On the top floor of the unit complex (level three, first level is the garage), close to the city (8kms away) and at the end of the Street is Clayfield Station and 1km away is Eagle Junction Station. Internet is included in the rent (500gb a month). House is fully furnished, except the bedroom - has built in cupboards though. It’s a smaller sized room and only fits a double bed and drawers/desk comfortably. Living room has air conditioning and there is a balcony with a barbecue. I have a 5ft fish tank in the living room as well, you don’t need to do anything but thought I should mention it’s there! Water is all paid for by the body corporate so the only bill that needs to be split is electricity. Our house is situated 2 minutes from Eagle Junction station and 15 minutes from Brisbane airport. We have variety of shops at our disposal from hairdressers to newsagent, pizza, bakery, Thai/Indian, convenience store, and liquor and tobacconist, amongst others. House is fantastic location for fitness fanatics with 10km worth of dog park 5 minutes down the road and gyms located in nearby Lutwyche. We don't cook very often but we clean once a week which you'd be part of, both work full-time and are happy to hang out or leave each other be. This top floor apartment is close to the city and public transport. It's fully furnished except for the bedroom. Unlimited internet is included in the weekly rent. The weekly rent is for the master bedroom, however if you want the second bedroom I am happy to lower the rent. Both rooms have a small balcony off it and has built ins. There is undercover parking if you want it and the living area is air conditioned. The complex also has a pool.
