Hey! We are a couple seeking to move out early Dec into a place that would be comfortable having a dog around - we have a 1 year old fully trained, loveable and entirely soppy english pointer. He doesn't bark (we know everyone says that but you'll only hear a peep once in a blue moon), he sleeps during the day and is never left alone as we have a few puppysitters that care for him during the days if we know we'll be mia. My partner Coco is and actress and I am an engineer. What we love: We are both active and love to get amongst all the activities Sydney has to offer, so I wouldn't say we are homebodies although the Sunday arvo nap is a beaut treat when we can fit it in! Cocheene is a fantastic cook and I like to dabble also, but we also love to eat out with friends and fam. We have both lived with other people before so certainly know how to be neighbourly, more importantly, recognise the importance of the odd freshly baked treat being left on the counter for sharing! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are cool with all the above!
Kiwi lad, been in Sydney for just under 2 years. I work as a Site manager in Construction, love adventures. Very easy going and chilled out, normally out and about on the weekends with mates, rarely stay at home. Looking for a tidy place that's chilled with decent down to earth flatmates!
I'm from Brazil, very friendly, respectful, clean, tidy, easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. I want to move out between the 15th-20th of January and I’m going back to Brazil in Abril, 2018. I am looking for a place close to the beach, as I’m going to spend my last summer in Australia. I work part time at an early learning school and with hospitality as a casual job. I’m looking for a relaxed and quiet place to live, so I don’t want a party house. I like my own company as much as I like to socialise, so I do tend to do my own thing in my own space (Netflix), but I also like to socialise and have some drinks or dinner with my house mates.
Hello! My name is Sarah. I am currently looking for a place to live in the Manly area including surrounding suburbs of Manly. I am a great flatmate to live with because i am considerate of others, respectful, quiet/keep noise to a minumum, not a partier, very tidy and always clean up after myself and very reliable with rent payments etc. I absolutely LOVE living close to the beach and I live the Manly/beach lifestyle. Please get in touch if interested in meeting me. I can move in asap. Thanks and chat soon! :)
I'm a 28 year old female who works as a TV Producer. I often work weekends and have mid-week days off, so would prefer to live with someone with a different schedule. I am active, friendly, clean, tidy, respectful and reliable and I would like to live with, easy going, considerate people. I’m very busy most of time but I’m always keen for a chat and/or glass of wine when I’m at home. Not looking to live with more than 2 other people, or spend outside of my budget :)
I've just returned from 2 years of travel and am ready to settle down into studying Medicine. After 2 years of travel, I'm used to shared accomodation and living with others.

Hi guys ! I'm a French young man with a WHV, working full time in a French café in Mosman. I'm very easy going, I used to live in sharehouses. I'm reliable and clean, like to meet people and share moments like dinners, beers, sports.... Hope to hear from you soon ! Cheers
We are a couple from the Czech Republic. We will arrive in Sydney in the middle of November on partnership visa. My girlfriend is going to study APC and we both are going to find a job and stark working. We are open, active people who like all kinds of sports, travelling and backpacking in countryside. We would like to meet the real Aussie culture, easygoing people and enjoy our visit as much as we can. Our plan is to stay abroad about one year, but we will see how the things go. We are looking for a pleasant accomodation, which won't be too expensive and which will offer us a new peaceful home. We prefer long-term rent.
I am a permanent full time graphic designer and working in Manly. Friendly, funny, loves to laugh, easy-going, responsible, cares about tidiness, very social but also likes to have my own privacy and quiet time to be on my own.
Sunny apartment in Mosman with water views. It is fully furnished with modern, stylish decor and timber floor boards. Short walk to Chinamans beach. The unit is in a quiet block of six and close to bus stop with off street parking available.
Situated in a lush tree lined gully with the back fence reaching out towards the ocean, this land is truly energised with sacred vibes. The house is a sanctuary where we return each day to read, relax or share a delicious meal when the time is right. Its pretty much a chilled space so if you wanna party hard, we probably wouldn't fit. Fully furnished, the main house has a large shared study area, open lounge space, 2 balconies overlooking the gardens, kitchen (the heartbeat of the house!), separate toilet and shared bathroom with bath and shower. We are also only 3 mins morning walk to Chinamans Beach, 5 mins to buses, 7 mins to shops and only 20 min drive to the city. About The Room: Your sunlit room currently fits a king sized bed with plenty of space to store your valuables in the room & throughout the house. Your window stretches out towards lush green ferns and lots of feathered friends who visit. You will be sharing with me in the main house and Liz who lives in the contained apartment downstairs. Any questions ask away.
Fantastic location with 180°water views. Heated Pool. Small but very well equipped studio with kitchenette, double bed, private entrance. Suits single professional. A car would be ideal as bus stop is 10min walk. The view is incredible, about 50m from the water in Mosman. Sharing pool and terrace with our family of 4 adults. Available from January.

