I am a hospitality professional and domestically trained. Cleaning, cooking, are high priorities of my culture for a smooth home environment. I have just started work on the Northside and need a quite place to chill and rest on this side of town.
It is a 3 bedroom townhouse, and I'm renting out the second bedroom (can be fully furnished). Southern facing room, with large window looking out onto the back garden. Black out curtains and ceiling fans. Separate spacious bathroom to the room (toilet, shower & tub) not shared. Open planned living downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Front and back patios + a garden. Quiet neighbourhood, close to major bus routes and train line. Off-street parking is very easy. Electricity and internet are split evenly. No specific rules to the house, just to be considerate of each other (especially being a shift worker) and to partake in household chores equally :)
We are a mature young couple who preferably looking for a dual-living property. We are friendly and easy to get along with. Both currently working full-time we understand the importance of a stable home life so we ensure that we pay our rent and bills on time whilst maintaining a clean and tidy household. We have a friendly cat named Xavier who gets along well with both humans and other animals - he is extremely easy to manage however that responsibility would be solely ours so you wouldn't have to worry about anything at all :)
Hi , I am currently looking for a fun inviting place for myself and my 3 fur kids, I have 2 dogs and a cat. • A Chow Chow boy Teddy • Tiny poodle x Yorkshire terrier girl Mink • A beautiful white fluffy cat Chook. So must be a pet friendly place where house mates are happy to hang out with the kids and enjoy their company. I work full time in real estate for over 10 years and am relocating back to Brisbane after 2 months on the Sunshine Coast. I love to binge watch tv series, drink wines, eat anything you are happy to make me :) I am also happy to chat and basically talk about anything and everything. I'm easy to get along with, I like a clean friendly space, but also sometimes hide away in bed all weekend after a rough week. If you think you have space for me and my little Family please let me know we would love a place to call home !
International flight attendant so not home a lot. Make friends easily and am laid back. Enjoy positive vibes and like to live as healthy as I can though I'm only human 🍸🥞🍞

Hello! I'm Hannah, I work full-time as a research assistant. I enjoy socialising over a glass of wine, but I'm also happy to keep to myself. When I'm not working, I love cooking, brunching (best meal of the day), going to the gym, and generally getting out and about. I'm looking for somewhere with my own bathroom and a decent sized room. I am easy going, but also like to keep things tidy!
Easy going and friendly. I work long hours so looking for a place that I can come home and unwind in. Happy to have a chat but also like my own space. Would prefer to live somewhere neat and tidy and am happy to do my share of making the place a "home" rather than just somewhere I live.
Huge place. Three large living rooms and three bedrooms. One of these is a permanent guest room, which gets used about one weekend per month. I've considered this when setting the price. There is a beautiful new kitchen going in by the end of August, so not much cooking happening before that! Also, a deck will be installed in September or October. The bathroom is tired, but functional. The house has lots of art and character, so need someone mature and respectful. The neighbours are lovely and sociable. It is on a busy road, but the room is well back from the street and gets beautiful morning sun. Off street parking is available. I don't have a car and don't need one... everything I need is a short walk or bike ride away (#germanbakery) and bus and train are close by.
just really wanna move out but i can't afford to by myself. im nice and funny and would love making some new friends. im clean and love to cook and just really wanna bloody move out.
I'm a respectful and responsible person who has been a homeowner until recently. Needing to find a (very!) quiet share house where there's no partying, with mature people who enjoy a glass of wine. I'll be working on a 14/7 FIFO roster in mining as a HR Superintendent.
