meals if we are both home. I enjoy my down time but always up for a chat. I'm a tidy person, but new to sharing. I don't mind a social drink. I love new adventures and catching up with friends and family. Won't say no to a Sunday marathon on the couch watching a good tv show if there is bad weather!! I also have a dog!! If I could bring her that would be awesome!!:)