Hi There! So..a little bit about myself - I've just moved to Australia, been in NYC and good old grey London for close on fourteen years now...figured that was long enough and it was time to come "home" given all my family and some very close friends all live here now, makes complete sense. When I say just moved, I mean literally, I've been here for five months now and its time to move out of my serviced apartment which came with my job move, currently based in Balmain. I love being in the water and everything from surfing to SUPing to a good old fashioned body surf. You're probably asking yourself why on earth live in two major cities of the world for so long and with no water lifestyle, well the best answer is... I've been pretty much focused on the career thing and perhaps a bit too much. I'm in advertising and have been for many years. I've taken up a new role in our Sydney office and am most definitely here to stay! As much as I may work late some nights and the odd weekend day to get things done I sure do enjoy good company with a great home cooked meal and vino...I've had to learn to cook over the years and certainly do love it! Fair to say I'm not one for a party house, those days have passed me by, I'm 35 and clearly enjoy a balance of things vs all day parties! Moving back is definitely all about the balance and being able to have good friends, good vibes and of course family at arms reach along with a cheeky pre work surf...if that were the case - I'd be happy beyond believe!! Right so that's a little bit about me. Timing wise, I can be pretty flexible as my serviced apartment tenor ends at the end of October as mentioned before. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Michael

We like to spend a time outside in a nature or also in a mountains. We like to talk with other people with a glass of a wine or a beer, but we're not a party people. We have been studying English in language school because we would like to improve it. Dalibor (27) I worked as a video maker in my country. I'm very interested in photography. I like sports like running, soccer, and I would like to learn surfing. I'm very easy-going,friendly and respectful. I like fun. Anezka (23) I have finished my University this year. I like any kind of sports like running, beach volleyball and I would like to also learn surfing. I like cooking and baking I'm very friendly and tidy.
I'm work full time in the Media Industry in the city. I have a well behaved adorable mini cavoodle. I enjoy being social but also respect other's privacy. On the weekends I enjoy being active and live a healthy lifestyle. I am extremely clean and can't cook so will never leave a mess in the kitchen :) I come with free Netflix & Stan (and Hayu but nobody cares about that!)
Olah! Im a 30 yr old ex chef turned barbecue lady! Moving up to Sydney from Melbourne for work. Coming with me is my best mate Fudge 6 yr old kelpie x cattle dog. Don't let that fool you...he is a pretty chilled guy. After our daily morning walk he loves nothing more than to just laze around the house and will also try get a few belly scratches. We currently live with another dog, so a place where he could have a friend would be ideal. We are both fully housetrained and great cooks.Well i am, the dog not so much. Not a clean freak but defiantly like a tidy living space. I'm pretty chilled out, not too much into the whole party scene but keen for a cheeky drink every now and then.
I am cleaned person, organised and like to live in harmony with everyone! I am in Sydney for 10 months, and I’ll be more 2 years. I am studying accounting and English as well. So I am looking for a rent in Northern beaches because I love this place and my jobs are here as well
Single male looking for a large room with built-ins in modern apartment or house. Preferably looking to share with 1 other person only but depends on the situation. I am responsible and respectful. Very domesticated. Love to cook. Open-minded. Non-judgemental. Fairly stable lifestyle. Have a 'corporate job' in IT/Software. Been with my current employer 5 yrs. Go to the gym a lot, mainly throughout the week. Try to keep fit and active. Enjoy a glass of wine or GnT after work. LGBTI friendly.
Looking for a self contained, unfurnished, quite and private granny flat. I co own a property in the lower Hunter region and spend about 3 weekends a month up there as well as all holidays etc. I am planning to move up permanently in a few years from now. My partner lives in Randwick and we predominantly catch up at the property. She will spend the odd night with me in the granny flat. I am a Virgo and am neat tidy and extremely considerate. I contract as a site manager to top end builders in Sydney. I leave early in the mornings - around 6 ish. I bushwalk most afternoons and get back around 6 ish. I love my sleep too and early mornings mean I go to bed early too. I have very good hearing so the music, radio and TV I listen to is very low volume. I have two adult daughters who will pop in regularly to visit me. Off street parking would be ideal but not a necessity unless the streets are fully parked up. I love gardens, gardening and the bush. Dream granny flat would be north facing and on the bush :-)