Here is my situation:- I have unfortunately separated from my wife and looking for a place with indefinite time frame. I have twin boys at age of 7 which will not be staying with me but may have an occasional visit. I work night shifts 9pm till 5am Sunday to Thursday, spend most weekends away. Basically will have minimal impact in the house. I like to be social and have a sense of humor. I love to spend a bit of time on the computer/consoles and I am a fan of Headphones meaning you wont be bothered by loud noises. I have always had animals around so I am very animal friendly/considerate. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask :)
Hi there! I am Pari, a 20-year-old student from Sweden who is studying Business, Public Relations. I am now looking for a new place to live, not too far away from the city/valley since my uni is located there. A private furnished room and preferably all bills included. I've been living in Brisbane for about a year and I love it here. I am tidy, responsible, social and on my spare time I love to work out and do fun things with my friends such as camping, hiking, have a drink, go to the beach etc. I'm looking to move in, as soon as possible. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Cheers! :)
I'm quiet and respectful. I work in the city Mon to Fri then spend weekends at my parents house. I enjoy some socialising with house mates and would like to live with like minded people. Ideally mid twenties, young professionals who enjoy a glass of wine!
Awesome room available with own bathroom in a nice quiet modern two bedroom apartment. Internet included in rent and we will just split bills when they come up. My names Jacinta I'm 30 yrs but young at heart looking for a respectful room mate who has had experience living in share houses before. I'm easy going and fun loving but also like my down time.
The absolute great thing about this place is it's location. Super close to shops and transport, wether it's a train, bus or bikeway. 5x5m room with ceiling fan, in Clayfield close to Toombal $130 p/week not including bills (unlimited internet $30 p/month & electricity approx $150 p/quarterly ) - 4 weeks bond Queenslander, close to Toombul shopping centre and train station and close to the city. There's on street parking, big communal living areas with a small backyard.
Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit recently renovated with all modern furnishings. Great location close to the city, valley and train station only a quick walk away. Large balcony with BBQ facilities and great for entertaining as well as another very large courtyard off the bedrooms.
26yo nurse that works in cancer care. Friendly and easy going. I clean up after myself and always tidy. Always up for a chat, yet respectful if you want your space. If I'm not working I'm either at gym, or at the beach with my dog. Not a huge partier, rather stay in with a glass of wine and watch Netflix. I have an indoor 2yo cavoodle that is extremely friendly. Must be pet friendly. Would be ideal to move in with someone that has a dog for them to keep each other company. Please feel free to message me. 😊
Quiet, reserved, clean, respectful, mature. I'm not interested in living in a party house. Somewhere quiet for my cat-son Tofu and I to live, he enjoys lots of attention and is a vocal one whereas I prefer to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, tea, coffee, craft, cooking and baking. I have a fridge, washing machine, recliner lounge suite and armchair, soundbar decent sized tv and a stan subscription that I'm happy to share without compensation. Don't mind hanging out occasionally but ideally after housemates not new friends.
I am an easy going, spiritually minded musician and I work as a barista to pay the bills. In my spare time I like to chill out at home and play bass or listen to music, I'm always down to hang out and have a chat and I'm happy keeping to myself too. I'd like to find a place with some down to earth like minded individuals, with somewhere safe and secure to set up my music gear. I'm not looking for a party house, because of my job I am up quite early in the morning and head to bed early too. But that said I don't mind making a bit of noise during the day, with consideration for my fellow housemates of course.
Hello! :) I work full-time Monday to Friday in Kedron. I'm looking for somewhere to live within a reasonable distance. I'm fairly quiet during the week and usually spend weekends with family or friends. I gym a fair bit and eat healthy so living with people who are similar in that regard would be a huge plus! I'm also super clean and tidy and like living in a well kept house. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing else furniture wise. I'm flexible with move in dates :)
Hey there I'm in my final semester at QUT studying Business and Journalism. I work casually at typo (get mad discounts across all cotton on brands that I'm happy to share). I also intern for the Brisbane Times and 4ZZZ (you may have heard me on the radio if you ever tune in). I'm a super friendly person always up for a chat but as a student need my down time for studying as well. Looking to move immediately so feel free to contact!
Hi, I am fairly new to Brisbane and am now looking for somewhere to stay preferable around Ascot/Hendra/Nundah or nearby. I don't have pets and am a non smoker, though don't mind if others do as long as it's not in the house, the smoking that is. I work full time Monday to Friday and am normally fairly quiet on weeknights. In my time off I like to go out and meet up with friends. I currently do not have a car so public transport accessibility is important. I have lived in share houses before and clean after myself. I like to socialise, but am also happy to relax in my room. I look forward to hearing from you.
